it was the hungarian gp. you were in the mclaren hospitality. the mclaren kitchen was quite big, and your co-workers were extremely sweet. you mainly cooked for the drivers and mechanics, while guiding the others. you were tasting a dish when you feel a presence behind you. you immediately recognise who it is.

"what is it now, lando?" you ask with a knowing smile on your face. he sits down on the counter beside you and watches you as you work. "i was wondering if you would like to, maybe, just maybe, come outside with me and sit down and talk and get some food you know?" he blabbers

"are you asking me out on a date?" you tease him. "well, yeah. only if you want it to be. its okay if you say no" he says with a sad smile on his face. you cup his face with one of your hands and give his cheeks a squeeze. "ofcourse i'll come, dumbass. now shoo, let me work. you're too distracting"

the smug smile he has on his face makes you blush. "so i am distracting huh? what else am i? you can give me details when we go on that date" he winks at you and walks off. you just simply shake your head in amusement.

the date goes well. to be honest, more than well. you both have the most fun ever. lando is everything that you craved. he was the sweetest boy. day by day, meal by meal, both of you started talking more, discovering each other. one fine night, in his apartment in london, where you taught him how to bake his favourite cake, he surprises you by asking you to be his girlfriend. you say yes without hesitation. you knew he wasn't going to play around with your heart.

it was the brazilian gp. lando had placed P2 again! you were the proudest girlfriend to exist, and the happiest. you were just so incredibly proud as he was doing so good this year.

Its hard to describe the complex emotions I'm having today, its a mixture of bittersweet sadness, feirce proudness, and everything deeper that comes from having put yourself and your emotions into a show for so many years. I'mm do the thank you thing below - but words dont really do it justice.

THANK YOU to my core Team, you know who you all are, for giving me trust, room to grow, patience and guidance when I made mistakes. All of the support you have given me I will pay forward, because it was only with your trust in me that I could leave this show as strong and confidant as I am. Within that core team there is a very smol team of 4 Special people. Andy Coyle, Chantal Ling, Johnny and Kathleen Mckinnon. I will never forget our nights in the editing room in season 1, grabbing some drinks and pizza as we go through the roughcuts. There were ups and downs but I'm glad to have gone through the chaos with ya'll <3 THANK YOU. To every single person who has touched this project, from the very first pitch to the very last file conform. Our crew has been world wide, and while I dont know everyone, I see and appreciate the work and heart you have put into your time with us. I dont care if you were on the show for a day or a decade, you're a part of it, and I dont take that for granted. THANK YOU to the team at Atomic Cartoons for your work in season 1, and the team at Lighthouse Studios for the animation team who came on season 1 and 3. You all rose to an immense challenge. The Hilda animation team is more then just Mercury, and i'm proud to have worked with you. There are people on the show who look back on it fondly, but counter to that there are people who were not supported how they should have been. I want those people to know that I will take these experiences and push to be better always, your experiences are as valid. THANK YOU to the fans! I see your hype and art and theorys and stories. I hope you will enjoy the wild ride of this last season, but I also hope you all ignore 'canon' and just create to your hearts content. The world lives on, there are still secrets and folklore and mystery - they are now yours to build <3 I could write more, I could write NOVELS, but I think people who know me know how I feel so I will refrain from rambling. You were the first member of team Bebe to find out about Street Woman Fighter 2. The production reached out to Bada and, unlike the previous year when she had to turn down the offer, she was very much excited to join the show this time. She talked to you first, because being on TV meant that all eyes would be on you and your relationship which was very much intimate.

“Are you comfortable with that?” Bada asked. She was the leader of the team you were part of and she always made it clear when she was speaking as your leader or as your girlfriend.

“I know it’s important for you.” You replied.

“It’s important for you too.” She frowned.

“Yes, but I wouldn’t go through the hassle of hiding our relationship on TV for myself. I’d do anything for you though.”

Bada knew that. After deciding you would be teammates only for the public eye, she talked to the rest of the girls as well. Fast forward to the first few days on set, you found it harder and harder to act like friends only. It was stressful and tiring but you couldn’t lean on Bada as your girlfriend, but only as a friend. People were always with you, staff members, other contestants, lately fans would even greet you at the end of a long recording day. When you got home both of you only wanted to rest so there was really no time for the two of you.

But the show was fun and it was rewarding. People liked you more than you expected and soon you made friends amongst the contestants thanks to the missions you collaborated for.

“Bada is the type girls like.”

You heard this over and over since the first day. But the girls took a liking on you too. Maybe you weren’t as intimidating or cool like your girlfriend was, but you would often hear the girls screaming because of your sexy dance or cute charms.

“I wanna take you home with me!!” Harimu yelled as you showed off your moves in a battle. Bada would only smirk and brush it off, even if it was somewhat annoying. She was very proud of you and she couldn’t wait to reward you with a warm hug. She was the one taking you home anyway.

“Could you stop being so pretty? It’s distracting me.” Wackxxy joked when you were on a small break on set.

“Only for you.” You winked back at her in a flirting tone and she only yelled at you in embarrassment, blushing.

Bada didn’t mind this either. She knew you were playful and she was happy you felt comfortable around everyone. It was annoying though because she noticed Wackxxy had been checking you out across the room the whole day. But you were hers and that’s the only thing that mattered.

She didn’t witness the most annoying thing of all though. The leaders were working on the choreography for their mission and Bada was chatting with Halo exchanging impressions and advice about leading a team.

“It’s hard especially when they’re in a bad mood.” Halo complained, although she smiled. “Actually yesterday Haechi Wang was sooo impossible to deal with.”

“Is she ok?” Bada asked.

“Yeah, actually she will be.” Halo laughed. “It’s a secret though.” Bada raised her eyebrows in surprise. Halo didn’t need convincing. “She asked out one of your members. Y/n.” Bada felt her heart stop for a second. People making you compliments, flirting with you that was bearable. But she felt jealousy creep through every cell in her body when she imagined someone else taking you out.

“Oh really?” She replied, forcing herself to laugh nonchalantly.

“Yeah, she was rejected though.” Halo said. Bada exhaled in relief. “But she couldn’t concentrate at all after that. She really likes y/n.”   

Bada confronted you that night on your way home, as if you weren’t exhausted enough.

“Why didn’t you tell me?!” She asked annoyed.

“When exactly? When you were busy teaching everyone the choreography or when you collapsed on the bed and fell asleep in your dirty clothes?” You spat back.

She didn’t say anything. It was sad that the only intimate discussion you had that day was to argue.

Sometimes you felt more like a fan of hers during the show. Whenever Bada would leave everyone astonished with her powerful moves and boyish charms you cheered with everyone else. She rarely looked at you, though, busy paying attention to the feedback of the judges  or complimenting and hugging Kirsten. That also pissed you off but you brushed it off.

The closer you got to the finals, the more pressure Bada felt as the leader. Often times she would cry because of stress and all you could do was comfort her like a friend. You couldn’t kiss her, you couldn’t touch her more than a friend would. But that was ok.

Bada missed you, even though you worked together everyday. After Haechi Wang asked you out she started paying twice as much attention to every person getting close to you. She would get so petty that she would simply walk up to you and grab you by the hand when someone would be too familiar with you. It started showing on her face how annoyed she was when people called you sexy or pretty. Her tongue would poke against her cheek in suppressed anger when Mina Myoung called you girlfriend material.

However, the worst thing happened on the first time you had to perform with an audience. After several episodes aired on TV, people were very interested in the show so the venue was full. Amongst those people was also your ex. After the show, as you were waiting for the other members of Bebe to get ready to go home, a familiar voice called out your name. You turned around to see your very ex waiting outside to talk to you.

“Long time no see.” She said. You immediately thought you didn’t want Bada to see her here.

“What are you doing here?” You asked. The relationship didn’t last much but the toxic behavior left wounds that you still had to heal.

“I saw you on TV…” She said, taking a few steps closer to you. “And I missed you.”

“I don’t.” You brushed her off harshly.

“Hey.” She grabbed you by the hand and you felt your whole body react. You slapped her hand away in annoyance. “I know you miss me too.”

“I don’t. Can you leave please?”

“Don’t you think we deserve one more chance?” She insisted, standing right in front of you. You could smell her perfume and the smell brought back not so nice memories.

“What’s going on here?” Everything just got worse, you thought when you heard Bada’s voice. She knew your ex all too well. She walked past you, stopping in between the two of you, her taller frame pushing you gently behind her.

“We were remembering beautiful memories.” Your ex grinned at Bada, although your girlfriend was towering over her intimidatingly.

“She was leaving.” You said at the same time.

“Get the fuck out of here.” Bada said in a low voice. You saw her whole body tense as she clenched her fist.

“So you two are fucking after all! It’s so obvious even on TV.” Your ex was unfortunately not intimidated by her and you expected it. “I know that look in her eyes, when she’s looking at someone she’s fucking.” She continued, and you groaned in exasperation. You tried pushing Bada away but she wouldn’t move. “She’s giving  it to me right now.”

As soon as the words left her lips Bada pushed her violently, kicking her against the wall. Grabbing her by the collar of her shirt, she pulled it harshly as she leaned her head so she could look directly in your ex’s eyes.

“Get lost or I call security.”

“Fine, fine.”

You remembered Bada being angry when you told her things about your past relationship. But you never imagined she would get this violent about it. As your ex left, not before gesturing you to call her, you leaned against the wall and sat down on the floor, exhausted. Bada crouched down in front of you, asking you if you were alright.

“I could handle it you know.” You sighed.

“I’m sorry I just… I got carried away.” Your girlfriend mumbled, grabbing your hand.

“You were badass though.”

The ride home was quiet as always since you started filming for the show. However, it wasn’t stressful like other nights. You were very tired so when you got home you went straight in the shower. You heard Bada over the sound of the running water, asking you if she could come in so she wouldn’t scare you. You thought she was going to take her makeup off or something, but she slid the door open and joined you in the shower. You gasped as her hands were cold when she grabbed you by the hips, pulling you closer. Your back was pressed against her as she pressed her cheek against your wet hair.

“I miss you.” She said.

“You saw me five minutes ago.” You joked but you were feeling a pleasant pressure in your lower stomach as your wet bodies pressed against each other.

“I miss my girlfriend.” She repeated, lips almost touching your ear. Her hand moved lower between your legs and her fingers slid between your folds, over your wetness.

“Then act like it.” You said, grabbing her by the wrist, guiding her hand exactly where you needed it to be. She pulled you gently, pushing you against the wet shower wall, careful not to slip.

“You’re mine, you know.” Her other hand cupped one of your breasts as her fingers pressed in circles against your clit. oh no it is. aubrey’s new roommate is the girl paige.. you know..

“oh hey” y/n said awkwardly. “hi! im aubrey, im sorry about earlier..” aubrey replied and apologized. “oh no it’s okay, i just got hurt and im already so tired from today” y/n gave her a comforting smile.

after about an hour, getting unready, aubrey and y/n meet again in the living room. both of them cant sleep, both from excitement to start a new year. they got to learn more about each other other, and they started to feel less awkward.

“oh yeah i know the girl you were with earlier, we see her often, i think shes the daughter of coach’s friend” aubrey mentioned peyton. “ah yeah she told me! shes also freshman in psychology with me” y/n replied. “thats cool! she can bring you to our games and support us huskies!” aubrey said.

“we will see, since i just really focus on my academics this year. plan to get high grades and transfer to stanford. got rejected but its my ultimate dream” y/n sighed. she then talked about stanford more and her father. aubrey comforted her, saying “im so sorry, im always here for you! reach for that goal, im sure your father is proud of you. but in the meantime, dont worry, uconns got you!”

the two got sleepy and head off to bed. y/n felt happy as she felt more relieved with choosing uconn. she closed her eyes, getting rest for the next day.

next day; first day of actual school

“you guys will make your own research, anything about psychology, i want to see your passion and skills. research has to be done by the end of the semester, but we will have working sessions mixed with the lectures so i know you guys have progress.” the professor said.

it was y/n’s first class, and she got bombed with this? i mean yeah, she could do it, but it just suprised her as it was the first thing her professor said. and plus, what topic could she even work on?

after classes, peyton invited y/n to watch basketball training with her. y/n insisted but peyton really wanted to watch her “crush.” y/n nodded her head, and just thought that she could use her laptop, thinking about what her research should be about.

This season wasn't easy on him or the team. But now, when you see his smile on the podium, spraying champagne at Max, every hour of worrying and feeling like shit was worth it. You take few pictures for the McLaren account to post after all celebrating. You were so proud of him.

His home race and podium, something amazing. You take last glance at happy scene in front of you and you’re going back to the McLaren garage. Your body screams from all that adrenaline, but works first.

Going through paddock you’re locked in your head, reliving the race over and over again. Suddenly you feel someone hands around your body and second later you float in the air with screams of joy in your ears.

"WE DID IT BABY!!!” You turn and see the biggest smile in the world on your boyfriend face.

"I’m so proud of you Lan, you deserved it. You worked hard for this” You say and kiss him with all today's feelings. His hands travel over your body. When your hands reach his sticky from champagne hair he purrs with pleasure. God, you loved this sound. And you loved the man in front of you.

“Hey guys, find a room. People want to walks here without being disgusted” Pierre yell when he walks by you.

"I will kill him one day. He just had to ruin the moment.” Lando whines in your ear and then screams at Pierre. “Fuck off. You’re just jealous.”

It makes you laugh in his race suit.

“Let’s get home, we need to celebrate in different way than we celebrate with Zack.”

“Oh you don’t want to invite him to our bedroom? How weird.” You said sarcastically and laughed when when he squirmed.

"I will think about this to the rest of my life” You laughed and grabbed his hand. You two walked to the garage with big smiles and plans in your head this evening.
