The Importance of Good Employee Training and Knowledge Transfer Practices
It can be fun, exciting, scary, and stressful all at the same time when implementing a new system at your company. One of the key considerations to making sure that the new system gives a return on investment faster and productivity improvement is achieved is training employees correctly so they consistently adopt the system and begin to save time.

haha venting
its also so wild hearing someone say 'oh they couldve been the worst employee in the world but they were your friend' when they werent even my employee in the first place and i required very little of them in exchange for using my space and also we never interacted outside the context of our profession. like i could not name 3 of this person's hobbies nor could she do the same for me. im so fucking over this this is ridiculous

speaking from slightly more than a year out of the industry I just have to say that...you know, those people who I was kind of annoyed by when I was doing my ~informational interviews~ and kept going, slightly wild-eyed, "don't go into publishing, no, seriously, don't do it" were really kind of justified. nightmare of a business. many lovely people but oh boy

actually it was your post ‘hello fellow employed people let’s get this disease’ and i misconstrued it as if you WERE talking about covid. that’s right. i’m cherry picking your work for my purposes.
ok i love that alot actually lol. literally the funniest post you couldve possibly picked to use for a class assignment
like not only is that one of my top 5 favorite posts ive ever made, it also means that your professor will be made to unwillingly bear witness to that ridiculously jacked beef cake of a business man about to burst out of his blue button up. and then factor it into your grade

@revolutionstart // an open starter from dom !
❝ i know it’s an award show & all but i still don’t want to go. ❞ he’s only a year into the limelight, so often feeling like he was 2 steps behind all the other artists at the label just from sheer lack of public experience. playing concerts was one thing, but the red carpet events & galas were so far from his taste. ❝ neither of us were even nominated. ❞ but rather than sounding bitter, his tone was more so akin to being bothered that he has to sit in front of cameras for 4 hours & feign interest in whoever or whatever was going on on stage. the main host of the evening was some well-known comedian so dominic was hoping for at least some mild entertainment but it’s usually hit or miss anyway.
he takes a long pause, focus leaving his fussy cuff links & up to the unfortunate target of his complaints. ❝ you look nice though. ❞ he was pretty happy with his own look as well, the stylist clearly on their game. ❝ —the colour suits you. ❞

cannot understate how useful and wonderful BWB texts are. having a supply of such cheap, easily digestible and expertly written essays and insights on new zealand history, politics, social problems, indigenous rights and pacific rights and history, tragedies, media and more is such a boon in an era where misinformation is so easily spread and when its so difficult to find thoroughly researched writing on often niche topics like news media in nz or the coverage of the christchurch earthquakes or the history of unionization in the country. i hope one day say ive read and own them all
