Drawing For Nothing is out!

Forgot to announce this here but the first ten chapters for Drawing For Nothing have been released! For those who missed the last post, this is a free, digital art book for animated films that were either canceled or bombed due to complicated issues.

Yeah sure everyone’s finally talking about Goncharov but it’s really disheartening to see everyone ignoring that it had been considered lost media till 2006 due to the actual mafia tracking the distribution to make sure almost every reel got destroyed. Please consider looking into the absolutely batshit history behind that, and then tell me that’s not just as interesting as the actual cyclical ending of the film!

I'm sorry but the irony of Nico calling Max unprofessional is sending me so bad like sir there's an entire garage full of people, who were literally in the trenches trying to survive the Brocedes fallout while just doing their jobs, who might have a few things to say about your (& Lewis') level of professionalism at that time 😭✋️

It's quite fascinating to watch video game consoles tiptoeing less than sneakily into ONLY having digital games. Like I feel crazy watching this happen in real time, esp w the release of the digital only Xbox series X. Is the average gamer just cool w this?? With not actually owning your games and the death of used games?? we need ao3 for fanart and I am so completely serious. A universal platform not driven by any kind of professionalism or end goal, just for creating. Most important of all it needs to share the incredibly helpful and complex filing system ao3 does. this would be beneficial I think. because I want it.

As promised, below the "Keep Reading" cut is a video of III playing the first minute-ish of Spillways by Ghost.
