So, set the scene.

Two years after the fall of BEGA, BBA is slowly building itself back up. Now a little celebration tournament is going to be held in Japan, bringing all the bladers we know and love back together.

Kai’s trying to deal with his gay panic angst. Also Takao and co: ”What the hell is going on?!” (Giselle Ballet)

Yuriy being confused about his feelings. (Spring Awakening The Musical)

At a party, Julia, drunk of her ass, flirts with Mathilda and Yuriy. And maybe Kai, maybe others. She can’t remember…  

Yuriy confessing his feelings for Kai, but Kai does not believe him one bit. 

Yuriy has had enough of Julias mixed signals. (Into The Woods Musical) 

Julia finally admitting to herself that she’s a hot mess who hurts others and herself. (30 e tantos ósos)

Fear not Kai! Your straight best friend Hiromi is here to teach you all about love! (Wicked The Musical) 

Meanwhile, Yuriys straight best friend Boris is trying to teach him all about ”love”. (Spring Awakening The Musical) 

Then Boris finds out who he’s helping Yuriy to get laid with. ”Of all men, why him??!!!”

Ivan and Sergei being like: ”Really Boris. You could not figure that out?” (Into The Woods The Musical) 

After some ups and downs Kai and Yuriy finally decided to meet and talk. It’s awkward, It’s tense. It’s nice. (Sleeping Beauty - A Gothic Romance Ballet) 

Meanwhile, Hiromi and Boris realizing that ”That straight friend of Yuriy/Kai is kinda hot.” (Newsies The Musical)

Also meanwhile, Julia apologizing to Mathilda.

Oh no! Volkov has abducted Kai!  (Sleeping Beauty - A Gothic Romance Ballet) 

Yuriy gathering everyone for the rescue mission. (Finding Neverland The Musical)

Kai being forced to listen to Volkovs villain monologue. ”SOMEBODY FREE ME FROM THIS NUTJOB!!” (Rebecca The Musical)

Battle over, villain is defeated. Our lovers are back together. The kiss finally happens! (Romeo and  Juliet)

Some time has passed. Yuriy has to go back to Russia. Heartfelt goodbyes are said. (Bare A Pop Opera: The Musical)

The Mad God and their Eternal Sorrow

oh i'm just a joy to have at family christmas. here's a list of things i've done to make my family (which i do not get along with) vaguely upset but without giving them grounds to be actually mad:

1) spent ~30 minutes total (split between three instances) explaining detailed parts of Baldur's Gate 3 lore before anyone had had any food or coffee and was thus unable to combat my special interest energy

2) used my somewhat extensive knowledge (gained via writing a big paper on the sex positivity movement) of laws surrounding sex work to refute my conservative, sex-negative family's statements on the legalities of sex work (key point is i did not debate, i only refuted, which was very infuriating for them)

3) started to eat the wrapping paper in front of them when they wouldn't let me eat food (they let me eat food after that)

4) referred to multiple fictional men as "babygirl" without explaining what that means.

5) derailed a conversation in which they were praising trump by going on a full explanation on the usefulness and ethics of honey, as well as its historical uses and immortality and how scientists ate ancient honey and it tastes the same
