Day 1 @andersweek2025 - Magic Monday

I am going to try to use this week to practice digital art... I am really not confident with digital art, pens and paper are more my thing, so these are taking ages 😂 and needing my to watch a million YouTube videos it seems... not sure I'll get every day done (though tomorrow has been done in advance and took most of the last month to complete) but it's a frustrating fun challenge.

I'm also using this week to explore my Handers world state and the post DA2 relationship betwewen my OC Autumn Hawke and Anders. Just a warning 😝

I was tempted to write a Aumtnm Hawke/Anders post DA2 fic about when their son's magic first presents... but... ran out of time, so that will need to happen some other time.

You create a shield of magical energy against certain effects. Before rolling a saving throw roll you can use your reaction to cast this spell, doing so you roll your spellcasting modifier plus your proficiency bonus for the saving throw instead of the given saving throw for the spell.

After casting this spell there is a chance to exhaust yourself, make a DC 12 Constitution Saving Throw or gain one level of exhaustion. Casting this spell makes you lose any concentration. You CANNOT cast this after you roll for the saving throw, it must be before.

Armored Lady Monday

time for the Magic skill! i tried to capture the silly little animation your character does when they do a combat spell, a giant energy ball appears infront of them, as they reach their hands together to concentrate it on the inside of their fists to then shoot it out like a basketball, i love it

the splitbark armor felt like the best idea to use for my character since its basically the only "armor" looking mage gear that is relatively the same level as the rune plate armor ive been drawing my character in, hope you like!
