Headcanons under the cut!

Joel Miller - Joel takes you to a bar. It’s a little divey, but not without its charm. There’s live music and all the furniture is made of rich mahogany that gleams even under the low lighting. Joel looks amazing, foregoing his usual flannel for a black button-down shirt that’s tucked into dark jeans and a brown leather belt. Once you’ve gotten your drinks from the bar he takes you to a round booth and slides in right next to you, slinging his arm over the back of the bench and over your shoulders so that there’s no question to anyone else in the establishment who exactly you came here with (and who you’re leaving with). The table he picked is close to the stage so that every time you want to talk to each other you need to lean in real close just to hear what the other is saying. Marcus Pike - Marcus has planned everything ahead of time. He has a reservation for a restaurant he knows you’d love, based on just the few short conversations you’d had previous to setting up this date. After your meal you take a romantic walk along the pier at his suggestion and you wonder why Marcus keeps checking his watch every few minutes until suddenly fireworks start bursting high in the sky above your heads and you realize he wanted to time your walk perfectly so that you wouldn’t miss the scheduled show. He’s literally so adorable you could melt. You pretend to be cold as you watch the colorful display in the sky so that he’ll maybe put his arm around you. He does, but not until after shrugging out of his suit jacket and laying it across your shoulders first. You have a second date on the books before the first one even ends. scorcher score:🌶️

Dave York - You’re certain it’s no coincidence that Dave picked a restaurant that happened to be inside of a fancy hotel. And to his credit, you’re at the concierge desk before dessert has even been served, pawing all over each other while he hands the clerk his AMEX card and reminds them you do not wish to be disturbed this evening.  scorcher score:🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

Jack Daniels - Jack takes you to the rodeo. You’ve never been before so it’s actually really fun and exciting as he explains all the events to you and you look around in wonder at everything happening around you. Jack failed to mention, however, that he’s in the fucking rodeo. You don’t mind though because the whole bucking bronco thing? Kinda hot…  Later you make sure to tell him that, and to leave the hat on. scorcher score:🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

Max Phillips - Max called it a “date” when he’d invited you. You (and literally everyone else including Webster’s Dictionary) would actually refer to what he’s brought you to as an orgy but… tomato/tomahto.  Max Phillips is an absolute menace, but you knew that already. scorcher score:🚨 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ 🚨

Javi Gutierrez - He takes you to the movies, of course. You half expect him to have rented out the entire theater for just the two of you, but once the movie starts playing you watch in awe of how into it he gets, eyes lighting up like a kid at Christmas. And it's not just the movie, but the joy he seems to get from sharing the experience with the hundred or so people around you. It’s sweet. He’s sweet.  scorcher score: 🌶️

Frankie Morales - He picks you up from your place and drives for a good hour up the coast line until he stops finally for what he tells you is the absolute best taco truck you’ll ever experience (and turns out, he’s not wrong). After dinner and an ice cream cone from another nearby food truck he holds your shoes (and your hand) as you take a walk down the beach on warm sand while soft summer waves lap at your feet. You absolutely let him get to 3rd base in the cab of his truck before he drops you off. scorcher score:🌶️🌶️🌶️

Javier Peña - It’s not exactly a date, but you do get a text to your phone at 2am. “U up?” scorcher score:🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

Maxwell Lord - Maxwell wants to show you off. He takes you to a swanky party that is crawling with Washington’s social elites. Politicians, Diplomats and business men and women make up a majority of the guest list and he’s eager to have you on his arm when he makes introductions. The party is a little stuffy, a little boring, so when the entertainment portion of the evening begins and everyone is distracted, you and Maxwell happily sneak off to the back of the coat check room for your own private party instead. Maxwell turns out to be a little spicier than you originally gave him credit for.  scorcher score:🌶️🌶️🌶️

Oberyn Martell - see “Max Phillips”. scorcher score:🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

Marcus Moreno - Marcus takes you to a carnival that happens to be in town for the weekend. You shove cotton candy in each other’s faces like complete dorks in love, share your first kiss at the top of the ferris wheel, walk the fairgrounds eating snow cones, and before the night is over Marcus wins you a teddy bear with a red ribbon around its neck that is literally so huge you can barely get it through your front door later that night when he drops you off.  scorcher score:🌶️🌶️

How has your week been, lovelies?

My week started off with a touch of a cold, but thankfully hasn't developed into the flu or anything. One of the things I really can't stand most, is that feeling of being all bunged up in your face - bleurgh. Just no thank you ✋🏻

Otherwise, it's been all systems go as usual on the Jett plane. ✈️ Busy with work, busy with friends and busy with writing! 🥵

A few fics that stood out in particular that I read this week were:

Mystery Strain - @rebel-held I really enjoyed this alternative take on a sex pollen troupe from Rebel's Kinktober prompts, and may now also have a thing for Dieter's big, soft belly after reading this. 🤭

For You I Would Ruin Myself - @thelightsandtheroses Sticking with Dieter, this was a great emotionally charged story, and I love how Dieter was written in this. As much as I love reading smut (who doesn't?), I also really love stories where you are pulled into the inner workings of a character's emotions and thoughts, and sex isn't the main plot point, and this story really impressed me by doing that. Deffo recommend. 👍🏻

Behind Closed Doors - @sweetenerobert Where do I even start?! This was just utterly delicious and debauched. I had so much vivid imagery in my head reading this that a cold shower was needed afterwards, let me tell you. This was such a super hot read and I am so here for it! 🥵

Private & Confidential - @sin-djarin Becca has created the start of something truly wonderful here, I just know it. My Agent Pike senses are tingling to see where this story goes. You should totally check it out too. 🖤

50 - @linzels-blog This was a fic I really enjoyed this week, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for non-age gap fics specifically. It was utterly wonderful and features our favourite pilot, Frankie. 😍

In Another Life - @chronically-ghosted This beautiful Frankie story moved me. The way Taylor writes moves me. I am still thinking about this story and will read it over again. I urge you too also. You're really missing out on something utterly spectacular if you don't. 🖤

I Might Kill My Ex - @beskarandblasters This was such a fun, twisted little tale inspired by the song by Sza, about Joel, and I loved every second of this. It was super hot, and I really liked all the twisty turns this took me through. Deffo a must read. ☝🏻

☆ What have I been watching/listening to this week?

🎃 As it's spooky season, I watched a couple of horror films this week.

I rewatched Evil Dead Rise. I am a lover of the original films with Bruce 'The Chin' Campbell, but the remakes are quite good, particularly this one, I thought. I'm partial to a good horror film and it's been a while since I watched one that made me cringe and recoil at the gore. (The cheese grater scene, if you know, you know! 😬🫣)

Also rewatched both Scream and 30 Days Of Night this week too. Classics, IMO. 👍🏻

I'm looking forward to watching Talk To Me when that comes out on streaming too. The trailer looked fab.

Earworms of the week:

I just love Ronnie Radke's version of this Papa Roach original! I imagine it playing to the backdrop of an epic sex scene in a movie or something...

☆ What have I been up to this week?

Aside from the usual humdrum of work, I went on another short hike yesterday. Always good to get out and stretch the ol' legs.

A very good friend of mine cooked me a wonderful meal this week too when I visited them for a catch up. If you feed me, you can guarantee I will absolutely be your friend forever. 😀

Okay - so I've actually given this a lot of thought, shockingly. I've come up with a list of what I think the boys would be for a story / series that might or might not ever actually see the light of day lol.

Here goes- hope you enjoy!

Jack Daniels; This man is a centaur. Cowboy through and through and nothing makes more sense to me than him being half man, half horse. Do with this information what you like. 👀

Din Djarin; For Din I have two headcanons—first one is Demon!Din, the lovable, sexy one that eats pussy like a champ and is a feminist lol. In the second one I don't think he'd be a monster per say, I think he'd be a droid, or some really advanced AI. He'd be intelligent, but surprisingly human underneath all that beskar.

Marcus Moreno; Homeboy is already super, so it makes sense to me that he'd be like a Magneto / Professor X hybrid. Intuitive, crazy smart, and very handy to have around.

Pero Tovar; I don't actually think he'd be a monster either, more like a time traveler who is perpetually lost. Never in his own time, never knows what's going on but point him towards somewhere he can have a stiff drink, a fight, and a woman or five and he's right at home.

Javier Pena; Javi would be a Nahual, the Mesoamerican version of a shapeshifter, also known as an animal protector and guardian spirit. I'm not sure which animal he'd change into-I'll leave it open to interpretation.

Francisco Morales; Werewolf. Hands down. Literally nothing else to add to this-he'd be normal and cool most of the time, and then disappear for the three days of the full moon.

Max Phillips; This one's a given, he's a vampire and it makes sense for him. No notes- they got it in one.

Marcus Pike; This is where we get a bit sad, I think Marcus would be a ghost. A lonely spirit, wandering the earth in search of a true love.

Ezra; He's a little different, he gives me 'Old God' vibes. A pagan harvest God or deity, someone you leave offerings to in order to have a bountiful harvest, or good health, fertility.

Dave York; This man is a crossroads Demon. He's cold, and distant, and is always ready to offer you a deal you can't possibly afford.

Oberyn Martell; This is obvious to me too, Oberyn is an Incubus. The breeding kink is so strong it's basically his personality. He's only here to have a good time, and fuck his way through humanity (consensually, of course), leaving as many babies as he can in his wake.

Max lord; Another obvious one for me, he's a genie. Make your wishes, and he'll grant them, so long as there's something in it for him at the end of the day.

Idk if you’ve done this before (you can ignore this if you have) but how would each of the Pedro guys react if you told them you were pregnant?

**So I have done the pregnancy HC before, but that was when there were few boys, so lets add on to it.....

When They Find Out You’re Pregnant:

Javier: Shocked. No clue why because it wasn’t like either one of you were exactly practicing safe sex. Condoms were hardly ever used and you weren’t on birth control. He’s going to internally panic for a bit, disappearing into his work. He won’t disappear on you, he will drag into the apartment after you are asleep and get up before you do. Eventually coming to terms with the fact that he needs to be a better man and he comes home to tell you that he is all in.

Ezra: Worried. The life of a prospector and a floater is not the kind of life he wants for his child. He won’t articulate those worries, instead sleeping less and thinking long into the night while he has his hand on your womb. When he starts to form a plan for a life you can have that doesn’t include the danger of your current lives, he will wake you up, regardless of the hour to start excitedly laying out the plan.

Mando: Stoic. You can’t tell from the impassive view of his visor what he is thinking. Until the Crest goes dark and suddenly you hear his helmet thunk on the grated floor. Passionate lips overwhelm yours as he tries to show you what he is feeling. After he kisses you breathlessly, he will finally speak. “We will raise warriors cyar’ika. Marry me.”

Catfish: He is shocked and excited. He already has a child that he loves beyond comprehension. Never thinking he would have another kid after the divorce, so when you tell him that you are pregnant, he’s just in awe. Scoops you up into his arms and kisses you.

Tovar: A satisfied glint is in that grumpy Spaniards eyes. He was expecting it, never having bothered to pull away when he finally cums. “Good hermosa.” He tugs you into his arms and his large, war calloused hand cups your stomach possessively. “Maybe those bastards will stop sniffing around your skirts when they think I am not looking.”

Whiskey: Panicked. Nothing to do with you. But the damned fear of losing a second family terrifies him like nothing Statesman could ever throw at him. He’s going to need a bit. He’s really quiet and leaves for a mission. Until he realizes how it looks to you. That you might think that he doesn’t want you or that baby. Then you can expect his broken explanation as he begs you for forgiveness and to give an old fool another change at happiness. With you and the baby.

Max Phillips: ????????????? Lucy, you got some ‘splaining to do!(although once he finds out it is his….this frat boy vamp will be nervous as fuck. Will it be like him? Will it be like you? Will it be like some kind of mixed best of both worlds? And GOD FORBID you have a little girl. He will be beside himself. You have to tell him not to eat the little boy in her class that kissed her on the playground.)

Marcus Pike: Crying. Tears of fucking joy after making sure that this is what you want. He will be on cloud nine. You are carrying his baby and he just doesn’t know if he could possibly love you more than right now. There were times that he didn’t know if it was going to happen for him, love and a family. And you’ve just given him the world. 100% alllllll in.

Oberyn: Celebrates with you in the most obvious way. By taking you to bed of course. After exhausting you with pleasure, he will stroke your stomach and tell you how much he will love watching you expand with his child. Does admit that he would prefer that you refrain from your more…..risqué endeavors while you are carrying, for the health of the babe. Rest assured your prince with treat you like a queen.

Dave York: Proud. Extremely proud. He might not be what some would consider a good man, but he loves his children. He’s good with them. When Alice and Molly were little, he would change diapers and get up at 2am feedings with no complaint. Now he has a chance to do this again and he’s thrilled. You can tell from the way that he starts planning. He’s a planner, so immediately he starts getting things ready for the baby. As soon as he is done spreading you out and gently making you cum. 

Max Lord: Overwhelmed....He already cannot give Alistair the life he wants for his young son. Cannot give him everything that his heart desires and it tears him up. His eyes are wide, almost devastated and he feels the extra weight of another’s happiness heaping down on his shoulders. He gives you a small smile and immediately puts on the charm that he uses to convince people to invest in his company and tells you that it is wonderful. Kissing you soundly and convincing you that it is the best news, even if he is falling apart on the inside. 

Marcus Moreno: Slightly shocked. He’s thought his days of being a father to a baby were long over. His eyes are wide behind his glasses and he’s speechless for just a moment before joy takes over. Lunging forward and kissing you quickly, reassuring you that he is happy about the news. Wanting to know how you feel about it and how you feel. Missy is going to be surprised, but also happy. She’s always wanted a sibling and now she gets one. 

Zach Wellison: Panicked. Like glazed eyes, heavy breathing panicked. He’s still not completely adapted to the idea that he’s not longer on the streets and he has a job that supports him. That he has a home to sleep under a roof every day. All the things that support that a baby would need immediately flashes through his mind. Only you wrapping your arms around him will bring him back to reality and he immediately hugs you close, promise you that he will take care of you and the little bean. 

Javi G: Ecstatic. Overjoyed and tears spring up to his eyes. He is blubbering like a baby and he isn't ashamed of it. He loves the idea of you carrying his baby, basically blubbering about how much he loves you and how much he already loves his baby. He will be nothing like his father, your baby will know how much they are loved. His hands are all over your stomach, caressing the area where his child is safely nestled. 

Dieter Bravo: He’s high as a fucking kite when you tell him, but then again, when isn’t he? He frowns at you in confusion and looks down at your stomach for a second before looking at your face again. “How?” He asks stupidly, as if constantly asking you to have sex with him wouldn’t result in a pregnancy.

Hello there! I'm yandere-arts and I write my interpretations of characters as yanderes! The fandoms I write for at the moment are COD MW2 and Hetalia (see masterlists below.) I'm open for requests right now, so send 'em in -- but make sure you read my rules first:

Marcus Pike has the biggest sweet tooth. That man eats pancakes on the regular, and if eating at home, needs a bowl of ice cream or something sweet after dinner, and if you go out, he’s ordering minimum one dessert—he usually gets a couple, claiming the two of you will share but he eats the majority of it all.

Javi G also has a sweet tooth and I solely think that because of @oonajaeadira’s Javi G series.

And any of the boys will help you clean up the flour, it’s just some (Din, Javi P, Dave, Frankie, Joel, the Marcus’) will tell you they’ll take care of it, some will help you (Ezra, Jack, Max Lord, Pero), some will whine while helping (Dieter, Max Phillips), and others will have someone else take care of it (Javi G, Oberyn).

Jack just goes as a cowboy every year which seems like a cop-out until he shows up in like, super tassel-y chaps and everything else he’s wearing cranked up to 11. He somehow manages to find an even more ridiculous belt buckle

Javi doesn’t dress up, but when asked what his non-costume is supposed to be, he just goes “oh you can’t tell? I’m a CIA agent”

Max Philips. I know he has a very good vampire costume on standby (with the cape with the wild collar and all that) but I think he does change it up most years, frequently choosing popular characters from the previous year, though he’s also known for occasionally picking classic slasher characters.

thoughts on kain’s mother + a bit of kain/barbariccia and kain/edge

in my hcs kain’s mother, elena, is still alive (he’d lost his birth father, phillip, at 5 and then lost his adoptive father, ricard, at 17-- as a sort of mishmash between ff2 and ff4 canon) and while kain frequents much of his time, up until canon events, at baron castle as a dragoon and then commander of said dragoons beginning at 17, he does visit his mother when he can, both on the outskirts of baron where she resides and whenever she’s in town on business

(she’s a fisherwoman and sells her catches, her handmade equipment, her advice etc at the market/was a fisherwoman when they lived in deist, it being an island, and only relocated to baron after philip’s death bc her, kain, and ricard had truly nowhere else to go with deist devoid of dragoons/almost all of its people. deist being an island also explains my hcs for kain being a good swimmer, how kain and edge-- people who have lived or do live in coastal kingdoms-- ended up having the same favorite foods (spicy seafood soup), and how kain is both the best jumper but also like. the first dude to do it. deist dragoons didn’t jump but baron dragoons didn’t have dragons so he had to work something out that was a learnable skill but also something he essentially taught himself)

BUT after the events of ff4, where kain does go to mount ordeals but perhaps for like. two years max/not the canon seventeen years, he makes it a point to live with his mother rather than have her move into the castle/give up her livelihood. he values that she has her own space plus like. he feels he’s left her to grieve the rather recent death of her second husband (if ricard died, somehow still opposing the emperor let’s say, let’s say kain and firion are close in age and the deist dragoons were poisoned before the emperor’s rule but still closely tied to imperial rule, it’d be what? only four to six years? if he died when kain was 17, if kain was 21 at the start of ff4, if he’s 22 or 23 when he returns from training) and after leaving for two years with barely a word, save for maybe an apology by word of mouth from cecil and rosa, feels he’s left her to grieve him as well

SO he returns, lives with his mother and helps her work, makes sure she’s not pushing herself (although she’s stubborn and strong and will barely let him help-- but also enjoys fishing and making nets so she wouldn’t give that up for the world) which means there’s plenty of time for the people newly close to him, in this case edge + rydia and barbariccia, to meet her on separate occasions

i treat ff4 as a big poly thing so while kain is like ah ok you’re my friends so you have to meet my mother, people like edge and barbariccia (rydia is more chill abt it) are like YOUR MOTHER??? IS THIS LIKE. AN IMPORTANT RELATIONSHIP STEP??? and it is but kain’s not gonna act like it is LOL

in barbariccia’s case, she’s not used to human customs and barely even wears clothes (sometimes she’ll wear like. a wrap skirt and pasties and that’s IT. more jewelrly/cloth ties/embellishment than clothes) so she borrows whatever of rosa’s that “fits” (barbariccia is maybe 5′6 so everything’s a little short, she also probably doesn’t shave?? so she’s confused on that AND she has like 8 feet of hair, she’s gonna stick out ANYWHERE) and sits Very Uncomfortably in kain’s mother’s house unsure if she’s supposed to readily accept food or refuse it, if she’s supposed to eat it and get seconds or refuse-- until elena herself is like please eat all u like!! don’t look so stressed!! and asks her abt her hair of course lol

in edge’s case, he’s almost just as awkward but they get along so swimmingly that the initial nervousness dissipates immediately. like elena highwind’s best friend, other than the bubbly dancers at the market and the other older women and even rosa’s mother who has the exact opposite temperament, is edge geraldine

kain is Almost bothered that edge gets along w her so well but hey, he’d rather his easygoing mother make fast friends with even edge than have it be like cecil and kain walking on eggshells around rosa’s mother

also kain doesn’t tell her edge is the now king of eblan until edge makes mention of it and elena is like KAIN HIGHWIND YOU NEGLECTED TO TELL ME THAT THIS CHARMING GENTLEMAN IS THE KING OF EBLAN and he’s like i know you’d get nervous if i did-- hell, given how nervous edge was, i almost regretted mentioning you were my mother. like i should’ve introduced you as a stranger

edge is like really, don’t worry ma’am, just call me edge, treat me like u would anyone else-- and kain’s like are u flirting with my mother (edge is like oh is that where u get ur good looks from~? and kain’s like i look like my dad actually but ok)

And then some more time because both of you are little more than timid to admit that things are getting serious.

But he’s sleeping at your place more often than he’s not. And you’ve got a toothbrush, several changes of clothes, an absurd amount of lingerie, all your favorite snacks, and nice fuzzy pair of slippers at his house. And he’s clingy at night and no longer leaves once you’ve fallen asleep, he doesn’t care if you sleep past noon, he just doesn’t care to leave. And you’re making a habit to read him, you’ve gotten good at knowing what he needs in the moment before he’s had to ask— a kiss on his nose, a shoulder rub, your fingers running through his hair, a comfy change of clothes, a drink. And his filter (or whatever was left of it) is completely gone, because now he’s whispering praises in your ear when he fucks you instead of the usual filth. 

So yeah, it takes a lot of time and whole a lot of self-reflection before the two of you are ready to be open about your feelings. You’re dating. An item. Exclusively together. A couple.
