But a topic that is always overlooked is the health+well-being of the mediator. It is a given. All is well. You work/eat. You think/act. You are focused. Aren’t you? Can a Mediator lose her/his focus? It happens. It has to happen – Life is life + events can blow you off course. Eg;- a sudden bereavement; bad health to a close relative; sudden financial crisis; a personal problem of magnitude.
