Bad days can hit you when you least expect it.... they can turn your world upside down in seconds... I had an amazing day yesterday, my parents came to visit and watching the kids play and laugh with them was just a joy in my heart... Last night and today however is completely different, my anxiety has taken a hold of me. Its ripped any happiness from me and I am worried, scared, nervous, sad..... WHY? .. i don't know, I never know. It isn't anything really just EVERYTHING.... The only positive I can find today is that I KNOW ITS ANXIETY.... and thats quite a big positive. It shows I am breaking through the wall. I know i might not be like it later, or tomorrow or even in an hours time. I just know I need to accept it and let it run its course.
