The last time I took out my Baby Kayle out, it was just for a really short shooting with friends... But since I didn't want to take much time out of my social time, so I just took a few photos...

In the end, I didn't even had time to enjoy my second BJD I bought just before being distracted... I actually got a bad experience with the second doll, so I ended up not taking much photos of him... He has a Head model from LUTS - Kid45 Delf DIEZ type + the Body from CP/Fairyland Minifee Boy (Motion Line) Unfortunately, I didn't expect to make a mistake with the compatibility of head and body... It didn't match... and only after trying many time to find a solution, was I able to put his head flobilly on the body... but the Doll actually cannot stand up... Besides, I was quite dissapointed with the Minifee body: it was indeed super light, but it didn't have the good touch feelling of resin... and I felt that the sculpt wasn't polished enough compared to the photos... Anyway, I felt cheated because that body was more expensive thant my Kayle's body, and it didn't even match the quality... Maybe that's also the reason why I decided to put my dolls to a break, and then forgot about them... Now that years have passed, I don't feel that much frustrated looking at the second Doll whichI actually named "Shin" and even wanted to make story about those two... Maybe I'll pick them up someday...

My boy Harper here has graciously volunteered his feets to create shoe lasts for all the boys. Now he has another reason to bolster about having the biggest feet in the house. 😉

Just Some of my BJDs

Been a while since I’ve done anything with my dolls. It’s slow going getting back into things but I’m enjoying it a ton! These are edited mostly for the backgrounds, color correcting, and fixing stray wig hair where I could. It’s not perfect since my phone is garbage but at the same time I kinda dig the flaws.

Vishen Muriel Konten Alueshious Sylveryn (He/Any)

Former Water God and current Wanderer of Basn in the forme of a peculiar Serar. (AKA an Aasimar in my homebrew DnD world but that’s his full name and whole deal in a nutshell.)

Vishen is Volks Ryoya Konoe and was/is my Grail Doll. He’s an unmodded fullset lacking only his original wig, and I think a jewelry piece? No matter. They’re perfect.

Vishen and Ghost. They’re not a romantic couple but they have my favorite chemistry of my lorge dolls.

I really loved painting this one. The background itself is in my Discord as a stand-alone haha. As for Ghost… There isn’t much to his story (yet.) I mostly just like having him look pretty. Factory face-ups on both the lads.

Ghost (He/Him) is a Migidoll Ryu!

Sasha "Shou" Bernard. (He/Him) He’s one of my oldest BJDs. A cat-boy who loves all things cute and fun! He needs a proper wig and ears/tail but man it’s a hard color match. I’m trying to fit him to the design of an adoptable I got from an art-friend aaaaggesss ago. As a doll he’s changed characters and looks a ton over the years. But for now he’s my pretty princess son! I wanna do another photoset in his maid cafe uniform next. uwu Custom face-up by myself, eyes from a friend. <3

Francheska "Cheesecake" del Sune (She/He)

Cheska was my first BJD. Originally on a female body, I hybridized her onto a male one but it was via trade so I genuinely cannot recall the sculpt anymore. Their story is that they literally are a {collective?) spirit possessing a doll. He can move on his own but cannot speak audibly. They communicate exclusively through their traveling companion Morgan del Sune. Their relationship is not very clear currently as Morgan tends to embellish any stories on the subject to the deliberate and relative horror of their audience. I’m gonna be exploring them both (only Cheska is shelled as a BJD in real life, Morgan is a Tiefling tho) more in a DnD game hopefully pretty soon and I am so excited! Face-up and wig by yours truly!

My Taobao order arrived today and the boys got some snazzy new clothes and shoes. c:

Ken got a pair of plain black eyes to replace his grey ones, and I like them in him so much more. He also got a snazzy new black coat. I also got him a pair of glasses, but Jonathan has temporarily stolen them. Been thinking I’d like to get him new hair and maybe get him repainted; been really feeling like he deserves to be his best late 00s goth/j-pop doll self lmao.

Jonathan is also sporting some new shoes and big ol’ pants and I got a little soda cup as a free gift. c:

Shuu also got some shoes that are a bit more his size (they were a bitch to get on his honkin’ feet though……) as well as a new silly shirt. Also finally sueded his neck like I’ve been meaning to for months lmao.

A stool in a corner of my room and these two boys on it...

..they're just really close, as they are twins and grew up with only each other to rely on mostly. Arti's too empathic to the point of being a little gullible and easy to manipulate, so Lyon also has a tendency to be too overprotective of him.

Arti's a tad yellower than Lyon, as he's older resin-age wise. Liking that the tone difference between them translates to Arti looking a little more tanned, because he's actually the one who's a lot more into the outdoors and extroverted between the two even if he's named after the Greek goddess of the moon. Lyon is named after the Greek god of the sun, but he's the anti-social night owl.😂

Lyon looks so soft here though! I kinda like it, especially since these photos are with Arti - very him. He's only soft for his baby bro. 🤭 His eyes are actually placeholder eyes, I haven't gotten him his actual eyes yet - hoping once I do, he'll look a little bit more of a menace, since I plan to get 14mms with smaller irises. These are 12mms with regular irises.

Anyway, just happy Lyon's finally fully assembled. Now I can take more photos of them anytime I want.🥹❤️🩷

Joker is a bit closer to totally done. I'm waiting on a new wig because this one is actually really loose. I found a regular fiber one that will hopefully work and be a closer match to his ears maybe.

I wish i could make him as pretty as the game lol but i think my faceup skills are not up to the task. I'll have to send him out if i want it nicer. I'm just hesitant to send dyed dolls but i mean.. he's so dark it's probably safe. Also applying lashes is the bane of my existence. They are *Still* not perfect. Thank god that lock of hair covers it a bit cuz those lashes ended up pointed down enough to make that eye look smaller 🙃
