I liked Moonbeam City, okay? It ends up not being a ripoff of Archer the further it goes. I think if it got a second season, it would've found its own footing. I may like it a little more than Archer. Mainly because of the art style. Sure, its similar but it's still a little bit different. And also synthwave. I didn't like how sex drenched it was—possibly more than Archer was. I mean, so many adult animation is, but this was really...woo! Even a dolphin... That's just... And I didn't like the direction Pizzaz went. I pegged her for a hardass who had some standards. It would've been nice if the two capable female characters stayed not fucking with Dazzle. Alas...

I was pretty bummed when I saw there was only one season. It wasn't the best of the best, but I've seen shows that were a bit more boring get more than one season. Guess it was a case of bad advertising or maybe wrong show at the wrong time.
