Do I understand why people don’t like him? Yes. Is it deserved. I mean like I guesssss BUT HE DESERVES ALL THE LOVE IN THE WORLD I STAND BY THAT. YOUR HONOR HE IS SIMPLY A SILLY GUY. As a kid, he freaked me out and right before I got back in to mfb, I remembered him specifically as being genuinely unsettling but NOW? GOD I LOVE HIM SO MUCH. HES SUCH A FUN CHARACTERS I LOVE IT. HES JUST SO GOOFY AND EMBRACES THAT SO MUCH AND WOULD GIVE THE WORLD FOR HIM. I think his English va especially does him well. I talked about this before on here, but I love how you can tell he just had a blast with this role and it really heightens his character a lot in my eyes. Every line is just delivered with so much energy and he captures tetsuyas vibe perfectly it’s beautiful.

AS FOR RYUTARO BELOVED!!!! I love him. He deserves SO much better. Truly I just adore his character and wish he got more screen time. Also my god that man is pretty WHEEW. I think he had a lot of potential as a character and I really wish we got to see more of him. I think him in battle bladers especially rocked me to my core. His battle with Gingka was incredible and when he goes into his motivations about how he knows he’s going to end up as food for Ryuga/Reiji and is just desperately trying to survive for as long as he can GOD it just gives me chills every time. I really appreciate that part of his character and it makes him feel so human and it’s horrifying and incredible all at the same time and GAHHHH I JUST LOVE HIM HES SO COOL.

It’s such a travesty that the trio didn’t get more opportunities with each other and that they basically just disappeared after fusion because I love them so much.

LISTENNNNNNNN THIS IS TOO CUTE

Harry hears about how terrible the breakup was or how awful they were to Olive and he talks to her on the phone about it to make sure she’s good, but he doesn’t hear from her for a few days after so he stops by her apartment to check in on her. He brings groceries (a few extra sweets than he’s normally go for but these are desperate times that he knows all too well) and a wrench because he remembered her telling him her shower head was loose and spraying all over her floor so he figured he’ll be a good dad and help her out while he’s there.

He sees how upset she still is once he gets there and it breaks his heart too!! He knows what it’s like having your first major break up, so he sits on the couch with her while she cries to him and he holds her close by her shoulders. He listens to anything she has to say and gives his two cents about how he thinks whoever broke up with her was shitty to begin with, but eventually she falls asleep from how hard she’d been crying and how swollen her eyes are. Harry’s still holding her, her head tucked under his arm like she used to do as a baby and her legs outstretched on the rest of the sofa. He knows she can’t be comfortable and probably hasn’t slept well all week, so he cuddles her for just a little bit longer before carrying her back to her room (Olive has always been a cuddly little thing, but she’s grown up now so the cuddles are more difficult to come by and Harry misses them dearly). While she’s still sleeping, Harry fixes her shower, puts away her groceries and gives her a kiss on her forehead before he leaves.

People may break his baby’s hearts but he will always be there to mend them!!!

ch 5 diamond scene (and the mini scene that proceeds it where ethan asks mc to help him) i mentioned this the other day but for me the ethan x mc dynamic really hits its stride. like in the previous chapter they were open and vulnerable w each other and now they're more comfortable just chilling and teasing each other YUP it is most pleasing to me

ch 7 diamond coffee scene omfg if you say you forgot your wallet and make him pay it's one of the funniest scenes on the app. i like the rest of the scene too bc i think it shows that they have a good read on each other and have already started to form a strong relationship

ch 4 NICU diamond scene waahhhhh was so cute them being vulnerable and ethan being a good mentor and them staying awake late into the hours of the night ..... cried
