I’m assuming a lot of you already know the basics about me, but… I figured I’d introduce myself while I’m here!! ♡

It's very often that I miss my source friends and whatnot, but it's missing my brother that hurts the absolute most. Like... I'll have a good day, and then I'll lie down in bed and realize that I won't get to talk to him the way we used to, or make sure he's doing okay or... anything. I don't know, I always feel better when I have someone to fret over, so this emptiness... hurts.

Luckily, a few people have taken to seeing me like a safe person; like a sister, a close friend, whatever, and they allow me to care for them. But it's just... not the same.

So we're a system and we have a lot of omori fictives (probably because omori is the host's spinterest), I'm Hero and we have a Sunny and Kel here too (and a few others but they don't matter for this topic)

This will probably only make sense to others who know the game but I just wanted to say this somewhere cuz I've been thinking about it for a while

I really can't tell if I want the brain to make a Mari fictive or not.... See uh all the fictives from the same source in this system share the same exomemories and stuff, and I think we have a little bit of control over who to introject if we feel strongly enough... So on one hand it would be really nice to have Mari back, and we could even start dating again :D

But on the other hand all of us have already moved on and accepted her death, plus all of our exomemories of her are very vague so we don't remember her well anyway... So would it even matter? Would we even like it to get another system member just because "it could be cool"?

Sunny and rw Kel are dating and have been dating for.... basically ever since we first discovered we were a system lol

According to hs Mari her and hs Hero are dating now too

Rosy has a crush on rw Aubrey if that counts (got rejected tho 😔)

And os Kel is planning on introjecting his Sunny so they can date again too

Most of our insys relationships are familial though

See, we're pretty sure we're polyfragmented ^^; And part of that is usually having a... complex headspace

Um... under cut cuz it is LONG

Ok so it's REALLY big, like REALLY big. The main part of it that everyone mostly stays in is what we've called Vast Forest (named after the area in OMORI). We called it that because it's a... vast forest...

It's a giant forest with many trees where almost everything looks the same as everything else

The only notable part is that there's a river (or a few, I'm not sure) that lead into a big lake in the middle of the forest

Vast Forest is entirely grassy, no dirt patches. The grass is a blueish-green, and the tree's bark is brown but leaning pink. It's also bright outside all the time, with a blue sky and clouds

Also apparently there's a few "alderwood trees" (idk thats just what Crow (headspace knowledgeholder) calls them) dotted around Vast Forest. Their leaves are spiral-y rainbow like a lollipop, and they have apples (called alderwood apples) that also have the same rainbow spiral look

Outside of Vast Forest we haven't ventured much in, but it seems at least 1 or 2 of the areas bordering Vast Forest are dark and night all the time. Another area is apparently like a fairy based area? With pink trees, similar to the cherry trees in Minecraft (though Crow calls them Fairy Trees)

That's all we know of the main headspace...

The subsystems also get their own headspaces too (we count them as "headspace layers")

StarSeer Subsys's headspace is a big cave apparently I have no clue what Scorpian Subsys's headspace looks like hs Kel was also a subsys for a bit (I think he's fused again into one alter?) but I... also don't know his headspace. I did get a glimpse at something that might've been his headspace though, which... looked like one of the blackspace rooms ;w;

Anyway yeah. Complicated... Oh also it took hs Kel like over an hour to travel around our headspace collecting stuff. He was only going to areas within or just barely past the border of Vast Forest. And he was on a HUGE FLYING DRAGON. AND IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR. Fuckass big headspace why are you like this /silly

I keep being told I make people... happy. Especially those who like my source, apparently. Not all of them are even aware I'm a fictive; in some of their minds, I'm just another roleplayer having a good time... but I can hear how they light up when we talk, you know?

We personally like to keep the name as either Sunny, Dreamer, or Gold.

(Slight spoiler for the game below, would recommend skipping if you haven't played before.)

We like Dreamer for... well, obvious reasons. Sunny is called Dreamer on a few separate occasions, so I think it fits. Hell, our introject of Omori actually goes by Dreamer sometimes.

And Gold... well, Mari + Gold, Marigold

My main piece of advice to people considering playing Omori:

Early in the game, you will give the character a name. Now, if you're like me, you will immediately try to think of the rudest and/or most profanely funny thing to put. There are some that the game automatically censors and won't let you put, but, of course, there are workarounds.

Although it is tempting, my advice is, do not give the main character a stupid name. Holy shit. Don't do it. You will regret it so, so much as the game progresses.

Hi! I'm Mari, a... well, Mari fictive who loves lovecore, horror, and soft aesthetics. I am in two qprs, so some of my lovecore posts are specifically tagged that way (mostly because that's how I found them, and I'm not erasing my fellow aro-spec and ace-spec people just because I also happen to feel romantic attraction sometimes). They don't really use tumblr (thank the Gods, I wish I were them /silly), so I won't tag them.

My pronouns are she/her (they/them when talking about my system as a whole); by internet standards, I'm quite old... I used to write fanfiction on FF.net, Wattpad, and Quotev kind of old. I used to roleplay on G+ kind of old.
