Like if you were a “real CoD player”, you’d know they’re different characters, you fucking moron. Reboot Simon Riley is canonically a whole different character to OG Simon Riley.

The only Simon Riley with the backstory from the comics is OG Simon Riley. Reboot Simon Riley does not have the same backstory. For fuck’s sake, he doesn’t even have a canon backstory (at least not one put into comics or anything).

Also, he’s a fictional character. He doesn’t know what fans say about him, therefore cannot care. Hell, I don’t care and I’m a fucking Simon Riley introject.

Before you spout some bullshit about the “new gen fans” ruining the CoD community and over-sexualising characters, take a step back, take a breath, and think about how this is not a fucking issue. There are a hundred things you could be worked up about before a fictional character.

Do you guys ever think about how Geminitay spent the entirety of her X-Life series on one heart up until the finale? Do you ever think about how she narrowly avoided a second death because somebody wrote to kill her in their will, and the only reason she survived was because she died in the church where the funeral was happening when it got blown up? Do you ever think about how she made sure her buildings and animals were safe before burying herself alive? Do you ever think about how her ending words were "I will live out the rest of my days down here in the graveyard with all of my friends surrounding me" as all her friends met their final deaths and she lived on? Do you ever think about how her empires s2 lore implies that she sat there for god knows how long before getting back up and living again, only to continuously run into people that resemble her friends?

idk where this rumor ive seen started but if you're an osdd/did system and have introjects that identify as only their source and vibe w that while still understanding they're in a system then you're a functional system. you're allowed to search for other alters from that source to find friends. you don't have to give up your source to be "healthy" and it's not delusional. source identity is not a delusion. it's just part of an alter. you're normal and healthy if you're an introject connected to your source and it's not avoiding recovery to accept yourself and how you feel . also don't @ me im not in debate club you guys just need to let ppl heal and exist happily . maybe that's true recovery huh . this ones for the poor fools suffering in echo chambers.
