Mace called Depa "Padawan" in a real stern voice once during a Council meeting, to which she, completly flabbergasted, replied "Im 42?!"
This lead to all people on the council laughing and the meeting being completely ruined because every time one of them said something they had to start laughing again.

AusNet Services hits customers on manually read meters with quarterly fee
It appears that AusNet Services, which is one of the five Victorian power distributors, has lost its moral compass.  According to a letter which it mailed to customers, changes to its manual reading process will result in customers with a manually read meter being charged a quarterly fee of $34.80 (excluding GST) from 1 July 2023.  The letter states that this fee will increase every financial…

Hypothetically, do you reckon that for the younglings that grew up in the Jedi Temple would do like ‘your mum’ jokes except instead it would be ‘your master’?
Like I can fully imagine a random youngling going up to their friend and telling a Your Master joke, and running away giggling menacingly
IMAGINE A YOUNGLING SAYING THAT TO LIKE OBI-WAN YODA OR ANY OTHER COUNCIL MEMBER THOUGH
I feel like depending on which council member they’d tell it to, they’d either get a laugh or get banished from the order, there’s no inbetween
It would be so funny though

Yoda being approximately 900 years old does not mean that he is obsolete, out of date, out of touch and him being in the Council is an obstacle to progress. It means, Yoda has knowledge and experience which corresponds to more than nine times the total amount of knowledge and experience that the average person can gather during their lives. This is why he is the leading member of the Jedi Council: the Order combines democracy and seniority.

Helloooo, to all SW fans! 👋
Sooo, I have decided to make this like a… monthly? 🤔🤔 Reblog, to search for other like minded pro Jedi individuals like myself in the SW fandom, so I can find more of my little fandom corner.
So! 😁 I humbly ask those that are Pro Jedi, and do NOT blame them for their own genocide (🤦‍♀️🤢🥶) to reblog or like this post, so I can follow more SW fandom blogs.
I also would follow fans who are Anakin critical/anti Anakin. Although Im more of a pro Jedi fan who still has sympathy and SO much love for Anakin’s character (🥲💔❤️), while still realizing the fault lies with himself, I also enjoy reading a lot of critical analysis on his character too.
But any Anakin fans who love him to death like me and aren’t afraid to hear criticism are welcome to like this post too! ❤️
The same goes with pro Jedi/pro clone blogs. The Jedi are my ultimate favorite blorbos, but the clones are also so very dear to me, and I love to read headcanons about them. 💕
Hopefully this isn’t a weird post. Lol. 😅🫣😂 I just thought this was a good way to expand outward into more fandom territory.
Thanks! 😜💕❤️✨

Anakin and Ahsoka are “pick-me’s.”
Don’t worry, I’ll elaborate.
Anti-Jedi folks will always, always, lift these two assholes up as “better than all the rest of the Jedi.”
They’ll say that they have “empathy,” and “compassion,” and that they “care about the little people and not just the politicians in the Senate”—or whatever the fuck else they wanna say—all because Ahsoka and Anakin “Aren’t Like Other Jedi™️”
Now, theoretically, you could say the same thing about Qui-Gon, Kanan, Cal, etc. except for the fact that they themselves don’t believe that.
They loved being Jedi, they viewed themselves as being Jedi, they loved their fellow Jedi and the Order. They didn’t betray their family, they didn’t blame their family for their own fucking genocide or basically call their practices stupid because “look how much better I am teehee.”
Qui-Gon, Kanan, Cal…they loved the Order and being Jedi in a way that Ahsoka and Anakin didn’t.
Ahsoka’s change is partly Anakin’s fault, since she only changed after being his padawan, but that doesn’t change the fact that now she’s so entrenched in her own ignorance that she truly believes that the Jedi brought on their own genocide because they didn’t train non-Force-sensitives.
So yeah, Anakin and Ahsoka are massive pick-me’s and y’all are too.

Something I think about a lot is Anakin growing up amongst the Jedi with a lingering sense of doubt about his place amongst them because he was initially rejected and informed he couldn’t be a part of the Order for being too old, while attempting to hide his insecurities about his place with them because he’s afraid voicing his fears might prove to the other Jedi that he truly doesn’t belong with them.
Meanwhile, none of the other Jedi have any idea this is going on and assume that since Anakin doesn’t try to talk about his fears with anyone, he must be doing fine.

How much you wanna bet in the next 3 episodes Sol is going to go to the Jedi and say the sith are back and the Jedi won't believe him because Headland thinks it's "just like how the Jedi refused to believe Qui-Gon!" even though...
A. Qui-Gon had no actual proof that Maul was a sith (seriously, "well trained in the Jedi arts" is not proof, if anything that's evidence for someone not being a sith, as it points more to someone being an ex Jedi or trained by an ex Jedi)
B. The Jedi never outright reject the possibility that the sith are back, they express surprise and disbelief, and question how it could have happened without notice, they do not dismiss it, but lack of evidence means they have little to go off of or investigate, they're stuck, which leads to...
C. The Jedi send Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan back to Naboo precisely because they're hoping to lure Maul out and get more concrete answers, and on the subject, the fact that more Jedi weren't sent is not a gotcha against the Jedi like I see some people treat it as (fuck you hishe), Qui-Gon already held his own against Maul, as far as the Jedi know he and an almost-Knight are more than enough, and again, the point is to draw Maul out, I doubt he would show if he knew a bunch of Jedi were waiting for him (and he would know, either through the Jedi's presence in the Force or by Palpatine's sources), Mailul is bloodthirsty and arrogant, but he isn't stupid (and I doubt Sidious would allow him to foolishly challenge a bunch of Knights and Masters all at once)
D. The Jedi themselves conclude Maul was a sith when all's said and done (and that's another thing, they still don't have any solid proof here, so why does Qui-Gon get praise for making a claim that happens to be right despite having no way of knowing so but the rest of the Jedi don't?), so they changed their minds pretty quickly
I will not be surprised if this ends up being the case, "the Jedi arrogantly refused to listen to Qui-Gon" is an all to common "fact" found in SW fanfiction, so it would be no surprise that leslye "wrote sw fanfiction" headland would do something like it

I do love how funny it is that Star Wars keeps having villains discuss how great the Jedi are and none of it sticks in the heads of anti-Jedi fans.
Tarkin: The Jedi are too soft and never violent or ruthless enough to win battles. Anti-Jedi fans: The Jedi completely lost their way and went against their philosophies by joining and WAR and KILLING people.
Tarkin and the Kaminoans: The Jedi helped the clones learn individuality. Anti-Jedi fans: The Jedi ENSLAVED the Clones and didn't care about them or fight for them ever.
Grand Inquisitor: The Jedi's main weakness is how much they want to help people and can't stop themselves from doing so even if it means they expose themselves to their enemies. Anti-Jedi fans: The Jedi feel no emotions/repress their emotions/don't understand what they feel/think they need to refuse all feelings, and they abused an already traumatized child because they didn't care about him/wouldn't let themselves care about him.
