The winners of the life series all had their own ways of winning:

1. Grian loyalty, playing into every one of Scar's schemes no matter how stupid they seemed. His win came from blood and tears, a descion made surronded by sand and cacti.

2. Scott defiance, he was never going to play the game the way it was designed. Why would he take life needlessly, no his win came from the refusal to do the watchers bidding.

3. Pearl alone, discarded by her soulmate, discarded by the one who pulled her into the nether in the first place. She won with her ties cut, she won not of her own descion but of the one who decided for her.

4. Martyn scavenger, taking time where most convient, stealing kills from right under peoples noses. His win came when even his trusted ally had his guard down, feral and desperate for just a drop more time, even if it left him frenzied and alone.

How did you end up being on the Welcome Home team? Did you find a listing and apply to it, or are you friends with the creator?

definitely not a listing, it was a weird bout of happenstance! I actually reached out to Clown Over A Year Ago Now Good Lord and asked if he'd be willing to work with me on a Welcome Home exhibit as one of my class projects - we were friendly acquaintances running in similar circles at the time, and of course I was hugely impressed with their art and Welcome Home. Then while we were working on that exhibit is when Welcome Home Blew Up, I started helping out best I could with Everything That Entailed, and since then Clown has kindly kept me around to keep helping out!

Hi, I don't want to accuse anyone of anything, so please ignore this if I'm mixing things up, but wasn't Anon Radish the one who used one of your prompts without credit? Was that cleared up and I missed it? I'm genuinly curious

They are, and (but in this case but they don't answer comments on their fics, and I don't know any of their accounts off AO3 (I don't even know if they have any) so there's no real way to get an answer unless someone who knows them sees this and reaches out to ask directly.

So... I've just decided to move on with my life. If anyone knows them and can ask for real, then that's swell. If not, then it's not like there's anything I can do about it.

Would still like a credit if they did get some ideas from me.

Ohhhh I have put this off for so long because naming favourite artists feels like such a big responsibility!! But I will name some I've been especially fond of lately, at the very least! Here's a selection of just twenty amazing artists/creators that I've been admiring in just the last few weeks:

And the thing is, is I could also easily draw up whole paragraphs of why I love each of these artists, but then I get very worried that I am going to make it look like I love some artists more than others, and then I get very stressed so I'm not going to do that, at least not this time around.

Also please know that I could easily name another thirty that I love at least. There are so many great artists in this fandom and my terrible short term memory gave me these names first! But my fanart, edit, manip, and fan comic tags are full of them! Also twitter is very very scary but my twitter is almost exclusively retweeted fanart. ALSO also everyone in my following tab on my instagram are or have been at some point 1D fanartists!

It's no secret that Google has far overstepped what any company has a right to in terms of its end users personal information and data, but I'm ready to finally make the switch.

Fuck google, they're tracking you way more than you even think they are. And fuck them even more for helping to erode privacy and an individual's right to it as a concept. Privacy is the sort of thing you don't mind giving up until one day you wish you hadn't. I'm not waiting to find out when that is.

what i like about ada's report, & i'll get into it more eventually, is that despite it being ada explaining the plot (& her motivations) to you directly, it presents an interesting relationship between ada, a known liar & manipulator, & the audience. while she withholds information from other characters & skirts about on mystery throughout RE4 & separate ways, there is one person to whom she doesn't lie, to whom she does tell the truth, at least a part of it, & that is you, the player. it is a very neat narrative device that wouldn't work as well in a different medium
