Another one who already knew you were related to Seonghwa and boy does he flex that. He is so proud of the fact that he managed to bag someone as amazing and beautiful as you with an equally amazing brother. Doesn't stop bragging about the fact that Park Seonghwa himself introduced him to his precious little sister.

"Seonghwa sunbae always says that his sister means the world to him and that she only deserves the best...guess who's the best...me." Junghoon says to Yechan who just blinked his eyes at him.

"The fact that he himself! Park Seonghwa introduced me to his Princess and told me that we'd make a perfect couple-omo I must be so special-I'm gonna cry." Junghoon states making Yechan roll his eyes as he stood up and walked away.

"Whatever floats your boat." Yechan said and walked away leaving Junghoon on his own.

"I mean let's be honest...I am the perfect suitor for Y/n so it's no doubt that Seonghwa hyung ultimately chose me to be his sister's suitor. Did I mention? I even have hyung privileges." Junghoon says following Yechan.

"Stop following me!"

Seeun

"Y/n...I kinda bumped into your brother while on my way back." you looked up from your book at Seeun who had a blank expression on his face.

"Oh, and?" you asked as he sat beside you.

Seeun was another member who already knew who your brother was and honestly he found Jongho intimidating.

Being the eldest son, Jongho was quite a cautious and protective elder brother to you and your little brother. So it was no surprise when Jongho approached Seeun and made some things clear to him.

"He...um...kinda threatened to crack my head open like an apple if I make you cry or hurt you in anyway. He also told me to treat you like the Queen you are." Seeun said making you giggle as you put your head on his shoulder.

"My brother isn't like that! And he definetly wouldn't call me a queen." you said and laughed as Seeun shook his head.

"No, no...Jongho hyung was really serious about those things and then he proceeded to get us ice-cream!" Seeun proclaimed happily and took out the ice-cream.

chapter 2:

"he shouldn't be that old" <- the kids would be expecting wolfwood to be, hmmm, in his early 20s, thereabouts? ww looks around a decade older than that...

he's giving... something here. it's the combo of the glasses and all-white outfit i think. the y2k fashion vibe.

who is saying this? livio? razlo? both? chapel, since he was the one just talking? also, nice visual metaphor!

this is obviously NOT the reason wolfwood spared these guys, but this is reminding me of when oda said that luffy doesn't kill his opponents because shattering their dreams is worse than death. LOL

also i am convinced nightow drew this chapter for the sole purpose of making wolfwood do cool shit on his motorcycle.

that being said, all the cool shit wolfwood does is immediately overshadowed by livio CATCHING A BOMB IN MIDAIR AND THROWING IT BACK AT THE GUY WHO SHOT IT. stampede livio could never do this, he's too skinny

chapter 3:

people have already said stuff about this page, but I Also Want To Say Stuff. the wispiness of the smoke, livio's hair blowing in the wind... it feels very much like the calm before the storm, simultaneously serene and tense. and i LOVE how wolfwood is shaded in grey, while livio is the one shaded in black. fantastic contrast and composition, i adore it.

why is this razlo's first note to livio. "!" like...?! you're letting livio know you exist, but giving literally no other information like at all? okay. razlo's a bit of an oddball, to put it mildly.

the rest of his letters are... well they're not "normal," i guess, and not any less cryptic, but they are kinda sweet in their own way.

knowing who razlo is i love the way his introduction scene is presented. livio is keeping information from ww and from the reader, so it's both literal and not. also razlo is appropriately unsettling, i wish he would stop... unhinging his jaw like that.

...also who tf told him about EoM?! this is a difference with stampede... stamp!livio joined EoM because he wanted to follow wolfwood. no razlo involved in the decision-making, as far as we know. compared to here in the manga, livio left the orphanage on his own, so there isn't really a clear timeline on when ww joined EoM vs when livio did. we don't even know if he knew ww was in EoM at all.

also upon rewatching this scene for this post i got distracted by legato's lack of ass and had to pause because i was laughing too much

the guy is literally flat as a board help

*cough* anyway. razlo is only alluded to and never named or even really shown, except for a very brief very blurry reflection, so his level of involvement in... literally everything is unknown.

speaking of characters who are weirdly absent, chapel isn't around either...? i thought maybe they combined his character with conrad, but he DOES speak in livio's memory, i even checked the credits for his seiyuu. (hiroshi naka - he voices a lot of old men but most notably garp from one piece!) i don't really know how his role in all this has changed, if at all, since conrad seems to be the one in charge of the experiments...? and i really... do not like what they did with conrad in stampede, he went from being shitty but having nuance to just being extra shitty... okay, tangent over.

oh, this fight is so WEIGHTY!! i love it!! they gave a lot of weight and physicality to the livio vs ww fight in stampede too, (and all the fights, for that matter), despite stamp!livio's loss of bulk... it's a really fun fight to watch!

chapter 4:

OHHH..... okay.... soooooo.... this means he's coming back in stampede season 2 i assume?

not to go off on another tangent but this is the second time this has happened to me... i went into stampede more or less blind (oh how things change) and so when knives died at the end of the season I HAD NO REASON TO BELIEVE HE WASN'T DEAD... but then i saw people talking like he would come back in season 2 and i was like, "how?? he DIED" and then i read the manga and i was like oh. and now with livio too. i thought he served his narrative purpose and then died. and he shot himself through the head, which is notable because that's how ww killed monev who was ALSO a subject of EoM's experiments in the tristamp universe!! so i had no reason to believe he wasn't dead!!

i dont have that much to say about this chapter because it mostly consists of the fight, but OH what a fight it is...!! i know i should be rooting for wolfwood, and i am, but livio is just so COOL in this fight. they're both cool...!!!

also, how many little glass vials(tm) does wolfwood have?! honestly, it's amazing that he still has any at all left to drink, it's a wonder they haven't all shattered already with how much he's been thrown around. especially because the one he drinks from CRACKS when it hits the ground... these vials aren't exactly bulletproof, lol.

THE HUG...?! UUUEEEEAAHGHGHHGH

MESSAGE TO ALL BITCHES ughhh ww looks so pained here. when he told vash that his blood runs cold when he points his gun at livio... he's feeling that through this whole volume. man.

oh, the punisher is taller than him... i was trying to get an approximation of relative character heights recently, and i saw somewhere that the punisher is 5'7, the same height as me...

also, 10 punishers, huh... wolfwood's is one, razlo has three... does chapel's count even though it has a different design...? do livio's handguns count? will we see the others? is there even a significance to the number...?

oh great, is this another wolfwood death flag?! we haven't seen him drink THAT many of them so far but still. hope chapel keels over already. i know ww's making an effort not to kill people but can he please just shoot chapel in the head. also wolfwood's pose in that panel... he's kinda serving cunt

razlo was a real one for killing livio's shitty parents!

also another thing i'm noticing! razlo opens his mouth pretty wide, while livio doesn't open his mouth much at all... i mean okay there are a ton of differences in physicality between the two of them, but that one in particular stands out to me because last volume i complained that i couldn't tell when livio was talking because he never opens his mouth LOL

spraying wolfwood with blood and guts is a fucking wild battle tactic bro. also i'm convinced that nightow gave razlo three punishers for the cool factor first and foremost. three crosses also brings the scene of jesus's crucifixion to mind... but nahhhh it's definitely the cool factor. unless...?

There were a number of ways to keep going, but I decided I'd pick up with Yuno and Mahiru. This one's more dialogue heavy, and then I went on an honorific search and... wah. I hope I got them all, but if not, I'll fix them. (Feels wrong to not use the honorifics)

551 words. Congrats, I tripled the length of my fic.

Amane doesn't really figure into this part, but I will tag "bad things happen to Amane" anyway.

A scream rang throughout the panopticon Though cut short, it was loud enough to draw attention.

“Who was that?” Mahiru asked Yuno.

“I’ll go check.” Yuno went to the door of Mahiru’s cell and cracked it open. Outside, Mikoto was running towards Fuuta’s cell in a rage. What is he doing?

No point in stopping him. It seemed too dangerous to do so. Yuno watched as Mikoto barged into the cell, revealing Kotoko inside. He shoved her and screamed obscenities at her, and she punched him back. Before the door to Fuuta’s cell closed, Yuno caught a glimpse of green hair on the ground. Amane-chan…

“What’s going on?” Mahiru asked as Yuno headed back to her.

“Mikoto-san went to Fuuta’s cell. Kotoko-san was there, and he started fighting her. I also saw Amane-chan on the floor.”

A second later, Mahiru’s eyes widened in realization.

“Fuuta-kun… Amane-chan… Mikoto-kun… Am I next?”

Yuno put her hands on Mahiru’s shoulders.

“I won’t let that happen to you. Now come. Let’s find Shidou-san and Kazui-san.”

Yuno checked outside the cell again before going out. Fuuta’s cell was still closed, but the brawl inside was loud enough to hear. Mahiru looked towards the door in horror.

“Come on, your safety first,” Yuno whispered, wrapping her arm around Mahiru’s shoulders and guiding her towards the hallway.

Fortunately, they found Shidou and Kazui in the first room they checked, the dining hall.

“Ah, Kashiki-chan. Shina-chan. What brings-”

“There’s a fight in Fuuta’s cell. Amane-chan is-”

Kazui was out the door before Yuno finished her sentence. Shidou stayed behind just long enough to hear the full story.

“Take care of Shiina-kun, will you?” Shidou told Yuno.

“Of course. Let us know when it’s safe,” she said. As he left, she returned to Mahiru, who was seated at the tables, trembling.

“Tell me, Yuno-chan, what did you see?”

“I already told you. Mikoto-san and Kotoko-san were fighting, and Amane-“

“Tell me about Amane-chan! And Fuuta-kun!”

“I didn’t see much. Just Amane-chan’s hair on the floor.”

“Did Kotoko-chan really attack them?”

If Kotoko and Amane were in the cell before Mikoto, and there was no sign of Fuuta leaving, then…

“Most likely.”

“How bad was it?”

“I said I don’t know.”

Mahiru got up from her seat and moved toward the door. “We have to check on-”

Yuno stopped her with a hug. “It’s dangerous, remember? Shidou-san said he would get us later.” She guided Mahiru back to the chairs.

“What would she do that got Amane-chan on the ground?” Mahiru asked.

“We don’t know, and there’s no point in worrying until-”

“And what about Fuuta-kun? He never left his cell, did he? Why would they all be there if-”

“Mahiru-san…”

“And Amane-chan has been checking on Fuuta-kun and me lately. Do you think she went to him with bad timing? Would she have been fine if she didn’t-”

“Mahiru-san.”

“Maybe she’s still going to go after me. Well, better me than A-”

“Mahiru!” Yuno grabbed Mahiru’s shoulders. “We have to trust that Kazui-san and Shidou-san will take care of them.”

“I…”

“You trust that they know what they’re doing, right?”

“Yes…”

“So take a deep breath and wait for them to come back.”

“What about Kotoko-chan? What if she goes for me next?”

“I won’t let her get to you.”

Hello! This is about the pilot of Yellowjackets, and ONLY the pilot of Yellowjackets. I have not seen beyond the first episode, at all, and know NOTHING about this show. Please do not spoil it for me.  Things that are spoilery in nature, for me, include: saying things like  “Just wait!!” confirming or denying anything I put forward, outside  information about the cast interviews or creator statements, leading  questions like “Do you think “blank moment” means anything?” etc. Remember  that Y’ALL HAVE SEEN THE SHOW AND I HAVE NOT. This informs the way you  talk about things relating to the show. Just be really careful is all  I’m asking. Also: If there is LITERALLY any stance I  could take on this show or character that would make you upset, please  just fucking block the tag

I think the expectation is that you’ll be more interested in the whole idea that these girls end up hunting each other for sport or ritual or whjatever, and, the first episode seems to imply, fucking eating each other. I do think that’s great, and all, as a consequence ofd things, but what I’m mostly into is something that, luckily, at least in this pilot, the show seems into as well: How do these girls become this thing? How does a human being break down? What is it about fear that brings forth ritual, how does ritual sometimes cover or cleanse violence, what is it about humanity that needs ritual as a way of getting both closer to and further from our actions? 

We know this from the get-go. We’re shown this before we get to know any of the girls, before we get to know any of the girls, before we get to reflect on how nice and normal and accomplished we are. It’s not interested in rubbernefcking at normal people becoming something difficult, becoming something that bridges the gap between the new world of a sort of sterilized tribalism, and an old world very obvious and, daresay more honest, level of violence and tribalism. We’ll see if I still feel like that’s part of the discussion in a few episodes. Everything is hard to tell from a pilot.

How do i feel about Natalie? I’m not sure, I don’t really know enough about her. I have a couple mild worries, but I don’t actually have a BASIS for those, when I think about it. All I have is vague vibes, and it’s absolutely unfair to judge something off of a vibe I have based on OTHER narratives. So, I reserve judgement. I definitely want her goddamn Porsche and rifle, that’s for sure. The show, I think, I hope, wants to tell us something with her story. That she percieves a threat and jumps to violence--we see that in the flashback with her, as well. Natalie’s first impulse is to strike. This is not new and this is not news, and maybe, takoing this back to Shauna, it’s showing how MANY of them have never managed to move forward from the person they were while they were a Yellowjacket. 

I had a girl like Laura Lee on cheer squad, and it may not surprise you to know we had a contentious relationship at best, as I often took to sighing and snapping gum while she led prayer. 

Misty. Misty! I was so fucking sure when we saw her in the pep rally we were going to get all that dumb bullshit about how everyone is SO MEAN to the poor nerdy one blah blah wah wah. But no! It’s much more realistic than that. They just don’t want to be friends with her. They ignore her. I love that moment when Nat sees her and then she disappears, because she’s not an entity to them, she’s just a fucking ghost. She’s a nothing. The show takes pains to show that she DOESN’T fucking know how to act socially. She’s the kind of cruel where she would happily sit and watch a rat struggle and drown. When she’s an adult, she’s bitter and vindictive to people who try her. Even a sick old woman. She’s not a nice or good person, and I love so much that the show is like, IMMEDIATELY when we see her as an adult, “If you were looking for an innocent little gumdrop rainbow sad nerd, Misty ain’t it” and that actually will give me space to LIKE Misty. 

So much of the team dynamic feels so authentically like whoever was writing this did time on a high school girls’ sports team, because this is genuinely one of the only things I’ve ever seen that reminds me of cheer, which was far far more “Tell Cersei. I want her to know it was me” than everyone holding hands and gay kissing and doing it each other’s makeup (It was also that though. Life is complicated) I love that they get into an absolutely bitter fight the night before they leave at the bonfire. Truly enjoyed it. (Tag yourself, I’m Van grabbing another beer before we all have to talk about our feelings.) 

By the by, that whole huge it out bullshit in a secluded part of the party is definitely a shade toward their time in the woods, and Jackie’s approach and i know I basically already went into it, ut I definitely have to mention it again. 

Double by the by: Putting a pin in the whole “best things about each other” for the end of the seasons and I’m hoping someone reminds me because I think we will come BACK to these qualities and see them either revealed or destroyed.

" Ehh...." Your friend is speechless but comforted you either way. He does know wataru often act weird and you tagged along to join him in the weirdness.

It been three years since he discovered about you being a core fae and almost 4-5 years since you and him meet. He still can't believe you act like that.

I will learn flying for the two of ---HEY!" aira wasn't able to continue his words when something jump on his back causing him to lost balance and with his arms around you, you were dragged down with him to the ground and constant hops of a very hungry bunny almost crush a bone or two yet he manage to put his hand down to stop his form from crushing into you with one hand and the other is under the back of your head so your head won't knock on the ground by that fall just now.

The red balloon that isn't tied perfectly and tightly all start to fly away and some pops but its not loud but like a pop of a bubbles to surprise the rabbit to a heart attack or anyone around at that matter.

"Aww! Aww! S-STOP!!" The light fae Yelp when the mischievous bunny keep nudging and jumping on his back. "EXO SSSTTTTOOOPPPP IIITTT.." he complained but the rabbit only stop when the content of his pocket falls down to the ground, which is candies.

"Geez... Did I not feed you just before I left the house?" Aira gaze at the hungry rabbit that's nomming the candies innocently like he did nothing wrong. " Blob is so cute (~￣³￣)~" you squeal, still under aira.

" Yes Exo is cute."

You look down at your hand sad when you heard that, but it's just a moment that Hiyori, Jun and Shiina notice when Aira who's head is spinning and can't Straight from embarrassment and how his idol keep teasing them. He felt his own heart drop when he said his own words but he never have courage to say it. What if... It's just him who think so? AHHHH. WHY CANT HE PEAK INTO YOUR HEART LIKE NORMAL FAES...

The older light fae give a close smile, his very curious if he get condemn as a dark fae if he punch some senses to the young fae. He have heard about how those two are such a headache when they won't say what they truly feel. It's very frustrating to watch especially if you OTP them.' hiyori wish to not lost to Jun when they made a bet. The money part is fine, but HIS OTP!!

"Oshi-san pls don't." Jun quickly stops the older male. "besides were here to have a picnic..." He can't help but sigh. He look at the pitiful young late fae who's about to cry by his own words, while hugging the juicy fluffy bunny.

" Hey! Don't put that delulu sweets in the mix (•ˇ_ˇ•) what if you suddenly feed a very obsess fae?!" Hiyori notice you placing the sweets you made and was to remove it but accidentally takes one and eat it.

" Nom, nom, nom. Delicious." He giggle as he taste his favorite desert. He forget what he was complaining just now as Jun place palm in the sideline.

"Oshi-san...(˘･_･˘)" The wolf dark fae cant help but sigh. He quickly stop the older fae from taking the third sweets but he got his hand smack away with the pouting mer fae. "Jun-kun there's still more in the plate. Don't take my share. (•ˇ3ˇ•)" - Hiyori is now under the effect of Delulu sweets. Refuse to stop from eating.

"... Jeez..." Jun once again sigh, his eyes went to the very juicy bunny in the arm of Aira. "...(・~・;) Shiratori... When are you guys gonna cook that..."

Aira and you gasp when you heard the wolf fae words.

" No eating Blob/exo! (╬☉д⊙)⊰⊹ฺ" You both say in the same time.

Pasta Night at the Inventory (Grey X Rory)

Rory waited outside the pub, his back leaning against the wall as he watched the inside, full of others still managing to have fun despite it all. Yet as they turned their head they saw Grey walk over to them, causing them to grin and stand up properly. "Hiya dude! You look great!" Rory grinned causing Grey to raise an eyebrow as he went to stand next to the boy. "Thanks, but this is the same thing I wear every day." He muttered, causing the boy to turn to him and take his hands while grinning widely. "Exactly." This caused him to stop and blush yet they just turned away and continued walking inside.

As they walked inside Blake raised his hand singling them over, Rory smiled whilst Grey nodded. "Hey dude, you remember to bring the stuff?" Rory cocked digis head while Grey's eyes widened before he figured out what digi was actually asking. "Yep! They're in my pocket." He smiled small-ly whilst digi nodded to him continuing digis way to the table. As they sat down the name of the game was uno… if only everyone actually knew that as Grey pulled out a blue deck.

Rory had to conceal his laugh yet did a terrible job, and through chuckles managed to make out "Are-Are those DOS cards?" Grey tsk-ed a little looking back at him rather annoyed "Yeah, says the guy holding Top Trumps." He chuckled slightly, rubbing the back of his neck. "Um… anyways Glitch, how's Em?" He turned towards the taller man, who frowned slightly. "I wish you didn't call me that." He sighed and put on a miniscule smile, "But yeah, she's fine."

After a while of playing there arrived a winner, and against all odds it somehow ended up being… Grey! "I… wah- How?" Blake stuttered out but Grey just cheered while grinning, it was rare to see him so happy but it did admittedly make Rory's heart melt… just a little. "In your face!" Grey shouted picking up Rory to spin digi around, he definitely didn't realise but digi was trying digis best to stop a blush from erupting. As the night went on the party was almost over and he had offered to take digi home.

"Well that was fun." Rory smiled as they approached his house, "I still have no idea as to how you won." Grey shrugged but continued on grinning, Rory swore that adorable smile would be the death of him. "Beginners luck I guess. But hey, I'm just happy you didn't have any accidents." Yet as soon as he said that a pan of ice slid off of the roof and with a slice… Grey was luckily able to catch Rory's head in time. "Guess I jinxed it huh?" Grey grinned awkwardly. "Yeah but it was bound to happen, at least you're here to help me sow it back on this time." He smiled while the boy nodded, "Course, for you."

Hii I want to read more poetry but I don't really know where to start bc I don't really know much about poetry or really like how to read it (like in order to /really/ read it and like get all the meaning and stuff akdnsjks if that makes sense) so I was wondering if you could tell me like your favorite poems or maybe like some you like that are more accessible to ppl who are less acquainted w poetry? Idk sorry if this is a big ask idk I also just wanna know your favorite poems haha

wah !! ok so some of those i found in anthologies in my school library and others i've found online. uh poetryfoundation.org is a wonderful website and they have a poem of the day! so when i remember i'll go and read that, and there's pieces of writing and essays on there too. but the poetry is so fun gjkfjfgk

i think a lot of school-type poetry is old and can be super interesting if you have the right teacher! idk do americans study poetry..... i guess u wouldn't do english poets anyway. uh .sidetracked. !! my english teachers rn are so fabulous and the poems we're studying are so so fun like.. currently looking at robert browning. if u looked him up u wouldn't think its fun but genuinely. his poems are amazing. BUT i wouldn't recommend getting into poetry w old poets. like shakespeare/browning etc. the language can be tricky so i'll rec poets that are more ,, recent? so mary oliver is a classic fave. ocean vyong, richard siken and rupi kaur have really distinct styles and from that u can see what kind of poetry u like reading + what themes make ur brain get excited gjkfjfgkdfj.

(i also have a literature folder on my phone to keep poems i don't class as faves. but they're just fun 2 keep)

about meaning!! bc i don't think ive covered that. some poems are easy to unpick meaning. u don't need to know abt rhyme rhythm and stuff for understanding but it can be fun. as like an oh moment of "this war poem is a sonnet, a traditional love poem. what could this mean !!" and other fun stuff like that. some poems say it like it is. wild geese by mary oliver is like that, the patience of ordinary things as well. but not all poems are easy to understand at first read ! or u understand it at first but realise there's more layers after a while. also sometimes i just google stuff if i dont know whats goin on im gna be honest

The last one was requested on february, but only got finished around April. It was a very worthy wait for furerenchwan summer-flavoured full course meal!!!!!!! AAH working with Reci is always a pleasant experience ;; v ;;

On this opportunity I tried to propose an idea "fureren sociolla date" for the sketchpage !! 💅💄 I have been wanting to draw a date inspired by the viral sociolla date videos. It fits them well, Frey is totally a boyfriend who will tag along inside the shop with Allen--Willingly learn and observe like a gentleman he is! (Pluus, also stepping in to stop her shopping haul lol)

Here're some sketches that is related to my sociolla date delulu. I hope to draw them out too myself in the future! hehe

During the progress; Reci suggested an idea where Frey is (sloppily) trying to apply a liptint on Allen for the first time ever. And I immediately agree with the idea!!!!! I like that in this piece, it seems Frey trying his best to get into Allen's interests as well.

By the way, while we're at it, I also want to show you this complete set of decorated icons comms from Reci as well. I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!! look at thems!!!!!

I'm thinking of getting another of these with my other ocs... maybe darlene and george...?🥺🥺? o-or wouldn't the whole six PABear family be great addition as well🧸..?! Gosh seeing the customized decoration around the character that resemble their character and personality ...!! Its so addicting....the artist always so good making them and put their own spin to the color palette!

Will reci accept this workload however... TT v TT let's just see in the future..!

For the 2nd picture : When I received the sketch for the first time I literally jumped and very normal about it like WAH!!!!!!!! kak yachi's art is always so rich in expression and i love it!!! first thing i think when i saw frey on each picture is like, oh my god... they are so silly.... stupid... and in love.......(????) i LOVE it, they depicted their personalities perfectly. Allen's super cheerful and Frey.... frey's silliness beneath his serious composure is so real......

Additionally ; it is super amazing to be able commissioning yachi to draw fureren again.

The left one was comm'ed around 2021. When i haven't really started shipping them and yet working on their lore. CAN YOU EVEN BELIEVE IT.... (note that it also consist allen's old design) When Yachi drew them like that, i was awakened.......Oh... i really like seeing frey and allen having this kind of interaction......

So this piece meant so much to me. Its great that in 2024 I could have them draw these two again with new designs (And i appreciate kak yachi heartwarmingly remembers them and said they enjoyed drawing fureren ; v ;! Its a honor ...!)

Oh oh oh! Additionally, since February also Frey's month. I managed to commission a frey-birthday-ish fic from Matheo (a writer). It was SO GREAT Q Q I havent got time to publish it on my toyhouse bc i want to draw a thing or a two thats related to the fic. maybe i will just publish it next year on his birthday bc i tend to share my fic stock like much very much later

oop and the first picture was a lovely cookie box commission! I fell in love at the first sight, i really hope i could find more interesting and cute ych like that~!!

Mizuki entered the room with a big smile and you can't hide they had loudly entrance. They immidietly hugged you tightly and handed you their gift.

"Happy Birthday, cutie!! Wish you the very best and even more happy hangouts with your favorite partner~"

They gave you a small wink, joking around a bit with their ego, just to make you chuckle slightly.

"C'mon! It'll take some time untill rest arrives so let's go to dance floor! There are already many people around so no use in waiting."

They just grabbed your hand and pulled you inside. You managed to just put their gift on nearest table to not dance with bag in hand and followed your partner. Maybe they were a bit too eager but that's what you loved about them~

And you also knew one thing... they're definitely gonna do their best to make it the best birthday party you had yet. Be it with thinking of many games you all could play or by dancing and chatting with you, making sure you feel like their special person, which you of course are.

Wait- actually? I'm gonna change my mind about Cora having Black swan wings (he can still have black swan wings, but I have an idea hear me out-)

I was scrolling through the coralaw tag and I saw a fanart of Cora having pink wings and I thought, "the wings kinda looks like Doffy's boa" and. Imagine Cora with flamingo wings and Doffy having black swan wings. Cora's coat is made out of Doffy's feathers and Doffy's is made out of Cora's. Hmm thinking about how Cora wearing Doffy's feathers as a show of claim and Doffy wearing Cora's feathers as a peace-offering and (false) loyalty. Or something like that. I do believe at some point Doffy loved and cared about Cora. Just... not how we wanted it to and it wasn't enough (they make me cry and scream and sob. Gonna visit Oda on Valentines, gotta give him Corazon -heart. get it?- shaped chocolates after all and put it in his ears).

Thinking about when Doffy is defeated Law steals his coat and wears it himself. Imagine an emo looking guy who's a captain, a surgeon and a doctor, worth 3 billion bounties and is friends with Monkey D. Luffy is wearing a big ass pink coat made of feathers of a dead man.

He probably wraps it around himself as tight as possible just to remember how soft and warm Cora's hugs and wings were. Oof. Angst, though it's kinda light and comforting at the same time cuz I suck at writing angst and I don't want to, I just write it on accident OvO

And Law all bundled up in Cora's feathers....... that would be so bittersweet. I'm gonna have to imagine it in that "Cora was actually just in a coma/had to go into hiding until after Dressrosa" AU bc otherwise I'll have to lie on the floor for an hour.

I guess on my side, I still like the og ideas for each of their wings—there's something about unhinged flamingo man Doffy and quietly regretful black swan Cora that's got my brain locked down ahaha... But still, the coat-trading..... wah......
