The Benefits of Consulting a Pediatrician for your Child
Tumblr media
A pediatrician is a medical professional who focuses on the health of infants, children, and teenagers. A pediatrician can also assess a kid's health, development, and happiness. As a parent, you want to know how your child's health and development will likely go. Some advantages of seeing a pediatrician in Greater Noida are listed below.
Guide your Child's Growth and Development
Getting to know the best pediatrician in Greater Noida personally is helpful for both of you, the parent and the doctor. Your child's doctor plays a more significant role than you may imagine; they are a gold mine of resources.
Gather the Patient’s Full Medical History
Keeping a complete medical record of your kid is essential to being a responsible parent. Your kid's physician will better grasp their health and be more equipped to provide treatment and other recommendations if they see the child regularly.
Examine the Symptoms that may Indicate a Health Issue
Your child's doctor may be able to see the mental or behavioral problems that you missed. A pediatric doctor in Greater Noida may also notice other developmental delays, such as emotional anguish, academic difficulties, or social anxiety.
Create a Treatment Strategy that Meets your Needs
Creating a strategy to support your child's needs as they change over time is crucial if you want to raise a healthy, fulfilled adult. Maintaining a long-term connection with a pediatric doctor near Greater Noida is vital because of the importance of prior assessment in creating an effective treatment plan.
Prompt Beneficial Routines
Your kid will create a solid foundation of confidence in their physician as their connection with them deepens. The doctor believes children may improve their executive function by engaging in developmentally appropriate play and forming healthy interactions with adults and peers.
Conclusion
Regularly taking your kid to the pediatrician near Greater Noida suits their overall health and development. A long-term connection with your child's physician and the care team is vital, yet it must be more frequently addressed. Your youngster will appreciate the presence of a pediatrician, caring nurses, and other smiling faces.

Anna Tomaszewicz-Dobrska (1854–1918) was the second Polish woman to become a medical doctor, and the first female Polish medical doctor to practice in Poland. She obtained her medical degree in 1877 in Zurich.
She knew that she wanted to be a doctor since she was a little girl, which was something unheard of at the time.
After obtaining her medical degree, she worked in Berlin and Vienna for a short time. However, she was not allowed to pass the state exam, which would have given her the right to practice medicine in Poland, and she was refused as a member of the Polish Society of Medicine because she was a woman.
She faced a huge amount of pure, disgusting misogyny for a simple fact that she was a female doctor.
She was called a whore. Men were claiming that she should stick to her womanly role and be only a wife and a mother. They also said that she would never be able to perform a successful surgery, because women couldn't stand a sight of blood. One man (whose name doesn't deserve to be mentioned) wrote a story about a female medical student who went to the university for a sole purpose of finding a husband.
Many highly respected doctors, writers, politicians and other important figures ridiculed her and did everything they could to make her miserable.
But she didn't give up.
She moved to St. Petersburg and passed the state exam there. This allowed her to practice women's health and pediatric medicine within the Polish Kingdom and Russia. In 1882 an epidemic of infection during childbirth broke out in Warsaw, and a few maternity shelters were opened; one of it was given to Anna to lead.
The number of deaths during and after childbirth was significantly lower under her lead than in any other place led by men.
She was one of the first doctors who recognized the importance of antiseptics (doctors simply washing their hands before a surgery wasn't so common back then). She was also empathetic towards her patients, which was something revolutionary at the time as well.
In 1896 she became the first person to perform a Caesarean section in Warsaw.
She's one of the many examples of women who fought for themselves despite men doing everything they could to break and humiliate her. She's truly a huge inspiration and deserves utter respect.

Erin In The Morning:
On Friday, numerous conservative accounts and news sources promoted headlines that the "American College of Pediatricians" had issued a statement against transgender care. A video accompanied the announcement featuring Dr. Jill Simons, who, wearing a white lab coat, states that there must be an end to "social affirmation, puberty blockers, and cross-sex hormones" for transgender youth. Despite the official-looking attire and name, the organization's name serves to mislead observers into thinking they are the much larger American Academy of Pediatrics, which represents tens of thousands of pediatricians. In reality, the ACP is a hyper-conservative Christian group of doctors created in 2002 to oppose gay parenting. In the announcement released on Friday, Simons called for an end to social transition and gender-affirming care for transgender youth. One video, which went viral, begins with a statement that the organization has released a "declaration" authored by the American College of Pediatricians, along with "hundreds of doctors and healthcare workers," opposing transgender care. It references the highly-politicized Cass Review from the United Kingdom, whose author controversially blames pornography for being transgender, as well as the Climategate-style leak of the “WPATH Files” to support the statement.
The video, which was viewed over 51 million times on Twitter, cuts off just before the next speaker is introduced: Dr. Andre Van Mol, who represents the Christian Medical and Dental Associations. Van Mol serves on the board of the Bethel Church of Redding, which made headlines in 2019 for attempting to pray a dead child back to life. He is followed by representatives from several other Christian medical organizations that also support banning transgender care. The website promoted at the event lists signatories to the statement, including the Catholic Medical Association, Genspect, The National Catholic Bioethics Center, the Family Research Council, and the Discovery Institute, an organization that promotes intelligent design over evolution in schools.
The American College of Pediatricians has been hugely influential in the promotion of anti-trans policy in the United States, relying in part to its misleading name. Members of the organization testify in state houses and courtrooms across the United States, misleading legislators into thinking they are the much larger American Academy of Pediatrics, the professional society that represents 67,000 pediatricians in the United States. In 2023, the organization inadvertently left a Google Drive public, leading to the leak of a massive trove of files showing their extremist roots. According to these documents, the group received significant donations from the Alliance Defending Freedom, a right-wing organization that has played a large role in the passage and defense of anti-LGBTQ+ laws in the United States. It also received free video production from Family Watch International, a group of Christian fundamentalists opposing homosexuality, birth control, abortion, and sex education. The American College of Pediatricians itself has been listed as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center since 2012, when the group’s leader stated that “homosexuality poses a danger to children” and that the group was “essentially a Judeo-Christian values organization.”
[...] Despite the widespread misinformation, every major medical organization in the United States supports gender-affirming care. In February, the American Psychological Association, the largest psychological association in the world, released a policy resolution stating that gender-affirming care is medically necessary and saves lives. The American Academy of Pediatrics currently recommends that transgender youth have access to gender-affirming care tailored to their unique needs. The Advocates for Trans Equality maintains a list of over 30 of the largest U.S.-based medical organizations that support transgender care, including the Endocrine Society, the Pediatric Endocrine Society, the American Public Health Association, and the American Medical Association.
Anti-trans extremists such as X owner Elon Musk and numerous right-wing and anti-trans pundits and websites are touting a video from American College of Pediatricians (ACPeds) Dr. Jill Simons issuing a statement opposing gender-affirming care for trans children.
In contrast to radical right-wing whacko group ACPeds, mainstream medical organizations support gender-affirming care as a medically necessary.
ACPeds is a radical right-wing medical group that is opposed to abortion, LGBTQ+ rights, and transgender rights, and has trafficked in COVID denialism and anti-vaxxer extremism.

How do you feel about Amelia and Monica? I see the potential (especially after this week) but I’m not sure the writers can pull it off
I have been rooting for them since that first tense meeting in their patient’s room, tbh. They have a fun back-and-forth and Amelia is so good at shooting her shot at all times.
Monica reminds me a bit of Erica? I’m not entirely sure why, though.
But yeah, I’ve been yelling at them to just make out already for a couple weeks. I have zero expectations for how or where it’s gonna go beyond the ✨ chemistry ✨ so the writer’s can’t fuck it up for me (yet).
We’ll see how they do?

With so many options available in and around Delhi NCR, it can be difficult to know which one is right for your family. If you're looking for a more affordable option, then browse pediatric doctors near me for low prices and excellent facilities, which make it a good choice for families on a budget.
What are the benefits of choosing a pediatric hospital?
Choosing a best pediatric hospital near me can be a very important decision for your child. A pediatric hospital provides specialised care and treatment for children between the ages of 0 to 18 years. Here are some of the benefits of choosing a paediatric hospital:
- Pediatric hospitals have highly skilled and experienced staff who are familiar with treating children.
- Pediatric hospitals have state-of-the-art facilities that cater to the needs of children.
- Pediatric hospitals offer a wide range of services, including childbirth and maternity care, specialised care for children with medical conditions, and psychiatric support.
- Pediatric hospitals provide excellent child development care, which includes early identification and treatment of conditions that can affect development such as cerebral palsy or autism.
What should you do if you experience any problems while traveling to a pediatric hospital?
If you are traveling with your child to a multispeciality hospital in Delhi NCR, be aware of some common problems that can occur. Make an appointment in advance if possible, so that you can coordinate care and ensure that everything goes smoothly.
Lack of knowledge about the hospital:
Be sure to ask questions about the paediatric hospital before your trip. The staff there will be more than happy to answer any of your queries. However, it is important to keep in mind that not all hospitals are equally equipped to deal with children's health issues. If you have any concerns about the facilities or staff at the hospital, make sure to bring them up before you arrive.
Being separated from your child:
It's very important to remember that even if you're feeling comfortable and confident during your trip, chances are your child won't feel the same way. If something happens and you're unable to see or hold your child, it can be incredibly difficult for both of you. Make arrangements for someone else to take care of them ahead of time, if possible.
Inability to communicate with medical staff:
If you experience any difficulty communicating with medical personnel or getting information about your child's condition, don't hesitate to ask for help. Many hospitals have translators on staff who can help bridge the language barrier. And don't be afraid to get angry – sometimes frustration is all that's needed in order for things to move along smoothly.

@sensei-venus I had another idea for surgeon!Eli 🤭🤭 so here we are.
Tumblr media
Eli and Reader work together in the pediatric ward. She's a specialist in the PEDs department and always tries to make the best out of any situation, especially when dealing with young children. She carries stickers and lollipops in her coat, uses colorful pens always, and wears fun scrubs. Eli exclusively works in cosmetics and pediatrics. If there's ever a patient she treats that needs some kind of cosmetic surgery, he's on her speed diaz. They make kids feel safe and turn the scary hospital experience into something fun and less scary.
Kids and parents love seeing them together because they have this effortless chemistry. They're kind of obvious to it, though. They just see each other as colleagues, failing to realize their feelings for each other. Kids ask them all the time if they're married or dating. Parents will make a comment about how close they seem, some rolling their eyes because sure, they totally believe that something isn't going on between them.
It isn't until they're working together one day that they realize that they might have feelings for each other. Things are calming down for the day even though they're preparing for a big surgery. She'll be stepping in to help him and as they're packing up for the night, he asks if she's doing anything for the night. She jokingly asks if he's asking her out and he straight up tells her yes. He's realized he's fallen for her over the course of them working together for years and he's going for it. Him asking her out sparks her realization that she actually would like to go on a date with him. So she says yes and they go get drinks together. It's nothing fancy but it's a start.
From there on out they're flirting with each other left and right. He takes her on a proper date and many more after that. When kids ask Eli if Reader is his wife, he says "not yet" and winks her way. He tells her she looks beautiful when she walks by knee deep in a 16 hour shift. She reminds him to take breaks and eat, sometimes even bringing him food and they eat a meal together on the PEDs floor. They share brief kisses in corners and on call rooms, out of the way of everyone. It's not as if they can get in trouble for having a workplace relationship, one of them isn't the boss of the other. Eli pretty much works on his own as a cosmetics, but he loves working with the kids so he works at the hospital a lot on non-cosmetic cases.
They become this doctor power couple.
That's all I have at this moment. I love it.
