This is a prime example of how the ubiquity of personal computers and ever-increasing productivity margins have screwed us all to shit; now you just pump out SEO-packed job adverts with meaningless content and put the onus on job seekers to spew back content with the same keywords in it, give the applicant pool a stir, and see what floats to the top of your optimised search.
