~As for traits? Well,. she is a soul of kindness so hopefully stuff correlating to that? Probvs cuteified too tbh cause I know I look naive to outsiders so i bet she does too

~In my inserts design I was aiming for her to be more of a side character but I think she teeters the line cause of development lol. So I'd guess she'd be taken as one of the two. She followed the skele bros around a lot, and is generally in their section. She'll also be in Hotland visiting Alphys tho <3

~I hope she's beloved but she could also just be the, "annoying love interest every story has for some reason" and I'd say that's fair.

📝: How would your story in canon go? How would you influence the events of the original story?

~Obviously there would be new dialogue options, character interactions, a whole third bedroom in the skele bros house, a side mission, aaaand different stuff per which route the player is playing

~Probably naivety since that happens to me irl =-='

~Not sure? tbh I worry people would find the ship boring cause we're a lot alike

~Heehee most likely friends to lovers going along with the source! More specifically, I bet there would be a lot of first confessions, pining, and/or angst involving their relationship in No Mercy timelines. (In a no mercy run she helps Alphys evacuate the citizens and is too late to save Papyrus. Instead, she ends up watching him die on Alphys lab screen :(( )

~The hopeless romantics like myself will appreciate the the facial expressions, the descriptors, and the the general fluff of it all <3

~Dislike it for feeling shoehorned, or uninteresting most likely

~I can't see it starting debates tbh. Just like, some people are more interested than others and/or some don't care either way.(It's a background thing anyways)

🙈: Why would your ship be thought of as cute/fluffy? Why would your ship be considered problematic?

~WE ARE THE CUTE FLUFFY SHIP EVER! THAT'S WHY!! No problems, just two mentally ill skeletons vibing and kissing sometimes <333

~Cici clearly excited whenever he's around

~VCi getting all nervous around

~She brings him a lot

~Idk it's everything with her tbh

~On Papyrus's end it's more subtle though. Little things like him offhandedly mentioning her unprompted in a phone call

~Saying how he wishes she was there to share something with him

~Waiting to do things until she's around

~For him it would be little text stuff

~I imagine it being shown over time or maybe in a slow burn kind of style? Lots of stuttering and red blush, stuff like that <33

👀: How does your ship with your f/o influence both of your characterizations and the world? Would there be any interesting metas written about your dynamic?

~I mean, I'll be more willing to try things and be more silly in general. A bit more open with the things I usually feel insecure about sharing cause' they're viewed as childish. Really, they make me feel safe so I'd be more unabashed in everything.

~Papyrus would have a forever friend! Someone that can help with his low self-esteem and wants, hopes, and dreams!

~Won't affect the world so much. Paps and I are just seen walking together a lot and the townsfolk probably gossip(especially the bar-goers and Mettaton dkjgsd) (Did I ever mention that Alphys, Undyne, and Mettaton are dying for us to hook up? )

~I work at grillby's so he has more help and the player can talk to me there? idk lol

~I mean, there's lots that could be drawn from that considering Ci is a hacked in self insert that was added in by a human

~She has human memories but also lives with the monsters so she'll have a unque perspective on things for the time

~But idk if it would be too meta heavy??

For anyone worried about the FurAffinity hack: Y'all don't need to panic and delete your FA's or anything. The only thing that was compromised was the domain name system (DNS). That in no way affects the actual stored server information.

This is basically the equivalent to that cartoon gag where someone sees an arrow sign pointing to a pile of treasure, and flips it to point instead to a rubbish dump. Or if someone were to replace the number for your local pizza place in the phone book with a butcher shop. People looking to call the pizza place would accidentally call the butcher shop, and people looking for treasure would accidentally be lead to a rubbish dump.

Both the treasure and rubbish dump are completely unaffected. Same with the pizza place and butcher shop. You are just being lead to the wrong server when you try to go to furaffinity.net.

im gonna be a hater tonight but idc! its a lomg one but i rlly wanted to rant 😔😔

im just gonna go right in and say it: some house of the dragon characters are unoriginal and lazy, and it pisses me tf off. im sick and tired of seeing the same oc regurgitated in this fandom bc istg half of these hotd ocs are literally just daenerys targaryen thrown back in time under a different name.

i usually dont care abt fanfic because its fanfic. nothing i can do, its probably some child having fun, but like i said im just TIRED of looking through hotd fanfics and seeing daenerys pop up as a faceclaim, and then going on to see that half (or all) of dany’s entire character is put into an oc with little to no actual originality if this makes sense.

before i get into this, what the fuck happened to the originality in original character? like genuinely? this is mainly abt one oc i legit just saw like an hour ago off of tiktok bc but still this applies to the daenerys knockoffs i (regularly) see and cry abt like my grown ass should not care but i do!!!!

starting off, the oc’s name is daenera. cool! fine! she’s not a daughter of rhaenyra which is a slay, but is a daughter of alicent and viserys which eh, good enough. we go on to find out that for some reason vizzy t and ali hate her, and at age 16 they decide to ship her off to pentos so she can marry a dothraki warlord. im not even joking. aside from that, she’s in pentos for a year, and comes back with an army of 550k and three dragons. okay hello daenerys! anyways she apparently fights for rhaenyra, but also bangs aemond, daemon, and cregan in the two year timeframe that the dance takes place in.

no one is gonna read this but my ass is mad and idgaf! i need to complain!! but anyways, i am sick and tired of the ocs that are just cheap copies of daenerys because at what point is this an original character? if youre using a faceclaim of daenerys for your character and essentially adding her entire plotline onto your oc, is it even an oc anymore? like i get being inspired to base a character off of her because dany is literally the blueprint, but copy and pasting her entire character and then going off and ignoring grrm’s established lore (yes, its a fanfic, but ive seen too many oc’s claim both cannibal AND vermithor at the same time and i am TIRED) is just lazy and boring.

i wish people did more with their hotd ocs honestly. like theres hundreds of houses and shit and actual ORIGINAL ideas one could use instead of just taking dany’s whole character and just making it their own. i dont even want to start an argument with this but i NEED to see more original characters. like im writing my own two on wattpad rn (one’s a dragonseed whos like schizophrenic idk and the other’s a mormont who slays the day away) but even then i just need more than aemond x his sister or niece or smth idk yk??
