off topic but also on topic its so clear that the genshin/star rail (saying both cause theres a large overlap) have no capability of thinking.

there are so many fics where *reader* somehow becomes a (sex)slave or is forced to do horrible shit and just general dead dove behavior. the fact that the author used INGAME LORE, CANON BACKSTORY FOR THE CHARACTER proves how braindead so many people are.

like people try to free slaves/captors in media isnt a new thing. theres a lot of art of that angelhusk ship where one gambles for the others freedom (never watched it but its an example)

like having slaves/captors in media isnt new and never has been but the only reason people truely care is because its a hoyoverse game and cant handle anything darker or complex then a PG rating

YOU'RE SO REAL FOR THIS!!! y'know I was sooo confused when people started screaming for blood when the authors are using his IN-GAME LORE in their fics and then claims that the people who enjoyed writing those have "white-knight syndrome" like cmon sjsadhjg you're giving me a fucking stroke.

I'll say it again, wanting to give slave aventurine or someone a better life DOESN'T mean they have "white-knight syndrome" when they have good intentions!!! We were all were crying for him and his tragic past, we all wanted to comfort him, and we at some point also wished for his salvation and the betterment of his life. These people need to stop throwing these "white-knight syndrome" accusations cuz it's definitely not about that. And like you said, it was his IN-GAME LORE. I already expected some authors to write about reader saving him from his slavery and there's nothing wrong with that! Cuz please, don't tell me you won't help the guy out of his abusive owner, let's be fr here.

Like you also said, many have been writing yandere/heavy dark themes about reader being literally SA'd and R'd by said character (do not tell me you guys haven't read all those fics where Aven was our debt collector and in paying our debt, he noncon or manipulated us into sleeping with him 💀) and now they wanna talk about morals?

And please, don't even try bringing up Romania or irl people in here. IT'S A FICTIONAL RACE IN A FICTIONAL STORY. it may be "inspired" like they said, but it's not directly addressing Romania!!

I get their point alright, I truly do. Like I said in my other post, I do not condone the sex slave! aus about aventurine and the master/slave bdsm cuz his story truly hurt me and I'm uncomfortable sexualizing his slavery when I know about his story and what happened to him as a slave. But I won't go as far as to actually send death threats to those authors and act like a hypocrite💀 people can write what they want to write and I don't have to read those writings if I don't wanna.

Just to say, I'm a yandere/dark-content enjoyer as well, it's just that I draw the line when it comes to aventurine cuz I just wanna cuddle and dote on that man and give him all the love and affection in the world. but like I said, am no hypocrite as well. (sorry if I can't explain it very well but I hope you get the gist of it)

It's just funny and baffling how people are like "eww this person wrote a fic about reader buying slave aventurine so they can be a good owner to him".... this is leaving me speechless how they turned an act with good intentions into something malicious... that poor author doesn't even have bad intentions when writing that fic.

and just in general.. leave people comments. leave them asks about their projects. just go over and gush about their work. i know it sounds embarrassing but writers love nothing more than to hear that someone likes what they are doing. if you find a fic that hasnt been updated in forever, comment on it. it might just be the spark the author needs to continue. while kudos and likes are nice, and just as valuable to some, its definitely in the words the people leave for them that matter the most. im not saying this to put pressure on anyone, its just how it is, and i feel like unless people are writers themselves, and even then sometimes, thats just hard to grasp, especially if the writer is a smaller and less popular one who doesnt get a lot of traffic in the first place

i think thats all. just be nice and considered to everyone, reblog peoples works, this post with others add ons and so forth. and if i find anyone talking shit here or at other writers for something they share, you'll be blocked and im probably taking your kneecaps. be fucking nice. we are all struggling here and we need to stick together

Summary whenever you come home from a mission Steve feels the need to be touching you at all times

Steve wasn’t really a clingy person but when you come back from a mission, you saw a different side to america’s golden boy. 

As soon as the quinjet landed, Steve was running over, waiting for you to walk out. He picked you up and walk ed into the compound with your legs wrapped around his waist and your bag over his shoulder. 

He didn’t put you down until you reached the living room on your shared floor: he put your bag on the table and sat on the couch with you on his lap. 

“I missed you so much baby,” Steve mumbled into the crook of your neck. 

“I missed you too stevie,” you replied, running your hands through his soft locks of hair. 

You stayed like that for a while until your stomach grumbled. This made Steve chuckle and pick you up again.

“What do you want to eat darlin’?” he asked.

“I’m thinking takeout from that Thai place we went to before I went on this mission.”

“That sounds like a good idea babe. I’ll call them and you can go and get some blankets to make the couch more comfy,” he said, kissing your forehead and putting you down.

You walked into your shared bedroom and grabbed every blanket in sight (there were many since you loved to hoard blankets) and arranged them on the couch. Then, you grabbed the pillows off your bed and arranged them so both you and Steve would be comfy. 

A few minutes later, Steve walked into the living room and laid down on the couch with his head on your lap.

“They said it should be here in 15-20 minutes,” Steve told you with a smile on his face since you had started to play with his hair.

“That means we can start a film. What do you want to watch baby?”

“What was the film you said you wanted to watch with me before you went on the mission?” 

“Are you talking about A Muppets Christmas Carol?”

“Yeah, that one.”

“We can watch that baby, I just gotta find it on Disney+ first.”

Not many people knew this but Steve loved musicals, he didn’t know why but theres something so magical about them that always captivated him. He doesn’t tell many people this fact about him though since he’s a bit embarrased about it (he was almost too embarrassed to tell you but a few kisses sorted that issue out.)

You pressed play on the remote and saw a smile creep onto Steve’s face. You loved to see him so happy. 

15 minutes into the film you were alerted by F.R.I.D.A.Y that someone was at the gates with a delivery for you.

“I’ll go and get it darlin’” Steve told you, smiling.

It wasn’t long before Steve was back. You grabbed you food and sat on the couch. Steve walked over to you but he didn’t sit on the couch, he sat between your legs- you had already put a few pillows and blankets there on the floor, knowing Steve would sit there. He rested his head against your left leg while he ate his food and watched the tv.

Once the both of you had finished eating, Steve wrapped his arm around your left leg and gave your thigh a kiss. This didn’t look like anything special, but to Steve it was a perfect level of intimacy for him and his slight clingyness.

This being accompanied by you constantly running your hands through his hair made him feel happy and content that you where home but also that you were ok with his need to be touching you at that moment.

Can someone PLEASE tell me what ao3 fic had Maria Hill x Natasha Romanoff and I'm not sure about the entire plot but theres a specific scene where Natasha suddenly gives up and becomes nonchalant and following all of May and Bobbi's orders (not sure about the May and Bobbi part, but she literally just follows all her orders given to her by her superior (which isn't Maria)), and Maria is concerned because she's usually more playful and doesn't always follow the rules like that. The line goes something like "aren't you happy I'm following your orders" or something like "I'm following your orders what the problem??". And there was something along the lines of her superiors going "Her performance is outstanding now that she's not resisting and being a bitch"

BUT the thing about that being...it's James. And from what/how I interpret his character...he would go a little insane (ie sirius and remus reeling him in). But he would be so meticulous in his planning of revenge. Like full on Count of Monte Cristo revenge in place. I think, for all his immaturities that we saw demonstrated, Jame was a lot of growth and knowledge and deviance. Like, bro is an animagus, helped create an enchanted map, joined the order--we've seen his brains at work and for me, he'd definitely set a revenge plot of the century.

I feel like someone's done this plot before, fic wise?? If so, link me the story and I'll read/share! pretty please :)

Now, if I were more mentally stable and able to actually...y'know write... i've got ideas

so if we got the monte cristo route: james'll hide away and vanish without a trace to mourn and raise his son and keep him safe all while developing a plan, pooling his resources for what to do

and you know that sirius is with him, screw the pureblood patriarchy etcetc. Remus, now canonically it's been discussed they were on the outs/not as trustworthy of him for interesting and valid reasons that would be explored for plot (there's a meta post about this somewhere), but I think if Lily were to die, Remus would lend a hand in any way he could. And it may be in secret so that not even James or Sirius knows what work Remus is doing behind the scenes in gather intell until the end

(Admittedly, I am a slight peter apologist, I think his character/the archetype/trope/theme is really interesting and I'd like to explore it more) For the sake of this story, there does still need to be a traitor, and Peter inadvertently causes that. Or knowingly causes it...plot would tell.

And then severus knows theres something/someone after him. Dark alley's trailing voices--Does Voldemort suspect something?

He gets to Hogwarts for protection

Years pass and boom bam there's a change up at the ministry and who is this up and coming man that no one knows much about? It's James Potter but with a new and secret cool name so he can screw with Severus.

Instead I based her off of my friend's old theory from 5th grade (as a tribute, also my friend isn't dead it's not like an in memoriam tribute but its a tribute to an amazing idea) that she was a fallen angel. But. She isn't at the same time?

Instead, she's one of Irene's daughters. Kind of. ITS HARD TO EXPLAIN AND I DONT WANNA GO ALL INTO THE LORE HERE BUT THERES "SISTERS" OF HERS TOO AND VYLAD STILL SUMMONED HER.

She doesn't have those markings from rebirth; I like them in fanart, but realistically? Why would some random girl have that? Instead, she has weird scars on her body.

Knows the basics of writing and reading... but REALLY struggles with them still. She literally just spawned on this world. She doesn't know everything.

But her natural tendency to help people is in her blood. Like. Irene's whole purpose of these "daughters" of her were to try to fix her legacy in a way. She still struggles with a lot of things though, and all those changes to the village LIKE WHERE SHE JUST BUILT HUGE THINGS obviously don't happen.

GARROTH RO'MEAVE

Kind of an idiot in a way. Like. SUPER INTELLIGENT. But never thought about changing his first name when hiding in Phoenix Drop... he just always ignored people's questions about his last name.

In his defense, Garroth became a fairly popular first name after his birth. It's like when the royals have children and the names they give them become more popular.

Azura helped him escape to Phoenix Drop; they met when he was allowed to go to knight college or whatever its called I FORGOT GUYS!! And he was not in the same class as Laurance... but there any good knight is literally put on the list of Jury of Nine canidates. Like. It's not that hard to be considered. But to be picked? They do like the biggest background checks EVER and secretly watch you to see your strengths.

Naturally a very father-like figure to those significantly younger than him as a result of caring for his brothers and protecting them from his father. I made a whole post about it before. I'd tag it but I. Don't feel like it.

LEVIN'S FATHER!! DILFROTH IS CANON GUYS. But he doesn't know he's the father until after the timeskip.

He doesn't just wear his helmet to hide his appearance from others; he can't stand his appearance. He's a splitting image of his father, the man he truly hates. He hides all the mirrors in his living quarters, he can't stand it. Aphmau is the one that truly starts helping him love himself.

Although. After the whole incident featuring a betrayal, portal, and missing 15 years, he feels scared that he is turning out evil just like his father. He hates it. It haunts him everyday.

Also. HE WASN'T AWARE OF WHAT HE WAS DOING.

Firstly, I just need to say, I head canon Garroth to have depression. And I spoke about this a bit before, but seeing the two people he loved the most seemingly hide a relationship behind his back, instead of being open and honest with him just hurt. He fell into a depressive episode, like it was terrible. AND ZANE BEING ZANE used that to manipulate Garroth, having Lillian use magicks and potions or whatever to mind control him. He only broke out of it once Lillian died AND LAURANCE USED THE POWER OF LOVE!

He never truly figures out everything that happens until after he escapes from the Irene Dimension.

Speaking of which, he is SUPER injured after he escaped from there. I. Um. Actually don't know the specific injuries I'm giving him but all I know is he becomes a cane user. So like. Obviously something with his back but I need to like really get the logistics down that's just how my mind works with these things.

In love with Aphmau AND Laurance. He's so silly.

Bisexual masculine non-binary he/they autistic king that also suffers from depression, PTSD, and survivor's guilt.

Like most people believe, he has a dad bod. Like obviously he's muscular, but he's also chubby.

Can't cut his own hair since he doesn't look in the mirror. When he first revealed his face to Aphmau, she helped him out with his beard and hair (and almost braided his hair).

A good singer, but only sang for Laurance while he was recovering. It's their small little thing.

LAURANCE ZVHAL

Okay so firstly, I'm not putting any Shadow Knight headcanons. That's too much.

However, as a result of being a Shadow Knight, he has poor temperature regulation. Like. He's very naturally warm, so he overheats a lot, but in the cold, it's the opposite. He's FREEZING and has to layer up a lot.

Has two gay dads. Which... is canon?? WHY DOES NO ONE TALK ABOUT THIS. He has Hayden and Joh. They are his gay dads and they raised him. And Cadenza.

Rarely can have a nice, peaceful sleep due to night terrors. He's haunted by the memories of the Nether, and the only times when those thoughts are subdued are when he's sleeping close to Aphmau or Garroth.

Actually the father of Alina. Because it's not Aaron (ew). And he never knows about this. Because he SACRIFICES himself to save Garroth and Aphmau because he loves them, and he doesn't want either of them to hurt or for himself to hurt them due to the calling.

Just to clarify, he and Aphmau did not intend for this by the way. They just had a silly night where they drank a little bit! And then woke up like a rom-com or something and where like "Oh. My. God." LIKE IT SEEMS TO BE SILLY but then it isn't.

Only knows how to crochet a single type of bear plush. Like. NOTHING ELSE.

He had to wash his orange hair like every single day. If he didn't it literally became so greasy and so crusty. And Zoey ended up having to do that while she watched over him. She was so close to just chopping it all off for him.

Garroth was his closest company while he was blind. He often asked Garroth to describe him what he saw in the village.

Once he got cured, he only partially regained his eyesight. He struggles to see a lot, and gets headaches easily. When he goes into Shadow Knight form though, his eyesight gets a lot better; but once he gets out of that form, he experiences so much pain, and his sight goes downhill for a while.

Can braid hair.

Likes to prank his friends a lot through really elaborate scares. SUPER happy once Malachi and Levin started getting involved.

Pansexual and polyamorous and 25 years old.

Sneezes like. Really cutely. Like he has one of those sneezes.

KATELYN

LITERALLY THE MOST MUSCULAR CHARACTER IN THE ENTIRE SHOW. AND TALL.

Her true love was Jeffory. Nothing will ever change that.

When she dated Aphmau, her own grief over Jeffory held back the relationship from blossoming into something more. This applies to all her other relationships as well.

Her anger issues are just simply treated better here. Like. That's all I have to say about that.

Helped care for Aphmau the most (along with Zoey) after Garroth was freed from the Irene Dimension because of how depressed she was over everything. She became really close with Lilith Garnet during this.

Never gets drunk. It's kind of insane. She is wild at taverns and just. Never gets drunk. Her power at that is balanced out with her terrible seasickness.

Doesn't get the appeal of coffee. She hates it, like it tastes so bad to her. She's a tea girlie.

28 years old. But people never guess her age right, like ever. She's eternally youthful despite not having a single skin routine.

Okay this is actually a headcanon and it's based off of a friend I do have in real life. So like yeah I guess in modern times Katelyn is a One Directioner but I guarantee she would be a Deftones fan or something.

Last year did have its ups and downs but one thing about it was i found a family not like the Weasley's weren't already mine and harry's family, but having to know someone so close to your parents made you feel like you knew a little more about them. And having your go fathers be there for you meant something, you would try to write to Remus when ever you could especially when you felt alone, he was indeed quite surprised finding out harry's twin is a boy now but both Remus and Sirius were loving as always.

Now here I was getting ready to head to the Quidditch world cup, I was walking with Fred and George to the portkey. It was my first time using such a thing but as everyone puts their hand on the manky old boot, i do so too after Mr weasley tells me and Harry to, before I knew we were spinning around. Mr. Weasley tells all of you to let it go and I fall on the ground with the others making me groan before fred helps me up and hands me my bag. I walk in the tent with the twins and look around with a surprised look seeing how spacious and comfortable it looked.

It's night as we all walk to our seats

"blimey dad, how far up are we?"

"Well put it this way." The Malfoy's walk up as draco talks with a smirk "if it rains you'll be the first to know" we both hold eye contact for a bit before he continues while looking somewhere else "Father and I are in the minister's box, by personal invitation of Cornelius Fudge himself." I let out a small sigh and walk away from where they all stood before I could get a little farther I hear Mr. Malfoy say "do enjoy yourself, won't you...while you can" we all move to get to our seats "come on up. Take your seats. I told you these seats would be worth waiting for."

As everyone returned to the tent i excused myself to take a walk to get some time to myself, as i walk around I hear screaming making me pull out my wand before someone pushes me down "get down dumbass" I hear draco's voice as people run around in havoc "get off me" I push him off me "I'm trying to protect you so shush" he says before pulling me up and taking me away from the chaos and to the forest near by "mind telling me what's going on now?" "no" he whispers as he keeps looking here and there, we both sit there for a while before i look at his annoyingly handsome face again "why are we here?" "because I don't want you dead" he mumbles while looking around "what?" "I knew you were Potter's brother but didn't think you were this dumb, there is something happening out there...something dangerous" "well that's vague" I sigh getting up but draco pulls me down making me stumble and fall on top of him. For a moment we both stop thinking and be in the moment unintentionally moving closer to the other as if to kiss 'this is exactly like last year' a thought in my mind makes me push myself away from him as I breathe heavily, in that moment both of us come to our senses and look away from each other moving to sit away from each other but I couldn't take it, I get up and walk away to find harry by now draco knew it was okay for you to be out there, as he saw the dark mark in the air making him take a deep breath. He would always keep you safe no matter if he was on the dark side...

We were on the train back to hogwarts, I didn't pay much attention to what the others were talking about as I was reading a book remus got me for my birthday "y/n where did you go when the whole thing happened?" Hermione asked making me look up at her "what thing?" i ask confused not knowing what they were talking about "the death eaters chaos" "oh i-i took a walk remember i-i was in near the forest s-so I just hid there" I try not to sound suspicious

As we arrive at hogwarts we see a carriage being pulled by winged horses "well there's something you don't see every day" A large ship comes out of the water.

We head back to our dormitories to change and go the great hall for the feast. After sorting out the first years Dumbledore makes his speech "well now that we are all settled in and sorted, I'd like to make an announcement. This castle will not only be your home this year but home to some very special guests as well" Filch runs up to Dumbledore "you see hogwarts has been chosen-" they talk for a moment then he walks away "so Hogwarts has been chosen to host a legendary event, The Triwizard Tournament." some people look around excited while the other look confused "for those who don't know the Triwizard Tournament brings together three schools for a series of magical contests. From each school a single student is selected to compete. Now let me be clear, if chosen you stand alone and trust me when I say these contests are not for the faint- hearted. But for now please join me in welcoming the lovely ladies of the Beauxbatons Academy of Magic and their headmistress Madame Maxime" the doors open and a group of ladies walk in and wave out their arms and run as the butterflies fly. "blimey that's one big woman" you look to see a very tall lady walk in, they bow as everyone claps and cheers for them. Dumbledore raises his arms to quiet everyone "and now our friends from the north, please welcome the proud sons of Dumstrang and their headmaster Igor Karkaroff." We turn to see a group of guys come in banging staffs on the ground doing a chant then run up doing flips while Krum walks in "Blimey it's him, it's Viktor Krum!" They blow fire that forms a snake to a bird. After the feast ends a little tower like structure is brought in "your attention please! I'd like to say a few words. Eternal glory. This is what the student who wins the Triwizard Tournament but to do this that student must survive three tasks. Three extremely dangerous tasks and for this reason the Ministry has seen fir to impose a new rule, to explain all this we have the head of the Department of International Magical Cooperation, Bartemius Crouch." The sky ceiling makes lighting, then someone calms it down

"bloody hell. That's Mad-Eye moody"

"Alastor moody? The Auror?" you ask confused "Auror?"

"dark-wizard catcher. Half the cells in Azkaban are filled thanks to him. He's supposed to be mad as a hatter these days" he walks up to Dumbledore and shakes his hand before walking away and drinking something "what's he drinking?" I look confused at the flask "I don't know but I don't think it's pumpkin juice"

Mr. Crouch walks up "after due consideration the Ministry has concluded that for their own safety no student under the age of 17 shall be allowed to put forth their name for the Triwizard Tournament. This decision is final" alot of students get upset as i look at my watch before looking up accidentally making eye contact with draco "silence!" the voice pulls both of us out of the subtle eye contact, I look at Dumbledore as everyone quiets down, he points his wand at the tower like structure and it disappears showing a goblet before blue flames are above it "the Goblet of Fire. Anyone wishing to submit themselves to the tournament need to only write their name upon a piece of parchment and throw it in the flame before this hour on Thursday night. Do not do so lightly. If chosen there's no turning back. As from this moment the Triwizard Tournament has begun." The feast comes to an end, we head to our dormitories, I head to bed and grab the book I was reading "goodnight y/n" I hear Harry say "goodnight Harry" I say before laying down on the bed, soon falling asleep with one specific person in my dreams...

Hello I’m here to say that I love KFAK so much that I had to come follow you on tumblr (I’m the reader that re-read the whole series on my lunch break yesterday LMAO). And I am once again reading on my lunch break and I wanted to tell you how much I love your use of the dog motif for Gale. It’s really giving Mitski’s “I’m your Man” and also is breaking my heart. There’s so many layers to Gale as a dog both in his yearning for his John and in the way he’s been beaten yet loyal. So fitting.

Also I just wanted to say that it was really nice coming to your tumblr and seeing that you’re also a lesbian like OF COURSE only a lesbian could have the third eye opened vision to write such a good WW2 homosexuals fic. I was just joking with my good friend (who hasn’t watched MOTA but who has heard all about John and Gale) that even though MOTA is a “dad show” that I know there are fellow lesbians out there who have watched it and been blessed with sight to see the romance between the lines—and I was right!

Trigger warning from here on (depression, su! c!de): the fic was set in the crowley's flat and the characters were canon (im pretty sure it was set a short time after S1's canon events, but somehow C still had holy water). Crowley had just suffered some sort of physical and emotional trauma (r@pe? sorry, i can't quite remember) and couldn't trust neither Aziraphale nor himself. He fell in a state of depression and couldn't see any other way out but use the holy water in his safe. (Spoilers) | remember a scene where he weakly walked to the safe and wrote a note, then tried to reach the thermos but was stopped last second by Aziraphale. Helloo I hope it's not too hard to find but I lost a fic on ao3 a bit ago I didn't finish reading and was hoping someone recognise it, it starts off with post apoca-nope Crowley being confronted by demons in his flat who tell him to stay away from aziraphale and summon a screen through which to view him. buuut since there was no audio they all missed a conversation between aziraphale and god in which god gives him a golden string (I think) and explains that metatron has been giving orders independently from god, then asks aziraphale to go to heaven and stirr up trouble. 4. Hello! I hope y'all are doing all right in what I imagine is a swamp of new asks from season 2's approach. (Writing this in the final few weeks til release.) I'm writing in search of a lost fic--I've scrounged through the Aziraphale's True Form tag but come up empty. It was T, M, or E rated, and more or less a true form sex fic, but may or may not have included genital sex. The part I remember (which I think was the focus of the story, it being a oneshot) was framed as a divinity/grace kink scene in which Aziraphale revealed his true form to Crowley. It was overwhelming to him (verging on pain iirc), but also very beautiful, intense, and possibly sensual or sexual. The part I really remember, though, came at the end-- Crowley, crying, used their safeword, which was "Amen." And after that I think it was more on the tender side. Haikaveh where kaveh is pregnant and when they found out about it he freaks out bc he read stories online where husbands wouldn't like the wives as much after postpartum takes over.

For days after the discovery Kaveh wouldn't eat or sleep as much, so far as to not talk to Haitham as much in fear of provoking anything that'll make Haitham "hate" him even more after the delivery

"Why aren't you eating?"

"Oh I'm just... not that hungry. I ate lunch earlier."

"But we always have lunch together??"

"Well something came up and I gotta change my schedule a bit. Sorry about that."

He'll just lie and lie and keeps on lying.

Kaveh isn't the type to wish anything bad happening on his pregnancy period, but he does severely dread the day of delivery. He'd get anxious and nervous (even more than he usually is) around Haitham and is always thinking about his next lie.

He loves the idea of motherhood. He loves the idea of having a child to take care of. He loves the idea of a happy family because that was something he didn't get as a child and is now more than willing to do anything to give it to his child.

What he doesn't like is the fear of Haitham leaving him if he's not good enough to satisfy his needs. The fear where he'll lose his worth as someone pretty and just end up as someone thats already been "used" and is not "perfect" anymore.

Haitham gets wind of what's going on and approaches him one day.

"Sweetheart."

"Yes?"

"Whats wrong with you?"

"What do you mean?"

"Dont play dumb with me, sunshine. Tell me what's going on."

And then Kaveh will freak out, thinking Haitham already knows about the postpartum fear thing and start crying and begging for Alhaitham to not leave him. He'll do anything, he'll be a good wife and stay with the kids and do all the housechores and stay in shape and-

A simple kiss shut him about for good.

"You don't ever need to be sorry about how you look like after bearing my children."

"But.. I've read stories... and surveys- about how husbands are more displeased with their wives' body image after postpartum-"

"You think I care how you look like?"

Probably not the best thing to say (he should've rephrased it better) as Kaveh starts to tear up again.

"You... you don't think I'm taking care of myself well enough..?"

"No, it's not that. Kaveh, sunshine. I fell in love with you because of your physical image. That was only one of the reasons why."

"You... did not?"

"You thought I would be like some of those freaks that ogles you shamelessly on the side of the road? Of course not."

"But.. you always said that it's absolutely important for me to keep being healthy-"

"Sunshine, healthy does not mean body image. Healthy means you are happy with yourself. Which you are mostly aren't. That's why I told you to be healthier."

Kaveh wells up in tears again as he realizes what Haitham is saying. He kisses Kaveh's forehead and rubs his belly.

"This baby is going to make us a family. Why would I care about how you're going to look like?"

(Again, probably should've rephrased it better)

"Everything will be a marker of your battles. I'd love every stretch mark it'll create. All the cellulites that you worry so much about will be mine to behold." Another kiss to the forehead, "Kaveh, please understand. I love you for just the way you are."

"I did not fall in love with someone who obsesses with their beauty. I fell in love with the Light of Kshahrewar, the person who brights up my day with just a smile. The person who makes me fall in love all over again when they laugh."

"So please. Don't be afraid of our children. I promise that I'll love you no matter how you look"

Kaveh sniffs, "E-even if I were a fungi?"

Haitham sighes and smiles, "You'd be my favorite fungi ever."

ougghghgh. im kind of a weenie little bitch. in my field of work, which is not fanfic, it does require a lot of constructive critique which is fine, HOWEVER both in the case of work and also writing or anything else, i'm more receptive if it's something ive like, asked for? like if im posting / showing someone something Just For Funsies then im probably not looking for critique and it would stress me out if someone started pointing out flaws or ways to improve if im just like, hanging out. or if im not even done fkjldsjdfksl.

Mine is also a p2 (to Ten & One) and the hurt/comfort is over yn being unable to conceive so there's and theres prett obvious smut so HAHAH

Lies Are Treason is very much hurt/comfort with some angst ig BUT IT HAS SMUT

Stone Cold is really angsty and im only adding it cos there's a smudge of like hurt/comfort there HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH but its imo one of the more tragic tales ive written AHAHHAAHHAHA

Hello, I don’t know how weird this will sound and im sorry for how long it is but bear with me please.

So I’ve read Carry Me Away and you have instantly became one of my favorite writers. The wit in your fics alone is worth endless praise, I could sit here for hours and tell you how amazing it was, never a dull line.

Then I made the mistake of reading Fault Lines which I’m now permanently bruised and scarred from. Don’t think theres any chance of recovery. Like I actually felt my soul break.

What you did to these two is something that should never have been done but you’ve done it so beautifully that I can’t find it in me to resent you.

So naturally, I needed to know whos responsible of ruining my life which brought me to your tumblr for a lil stalk spree. Here comes the weird bit you’ve been warned about, your posts and interactions and writing style reminds me so much of someone who was very important to me to the point that even though I know its irrational, I just gotta make sure you two aren’t the same person just for the sake of my sanity. second of all, i love that my writing connected with you so deeply. like this is very very kind. and i think so cool about writing/art in general that it reminds us of people sometimes so so deeply it takes us out of reality.

third of all, i do enjoy soup quite a lot but it is not my fav food :( if i had to pick a favorite food it would probably be hot wings (or like, beans and red rice and avo with salsa, but that's like a meal). my favorite soup is albondigas though.
