Diet Update!

I am on my 4th week of drinking more water and I have successfully gotten my body accustomed to drinking 2 liters of water in a day. I now plan on moving on to greens I will base my diet of greens on which vitamin I want to primarily focus on, I was editing my previous post about vitamins and minerals and Vitamin D caught my eye I’ve suffered from cavities and don’t feel that I take very good care of my teeth so this will be what I aim for in consumption.
