It is a completely different property/domain where you don’t have any control and doesn’t let you pass information from UTM parameters to Chrome extension, not letting us create a custom experience based on campaigns used to attract customers.
Consider a scenario where you are an NBA fan passionately supporting the New York Knicks. While casually scrolling through Facebook, you see an advertisement related to the New York Knicks.
After clicking the ad, you will be redirected to install a Chrome extension promising to personalize your new tab experience. After installation, your new tab features a captivating image of the New York Knicks. Wouldn’t that make you happy?
This is the essence of personalization and how it contributes to customer retention.
What to look for?
If parameters inside the cookies are misconfigured there is a risk of negative consequences, potentially leading to the loss of customers. Consider a scenario where users encounter an ad leading them to a Chrome extension. If this extension presents offensive images or content due to misconfigured cookie settings, the user will probably promptly remove the extension. Consequently, this could result in a negative user experience, damage your brand reputation, and potentially lose customer trust.

With that said, it’s not not as if the over encompassing concept of the album was based on these songs. This is this, that is that. -歌詞にあるように、ミラーボールが煌めくんじゃなくて"焼け焦げる"のが象徴的で。 -The lyric about the disco ball burning rather than sparkling quite caught my interest. シノダ:この曲は、実は昔からあった曲で。それこそ3人で最初に作った『REAMP』(2021年リリースのアルバム)のときにいっぱい曲を書いてて、そこで生まれたやつを今一度再構築して肉付けした感じなんです。2020年とか、コロナ禍が始まってそういうムードのなかで書いた曲ではあるので、そのときの苛立ちみたいなものが残り香としてある感じがします。 Shinoda: This song has actually been around for a long time. For our first album written by the 3 of us, REAMP, we had written a truckload of songs. So we took one of those, re-constructed it, and added some meat to it. It was originally written in 2020 so the mood of the pandemic did affect it, and the frustration we had felt back then still remains within, like a smell you can’t shake. -アルバム序盤の「耽美歌」、「ジャガーノート」にそうした苛立ちや閉塞感が強いわけですね。 -So both Tanbi-ka, and Juggernaut comprise of intense cabin fever and frustration.
● Tanbi(耽美) means aesthetic/aestheticism, but in this context I think it would be more effective to translate it as something along the lines of “A beautiful, sentimental song”, or maybe you could even say “an aesthetically pleasing song”. When I had first read the song name “Tanbi-ka” my brain thought of the word 美化(bi-ka), as in “to make something beautiful”. So maybe it alludes to how in the lyrics they’re destroying everything, but it’s all to make everything beautiful…. However, this is only theorizing on my part and the could be totally unintentional. Though because Tanbi-ka is a made-up word, and because Shinoda chose the 歌 to be read as “ka” instead of as the kun-yomi, maybe this theory holds water?? Or maybe he chose it just because the on-yomi sounds more soft and poetic, and makes it seem more like a real word. WHO KNOWS

Todays rip: 11/05/2024
You Give Me Color Power
Season 2 Featured on: The Voice's Highest Quality Video Game Rips

Hey, I try not to be biased on here all too much - but fact of the matter is, that I do have a terminal case of Sonic fan disease. It was only earlier this week that I covered Rooftop Bop, I've been completely self-indulgent with rips like Imperial Touwer - and I'm about to do it again now with You Give Me Color Power. Amidst all the no-nonsense mashups on the SiIvaGunner channel, few continue to worm my way into my mind like it does, reaching the highest possible prestige of a mashup in being so good as to effectively replace the original in my mind.
To this very day, You Give Me Color Power remains the only rip yet made on the channel of Planet Wisp Act 3 in particular. In Sonic Colors, each of the three acts serve as different takes, remixes, of the same core melody - we're all familiar with Planet Wisp, as heard in Planet Wisp Mashup Medley, but the Act 3 remix gives the tune a more funky, bouncy feel - the piano and percussion playing in a far odder, repeating rhythm, as the song as a whole becomes far more of a funk tune in its pace than the original. And long before they became relevant to the world of internet shitposting through a damn Family Guy clip, Jamiroquai have been at the top of the funk foodchain - something CrystalForce was evidently well aware of. You Give Me Something isn't a song I can claim to have listened to all too extensively, but its ability to fit Planet Wisp's mood herein feels absolutely effortless. The added instrumentation compliments the Planet Wisp Act 3 bassline to absolute perfection, and Jay Kay's own vocal performance is able to carry the original track through its more piano-heavy segments with absolute grace and beauty.
I can't really speak much on how the individual pieces of this rip sprung up or evolved overtime - Jamiroquai did eventually begin showing up more on the channel with rips like Rearranging Furniture in the Underground Secret Base, but back in Season 2 his appearance in this rip was completely divorced from any ongoing trend. Rather, You Give Me Color Power is as if ripping distilled to its very core: an idea pursued purely to see if a piece of video game music would sound cool when mashed up with a song one ripper had an independent attachment to. The result is positively glowing, and perhaps amidst my favorite mashups the channel has ever produced - at once able to sonically stand completely on its own whilst also having completely eclipsed the Planet Wisp Act 3 theme for me for the foreseeable future.

Trespasser has recently released a new studio work titled “Wasted Time.”
Since their debut in 2022, the brooklyn-based indie rock band Trespasser has been on a relentless journey to reaching a broader audience. Their energetic live shows and powerful dynamics have earned them a stellar reputation within the local scene and beyond. Each show is a unique experience, thanks to the band's willingness to shake things up with improvisational segments. Their latest studio work, 'Wasted Time', is a testament to their ability to translate raw energy into a well-recorded and highly organic track. This release is a fusion of classic elements like country and bluegrass with the fierce impact of punk and indie rock.
The band features five musicians, each bringing something unique to the formula in terms of how their different backgrounds and influences collide. The band aptly combined all of the aforementioned styles and more, merging them into a unique approach they like to call "outlaw scrungle," a really fitting definition to their free, energetic, and raw sound, which still retains a very personal twist.
"Wasted Time" is a really good example of how the band is able to perform with raw energy but also maintain a very melodic dimension, with some personal and understated lyrics that are easy to relate to. The song begins with a simple yet catchy guitar riff, followed by some melodic arpeggios. The main riff is based on the lower strings, creating a throaty, vintage tone that still has plenty of twang to cut through the mix. On the other hand, the arpeggiated parts have a crisp, clearer, and glassier tone that rounds up the guitar sound beautifully. The way the band managed to blend a more aggressive and a softer guitar is truly remarkable, and the song benefits from the crunch/clean dichotomy that makes the chords sound more detailed and harmonically rich. Sometimes, excessive distortion can mask all the nuances of the beautiful interaction between guitars, but in this case, the extra sparkle enables the guitars to feel very detailed and impactful.
The first verse of the song is actually more laid back, with jangly clean guitars and a reprise of the arpeggio with the main riff. This is a perfect way to create varying dynamics, which bring more "peaks and valleys" into the mix. In other words, there is no loud without quiet!
The chorus enables even more variety, with a pleasant chord change and the drums focusing on a faster ride cymbal 8th note pattern to really cut through the guitars and bass. The second verse is more sparse, creating a great contrast with the fullness of the chorus. At first, drums and vocals are the most prominent elements, but the guitars kick in soon after, taking the verse back to its full range and then leading into the chorus. The hooks are memorable yet retain the song's earthy and intimate sound. The layered vocal harmonies are beautifully executed, with the female vocals adding more harmonic depth to the track. The lead vocals bring so much charisma and a natural swagger to the mix, really emphasizing the charming outlaw vibe that makes the band's music so distinctive and impressive. The guitar parts are tastefully executed throughout, maintaining a very natural sound, somewhere in between crunchy and clean. There is also room for a soaring guitar solo, which brings the song's energy to a whole new level and even bleeds into the next chorus, adding some incredibly cool and unexpected notes, as well as some bends that add a raw, jam-like sensibility to the mix. The lead guitar actually continues to meander past the chorus and up to the end of the song, making for a truly energizing and spontaneous vibe, almost as if the band decided to ramp up the energy toward the end of the song to maximize the impact of the closing. In conclusion, this track stands out for its honest spontaneity. It is highly recommended to people who enjoy early Kings Of Leon or Francis Moon, as well as artists such as Lucero and Wilco, but with a punkier, edgier vibe that brings so much depth. The production of "Wasted Time" first makes the song perfect with a more organic sound that seamlessly affirms the band's sense of authenticity. The group did a fantastic job at making sure this recording would feel like a true portrait of the band at its best. "Wasted Time" really feels like the real sound of a band, playing in a room and letting the energy flow with none of the typical artifice you'd encounter in a more polished production.
