Movie!SGE - Hunger Games AU
These are old sketches and comic wips from 2023(?). I really like agatha and sophie's personalities and relationship in the movie. I think it fits more with hunger games AU than book!sge.
While both book and movie agathas are protective of sophie, movie!agatha being outspoken about her beliefs and actively challenging the status quo makes me think that movie!agatha is more fitting as katniss.
As for sophie, while both ambitious and wants something more in their life, also a bit delusional too. Movie!sophie feels more like a normal teenage girl with dreams, while dealing with a new environment. A little more selfish and vain- but a healthy amount of fear for their life. Book!sophie is a lot more comical in terms of villainous attitude that it's a bit hard to imagine her in a survival game setting. (I know both sophies faced the trial by tale, i still prefer movie!sophie in hunger games AU)
If we disregard the by gender tributes in each district, Sophie and Agatha can both compete in the games, with agatha volunteering to stay with sophie.
I think Tedros could be a career tribute actually...
With all that said, I'm not sure how to go through with this AU, or how to end it. That's probably why i never posted it back then.
I would love to hear ideas with people, brainrot together LMAOO

i can NOT believe how good the colors turned out. i actually wasn't actively going for a Sharlayan look/color scheme but it just fucking happened. it's almost a perfect color match! subconscious scary moments or something. it also makes his eyes look great. i think i'm proudest of this one so far.
anyway i can't believe i made Kezona look hot while wearing a fucking monocle. click on the picture, tumblr always compresses it to shit. also, i LOVE this crafted weapon. woe, owls be upon ye. i'm justifying it as owls being a symbol of wisdom... for sage.... do you get it

Hello I am starry anon! I am just here to ask out of curiosity, after listening the tiring amount of Viv's drama and I had open my eyes now acknowledging how much of a immature and awful person she is. (Well actually I have been a long time after seeing alerting signs of her behavior and her writing on her show... Which it makes me uncomfortable.)
Sorry for the rambling, back to the question. Is there any tips or guides to not be like Vivziepop? Her shows isn't inspiring, especially the overall characters design and writing but I think sge inspires people to be caution to do and not to do in the indie animation industry (I also don't know many about indie animation industry, you may correct me.), or how they should and shouldn't behave around the internet. It doesn't have to be a whole guide, just tips or list only.
Thats all I hope you have a good day!
■[Howdy✨️Starry✨️]■
When it comes to tips on being NOT like Viv, it boils down to just being a good, hard-working person. When you're in an industry like this mainstream or not, you HAVE to be able to have a strong sense of self cause this sorta job will challenge your work and ideas. So criticism and growth are a must. Not everyone will grow at the same pace or handle the many eyes the same way, but being professional and mentally strong tends to be a useful trait to have when your delve into being a content creator period.
No matter how good a work is or how bad a work is, there will always come criticism. Critical views bring about building blocks or destroy em. How you take them matters. Viv, even when the critical comments are solid, tosses them to the side and refuses to grow. DON'T do that. Don't toss the solid and useful stuff for the sake of one's ego. It does more harm than good. It is almost as harmful as allowing the hateful words made to destroy rather than aid enter the mind as if it were food. It isn't. You have to know when something is good for you and when something is not. Never completely ignore everything and never accept everything. Have a balance.
Vivziepop wishes to only hear what she [wants] to hear. Not what she [needs]. She is like a child who was given everything and was never taught the concept of self-reflection. Never be that. Period. Be down to earth, but never buried. Be confident, but not too hot to handle. Be balanced and aware. Be fair to everyone. Imo, regardless of what occupation you have, being a balanced, adaptable person is a very solid way of living. If anyone has anything they'd like to add to helo the homie Starry out, that'd be epic af though
[I do hope I helped in any capacity. I didn't expect people asking for advice from me on here tbh, I felt like I'd be the last person to ask, but I am honored!]

Bucky couldn’t help but grin, his arms around Nat’s waist and his chin resting on her shoulder as he took in the scene before him.
“Is this all for me, Natty?”
“Of course it is, Yasha. A party just for you.” His pack-mate and fellow Dom stated, her smile evident in the tone of her voice.
They were standing in the playroom, and spread out - and tied up - on the bed in front of them were their Switch, Sam, and their Sub Steve.
Sam was laid on his back, arms attached to the headboard and ropes around his thigh holding his legs open. A silver plug with a bright red jewel poked out from between his round buttocks. Steve was laid face down on top of Sam, his small body similarly bound but with a blue, jewelled plug stretching his rim wide. Neither could move much, but it wasn’t stopping the pair of them trying to rub their cocks together as they messily made out.
“Fuck,”Bucky exclaimed again. “Look at them. Pretty as a picture and all dressed up for me. How am I gonna top this when it’s your birthday?”
Nat turned her head and nipped at Bucky’s ear. “You’ll think of something, handsome. You always do. Now, go enjoy your birthday treat. They’ve been like this for fifteen minutes already and I edged them a couple of times before I brought you down here, so they’re both a hair's-breadth away from coming apart.”
“You’re staying, though?” Bucky nuzzled into Nat’s neck, enjoying the way his scruff brought a red rash up on her neck. She might be a Dom as well, but that didn’t mean Bucky didn’t like marking her. She gave as good as she got anyway.
“I was hoping you’d ask. I want to see which one of them starts to cry first. You go left, I go right?”
“Deal.”
Bucky had known when Nat said she had a surprise for him today that it would be something along these lines, so he’d been waiting, just dressed in his leather pants, until she came to get him. Nat herself was dressed in her favourite PVC outfit - a push up bra with cutouts at the nipples, crotchless panties and thigh-high stiletto boots. She looked exquisite.
He stalked over to the right hand side of the bed, climbing up beside the two desperate, strung up men. He tapped Sam on his shoulder, as Nat on the other side tapped Steve, and the two broke apart and looked at the two Doms. Two pairs of eyes were blown wide and two faces had lax expressions, already looking totally fucked out. Bucky laid down and captured Sam’s lips, Nat doing the same to Steve.
It never ceased to amaze Bucky how different Sam was from Steve. Steve was a Sub, but a bratty one, needing to be forced into submission for his own good more often than not. Sam, though, as a Switch, was never intentionally bratty, but sometimes had difficulties moving from one headspace to the other. It seemed that Nat had done the hard work already, or maybe Sam was just in a submissive move, because he opened himself to Bucky’s domineering kiss without any resistance. Bucky laid his left hand on top of Steve’s buttocks, feeling the little movements his favourite brat was trying to make in an attempt to get friction on his no-doubt aching prick. With a grin into Sam’s mouth, Bucky brought his hand down onto Steve’s ass - a warning to stay still. He heard the angry squeak despite it being muffled by Nat.
Bucky pulled back, enjoying the way Sam chased his lips, and how Sam’s broad chest heaved with need.
“You’re gonna be a good boy for me, aren’t you Sammy? Gonna let me do exactly what I want, when I want, yeah?”
“Yes, s-sir,” Sam stuttered out, eyes glazed.
“Unlike this one,” continued Bucky as he took a firm grip of Steve’s dirty blonde hair and jerked his head back, pulling him from Nat. Steve’s eyes rolled, the little pain-slut he was, but there was still defiance in his eyes - he wasn’t as deep down as Sam was. “Fighting it as usual, Stevie? And on my birthday too? What am I going to do with you?”
Steve just narrowed his eyes, but for once didn’t talk back. He was probably too distracted by his throbbing cock to come up with something witty.
“Natty, can you reward Sam for being a good boy while I just work on Steve’s attitude?”
Nat smiled back enigmatically, then moved herself so Sam could turn his head and take one of her PVC clad breasts into his mouth and tease the nipple with his tongue. Nat let her head loll back and allowed herself to enjoy the sensations. Bucky, on the other hand, rose up from the bed, and with the feeling of Steve’s blue eyes boring a hole between his shoulder blades he went and opened up the wooden armoire that held their toys. His fingers trailed along the handles of the various implements used for chastisement and finally settled on his flogger. There were two of almost every implement, one made for Nat’s small grip and one made for Bucky’s much larger one. If Sam was in Dom mode with Steve, then he borrowed Bucky’s, but Sam wasn’t as much into impact play as the two Doms.
As Bucky turned back to the bed he carefully kept the flogger hidden behind his back, not wanting Steve to know how he was going to get punished until it happened. He positioned himself by the side of the bed and used his free hand to hold Steve’s head down against Sam’s collarbone, making it impossible for him to see.
“Stay still, and be good,” Bucky commanded, but wasn’t at all surprised when a sharp “Fuck you” was the answer. He leant down, head close to Steve’s ear. “I plan to, sweetheart. I’m gonna fuck you until you make a mess of yourself and Sammy. Maybe I’ll make you clean it up as well.” Bucky didn’t even need to see it to know that Steve shivered at the mental picture he’d painted. Pain and humiliation were Steve’s bag - it’s why they meshed so well, Steve enjoying everything that Bucky could dish out. Without any further warning, Bucky brought the flogger down on Steve’s deceptively plump ass. He didn’t strike all that hard, but starting too soft with Steve never brought the right results and he bit back a dark chuckle as Steve let out a shout and wiggled as much as he could, resulting in him just rubbing his trapped dick against Sam’s.
“Why did you flinch?” Bucky asked with mock confusion.
“Fuck!” was the breathy response. This was gonna be good.
Bucky flicked his eyes up to Nat’s, which sparkled back at him with amusement as she stroked her hand over Sam’s short hair and encouraged him to pay attention to her other breast. She was already lazily playing with her clit, enjoying the scene before her. Bucky smirked and brought the flogger back down onto Steve, another beautiful sound of pained pleasure meeting his ears. It only took another dozen swipes, evenly distributed over Steve’s ass and upper thighs, for Bucky to feel the fight go out of his Sub, Steve finally relaxing under his hand.
Discarding the flogger to the floor, Bucky moved back around to the end of the bed and climbed up between the two pairs of spread legs. He took hold of one plug with each hand and slowly pulled and twisted them until Steve’s and Sam’s rims were stretched around the widest part of each before pushing them back in. Two choked off groans echoed around the room, and Bucky’s grin broadened as he started to fuck both of them with the plugs. As anticipated, Steve started showing signs of being close to orgasm first, so Bucky stopped playing with his plug, enjoying the strangled wail of disappointment that spilled from him. However, it was only a minute or so later that Bucky saw Sam’s balls start to draw up, so he stopped playing with his plug as well.
Having tested for himself how ready they both were, Bucky unzipped his pants and pulled out his cock. He picked up the bottle of lube that Nat had thoughtfully tucked at the base of the bed and squirted some out onto his palm. As he stroked himself, he took another moment just to appreciate how beautifully Sam and Steve had been laid out for him. Fuck, it would be easy just to stroke himself to the view and leave the pair of them needy and unsatisfied. It was a tempting thought - he always delighted in marking both of them with his cum -, but neither of them had been particularly badly behaved recently and he was feeling in a kind mood.
Satisfied that he was sufficiently slicked up, Bucky removed Steve’s plug, being a little rough but in the way that Steve liked. Without ceremony, he pressed his cock inside Steve’s hole, the guttural moan sounding like music to his ears. Nat had moved off the bed and had come to stand behind him, a reverse of their earlier pose. She peered around his thick body as he speared into Steve, who had returned to kissing Sam as the pair of them were jostled together.
“Look how beautifully he takes you, Buck,” Nat observed, her gaze fixated on the way Steve’s body stretched to accommodate Bucky’s thick cock. Bucky placed his hands on Steve’s hips, gripping them tightly as he pulled back and thrust forward with vigour.
“You did a wonderful job preparing him, moya printsessa.”
He thrust forward again, enjoying the way his balls slapped against where Sam and Steve were pressed together, their combined precum making a sticky mess. He let himself sink into the pleasure of using his Sub until Nat let him know that Steve was close to coming.
“Careful, moy lyubimii.”
Gritting his teeth, Bucky pulled out of the warm clutch of Steve’s ass and pushed the plug back in, watching the ripple of the muscles in Steve’s back and listening to his once more frustrated wail. Bucky gave a harsh spank to his still red ass.
“Patience, kitten. ‘I want’ doesn’t get. You come if I allow it.”
Using deft fingers, Bucky removed Sam’s plug more carefully than he had Steve’s, and lowered his hips, curling himself over Steve where he was laid on top of Sam so he could sink into his other lover. Sam’s moan was deeper but equally as needy sounding as Steve’s as Bucky started to fuck into him. It was taking all of Bucky’s control to hold back, because he didn’t want to come yet - he had his own plan and was determined to see it through. And, with the way that he was pressed against both of them, he wasn’t surprised by how both Sam and Steve continued to moan, the friction between them increasing with Bucky’s movement.
“Don’t come yet, sweethearts. The first to come doesn’t get my cum and doesn’t get to have Nat ride his cock. He’ll also have to be on clean up duty as well. So best behaviour, both of you.
“Sir!” Sam shouted out in panic. “Please! I’m too close. I’m gonna come.”
“You’ll just have to hold it, Samuel. You get a break when I give you one.”
Taking a peak around Steve’s small frame, Bucky could see the way that Sam was now biting his lower lip, his fists holding tight to ropes that bound him to the bed as he desperately tried to hold back his orgasm. He gave a few more firm thrusts and decided it was time to return to Steve.
As soon as he slipped back inside his bratty sub, he knew that Steve was on a knife-edge. His whole body was trembling and he was letting out pathetic mewling noises each time Bucky punched his way up into Steve’s guts.
“Check his face, Natty,” Bucky huffed out between thrusts and Nat strutted around the bed. She leant down to peer at Steve’s face where it was buried into Sam’s neck.
“You’re right, James. He’s crying already. Are you about to come, Steve?” she cooed. “You gonna make a mess all over Sam? Are you looking forward to cleaning me and Sam up and swallowing down all that cum?” She fisted her hand into Steve’s hair, wrenched it up and gave a little slap to his tear stained face. “I bet you’re not even sad that Bucky isn’t gonna come in you, because this way you get to taste it. You’re just our little cumdump, aren’t you, Steve? Can’t get enough of the taste. I bet we could get you to clean the whole floor with your tongue if we just splattered it with our cum. You act all bratty, but you just wanna be on your knees, don’t you? Maybe another day we should tie you down and just come all over you. Leave you in a sodden mess. You’d be in heaven.”
Steve cried out and his body spasmed around Bucky’s cock, his slim hips moving as much as they could, humping onto Sam as his orgasm rocked through him, pushed over the edge by Nat’s words. Bucky hissed and closed his eyes, trying to hold back his own orgasm, and Sam groaned as his cock slipped and slid against Steve’s.
“I knew it,” Nat said, her voice full of derision. “Pathetic.” She released Steve’s hair and shifted her attention back to Sam, running the back of her hand across his cheek bone as he looked at her with wide eyes. “You’re gonna be a good boy though, aren’t you? Gonna let Bucky come inside you, but not let yourself go until I’ve ridden that gorgeous dick of yours?”
“Yes, m-ma’am. G-gonna try.”
“Make sure you do, or I’ll ruin it for you.”
Bucky almost felt sorry for Sam. He had to be struggling about now, and Bucky had seen Nat ruin orgasms before - it wasn’t nice. Bucky pulled out of Steve, who was now laid lax and snivelling, and returned to Sam’s waiting heat.
“Sir!” Sam shouted. “Oh god!” His hips bucked up as much as they could in his bound position, bumping Steve.
“Hold it, Sam,” Bucky barked back as he set a bruising pace, no longer able to resist the urge to just chase his pleasure. His movements jolted Steve even more, who whimpered as his spent cock was overstimulated from being rubbed up against Sam’s. Bucky could feel Sam’s channel flutter around him, desperately trying to hold back, and the sensation tipped Bucky off the cliff. A deep groan left him as he pumped rope after rope of cum deep into Sam, his hips continuing to snap back and forth until there was nothing left in him.
After he came down, Bucky pulled out and sat back on his heels, recovering his breath. Steve’s hole still gaped at him, and his cum was dripping out of Sam.
“Nat - come look.”
“Oooh, pretty,” she said before bending down and attacking Bucky’s lips with her own. They kissed ferociously for a few moments, fighting each other with tongues and teeth before they moved apart and untied Steve. They rolled him off Sam and he laid prone on the edge of the large bed. Bucky started to rub at the rope marks around his wrists and his thighs, bringing the blood back into full circulation
Meanwhile Nat climbed up onto the mattress, admiring Sam’s still rock-hard cock, the head a deep crimson-purple and covered in Steve’s cum and his own pre-cum. She leant down and licked a stripe up it, letting out an evil giggle at how it twitched.
“Nat! Please!” Sam begged, and with a smirk she took pity on him, throwing her leg over him, taking hold of his cock and sinking down in one move. She leaned back, her hands braced on Sam’s spread legs and began to ride him.
“Fuck, Sam. Love this dick so much. Feels so good. Just hold on for me.”
Bucky watched in amusement, only stopping to tap Steve’s face with his softening cock and then feeding it between Steve’s lips when he blinkingly opened his eyes.
“First clean up duty, Stevie.”
Steve just moaned and started to suck and lick at the cock in his mouth, eager for every drop of Bucky’s cum he could get.
On the other side of the bed, Nat had changed her position, now palming one of her own breasts through her bra, pinching the nipple through its peek-a-boo hole and rubbing at her clit with her other hand. Sam was tossing his head back and forth on the pillow, whimpering, and as soon as Nat shuddered out her own orgasm, Sam’s face screwed up and he shouted, finally letting himself let go.
Nat gave herself a few moments to recover before she eased off Sam, his cum running down her inner thighs, and straddled Steve instead, her puffy cunt hovering over his face.
“Next clean up, Steve. And you better make me cum again.”
“I will, ma’am. Please. Wanna taste you and Sam.” Steve couldn’t keep the eagerness from his voice.
“So you can be good? Now, get to work.” She sat down and Bucky heard her sigh in pleasure as Steve slurped loudly, his small hands coming up to hold Nat’s thighs. Bucky smiled and moved over to release Sam’s bonds and rub at his aching limbs.
“So perfect for us, Sam,” he praised. “Just relax for a moment. You worked so hard.”
“Please kiss me,” Sam slurred out, and who was Bucky to deny him? He laid down next to Sam and gently kissed him, lazily trailing his fingers over Sam’s still sensitive body, amused by the answering whimpers and twitches.
“Fuck! Steve!” Nat shouted, her hips bucking. “There! Just there.” She had one hand on the headboard and the other in Steve’s hair, holding his head in place as she fucked his face with her pussy. She threw her head back and wailed as her second orgasm washed over her. She rocked her hips slower as she came down, and then slid down Steve’s body. His face was flushed red, shiny with her and Sam’s combined spend, and his hair was sticking up every which way. He looked totally debauched and more than happy about it. Nat kissed him deeply before urging him up and over to Sam.
“Clean his cock first, Steve,” she urged. “Then you can get your taste of Bucky’s cum.”
Steve crawled with wobbly limbs over to where Sam was now dozing, his head in Bucky’s lap, having his hair petted. When Steve started to lick and kiss at his cock and balls, Sam let out a happy sigh.
Nat pulled herself up against the headboard, the other side of Sam, and looked indulgently down at her Switch and Sub before turning her attention to Bucky.
“Did you enjoy that, Yasha?”
Bucky opened his mouth to respond, but was interrupted by Sam’s whining moan as Steve pushed his face between his ass cheeks, and most probably, wormed his tongue in Sam’s ass. Bucky chuckled. “Best birthday ever, milaya. We’d best start planning for Steve’s. What was it you said about all of us coming over him and leaving him lying in it?”

The way I went I went into a horny fugue before/after my camping/road trip and liked every single post where lou ferrigno jr looks hot (there's a lot of them) and now I have to scroll back through like three days worth of hyper-fixation to find any SGE related insp posts I saved for writing...
Anyway, life's challenging when your special interest is middle aged men hauling massive tits around.

Figured I'd use Mount Rokkon to relearn some jobs I haven't played in a while (but otherwise understood how to play!) and ah... muscle memory has failed me, as has me switching up everything on my hotbars LOL
Sage is my go to for these dungeons!

Makoh'to: !!! It's been some time since I've held a foil... --- Hancock: Er... is there perhaps another method you could employ? Fanfic Tag Game
Tagged by @sarcasticsciencefictionwriter thanks so much for the tag!
I'm afraid this won't be very riveting... I need to upload more stuff, I have a bunch of short fics I could technically upload but never got around to it. Also, the whole "writing three long projects for years" thing.
1. How many fics do you have on AO3?
13
2. What’s your total AO3 word count?
29,956
3. What fandoms do you write for?
I have stuff uploaded for Doctor Who, Star Wars, Sanctuary, Dragon Age and The School for Good and Evil.
Out of these I'm still active in Sanctuary (if you could call it that) and Dragon Age. I partly moved on to write original stuff, but a DnD & Dragon Age AU story is in the works. I have some stuff for Fallen London too, just didn't upload it yet.
4. What are your top five fics by kudos?
Cold And Consequences - 357 (SGE, Dovey/Lesso)
all my words are left with you - 221 (SGE, Dovey/Lesso)
Star Wars Fictober Challenge - completed - 129 (Star Wars, various)
All My Pieces - 116 (SGE, Dovey/Lesso)
Littles - 54 (Star Wars, Boga POV - written for fic exchange)
...what can I say, SGE fandom was very lively when I was active in it
5. Do you respond to comments?
Mostly! I really appreciate them all and try to answer always, some slip through the cracks though, for older works where I'm no longer in the fandom.
6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
Don't Save Me (I'm Already Dead)
Canon compliant Luminara fic... The canonical character death was a given, then I spiced it up with some extra angst.
7. What is the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
The Luminara lives AU in the Star Wars Fictober Challenge. I might have been compensating a little.
8. Do you get hate on fics?
Nope! I don't think I post enough for that. Also, hate would require readers and other than my old SGE stuff I'm proudly representing the Very Niche Subfandoms division here. :)
9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?
Nope! I'm the kind of ace where I'm not sex-repulsed but I usually skip smut scenes because I find them boring, no reason to write it.
10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written?
Not really, more of an AU girl. I contemplated involving Warehouse 13 in my big Sanctuary fic just to explain where James got the exoskeleton from, but still undecided if I want to go ahead with that.
11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?
Nope!
12. Have you ever had a fic translated?
I translated one of my own fics once, does that count? I wrote it in Hungarian originally and wanted to post to a wider audience. (Never again, by the way. Translation is a whole other discipline, I'd rather write it in English from the getgo.)
13. Have you ever co-written a fic?
Kinda? We had some stuff with @cardeakelsey once but it never really got written.
14. What’s your all time favourite ship?
Oh boy. Ever? I don't think I have one.
15. What’s a fic you’d like to finish but don’t think you ever will?
I like to think I will finish all my projects one day. Fingers crossed. I might need to rehaul some of them first to be feasible, though.
16. What are your writing strengths?
Mood setting, foreshadowing, internal monologues. Angst.
17. What are your writing weaknesses?
Dialogue.
18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in a fic?
I sprinkle it in sometimes, not too much. In my opinion if two characters speak French it's better to just say "they switched to French" in the description.
19. First fandom you wrote for?
No idea. It was a WHILE ago.
20. Favourite fic you’ve written?
Out of my published ones probably the broken and the damned (Dragon Age canon compliant) or Smile (SGE, Emma-centric character study).
Tagging anyone who wants to do it! :)

Google Bard’s New Feature Will Blow Your Mind
Prompt used: A curious Persian cat, playfully swatting on a sofa. Capture the exact fur texture, lighting, and details of the cat and sofa. It’s an expensive looking green velvet sofa.
The Imagen 2 model is touted for its ability to render challenging tasks, such as human faces and hands, realistically, making it a versatile tool for various image generation needs. This update represents a significant advancement in AI technology, as it enables users to seamlessly translate text descriptions into compelling visual content.
The availability of this feature in Bard is part of Google’s broader efforts to integrate Imagen 2 across its offerings, including Ads, Duet AI in Workspace, SGE, and Google Cloud’s Vertex AI. The company has also emphasized the importance of responsible AI usage, implementing safeguards to ensure a clear distinction between AI-generated visuals and original human artwork. Additionally, Google has prohibited the generation of “named people” to mitigate the risk of deepfake creation.
This update marks a notable expansion of Bard’s capabilities, offering users a powerful and accessible tool for image generation. The feature is initially available in English, with the potential for future expansion into other languages.

SEO Challenges - [Know these Top 7 to Rank Higher]
SEO challenges might look big, but you can solve them too with timely efforts.
In this blog post, I can shed some light on the top 7 challenges faced by SEO professionals including the latest challenge buzz by Search Generative Experience [SGE], and provide insights on how to overcome them.
Do you know? - “Without a strong SEO foundation, you will completely rely on paid spend” – Conductor
SEO Challenges:
1. Changing Search Engine Algorithms:
One of the biggest challenges in SEO is keeping up with the ever-changing search algorithms.
Google, in particular, updates its algorithm multiple times a year, which means that what worked yesterday may not work today.
To stay on top of these changes, it's crucial to keep yourself informed through industry blogs, forums, newsletters, and conferences.
Keep following the blogs of Ahrefs, Semrush, Search Engine Round Table, Search Engine Journal, and Search Engine Land to get yourself updated.
“Because SEO is a dynamic field that involves frequent algorithm updates and evolving best practices, you’ll need to continue your SEO education and keep up with industry changes” – Semrush
2. Conducting Keyword Research:
Another challenge is keyword research. Choosing the right keywords is essential for optimizing your website's content and driving organic traffic.
However, finding the right balance between high search volume and low competition can be tricky.
To overcome this challenge, I suggest using premium keyword research tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Long Tail Pro, or Keyword Tool to identify relevant keywords with high search volume and low competition.
You might also get some initial keyword research and content ideas from using other SEO tools like Google Keyword Planner, Answer The Public, Also Asked, and Exploding Topics.
You can further supplement your efforts using Quora, and Reddit platforms for most SEO-burning issues discussed, commented, and shared via their forums and communities respectively.
“Your keyword research should go beyond merely evaluating search volume and keyword difficulty to discovering the intent, topical galaxy, audience characteristics, and place in the buyer’s journey for every keyword” – seoClarity
3. Monitoring Technical SEO Issues:
Technical SEO issues can also pose a significant challenge. This includes problems like slow page speed, broken links, indexing errors, duplicate content, and mobile-friendliness.
These issues not only affect your website's user experience but also impact your search engine rankings.
To tackle technical SEO challenges, perform regular audits of your website using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs Webmaster Tools, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.
Address any issues that are identified promptly.
“Technical SEO, in its basic form, is ensuring your website has a good technical standing so search engines can crawl, index and rank it well” – SEOTesting
4. Creating High-Quality Content:
Creating high-quality content is another challenge in SEO.
Gone are the days when keyword stuffing could get you to rank higher on search engine results pages (SERPs). Today, search engines prioritize content that provides value to users.
To overcome this challenge, focus on creating informative, valuable, and engaging content that solves your target audience's problems.
Incorporate relevant keywords naturally and aim for content that covers topics comprehensively. Long-form content at all times is not necessary.
Unless the search intent is met as required, even short-form blog posts and articles serve the purpose.
Always focus on people-first approach content than SEO-first approach content, though you can optimize later.
“To excel in today’s evolving digital landscape, content creators must produce high-quality content that provides value and captures their target audience’s attention” – Search Engine Journal
5. Link Building or Backlinks:
Link building is yet another SEO challenge. Building high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites is crucial for improving your website's authority and rankings.
However, acquiring these backlinks can be time-consuming and challenging. To overcome this challenge, focus on creating link-worthy content that others would naturally want to link to.
Additionally, engage in guest blogging opportunities or collaborate with influencers in your industry to earn valuable backlinks.
Engaging in buying backlinks goes against Google's rules, and this approach might not be effective in the long run.
On the other hand, building links through genuine relationships is becoming more valuable and influential nowadays.
Internal linking between relevant website pages or blog posts is also important to remember for better search engine rankings.
“According to Aira’s State of Link Building report, guest blogging is the third most popular link building strategy, with 47% of surveyed SEOs using it as their go-to” – Ahrefs
6. Measuring SEO Performance:
Measuring and analyzing SEO performance can be a challenge.
It's important to track key metrics such as organic traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, keyword rankings, and any others based on your business-specific to assess the effectiveness of your SEO efforts.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics [GA-4] and Google Search Console [GSC] to gain insights into these metrics and make data-driven decisions.
In fact, according to many SEO experts, using these tools frequently will help you remain ahead by giving you more content ideas, allowing you to establish new SEO benchmarks, and monitoring a variety of user engagement behaviors.
Personally, I regularly check my GSC account to see which keywords my website is ranking for and to come up with fresh ideas for blog posts, and increasing my topical authority.
“Organic traffic (42% votes), followed by conversions (37% votes) and rankings (14% votes) are the top 3 metrics that are most effective in measuring SEO performance” – The State of Technical SEO Report 2023 from Aira & Women in Tech SEO
7. Influence of AI Search Generative Experience [SGE]:
You may know that search engines such as Google and Bing have incorporated AI into their search processes.
While this is still being developed and experimented with, certain bloggers, SEO experts, and website owners have noticed lower click-through rates (CTRs) and decreased organic traffic.
This is because AI-generated search or Search Generative Experience (SGE) results are taking up some of the visibility that was previously directed toward their content.
Simply put, organic results are further pushed down, which reduces the visibility of information. Although SGE doesn't affect every niche-based keyword or phrase, the search landscape is evolving.
Currently, it's necessary to get ready to adapt to this situation.
To enhance the visibility of your website content, focus on generating high-quality content and incorporating a variety of visual elements such as images, infographics, and embedded videos.
“SGE is still in its experimental stage, and many web and SEO marketers are still figuring out how generative AI can impact marketers and users in the future” – HubSpot
Pro-Tip: Make your website or blog mobile-friendly or mobile-optimized and, [if necessary], hire an SEO professional or agency to meet your business-specific needs, and get optimum results.
That being said, SEO isn't a "quick fix" for ranking; it's an ongoing process that requires constant effort and monitoring.
“Search results differ drastically between mobile and desktop. Google recently moved to mobile-first indexing, reflecting the importance and predominance of mobile compared to desktop” – Conductor
Tumblr media
In conclusion, SEO challenges are part and parcel of the ever-evolving digital landscape.
By staying up-to-date with algorithm changes, conducting thorough keyword research, addressing technical issues promptly, creating valuable content, building high-quality backlinks, measuring SEO performance effectively, and sailing through SGE, you can overcome these challenges, and achieve your SEO goals.
Remember, persistence and adaptability are key in this dynamic field.

Heads up! because this might change SEO…
Google's SGE is making some waves in the SEO community, leaving some wondering if it's the end of SEO as we know it. Well, I'm here to tell you that SEO is alive and well, and SGE is actually an opportunity to make your SEO even better.
Here's the thing: SGE is giving users answers directly on the search results page, which means fewer clicks for users and less traffic for your website. But that doesn't mean SEO is dead; it just means we need to adapt our strategies.
The key is to focus on creating exceptional content that goes beyond simply answering questions. We need to provide comprehensive, informative, and engaging content that positions our websites as trusted sources of authority.
To do this, we need to understand user intent. What are people searching for? What questions are they trying to answer? By understanding user intent, we can tailor our content to address those needs and increase our chances of capturing user attention.
Featured snippets are even more important now than ever before. These coveted boxes at the top of the search results page are a great way to get your website seen and get clicks. So, make sure your content is optimized for featured snippets.
Structured data markup is another important tool for SEOs in the age of SGE. This helps SGE understand your content better, which means it's more likely to show your website in relevant search results.
Finally, don't neglect long-tail keywords. These keywords are becoming increasingly important as people search for things in a more conversational way. So, make sure your content is targeting long-tail keywords that are relevant to your audience.
SGE can also be a valuable tool for SEOs. By analyzing SGE-generated data, we can gain insights into user intent, preferences, and search behavior. This information can then be used to refine our content creation strategies and optimize our websites for improved search visibility.
So, don't panic about SGE. It's not the end of SEO; it's just a new challenge that we need to adapt to. By understanding the changing landscape, implementing effective strategies, and harnessing the power of SGE, we can continue to be successful SEOs.
SEO is not dead; it's evolving, and SGE is an integral part of that journey. By embracing change and adapting our strategies, we can ensure that SEO remains a vital part of the marketing landscape.

How AEO for Google Gemini is Transforming Search Experience?
Tumblr media
The world of online search is changing rapidly, driven by the rise of generative AI and conversational interfaces. Traditional keyword-based SEO strategies, while still relevant, are no longer sufficient to meet the demands of new search ecosystems like Google Gemini. Google Gemini, part of the Search Generative Experience (SGE), leverages large language models (LLMs) to provide users with comprehensive, conversational answers instead of a simple list of links.
This shift is revolutionising how users interact with search engines. They now expect direct answers, contextual insights, and follow-up suggestions—all in one place. For brands and businesses, this presents both a challenge and an opportunity. The key to unlocking visibility in this new environment lies in AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation). Let's explore how AEO for Google Gemini is becoming indispensable for visibility and how it’s transforming the search experience.
The Role of AEO in the Gemini Era
AEO is the practice of optimising content to provide direct, machine-readable answers to user queries. Unlike traditional SEO, which focuses on keywords and backlinks, AEO focuses on entities, structured data, semantic search, and intent-driven content. Here's how the AEO agency aligns with Google Gemini:
Structured Data & Schema Markup: Helps Gemini understand your content contextually.
Entity-Based Optimisation: Connects your brand with key concepts and topics in Google’s Knowledge Graph.
Conversational Content Design: Anticipates and answers user questions in a natural, flowing tone.
Zero-Click Optimisation: Prepares your content to be cited directly in AI-generated answers, even if users don’t click.
How AEO Enhances the User Experience?
AEO for Bard users receive more than just links—they get solutions. It enables this transformation in several ways:
Faster Decision Making: Structured, concise answers help users take action quickly.
Deeper Engagement: Contextual content encourages follow-up questions and deeper exploration.
Credibility & Trust: Well-optimised AEO content often includes author credentials, sources, and real-world data, earning trust from both the AI and the user.
By aligning content with AI's understanding, AEO ensures that businesses remain visible in the evolving SERPs.
AEO in Action: Future-Proofing Digital Visibility
With AEO for Google Gemini, search is evolving into a dialogue. AEO helps brands stay part of the conversation by:
Creating FAQ-rich content that anticipates multiple intents.
Structuring articles using semantic clusters.
Leveraging JSON-LD schemas to define people, places, products, and reviews.
Designing mobile-first, snippet-friendly layouts.
End Notes
As Google Gemini reshapes the digital landscape, AEO for Google Gemini is no longer optional—it’s essential. Businesses that fail to adapt risk becoming invisible in a world where AI chooses what content to surface.
ThatWare LLP is at the forefront of AEO innovation, offering advanced strategies backed by Hyper-Intelligence™, NLP, and semantic SEO expertise. Whether you're a startup or an enterprise, they can help you align your content with Google Gemini’s intelligent requirements and maximise your visibility in AI-driven results.

Zero-Click Searches: How to Win When Google Doesn’t Send Traffic
Introduction: Competing in Google’s New Ecosystem
In today’s digital marketing landscape, getting clicks from Google isn’t as straightforward as it used to be. With the rise of zero-click searches, more and more users are getting the answers they need without ever visiting a website. Whether it’s featured snippets, knowledge panels, local packs, or "People Also Ask" boxes—Google is offering instant answers directly on the SERP.
This shift presents a major challenge for brands: How do you stay visible and relevant when Google doesn’t send users to your site? The Top digital marketing company in Delhi is already helping businesses adapt to this search disruption with smarter content formats, structured data, and SERP-first strategies.
What Are Zero-Click Searches?
Zero-click searches occur when a user’s query is resolved directly on the results page—no need to click a link. These are powered by:
Featured snippets (position zero)
Direct answers (e.g., weather, calculator, currency conversion)
Knowledge graphs and business listings
People Also Ask boxes
Local map packs
According to SEMrush, over 50% of searches on Google end without a click. That means half the search audience never lands on a website. For brands, this shift requires a radical rethinking of how SEO success is defined.
Why Are Zero-Click Searches Increasing?
1. Google’s Push for Convenience
Google wants to keep users on its platform for as long as possible. Giving instant answers improves UX and increases ad revenue.
2. Mobile and Voice Search
On smaller screens or voice interfaces, users want fast, spoken, or summarized answers. Google surfaces concise, high-authority content to meet that demand.
3. AI-Powered Search Evolution
With the introduction of AI Overviews and Search Generative Experiences (SGE), Google is synthesizing more answers directly on the SERP—often pulling from multiple sources without crediting any specific one with a click.
How to Adapt Your Strategy for Zero-Click SEO
1. Target Featured Snippets (Position Zero)
Use structured content that directly answers common queries in a concise paragraph or bullet list. Google prefers content that’s:
~40–50 words
Clearly formatted (H2/H3 + answer)
Authoritative and sourced from relevant domains
2. Use Schema Markup
Structured data helps search engines understand your content better and makes it eligible for rich results like:
FAQs
How-tos
Reviews
Events This increases your chances of owning valuable screen space—even if it doesn't yield a click.
3. Optimize for Branded SERPs
Ensure that when someone Googles your brand, the whole page reflects your identity—knowledge panel, social links, reviews, maps, etc. Reputation management, consistent NAP data, and media assets help dominate branded search results.
4. Create Content for People Also Ask (PAA)
PAA boxes are a great place to gain visibility. Format your blog content to answer related sub-questions users may have after the primary query.
5. Leverage Local SEO
Google's local pack often captures zero-click searches for location-based queries. Optimizing your Google Business Profile, collecting reviews, and updating local citations can drive visibility even without direct traffic.
Benefits of Zero-Click Visibility
Even without a direct visit, zero-click SEO can:
Boost brand awareness
Increase perceived authority
Drive implied trust and relevance
Improve voice search visibility It’s no longer about just winning clicks—it’s about owning moments in the customer journey.
The Role of Agencies in a Zero-Click World
The Top digital marketing company in Delhi understands this SEO evolution. Rather than chasing only blue-link rankings, they focus on SERP real estate—maximizing brand visibility wherever attention is drawn:
Featured snippets
Local pack
Image and video carousels
FAQ and how-to rich results
News and press coverage
By optimizing content structure, technical SEO, and content distribution, they help brands show up even when there’s no click to chase.
Conclusion: Redefining What SEO Success Means
In the age of zero-click searches, traffic isn’t the only metric of SEO success. What matters more is visibility, credibility, and impact within the SERP itself.
If your content is informing, building trust, and shaping user decisions—even without a visit—you’re still winning. The Top digital marketing company in Delhi is already helping future-ready brands adjust their strategies to thrive in this no-click era. The question is—will you adapt before your visibility vanishes?

Analytics Setup: Use tools like Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, and CRM software to track performance metrics from day one.
2. Leverage AI-Powered Tools and Automation

Personalize content based on user profiles.
Popular platforms like ChatGPT, Jasper AI, and HubSpot offer affordable automation options ideal for startups.

Authentic and value-driven content remains king in 2025. But now, it's more interactive and personalized.
Short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) captures attention quickly.
Thought leadership blogs and podcasts build trust and authority.
Use interactive content like quizzes, polls, and AR experiences to engage users.
Ensure your content is optimized for voice search, mobile-first indexing, and diverse formats.
4. Go All-In on Social Media and Community Building
In 2025, startups that engage actively on social media gain a clear edge. It’s not just about posting—it's about connecting.
Choose platforms that align with your target audience (e.g., Instagram and TikTok for Gen Z, LinkedIn for B2B).
Create engaging content with user-generated posts, contests, and behind-the-scenes updates.
Launch and manage branded online communities (Discord, Facebook Groups) to foster loyalty.
5. Invest in Influencer and Micro-Influencer Marketing
Trust and relatability are key for startups. Influencers help bridge that gap by lending credibility and reach:
Work with micro-influencers for authentic, affordable campaigns.
Collaborate on product reviews, giveaways, or co-branded content.
Use tools like Upfluence or Heepsy to discover relevant creators.
6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Local SEO
SEO in 2025 is all about understanding user intent and using AI-powered search engines like Google's SGE.
Use semantic keywords and optimize for featured snippets.
Publish high-quality, relevant content consistently.
For local startups, optimize your Google Business Profile and local directory listings.
Voice search optimization is becoming more important, especially with wearable and smart-home devices on the rise.
7. Performance Marketing: Paid Ads that Convert
While organic growth is great, paid ads provide the acceleration startups often need:
Use platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Implement retargeting strategies to convert warm leads.
Split-test creatives and headlines to improve conversion rates.
Performance marketing tools such as SEMrush, AdEspresso, and Google’s Performance Max campaigns can simplify this process.

Email remains one of the highest-ROI channels. Startups can use it to:
Nurture leads through drip campaigns.
Provide exclusive offers and updates to loyal customers.
Segment lists based on behavior and interaction for better results.
In 2025, AI-driven email personalization and automation will help improve open rates and engagement.
9. Embrace Data Privacy and Ethical Marketing
With increasing awareness around data usage, startups must prioritize transparency and compliance:
Follow data protection laws like GDPR, CCPA, and India’s DPDP Act.
Be clear about data collection and usage.
Offer users control over their preferences.
Building trust through ethical marketing is not just a legal requirement—it's a competitive advantage.
10. Analyze, Adapt, and Scale
Finally, success in digital marketing for startups hinges on continuous learning and improvement:
Track KPIs such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).
Use insights to pivot strategies and scale what works.
Schedule monthly or quarterly audits to assess and update your strategy.
Digital Marketing Trends 2025 Every Startup Should Watch
As you build your startup digital marketing strategy, keep an eye on these emerging trends:
Hyper-personalization using AI and machine learning
Immersive marketing through AR/VR experiences
Voice and visual search optimization
Zero-click content and no-click SERPs
Decentralized content platforms (Web3 integrations)
Staying ahead of these trends will ensure your startup remains competitive and future-proof.
Crafting a Startup Digital Marketing Strategy for 2025: The Complete Guide isn’t about chasing every trend. It’s about aligning your goals with data-backed strategies, leveraging new-age tools, and consistently delivering value to your audience. Whether you’re launching your MVP or scaling to new markets, the digital landscape of 2025 offers countless opportunities for agile startups willing to innovate.
