2.) Absolute snuggle pile. Half because Adrien and Kagami are touch-starved, half because Mari and Luka get the Miraculous Side Effects and need a heat source in the winter.

4.) Date nights depend a lot on who's part of the night (because they do have busy schedules so it's not always a group thing). Sometimes you have Ladybug and Chat doing the classic patrol night. Sometimes Mari and Kagami go to their favorite juice bar. You'll get Adrien, Luka and Kagami running around in a mock swordfight. So on and so forth. Full group dates are often smaller events at home with dinner and a movie and maybe a game.

7.) Adrien. 100%. He wants to adopt every stray kitten he comes across. Unfortunately they don't keep every stray, but they do help them go to good homes!

Hey, do you have any recommendations for Lukanette, Adrigami, and/or Julerose fics?

I don't generally read Lukanette. The pairing's fine in and of itself, I think that Luka and Marinette would have a happy marriage and a good time together, but I've had so many bad experiences with Lukanette shippers vilifying Adrien, Alya, and the class, that I can't really derive any enjoyment from the ship, I just have too many negative associations with it. Lukadrienette and Lukadrigaminette are fine since I've never had bad experiences with other characters being bashed to promote the poly, but Lukanette... no.

I had about a year where saltfics NEVER LEFT MY HEAD and I kept on having flashbacks to my favorite characters being demonized and vilified and punished for it, with those flashbacks running through my head for hours on end while my throat choked up like I was about to cry, for hours at a time, on a daily basis. I REALLY can't stand anything I associate with that. I still can't stand saltfics, but my throat doesn't close up and I don't get a ton of flashbacks anymore when I see them at least, I just get angry.

There IS still one Lukanette fic series I've liked and recommended, but it's less because of the Lukanette and more because of the exploration of Luka's and Felix's characters (and it turns into FeLuka later on).

As for Adrigami... it's a nice ship, but there's very little content for it, especially in more recent years. It mostly vanished once season 4 got going, and it wasn't exactly common before that. I've got some Adrigaminette and Lukadrigaminette recs if you're interested in those though?

Boomer!Luka: FeLuka Ending series by @19thsentry-blog

In the Shadows (the first fic in the series) summary:

On one side is Luka, 140-year-old Snake Miraculous holder and keeper of the Guardian's secrets, on the other is Marinette Dupain-Cheng, a relatively newly minted hero of Paris and Guardian of the Miracle Box. Each is looking to fulfill their promises to their now gone mentors to reunite the Kwamis and keep them safe. Sounds simple--until you throw in a rocky start, the Atlantic Ocean, Félix Graham de Vanily, and a whole host of secrets…and suddenly simple becomes complicated (story of Marinette's life, right?).

So this is obviously way outside my normal wheelhouse. I don’t typically read Lukanette fics, even ones that turn into FeLuka later on in the series (though boy it becomes apparent quickly that the author’s fascinated with FeLuka’s dynamic.) But this one is really good, with the best Luka-centric fics I’ve ever read, and some of the best Felix-centric content as well. I love how Luka has his own baggage here, with all the pressure of wandering around for over a century, looking after the few Miraculous he found, trying to keep what’s left of the Order alive, unaware of Fu’s survival or of the Miraculous user’s re-emergence in Paris. There’s a lot of focus on Luka’s own feelings and thoughts and problems, not just on helping other people with them. 

The plot works even without the romantic aspect, so even if Lukanette isn’t a pairing that draws you in, I still recommend this fic, so long as you don’t actively dislike the pairing itself. And even though it’s a Lukanette fic, Adrien and Alya are treated fairly and with respect. Adrien may not end up with Marinette and is bummed about it, but the narrative is still kind to him overall, there’s clearly no ill well towards him, or Alya for that matter. (There are later fics in the series that focus more on Adrien just healing and coping and living after finding out that his father’s a villain and his mom’s been in the basement this whole time, and in the multiversal travel fic, Alya gets some standout appearances as Scarabella which are fun).

And FELIX - it’s clear that 19thsentry has this whole conception about Felix’s psychology. He’s wrapped in a ton of self-loathing until it started to consume him, made him lash out. Him being a sentimonster, wanting to get the Peacock Miraculous, actually gave him some direction for that at least. And he’s just in this pit of his own making, until he meets Luka, who can see through him when no one else can, who cares for him even though he doesn’t understand why, who’d been through so much over the years and yet kept himself kind. He’s attracted like a moth to a flame, infuriated that he cares, yet not able to stop himself from caring about this mysterious, infuriating musician. 

Yeah if you can’t tell this is the series that really sold me on FeLuka as a couple.

Oh yeah, one of the fics in here is M-rated, and it does earn the M rating for sexual content, though it’s nothing too major.

Kagami has been doing her best for years to ignore her feelings for her friends. It doesn’t help that Adrien and Marinette insist on spending as much time as possible with her, even going so far as inviting her along on their dates together. If only the affection she felt for them wouldn’t get in the way of their relationship. Because it is growing harder and harder to tamp down her feelings with how close they are getting to her.

This is adorable. Adrien and Marinette really want Kagami to join their relationship and she just doesn’t dare hope for it. If you want some adorable Adrigaminette from Kagami’s perspective, I recommend checking this fic out!

Look I've literally written a series of essays going over the various aspects of the plot threads in this fic, it's one of the best ML fics I've ever read if you've wanted a fix-it for seasons 2 and 3. Especially with the way Chloe's redemption arc was handled, it's STILL the best Chloedemption arc I've ever read in a Miraculous fic, and I've read a LOT of Miraculous fics.

New partners Pigella and Purple Tigress get along phenomenally, their easy banter and similar wavelengths making working with each other a joy in and out of combat. But sometimes Tigress is surprised just how close she is with her partner. Sometimes she tries not to feel too guilty thinking about it.

There’s some nice Julerose here! I love them kinda getting into a lovesquare with each other, though it’s not as much of a problem as it is in canon since it’s reciprocal in every relationship and they’re both down for a poly. It’s fun, and I love the “Luka attempting to woo some of his love interests” plot going on in the background XD.

Hmm.

Silly but honest answer? Change the endgame to Lukadrigaminette or Lukadrinette lol

Serious answer? It would be Chat and Marinette's behavior in the first few seasons. Chat's inability to hear and accept Ladybug's no was extremely hard to watch sometimes (even though I love Chat so much) especially when it was played off and fans got mad at Ladybug for being so harsh. Likewise, Marinette's borderline stalker behavior was just as hard to watch. Honestly, the whole romance would be what I would change. I would want it to be less creepy on both sides than canon. (I know it said one thing but I would also make Lukanette and Adrigami last longer and have more purpose. They lasted for ten seconds and had no real impact on the plot when both could've been used to help Marinette and Adrien grow into people who had a more healthy sense of themselves and what a healthy relationship should look like.)

“Let’s just…watch a movie,” Marinette suggested as she brought a plate of snickerdoodle cookies over to where Kagami and Luka were cuddling Adrien on the Dupain-Chengs’ couch.

“I personally volunteer to sing along with you to whatever Disney film you choose,” Kagami offered as a testament to how much she loved Adrien.

“Me too,” Luka agreed (a much smaller sacrifice on his part but appreciated nonetheless).

“Me three,” Marinette chimed in. “We’ll make it one big singalong.”

Adrien swallowed and blinked the tears out of his eyes as he struggled to find his voice.

He looked at the small cardboard box over in the corner by the TV, and a fresh wave of tears hit him.

That was everything he’d been able to smuggle out of the Mansion in his haste to escape after coming out to his father earlier that day had ended poorly.

“I don’t—” His voice cracked. “I don’t think I feel up to singing.”

Marinette set the cookies down on the coffee table and took a seat at Adrien’s feet so that she could join in loving on him with her other two partners. “Is there anything you do feel like doing? Even just a little bit?”

Luka gave Adrien’s hair a nuzzle. “Doing literally anything else would be better than sitting here and feeling miserable, Perfect Fifth.”

Adrien shrugged, sinking even further into his partners’ embraces. “I just…I’m kind of panicking right now. I don’t think I’m ready to be distracted yet. I’m still kind of in survival mode. I mean…I don’t even know where I’m sleeping tonight. I’m homeless, and I don’t know how I’m going to pay for education and food and—”

“—Adrien, calm down,” Kagami commanded in her no-nonsense tone.

“Obviously, you’ll come live with one of us, so there’s no need to spend energy worrying about that,” Luka remarked matter-of-factly.

“We have a small flat on the ground floor of the bakery that’s supposed to be used for a live-in apprentice,” Marinette offered. “It’s pretty much just storage right now, but we could get it cleaned up for you. If you want, I’ll talk to my parents in the morning.”

“Or you could come live on the Liberty,” Luka added. “We have plenty of cabins filled with junk that we could clean out and make into a room for you. Take your pick.”

“I’m sure Chloé would put you up as well,” Kagami chimed in. “Unfortunately, I think my mother will side with your father, so I’m unable to offer my own home. In fact, I may need to put myself at your mercy as well when I tell my mother about the four of us because I anticipate that she will have a similar reaction to your father, Adrien.”

Everyone’s hands went out to rest on Kagami.

She shook her head. “I don’t mean to make this about me. I am merely explaining my inability to offer Adrien a place to stay. Until I am forced to confront my mother and possibly break ties with her, I will do my best to siphon off resources in order to prepare.”

“Maybe we’ll get lucky and your mother will take it better than my father did,” Adrien muttered, resting his head against Kagami’s.

She gave his hand a reassuring pat. “So. It sounds like housing is decided. I’m sure wherever you end up staying they’ll feed you, so there’s no sense in worrying about that either. As far as paying for things…do you still have a job at Gabriel, or was your employment terminated?”

Adrien’s brow furrowed. “I’m…not sure. He didn’t exactly disown me or kick me out even. I just… The things he said… I couldn’t keep living under the same roof as someone who would say such ugly things about me and the people I love, so…”

“We need a lawyer,” Marinette realized. “You’re nineteen, so you should have access to any trust funds you’re the beneficiary of now, and surely you have money somewhere from your work as a Gabriel employee. It’s just a matter of finding it and gaining access to it.”

Luka gave Adrien’s arm a reassuring squeeze. “So, it sounds like you’re not destitute after all, and you can stay with me or Marinette, so that takes care of your food and housing. I’ll call Penny first thing in the morning about an attorney. She should be able to point us in the right direction.”

“Okay?” Kagami gave Adrien an appraising look. “Do you feel a little better now?”

Adrien swallowed and nodded. “Yeah. That’s… Okay. It doesn’t feel so much like the world is ending now.”

“Good,” Marinette sighed in relief, going up on her knees to give Adrien a quick smooch.

Kagami and Luka both followed suit, and then they all stood for a group hug.

They stayed in their huddle for a long time, waiting for Adrien to be the first to pull away.

“Can we maybe have a sleepover?” he tentatively inquired as he looked around the circle. “Like…can we do the Disney singalong and hair and nails and makeup and everything?”

Kagami’s eyes went wide and began to sparkle with excitement as she looked to Marinette and Luka. “Can we?”

“And can we make a pillow nest and sleep in a puppy pile?” Adrien added, holding his breath as he pushed his luck.

“I’m game,” Luka easily agreed, looking to Marinette as the final say.

She shrugged with a smile. “I’m sure my parents won’t mind, so long as we’re not too loud.”

Adrien had to fight to contain his squeal of joy.

Kagami also suppressed her own trill of excitement.

Adrien looked from one partner to the next with an expression overflowing with love and gratitude. “You guys are the absolute best. I am so lucky to have you.”

“I feel like we’re the lucky ones,” Marinette replied, necessitating another round of kisses and hugs before they broke apart to prepare for makeovers, snickerdoodle cookies, and singalongs.

The reason i will never ship adrinette unless it is a part of a poly is because of the bullshit the show pulls with their relationships and their reveal. Both times they've revealed themselves to eachother the world has ended. They cannot try to convince me that this couple would be good when the square includes "unhealthy infatuation", "the bros", "unrequited" and "unrequited the sequel".

When marinette learned adrien was chat noir she started falling out of love immediatley untill luka told her that she should learn to love both sides cause it means she knows more about him. Then they immediatley lost to hawkmoth (god damn i hope they never show that costume again) due to his mental instability and terrible parenting. (And his plot convinient jump to conclusions)

When Adrien learned he immediatley was infatuated with marinette but didnt tell her he knew and rhat is very unhealthy and then it lead to chat blanc.

Fuck this ship it only leads to the world ending. I only accept it in the context of a poly where someone is there to even out their two extremes (if you cant tell im a lukadrigaminette shipper and this is part of my reason.) These two masochistic and mentally unstable fools need someone to ground them. Unless they defear hawkmoth and then get together i will never accept their relationship but given how rhe show is going itll be unhealthy for both of them no matter what.

She's really into superheroes! She wants to know everything she can about them, and can ramble on for long periods when she's with someone she's comfortable with. She likes to come up with new ideas for new heroes sometimes

She is horrible at getting up on time and it's to the point that she goes to school with overalls over her pyjamas to hide that she's still wearing them. Shes tried everything she just can't wake up

Adrien is a merfolk prince who’s fascinated by the human world but his father, King Gabriel, hates humans as they’re responsible for his wife’s death. While visiting the surface, Adrien saves the life of Princess Kagami and falls in love with her. After an argument with his father, he goes to a Witch and trades his voice for a spell that could turn him into a human. Now, Adrien needs his True Love’s Kiss to regain his voice but things get confusing when, besides being in love with Kagami, he also falls for the seamstress Marinette and the musician Luka. Meanwhile, Gabriel (who’s completely unaware of Adrien’s disappearance) searches for a way to bring his wife back to life, not caring that there are some things he shouldn’t be messing with. *************************************************************** I finally did it! The picture that I was most looking forward to drawing is done! I wanted to finish it today so that I could post something for MerMay. Adrien as an angelfish mer-person for a The Little Mermaid ML AU that @princess-of-the-corner and I brainstormed together. It's one of several Disney Princess-inspired ML AUs that have Lukadrigaminette (Luka/Adrien/Kagami/Marinette) as the endgame pairing. I love mermaid designs that give the mermaids traits of a fish species or sea animal, so I decided to do the same when designing MermAdrien. I choose to give Adrien the traits of a freshwater angelfish because they are pretty fish that people like to admire like how Adrien is a handsome and famous model in the show. Also, the fact that he has traits of a freshwater fish that people often kept as a pet represents this Adrien's desire to live in the human world. The colors were inspired by black-and-silver striped angelfish and to allude to Adrien's identity as Chat Noir I also gave him cat eyes and fangs to make him look cooler, and because Cornerverse had this idea that magical people have fangs. Plagg in his Aqua form is there because the Miraculous are part of the AU though they're not as powerful as in canon. They're still ancient magical jewelry with little magical beings connected to them but there are no transformations and the powers that people receive are nerfed/not as strong compared to canon. The Kwamis are pretty much just familiars that guide whoever wields the Miraculous. They can change their forms to adapt to any environment, basically what they do in canon with the power-ups except that it's an innate power and not the result of a potion. Since Adrien was merboy when he found the ring in a shipwreck, Plagg is in his Aqua form so he can be by Adrien's side. He changes to his more familiar form after Adrien becomes human. They are all so sweet and cute together and complement each other in a way that's just wonderful. Luka brings balance and reflection, Adrien brings energy and happiness, and Marinette brings drive and heart... and chaos which is always a nice touch. Even canonically, we see how the three of them vibe together and understand each other (Wishmaker) and support each other (Migration). Each individual couples makes a great pairing and what's better than one SO who loves you unconditionally? TWO SOs WHO LOVE YOU. Because they all have two hands.

-He the secret keeper. The missing link between the two. He's the calmness and the storm, the one who's the biggest loser and the most competent of them all. They're all holding hands and deserve to kiss

Ok just to clarify as someone who is aroace:

Alix being aro doesn't mean she can't be in a relationship, she just doesn't experience romantic attraction. You can even be in a romantic relationship and be aro. Just bc you don't experience that type of attraction doesn't mean you don't like it. She could also never be in that type of relationship or any relationship at all! It is unclear her stance on romance, whether she is positive, neutral, negative, or repulsed (since side characters really don't get much screen time).

Same goes for Max being ace. Attraction does not equal libido does not equal attitude towards it. Obviously since they are minors it comes up less except in aged up situations.

I happened to have seen a couple things where people say 'There go my ships!' but that's not the case. If you haven't heard the term 'qpr' look it up. I beg of thee.

I would love a wlw for Sabrina but I can't really see her with any of the girls (or guys for that natter tbh, she doesn't really interact with anyone) we know. I can be convinced via good fic rec though so don't be shy.
