Bespoke Pedestal Table with Tapered Edge
This is a handmade pedestal table made from solid hardwood finished in Omso Polyx. The round top and been tapered on the underside to the edge that give the table a fine and delicate profile and very light look. The centre column is turned from a solid piece of Oak and the base is a thick 40+mm and tapered to mirror the table top (the base is 10-20cm smaller diameter than the top depending top size and height).
The piece will made in three sections, top, post and base to reduce chance of damage and freight costs. The images are from the construction and will be adding images of the finished piece soon.
The aim with this piece is to produce a simple, clean and delicate design that is a very functional piece but with a minimal appearance. It is available in many diameter and height and can be used as a side table, display table, coffee table and much more.
Like all the pieces I make it has been made by hand to order (we hold no stock). They are made with traditional tools, hand planed and cabinet scraped to create a smooth surface. The timber natural features vary in each piece of timber which in turn makes each piece individual and unique.

lol arthur realizes with the other knights after watching merlin flirt and being hit with a wave of deja vu: holy shit you asked me out
merlin and the rest of the knights around a campfire after leaving a village bc lancelot and leon somehow started a brawl in the tavern: ???
arthur points at merlin: after valiant! you asked me to buy you a drink! you were asking me out!
merlin is busy cooking dinner and confused out of his fucking mind: what???…..valiant….oh the knight with the snakes.
gwaine who was slightly tipsy now stone cold sober and sitting up straight against a tree: wait. explain. what do you mean merlin asked you out??
arthur snaps his fingers as he recalls the memory: i apologized for sacking you and you said that if i bought you a drink we’d be even.
merlin now remembering how he had stumbled into camelot, picked a fight with a pigheaded bully which quickly turned homoerotic and flirtatious, and continued their teasing-flirting for days before merlin shot his shot and asked the prince out only to be rejected: oh yeah, i forgot i did that…..wait, you mean you didnt realize what i was asking?
arthur: no?? we argued everyday, how was i supposed to realize you were asking me out??
merlin now abandoning the dinner and staring across the camp at arthur while the rest of the knights watch their back and forth like a game of tennis: to you we were arguing, to me that was very much flirting. i thought you were flirting back so i decided to ask you. then you rejected me
arthur, mentally beating his past self up for fucking up their chance: i didn’t reject you!!! i just didn’t realize what you were asking me. how was i meant to? we fought every chance we got
leon, nudging elyan, glee and excitement riling through him: its happening!!! its finally happening!!! seven long, grueling years is finally paying off!!!
merlin, realizing the misunderstanding and acknowledging the fact that he wasn’t rejected, his flirtations just weren’t noticed - realizing he still has a chance: oh…oh i see. arthur, my dear, our fights were extremely flirtatious. need i remind you of what you said? “do you know how to walk on your knees? would you like me to teach you?” or “i could take you apart with one blow”
arthur, mental capabilities at an all time low: m…my dear….?????????
merlin grinning devilishly as he realizes that his flirtatious persona he had hidden away after falling head over heels for arthur can make a come back: that is what i called you. should i call you something else? say…mine?
percival gags in elyan’s ear: cheesy
elyan hides a laugh: at least they’re finally getting somewhere. better than the hopeless pining
arthur, flushed from head to toe: ah uh no um im uh
merlin thoroughly enjoying himself: oh come now, your majesty. use your words.
#meanwhile leon is praying his thanks to every god and goddess above for their mercy#his pain and suffering is so over#merlin is going IN on arthur who is red as fuck#gwaine is enjoying himself immensely#lancelot pulls out popcorn to watch the two idiots finally get their acts together#flirty merlin x flustered arthur#i think yes#listen. merlin lived in ealdor. a small village of maybe thirty people - four or five being his own age#he was thrilled to be in camelot and have new faces and people to meet#he was definitely the village tease or flirt or whatever#he was gonna be a rake in camelot but unfortunately managed to fall hopelessly in love with the prince of camelot#he burned his dreams of being a rake in exchange for arthur#the issue? arthur rejected his advances. next issue? merlin’s feelings remained and grew#so merlin is a lovesick puppy for a prince who doesnt feel the same and he cant find it in himself to look at anyone else bar a few cases#he and lancelot def slept together at least once. him and gwaine tumbled into bed a few times together#but his heart always belonged to arthur he just never imagined hed get a chance to let his affection be known#now that he knows arthur never knew of his intentions in the first place and was quick to deny he rejected him#merlin is more than happy to let that part of his personality come back and terrorize arthur is a way he hadnt been able to before#hes living his best life rn#bbc merlin#merlin emrys#arthur pendragon#merthur#knights of the round table#fanfiction ideas#prompts#headcanon

Been putting some time into Doily 14 (Yarn | Pattern) since it's easy enough knitting to do while reading and man. Every row takes a year.
Probably because every row is over 500 stitches at this point. Ouch. And I still have almost 20 more rows to go. I'm averaging something like 2 rows a day (while swapping in other projects when I get bored). Keeping my energy by admiring the pretty gradient every chance I get.

The Round Table is complete!! Merry Holidays everyone ❄️☃️ PDF here.
Making these has been extremely therapeutic while traveling home for the holidays lol. So thanks for helping me survive the trauma chaos stress glad tidings and goodwill and what have you. 🙃
Percival is such an underrated character and I really wish they’d given us more on him and his story. He didn’t really even get a Percival Quest! But he did have some great defining characteristics and moments, which I’ve tried to work into this page. Can you find them??
Also, chain mail is ridiculous. Geez.
I’ve also been making progress on the physical coloring book (!!!), so keep your eyes peeled on Etsy. It will have exclusive story pages! If you want an email when it arrives early 2025, you can put it in this form and I’ll let you know when they’re available. Or do the notification thing here on Tumblr and you’ll see it, too!
You can find all the pages released so far under this tag.

As long as they're not talking, they're the hottest character in the game
Lye "Lyke" Lichen (Friends at the Table: Sangfielle):
Junk mage who admits no fault, even when trying to save a fallen god for his own little fucked up reasons after telling everyone he wasn’t going to. Also the only person in the Blackwick Group who wanted to be part of a team :)

For those that follow me here and keeping any sorts of tabs on my Monster art and the keychain I put up I just want to send my thanks for the support so far!! I really wasn't sure how it'd be received but I'm really happy it will be out to some of you soon!
I only have a few left so I think it's safe to say I will restock. I'll definitely be ordering a couple other small things so if anyone was thinking about it but wants to hold off for a little more options I'm hoping to get it up sometime in August at the latest~
I don't really intend to make art specifically for merch, I'm just not built for it. I enjoy just sketching on my whims and turning it into a way to make profit sucks the fun out of it. I genuinely just want to share the things I love and if I had it my way I'd give it out for free but unfortunately that's out of my means ;u;
That's it for an update, thanks for listening! 🌻💛

Small Round Side Tables: Big Impact in a Small Package
When it comes to home decor, sometimes the smallest pieces can make the biggest impact. Small round side tables are the perfect example of how a compact, stylish piece of furniture can transform a room. These tables offer both form and function, proving that good things come in small packages.
Maximizing Small Spaces Small round side tables are ideal for spaces where larger furniture might feel overwhelming. They provide the same functionality as their bigger counterparts—holding drinks, books, or decorative items—without taking up too much room. Whether placed beside a sofa, in a hallway, or next to a bed, these tables offer a practical surface without crowding your space. Their compact design makes them a perfect fit for apartments or smaller rooms, proving that you don’t need large furniture to create a stylish and functional living area.
Tumblr media
Elegant and Versatile One of the best things about small round side tables is their versatility. They can complement a wide range of decor styles, from modern minimalism to boho chic. The round shape creates a sense of openness and flow in a room, while the small size makes them easy to move and rearrange as needed. You can place a small round side table anywhere—whether next to a chair for a cozy reading nook or in the entryway for a decorative accent. The possibilities are endless, and the table will always look right at home.
Adding Personality to Your Decor Despite their small size, these tables can make a big statement in your home. You can personalize them by adding your favorite decorative pieces, such as a stylish lamp, a vase of flowers, or a stack of books. With the right accessories, a small round side table becomes more than just a functional piece—it’s a statement of your personal style.
GLOBEDECOR offers a wide variety of small round side tables that will add charm and elegance to any room.If you’re looking for the perfect small round side table to complete your home, explore the collection at GLOBEDECOR.
Small round side tables may be compact, but they pack a punch in terms of style and functionality. Perfect for maximizing space and adding personality to your decor, these tables prove that big things often come in small packages.

Bring BALI (Be A Little) Home with Teak Outdoor Furniture
There is something satisfying about a home that feels complete, not merely styled, but truly lived in.  A place where the indoors and the outdoors speak the same design language. Here at Be A Little (BALI), we believe outdoor furniture should be much more than functional; you want it to be an extension of you, your lifestyle, and your style.
If you’ve ever stepped into a beautifully designed outdoor space and felt like you’d just walked into a boutique resort, you already know the power of the right furniture. With BALI’s premium teak outdoor furniture collections, you can bring that feeling home and enjoy it all year round.
Tumblr media
Why Teak?
Teak isn’t just any timber. It’s one of the most durable and weather-resistant hardwoods in the world, making it ideal for outdoor living in Australia’s varied climates. Whether you’re dealing with blazing sun in Brisbane, sea spray in Sydney, or four seasons in one day in Melbourne, teak takes it all in stride.
At BALI, we use only A-grade sustainably sourced teak from managed plantations in Indonesia. Each piece is kiln-dried to prevent cracking, and the natural oils in the wood give it a natural resistance to moisture, mould, and insects.
It’s not just tough, it’s beautiful. Teak’s warm honey tones and elegant grain patterns make it a timeless addition to any setting. Left untreated, it ages to a silvery grey patina, or you can oil it to maintain that fresh golden glow. Either way, it looks effortlessly chic.
The Be A Little Design Difference
We don’t just sell furniture, we design experiences. Our furniture embodies the exploration of form, function, and flair through a collaboration with Scandinavian designers and expert craftsmen in equal portions.
Every curve is considered, and every join is precise. The look is minimalist but never cold, modern but never clinical. Our collections are designed to mix and match, to be layered with textiles, lanterns, and planters, or to stand confidently on their own.
This isn’t fast furniture. It’s investment furniture. This is investment furniture. Built to last, built to grow with your space, and built to be loved for years.
Where Teak Belongs (Spoiler: Everywhere)
Teak is incredibly versatile. It works in coastal homes, inner-city balconies, suburban gardens, and sprawling country verandahs. You can pair it with stone, concrete, rendered walls, or even raw brick, and it just works.
Not sure where to begin?
Here are some of our most favourite ways to use teak around the area:
Alfresco dining areas: A teak dining table sets the stage for long lunches, candlelit dinners, and everything in between. Add matching chairs or a bench for a relaxed, social vibe.
Poolside retreats: Teak sun loungers or daybeds can handle splashes, sunscreen, and sun exposure without losing their shape or style.
Small balconies: Even a compact set of two teak chairs and a small coffee table can turn a balcony into your new favourite breakfast spot.
Courtyard nooks: Turn an outdoor corner private and cozy with a teak lounge chair, outdoor rug, and a good book.
Garden paths: Place a teak bench under a tree or beside a path for a quiet moment in nature.
Styling Tips for a Seamless Look
When styling teak, think of it as your anchor. It grounds the space. From there, layer in soft outdoor cushions in earthy neutrals, navy blues, or bold stripes. Add texture with woven planters, ceramic pots, and an outdoor rug to tie it all together.
Teak also pairs beautifully with aluminium or powder-coated metal, especially in matte black or olive tones. Don’t be afraid to mix materials. It creates contrast and makes the space feel curated, not too matching or staged.
And lighting? Essential. Our Lumiere lanterns are a perfect match, giving you flexible, cordless lighting that’s as functional as it is beautiful.
A Word on Sustainability
At Be A Little, sustainability is not only a trend, but rather it’s a commitment. All of our teak is sourced from certified Indonesian plantations, and we partner with manufacturers who share our values on environmental responsibility and ethical production.
Choosing quality over quantity is one of the most sustainable decisions you can make. Our pieces are designed to be refinished, repaired, and reimagined over time, not discarded after a season or two.
Tumblr media
Why Be A Little?
Because we think the best things that are there in life lie in the details. A little more intention. A little more charm. A little more space to relax and breathe.
We named our brand BALI (Be A Little) as a reminder that living well isn’t about extravagance. It’s about thoughtful design, beautiful materials, and creating spaces that make you feel more like yourself.
Whether you’re hosting a Sunday barbecue, reading under the stars, or sipping your morning coffee barefoot, your outdoor furniture should support those moments. It should look good. It should feel good. And it should last.
If you’re ready to bring home something a little special, start with teak. Start with BALI.
Be a little timeless. Be a little outdoors. Be a little home.
