The latest AVWH chapter! I was totally on the edge of my seat. Jaime and Myra just cant watch a break huh. I loved the threat/tension this chapter. Im so happy that Tyrion is slowly coming atound despite what a dick move Jaime did to him a long time ago. Loved the parallel of Myra protecting Jaime in the older chapter on the beach and of catelyn protecting bran. You weave all these things so well and Im so happy I stumbled upon your story. Im totally rambling but agh, this story makes me LIVE.
Will we get to see soft moments between myra and jaime again?
Thank you so much! 😭 I was hoping someone would see the parallel with Catelyn (I mean I made it super obvious but I still enjoy seeing the feedback)!
I can try to squeeze in some soft moments next chapter. These kids do deserve a break.

i have a really long list of questions for you: 8/15/43/74/4/14/51/78
I love a long list! Okay, here we go:
4. What is the plot bunny you’ve been carrying for the longest? Optional bonus question: do you ever wonder why you haven’t written it yet and experience deep existential dread?
Ah, there is a WIP that has been in the works since 2012. The plan was to get it done this year... and that has not happened.
For the bonus question... the dread part yes. But I have faith that I will eventually get to it!
8. What’s your relationship with constructive criticism and feedback like? Do you seek it out? How well do you take it?
It depends. If it's stuff like "hey, you missed a typo" or something, I welcome it- as long as it's delivered politely. I once got a message that just said "your grammar is slipping" with no details about what was the issue specifically.
If it's stuff like "I don't like this story choice you made" then I don't want it, no. Because you can just stop reading and find another fic you do like. Or go write your own story with the choices you do like.
I don't give constructive criticism unless I'm specifically asked for it, partly for the above reasons. And partly because I'm a teacher, so I spend my whole day giving kids feedback and I am tired.
14. What’s your worst writing habit?
Ohh... that is a tough one. I don't know! I'm sure I'll be dwelling on this for at least the next week now, so if I work it out, I'll come back to this.
15. Where do you share your writing?
FFnet mostly. But also I've just started crossposting to Ao3 this year (and I will start posting all my old Wicked stuff once I finish my current WIP).
And I've written about 15-odd MCU fics that I've only shared with a friend via email, they aren't posted anywhere.
43. How did writing change you?
I mean, I've been writing stories since I was at least six years old, so I don't really remember not writing to be able to answer this question.
Writing fanfiction specifically (once I realised this was a thing and I wasn't a weirdo for writing about fictional characters)? It made me a better writer, it gave me friends all around the world, and it gave me a space to love the things I love; which then I carry into the other areas of my life.
51. Share the synopsis of a story you work on that you haven’t published yet
My next fic which will (fingers crossed) be posted in December is called An Autocorrect Arrangement- and all the tropes within were voted on by readers!
It's a Modern AU, Christmas (well, Lurlinemas) Hallmark movie trope- type featuring a few surprise guests.
I don't know if I have the synopsis finalised yet, but here's what I've got so far:
Thanks to the joys of autocorrect and a misunderstanding, Fiyero’s family thinks he’s bringing home his girlfriend for Lurlinemas- Elphaba. And because Elphaba is a great friend, she agrees to go along with the ruse. Because what’s the harm?
74. Are you a planner, pantser, or planster?
Depends on the fic really. Usually the bigger the fic, the more it is planned.
An Autocorrect Arrangement, only has a rough outline. I'm mostly just seeing where the characters take me.
The fic that has been in the works since 2012? Fully planned in great detail.
But even then, if the characters want to do their own thing, I may let them. Nothing is set in stone.
78. How do you choose where to end a chapter?
Usually there's just a moment or a line where things have come to a natural break.
I really only choose to end a chapter when a scene has become a huge thing, and I realise there needs to be a new chapter.
I don't really know how to describe it other than "there's a vibe."
