Hello, I saw that this account can write for creepypastas so can I please have some headcanons for characters such as Laughing Jack, Eyeless jack and slenderman (and maybe Jason the toymaker) with a S/O who often holds their emotions and anger in and gets easily annoyed and frustrated but they dislike telling them the problem (like out of fear of being humiliated or lack of trust)

honestly as much as i love this clown, hes a clown at the end of the day. he doesnt take many things seriously, and when he does hes still giggling and treating it lightly. so arguably, between these three he might be the worst.. unless having this goofy fuck trying relentlessly to get a smile on your face is helpful to you, at least in the short-term.. he DOES notice that youre tense and upset, but hes more likely to try to cheer you up or get you to laugh or smile instead of actually asking whats wrong with you. though, if youre crying.. i think thats where hed drop everything and ask if theres something going on. its that little caretaker bit in him thats still lingering from before he got all twisted, you know?

does not have much to say or any solutions, but he does offer to hold you while you cry or yell, hell he would even let you hit him around if it makes you feel better; though hes a little touched that the offer gives you pause.. clown physics be damned, you dont want to do that. crying/yelling into his chest it is then.. hes pretty soft and warm, i think.. might even start purring to try to soothe you during the tail end of your whole thing.. i know i just said that he doesnt have much to say but i think theres like. a tiny chance he would drop the most profound and effective reassurance.. so you know what maybe hes not the WORST, its just getting him to stop being silly can be a little tough...

dont snap at him, hes either going to keep riling you up or hes going to legitimately get angry, theres no in-between and it depends on the day and jack doesnt have the sense or thought to step away to let you guys cool down

EYELESS JACK:

doing ej first, but i think between the three hes the worst with you. not because he cant relate to you or that he doesnt care about you; but out of... him not being able to understand. which is a little funny since a lot of my hcs for him and his whole deal has to deal with suppressing himself but i think emotions and eating flesh are two different things. shrugs... every blunt with just telling you to talk to him, which can sometimes come off as cold and uninterested but rest assured thats not really his intention. he DOES care about you, but hes not exactly the softest person in this situation... rare that hes around when youre out and about doing things, given hes a hermit and is very careful about not getting seen... but when you do come to visit and he notices something is up with you he does ask if you need to talk. will snap back if youre being short with him, though, so both of you guys are going to need to take a few minutes before continuing the conversation to try to find a solution... if one can be found; he studied to be a doctor, not a therapist

though... i think overtime he would pick up on cues and things that make you untense just a tiny bit, and i just know he would utilize it. massages? hes already working the tension in your shoulders down. favorite food? sure hes not the best cook and he might have to go raid your pantry if hes visiting, but hes going to try his best to make you some food! just want to sit in the quiet? jacks already a pretty quiet guy, not too chatty, so youre set there already... wanna talk? he will listen, but a lot of his advice and solutions are more logical and straight forward rather than emotionally driven..

SLENDERMAN:

oh you dont think he would notice that you bottle your feelings up and shove them down? get real, he may not be the best with reading humans and understanding them but hes not clueless with your feelings. but do i think he would ask you to talk and open up? its hard to say... because on one hand i love the idea of slenderman just minding his own business, but i also enjoy the fatherly energy the old fandom have assigned him to... and finding a middle ground here is a little... hard... shrugs. he does take you away from situations that have you stressing out very quickly, though.. if youre alone? its as easy as just taking you and dipping.. but if youre around people (with slenderman standing off to the side out of sight, of course) hes going to wait until everyone is looking away. side note but to others it has definitely looked like you disappeared when a bus passed LMAO

rather than straight up asking you whats wrong and trying to coax you into speaking, i think he would give you journals so you can get your emotions out in some way... but if you want to talk to him, hes not going to stop you. centuries of living but not interacting much with others does offer some interesting advice, typically in the form of self care and meditation rather than trying to express your discomforts to others before they have the chance to stomp all over you... shrugs.. but if youre being irritable around him, similar to ej i think hes going to have to detach for a moment to avoid any conflict, though i dont think he would snap back at you unless you do something that REALLY gets under his skin.. buuuuut simple snark isnt going to do shit

PEDRENZO TOXIC RIVALRY YEARS FORCED PROXIMITY CURSE. TELL ME MORE

YAYYYY okay so. for dani and jorge it HAS to be after one of the most intense races of their lives. don’t ask me which I DO NOT KNOW ! i’ll leave it up to you to decide if one fits specifically but it was CRUCIALLY a knockdown drag out fucking fight. high effort. satisfying. one millionnnnn overtakes. and eventually they BOTH podium, and the race was so bananas —kinetic and tense and somewhere HOT— that they feel like the blood in their veins is legitimately made of GASOLINE— and they HATE each other at this point, but on days like this the space between them is also filled with this like. singular electricity that makes them feel like NOTHING else. the emotional release of a hard won battle… all of those endorphins panting shiny with sweat sticky with champagne… critical awareness of where the other is at all times, leftover from the track… and then they DO decide to shake hands on the podium and there’s. a moment. a spark. something a bit different than static electricity, but not far off. and they don’t think anything of it until after the race, when dani is about to get whisked away by honda to debrief— and jorge shouldn’t even notice when dani walks away but he DOES, he can FEEL it, and something prickles and begins to TEAR. jorge feels some deep instinctual part of himself seize up with panic, and theres a shout from dani’s direction and suddenly jorge’s body is moving without his permission and he’s got dani’s face in his hands and big brown eyes are looking up at him and they are fucking ANGRY. and it’s then that he knows something is very very veryyyyy wrong.

and off they go to the motogp doctors™️ ! who are like. yep! you’re cursed ! and it’s rough at the beginning! they are both VERY stubborn and while dani remains the people’s princess i think when he was younger he had the capacity to just. shut the fuck down when he was pissed. close off. and jorge is NOT shy about how uncomfortable he is about the whole thing so he’s dialed the cuntress factor allll the way up. and there’s no quick fix! it’s just time! and dani is also SELF ADMITTED !!! not a patient person. cause like. the rvb writers dropped a lot of balls, but this is the one i find personally the most upsetting. like. a soldier getting irreparably fucked up by an experiment gone wrong is the kind of premise i read fanfiction about (that probably says something about me but im not gonna examine it. moving on). especially since he STAYED with freelancer???? you could take this in so many different directions- his fellow freelancers are worried about him but he pushes through anyway. his fellow freelancers ARENT worried about him and push him harder than he can handle. the director pulls the ai fragments and theres hostility from more than just the one-dimensional "raging bitch" character. the director DOESNT pull the ai fragments, which seriously calls into question the ethics of the whole operation (which i believe is more in line with the pfl that was described in earlier seasons, but thats a story for another time) AND puts potential pressure on wash to get another implantation (oh my GOD. show me THAT version of pfl).

and of couse. how could i possibly forget epsilon. there is something so uniquely tasty about 2 characters who went through something traumatic together and then didnt see each other again until ages later- ESPECIALLY when one of them was the cause, even though they werent directly at fault, and the other was just unlucky enough to be involved. like holy shit????? the TENSION that would cause???? the discomfort being around each other? the guilt? having nowhere to place the blame except the director?? oh my GOD literally any interaction between them couldve had so much FLAVOUR. im not saying they need to be the main focus of the story or anything but we didnt get a single interaction!! not even a crumb!! like. do something with the fact that wash needed to have alpha in his head in season 6 despite refusing to ever have another ai after epsilon. do something with wash needing to SEE and HEAR and TALK TO epsilon again. do something with epsilon remembering fucking exploding in washs head!!!! im not asking for a lot here- asking for a lot would be suggesting a scenario like the one from season 6, except wash needs EPSILON in his head for some reason and gets legitimately triggered by it or cant bring himself to do it. thats the kind of shit i want to see, but i understand that that isnt carolina-centric enough so ill get it from fanfiction as god intended. but cant i ask for at least some awkwardness? maybe an uncomfortable confrontation? irrational hostility? SOMETHING. it doesnt have to be the focus but it should be THERE.

and like. youd think that this is an issue with retconning. and it kind of is, but its more about missed opportunities. like. i dont mind the retcon that freelancer was always its own thing, or that church was always an ai. those things are cool! they take the story in a more interesting direction! yeah it makes things more confusing and id prefer if the retcons werent necessary, but. its not the end of the world. but the thing with wash is. they did a really cool and interesting thing by having an ai COMMIT SUICIDE in his fucking HEAD. and then they went back on it! they very quickly went from "this clearly left a lasting impact on him" to "oh well it was bad, probably worse than hes letting on, but some of it was an act! so he could take em down from the inside!" to "yeah i mean he screamed while it was happening but he was fine when he woke up. no lasting consequences" and then it was never addressed again. and im mad about it!! they didnt even properly retcon it- they just decided that it had no consequences anymore, and it made washs character LESS interesting.

Mk the Chaos King (AU/Theory)

To start this off, I need to give some context. Season four spoilers are advised. 

First off the Scrolls. The Scrolls also known as the book of death, are items used to punish criminals and well sinners. It’s a device that meant to make people reflect on their past mistakes. The ones who protect and use these scrolls are the Ten Kings. 

Each King has a different role to play. The theory is that Mk was one of them. Specifically the fifth. The fifth King is known as the son of heaven, and is the most powerful of all of the kings (from what I researched) his rank is so high is basically that next to an emperor. And I know that seems a bit extreme considering it’s Mk we are talking about. But after season four you can’t tell me this boy isn’t that powerful! 

Especially when Mk legitimately slapped Azure with is tail and caused Azure Lion (This guy who is the size and the power of the jade emperor himself) to go flying. 

(Not to mention Mk’s Chinese name Qi Xiaotain means little heaven.) 

So it’s safe to assume there is something more to Mk then just Monkey Kings Successor. 

Furthermore Mk’s flash back. I’m his flashback of very short cut memories. You can see a goddess who I am guess is the creator goddess Nuwa because she creates beings out of clay and she is holding a clay statue of Monkey Mk. 

Mk isn’t the only statue we see. There are nine others. Each a different animal: Bear, Bird, Mouse or Rat, Rabbit, Ox/Bull, Horse, Pig, Turtle, and Goat. As well as another monkey statue (but I will get into that later) 

Each that can represent a different king. Especially the Bull/Ox and Horse considering in Chinese mythology there are two underworlders who are call Oxhead and horseface.  

Now the interesting part. Mk’s title Harbinger of Chaos. This fits with him being one of the ten kings. First it’s the scroll itself. Due to Mk having no memories or no name of who he once was the only thing the scroll has anything to go off of is what he was entirely, a being of chaos. Which is exactly what the kings are. The kings are designed one person, cause chaos. They were meant to torture and plunder criminals. That’s their job, as they are originally titled the ten kings of hell. 

And Mk fits the Fifth Kings role perfectly. The fifth kings duty is to past judgement. The king gives the criminals to reflect on what they have done and then proceeds to give them karma. 

Mk has technically already done this. First the Demon Bull king. DBK was originally put under the mountain as punishment for basically becoming a tyrant ruler. When he is freed he tries to go right back to that, not learning his lesson. Mk gives him karma by remaking the exact same punishment as before as a way to basically make DBK reflect and realize that nothing has changed. Which takes two seasons for him to figure out but it still works. 

Second Spider Queen. Mk doesn’t really say anything to her speech like. However his entire presence seemed to make her reflect on her actions. And then theres the dialogue he had for Macaque. 

“I was meant to rule. I was, I would've been a good queen.”

“Well, I mean, that's definitely not true. You were in charge for like, a day, and it was, ah, it was so bad.” 

Season 2, 72 Transformations 

“Then be a warrior.” 

Season 3, Destiny Fulfilled 

Then there’s the Lady Bone Demon. Obviously there’s the magic of friendship speech he gives while also destroying her with his giant staff. But I more want to focus on their last conversation. Because I believe this wasn’t her trying to mess with him. It’s her confessing on what she did wrong. 

“So it would seem. Know this monkey, you and I are not so different. We both fight for what we think is right, that pursuit only leads to one thing.”

“, to destiny right?”

“No. To pain.” 

Season 3, Destiny Fulfilled 

This is LBD’s reflecting and confessing her sins. She believed just like Azure that she was doing the right thing. But she was blinded by the negativity and her desire for Destiny that she didn’t realize that she was causing more pain. It’s almost as if she knew who Mk really was (this a speculation in all honesty I’m not sure) and that if she didn’t confess now before she died completely she would have been thrown into one of the scrolls. 

Lastly is Azure. This doesn’t need much explanation. Most of the dialogue MK says during his fight with Azure says it all. 

“That's who you were pretending to be right? To be my friend? To care about me? When really, you were just USING me to get what YOU wanted! To turn me against my own mentor.” 

“Put your hands in the monkey cage, expect to get bit son!”

Season 4, Emperors Wrath? 

This whole fight was Mk’s role shedding light. Making AL reflect on his actions while also giving him a karma beat down. And at the end with Mk present, he confesses before fixing his wrongdoings and dying. Sad. 

Since I don’t have a lot towards my theory. Trust me this was very little info on the ten kings. I can’t seem to find proper names for any of them. I have decided to make it an AU. Because In all honest I like this too much to not make it an AU. 

The AU is basically this. After season 4 Mk has been out of it. Guilt for Azure and scared of himself after seeing how powerful his monkey self was. But it’s not enough to take away his curiosity. Ever since his time in the scroll he has been confused on who he is. What he is. Until he comes across a women who seems familiar. Too familiar….

Remember the other monkey statue. Well it’s said that the fifth king has a twin sister.

i think if someone is secretly feeding their partner without their consent, thats obviously wrong. i felt really embarrassed telling my current partner about this kink in the first place but once you've sorta declared that you have this kink, theres a clear transparency on what actions are sexual and which are not. i find chubby/fat people attractive. both sexually and aesthetically. and i dont think theres anything wrong with that.

i know im preaching to the choir on here but my point is, between two consenting adults, theres nothing wrong with feedism. its nothing to be ashamed of and you shouldn't feel bad over something you can't control.

this might just be from my naïve queer perspective since ive had little bad experiences with other people, so im sorry if this post comes off as ignorant or dismissive to people who've had legitimately bad experiences with feedism.

victim of both the crew's misogyny n racism she cannot have something genuinely good happen to her a rule of the show's bible is that marinette must always be the one to learn a lesson pretty much every character in this show could be submitted including the writers' favorite boy adrien but im submitting marinette specifically as shes literally the protagonist of the show n they cannot be fucking normal towards a 14 year old asian teenage girl theres a lot of shots that show off her ass for ~totally~ no reason (there was even like a screenshot where it compared her normal ladybug model to one of her kwami fusion models n the kwami model dont remember which one literally had a bigger ass like what the fuck) surely theres nothing weird about how she has the most obvious body paint suit among the girls had a comic where she was depicted as not having any clothes after she changes back from being ladybug (something invented entirely for that comic alone n has never been a problem otherwise) leaving her to having to wear a fucking cardboard box n one of the crew literally drawing her naked n the show's creator defending them (ive never seen the actual art but the creator defending them does imply that someone on the crew did do that) n thats not even getting into the writing im not gonna touch on the racism myself cause i dont fully remember all the moments n might get some details wrong but from my experience it was relatively easy to find fans of color talking about it anyway the writers on this show seem to have a personal fucking vendetta against teenage girls n especially teenage girls in love i know chloe's been submitted a lot n shes is only one of many victims of it if girls like the same guy they will get into cat fights n be mean as hell to eachother (marinette chloe n lila) while if guys like the same girl theyre allowed to be friends n it not really factor into their relationship (luka n adrien) they write marinette as being weird obsessive n stalkery towards adrien simply because shes a teenage girl with a crush n lack awareness that some of the stuff would be entirely reasonable for her to know cause yknow adrien is literally a celebrity just cause they think peak comedy is bad stuff happening to marinette when she tries to move on from her crush on adrien (something they literally wrote her to do) cause its only ever resulted in her getting humiliated they yanked her back after giving her an actually good love interest who respects her boundaries just god theres a fucking lot going on here n i dont think i even covered the worst of it

her parents are literally based off of the creator n an ex girlfriend of his (his tweet stating that is still up btw) so to me that adds like a whole nother layer to the way shes treated in the show cause he called marinette his virtual daughter

Thank you for sending me this ask. It is an opportunity presented to me to get into the underlying assumptions which are used around transphobia and in general recruitment into authoritarian groups committed to maintaining oppressive hierarchy!

1) "If t4t is a thing why are [transgender people] obsessed with being considered men/women?"

A few things are going on with this opening question. In a broad sense, it's drawing a line over t4t relationships have a kind of inverse correlation to general trans rights, which isn't correct. The kind of relationship someone is in doesn't reflect some kind of de-prioritizing of them being deserving of equal rights and fair treatment.

The phrase "obsessed with being considered" is interesting to work with. What's being talked about here is the long running struggle for trans people to be recognized as people in general. It includes being treated with the same legal rights and protections as other people, it also includes not being socially ostracized, not being subject to disproportionate violence, not being used as clowns or jokes, having access to medical care. It also includes expanding both the legal and social idea of sex and gender in ways that accommodate both modern science and social changes, and which are meant to reduce gender inequality across the board.

For example, if we can recognize that gender has greater variance than male/female, it has the double effect of both reducing social and legal barriers to equality between men and women generally, and expanding these kinds of recognitions to include intersex and nonbinary people. If we understand that gender is complex enough that a reductive "M/F" marking on a paperwork isn't adequate, it means fewer people can be singled out for specific biases in circumstances such as medical treatment or employment. Your doctor needs to know what your insides do, but they don't need to have an M/F on a form for that. No employer should need to know your gender to make a hiring decision, and so on.

Anyway, all of these complex legal and social and medical and etc issues affect us, trans people, and others, every day. However, the underlying narrative in the ask here is simplifying this as merely obsessed over what other people think. This kind of reductive shorthand is a pretty common route that radical right recruiters like to use. For example, the detailed and complex nature of sex and gender, and the myriad ways they are neither binary, nor strictly fit into a clear male/female division is commonly reduced to "trans people think sex isn't real."

Last, but not least, is the assumption that trans people think about gender in the binary of man/woman. Perhaps some do, but not myself, and there's quite a lot of trans people that don't fit any binary at all who are also affected by the various systems that maintain gender as binary and hierarchical.

Which means that the answer to this question is "we aren't" but also the question itself is so steeped in specific underlying assumptions that a direct answer legitimizes them. It's not just that the answer to the question is "we aren't" it's that the context of the question is wrong. It's meant to draw the topic into the grounds of "what trans people want other people to do" rather than "we would like greater equality with regard to sex and gender overall, and better medical care for everyone."

2) "Why cant there be men/women and transmen and transwomen. Clearly yall recognize theres a difference. Why not just embrace it"

This one is fun, because it's taking something that is already part of a more complex idea of gender, and inverting it. Again, it's still trying to fix this as strictly men and women, which is really fascinating with how much I try to beat the drum about sex and gender not being limited male or female. But, okay, we know they're trying to keep this as a binary argument and that's a fallacy from the jump.

The idea here is that there should be separate but equal categories of "woman and trans woman" and "man and trans man." But a system that both addresses this and is inclusive rather than exclusionary already exists. We have a broad gender category of woman or man, and this can include cis, trans, intersex, and others. Rather than trying to separate out woman or man as categories which can only include an idea of gender which, when you get down into the construction of gender, doesn't exist, a more useful tool is to understand that woman or man are both broader categories which can include multiple versions of those genders. Not only that, but it allows us to more usefully understand how gender isn't always reduced to male or female. Intersex can exist as its own category to include trans as a subset. Nonbinary can exist as a category to include trans masculine / feminine as a subset, and so on.

The underlying assumption here is that "recognizing genders are different" means "recognizing that if you are trans you should be excluded from any cis gender" and so again the answer here is "we already do that" but the assumption is wrong enough that there's no way to answer it yes or no with out legitimizing the idea of gender as exclusionary and reductive.

In this case "demonizing" really just means "people who are openly bigoted experience relatively minor public disapproval while continuing to promote bigotry."

And "the rest of society" is akin to the previous assumption in that it has a framework where there are "trans people" and "society" and the two are separate. It additionally contextualizes "all of society" as equivalent with "opposed to trans rights" while in reality it's typically people with transphobic views who are in the minority.

Lastly, it includes the idea that trans people, as a relatively small percentage of the global population, have the ability to "demonize" the entirety of all global societies which, once you think about the idea that trans people are some fully united group around the world oppressing a generic and homogeneous non-trans society, it's clear this entire statement is patently absurd.

This is basically a rehash of earlier items, but the false assumption here is that just because we understand sex and gender can have significant variation from binary male or female does not mean it is equivalent to the exclusionist reduction of "biological man/woman" and binary genders only. It's possible to recognize differences in people in ways that are oppressive or in ways that promote equity. The "recognized" difference this anon is talking about is the oppressive version, but by equating all differences as functionally the same, they are trying to create a narrative where these differences maintain systemic oppression, rather than reduce it.

Anyway, thank you for the added stimulation anon, it's been awhile since I dissected a bad-faith ask to demonstrate how hiding underlying assumptions in seemingly simple statements can be used to direct people towards authoritarian positions, without appearing to do so. As we can see, most of these questions, if addressed on their own terms, require engaging with gender view a lens of systemic oppression. If we don't unpack these innate details, it can be very easy to be drawn into debate on the grounds of the oppressor's assumptions, and follow what seems like a logical pathway to authoritarian ideals.

Note also how short and simple each statement is. By reducing complex ideas to very simple statements, it makes it a little more difficult to peel back the layers and see the intent. It also is designed to direct your attention away from looking for those underlying assumptions. as for the rest of your statement that's a pretty big claim and i absolutely believe it, i don't doubt there is a fair but if truth to it but the problem is not solely the porn sites.

recent legislation in the usa has been insisting that banning "pornography" is the only way to "save the children" which is a gross oversimplification of the issue and is mostly about being able to censor media and mine personal data under the guise of "protecting children and teens" because the usa does not give a shit about children and does not care about trafficking or teens getting abused on porn sites. but that sentence is also loaded and filled with a pretty big oversimplification of cause and effect 'porn hub traffics kids, so we should shut down porn hub' because that statement isn't fully true and shutting it or other porn sites down doesn't actually FIX or address the issue of children being abused.

they particularly have a history of corruption, it like all other porn sites, allowed revenge porn, and people's filmed sexual assaults to be posted and allowed to remain up, refusing to take both down because it was making them money despite victims pleading them to. its not until courts and legislation FORCED them into action that many changes were made to websites.

so yeah "support" for p0rnhub is not something i'd expect from anyone because of it's past actions and general lack of initiative to creating a platform where people who do consume porn are able to view it ethically. but that doesn't mean it doesn't have a place in the sex industry because for many sex workers it's how they make their money, how they make a living, which they DO have a right to do because it is legitimate work and they earn their pay as much as anyone. but the problem the online sex industry has are many.

filmed porn existed before the internet. actors and crews filmed elaborate adult films to be made into vhs tapes and dvds and i'm not saying exploitation didn't occur there as well. but the introduction of the internet meant there were no longer the safeguards in place for that work like age verification, consent forms, documentation, etc. but doing that with the internet is harder because if you enforce digital ID verification that kind of thing can FOLLOW sex workers and cause them problems like if they ever want to travel (there are plenty of accounts of sex workers being detained by very conservative countries and border agents when traveling). that plus the data issues of that personal data being collected and stored and what will happen to people if that data gets leaked or breached?

with the internet anyone anywhere can upload videos and that opens a lot of doors for things to happen and people to be hurt.

websites have a responsibility to ensure trafficking and abuse material is reported to authorities and removed from platforms so the victims can't be further victimized by people seeing them like that.

p0rnhub and porn sites have their problems but never forget that it is ultimately the fault of the people making those abuse videos and materials (them and all the contributing social factors that allow for people to be trafficked and exploited in the first place) . the people conducting the abuse are the source of the issue along with the people who form the demand for that material. pornhub or pornography sites are a method of distributing it whether voluntary on their part or not (and if pornhub makes money from those videos the process to be sued by victims should be significantly easier)

p0rnhub is the world's largest pornography website so they have much more of an obligation to addressing the issues faced within adult material and the internet than others and until they're willing to take that responsibility and do the right thing because its the right thing and not because it will make them money then i don't see much reason for why anyone can or should "support" them. (and since i've never seen a company fail to place profits over people i don't see that happening. just like reddit in 2011 they will drag their feet on everything until their arm is bent backwards and they're FORCED to make those changes)

the bigger the franchise the bigger the fandom the bigger the range of interpretations, so everyone gets a good deal. probably i’d say golden trio are the worst offenders bc theyre the biggest characters so the most people care about them.

as to who is the ultimate winner… hmm. there’s a lot of nice/mean/deadpan going on with the trio.
