Javi Garcia headcanons?

-He has an ability from the grid to make mystical strings and can easily turn them into any instrument themed in such, Guitars, Shamisen, Biwa, Violins etc.

-Some rangers have dream like visions before becoming rangers and he constantly had one of losing his arm. Whether or not it came true this motivated Javi to build a career in advance incase he was unable to do what he loved for a living.

-David Bowie signed one of his guitars as a kid.

-As a desperation technique if Javi is about to die he can split himself into musical frequencies. This can be reversed with a seance involving an amp.

-The reason Mr.Garcia doesn't see music much as a great career for Javi is rooted in tragedy. Javi's birth mom was killed in a ranger situation involving a musical monster, in some ways he fears that Javi could end up in a similar situation. Though things have simmered down ever since the incident.

-because of the Stego Zord Javi created unique picks that bring out the hidden qualities of sound whenever playing his guitar. He also looked into records and noticed how the Operation Overdrive rangers morph and added some ideas from their morphers to the picks to add sparks in his performances. He can't do this anymore at Buzzbkast because dude nearly burned the place down.

-Javi hates horror movies, the only one he can really watch is The Grudge but that was stopped after Izzy got hit in the head with drum when she tried to prank him in a costume.

-He loves vacations but after a trip to Alaska Javi isn't allowed to choose a destination anymore(he brought the team there because of glaciers and ice being reflective for sound, perfect for band practice....)

-Not just music wise but overall Javi has bad imposter syndrome. Sometimes it's really hard for him to take a victory to heart and it took mainly Izzy's support to keep him from shutting down every now and then.

-Dating wise things fluctuate for Javi, it's not easy for him to really find people that want to stick around to learn about what lies beyond the music and looks. Fern and Izzy both aid him in singling out anyone that would be perfect for him, though it seemed that they've pieced it down to either people on the team or some other ranger that may be great matches for him (Amelia, Ollie, Zayto, some other rangers etc whichever ship suits you 😎)

-Javi is bisexual, he's come to terms with this part of himself. His father knew the whole time tbh, he was like "Straight? Javi have you met yourself😭."

-Speaking of the Operation Overdrive team Javi keeps pestering them about ancient or mythical instruments from legend. Plus this got him into some trouble when he went searching for specific instruments and wouldn't return them, Tyzonn caved in and found this perfect material from a distant planet that Javi used to make a new guitar. It actually gives h a cool power up for battles.

-There's a penguin stuffed animal he sleeps with from time to time. Izzy tried blackmailing him with an image but everyone in their college campus just found it adorable.

-Izzy literally would murder someone if they were treating Javi terribly. She actually put a dude in the hospital back in fifth grade when the jerk broke his mom's guitar on show and tell day.

-The idea of death freaks Javi out so Amelia knowing so much about cremation and ash disposal keeps him up a night, yay insomnia😔

-Javi and Izzy took martial arts classes when they were younger, their instructor was Jason and Javi had a huge crush on the dude. Despite not retaining much he just stuck around to see Jason each class, on ranger business Javi found out Jason was a ranger and during a meet up he broke through a window and sprinted away from the command center. Izzy has the recording to this day.

-Javi watched Friends during his childhood and actually got a small monkey on his fourth birthday. Of course when it got to big he had to let it go but a certain red ranger at a zoo is keeping great care of the pet.

-Some ranger teams like the ninja, mystical and martial arts based teams utilize qi or energy to power their abilities. This and the grid energy can be built up through ritualistic or individual related practices such as music, chanting, dancing or any activity that pleases the individual. Rangers like Javi who play music all the time stockpile tons of energy for fights.

-All jokes aside Javi is a bottom, no matter the situation 😭

-he gets very emotional and sometimes needs someone on the team to vent out to, nothing wrong in letting out your feelings. A motto that his dad taught him.

-Fiction is one genre that Javi will never let go of, the idea of creating stories through fables or music is one he strives to do. Leave a legacy once he's gone from this world.

-his musical potential can actually give life to things. Izzy jokes that he's some type of greek deity because of this power.

-ever since Cosmic Fury Javi has been able to summon floating instruments for attacks, similar to Armiger Unleashed from Final Fantasy 15 and can also enter a stage similar to Viktor from The Umbrella Academy. White Violin would be proud.

-Javi watches plenty of anime, mainly Bleach and the idea of Bankai(to release the true potential of someone's being from within) influences his ability creation very much.

-He hates spiders and snakes with a burning passion.

hi! i'm playing the most recent update (V1.2.15) on PC and it's going great for the most part, except I'm having an issue where if my planter dinos (coelos) get too far into planting seeds (i have 40 total plots, and if they plant more than 20 or so) and then i try to water those plots with my baryonyx, the game lags and eventually crashes. The crops are tomatoes and potatoes, and I have 2x coelos, 1x bary, 1x galli, 1x anky, 1x styra, 1x taco, 1x arch, 1x stego and Lucky on my farm. I can avoid the crash if I just manually plant my crops, so it seems like it's specifically my Coelos planting them that's the issue, afaik! Just wanted to let you know and I hope the amount of info here is good enough to help haha. Thanks for your hard work!

Just for ref; our most recent update is 1.2.16 (this could have something to do with it- but our QA team are attempting to repo)

Gaming Log for 6/9/2023

1. Pokemon Sheild- got to Motostoke for the opening ceremony with my number being 666 because I'm so metal, beat Hop, and evolved my Blippibug into Dotler and renamed it MindFreak

2. Pokemon Legends Arceus- I beat the Alpha Pokemon Kricketune, caught a Geodude, and added Geodude to the Pokedex

3. Pokemon Shining Pearl- caught a Kricketot named it Nocturne and added data for Kricketot to my Pokedex

4. Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu- caught a Weedle added data for Weedle to the Pokedex named it Horny Hornet in hopes of training it up to be a badass Beedrill and added it to my team

How Fossil Fighters Revival would change the battlefield

Every Fossil Fighters game makes some change to how the field works, and Revival would likely be no different. However, I don't have enough confidence in my game design knowledge to completely overhaul the system. So instead, I will be altering the systems set by Fossil Fighters Champions.

The main change is this: Each Vivosaur rotates independently of the others.

The battle starts with the same formations shown in Champions - either the Cambrian Formation, with one vivosaur in the front AZ and two in the side SZ; or the Jurassic Formation, with two Vivosaurs in the side AZ and one in the back SZ. Once the battle starts, you can move your vivosaurs as you like.

You can rotate any one vivosaur one space for 5 FP. You can also rotate your whole team for a discount - it only costs 2/3 the total FP if all three are present, and 4/5 if there are only two, both fractions rounded down. (If you only have one Vivosaur, it still costs full price, for obvious reasons.)

Vivosaurs cannot move past other vivosaurs unless a certain ability is in play (which I will discuss further below.)

Any Vivosaur can be in any space at a time, with two caveats: you cannot have three Vivosaurs in the support zone, nor can you have three vivosaurs in the attack zone.

The decision to limit the SZ is admittedly mostly for balance reasons. If you could stick all your vivosaurs in the SZ, then you could just entirely shut down close-range Vivosaurs from even functioning, as well as severely hampering Mid-Range Vivosaurs by throwing three vivosaurs with enemy-debilitating Support Effects in the SZ, making an attack from the AZ unfeasible at best. I would rather avoid that, Close-Range vivosaurs have it rough as-is. The same rule applying to the AZ is for symmetry, as well as for allowing interactions with certain new moves.

How This Affects The Gameplay:

ABILITIES

There are two new abilities that interact with movement between spaces, as well as a possible edit to an existing one.

-

Pass is an ability mainly held by flying Vivosaurs, though there are some exceptions. It allows a Vivosaur to pass over other vivosaurs while rotating. I am aware that this ability is somewhat underwhelming, so I may change it so that passing through spaces occupied by vivosaurs is not counted for the cost of moving. (For example, let's say Ptera is in a space adjacent to Stego. With Pass, Ptera could move to the other space adjacent to Stego for only 5 FP, instead of 10.) For balancing reasons, I may make it so that this FP discount would not be applied when Passing other Vivosaurs that have Pass, else you chain together Passes to move about the board ridiculously fast.

Existing Vivosaurs that would be given Pass: Aopteryx, Ptera, Coatlus, Jara, Dimorph, Guera, Nycto, Sungari, Thalasso, Hopter

New Vivosaurs given Pass: Sharovi

Nomad allows a Vivosaur to move across the field for less FP than Normal (1-4, depending on the Vivosaur). This can range from a cheap discount to a huge FP saver, depending on your strategies. They even reduce the FP used when rotating the whole team.

Position Lock may have the added affect of preventing your opponent from altering their side of the field with moves. (Wait, what?)

Moves That Alter Positions

With the more versatile system in place, there is a lot more room to be flexible with movement. So let's be flexible. There will be at least three different ways to mess with the opponent's field, as well as at least two move affects that alter your own field.

Enemy Field

There are at least three distinct ways to mess with your opponent's side of the field. I may add more later.

First, you can send a Vivosaur to the back of the SZ. All the moves that sent a Vivosaur to the EZ back in the first Fossil Fighters might work like this. (Might. I'll get to that in a later post.) This also has some interesting effects if there are already two other vivosaurs in the SZ that I will get into later.

Secondly, you can pull an enemy to the front of their AZ. Similar to the previous, there are interesting interactions if there are already two vivosaurs in the AZ.

Lastly (for now), you can shuffle your opponent's field. This is unreliable and random, but it is also the only way to change the positions of your opponent's entire team.

Your Field

There are at least two ways your moves can affect your side of the field.

Send the User to the back of the SZ: Basically the same as the enemy's effect, but under your control! Has the same interactions if there are already two vivosaurs in the SZ.

Send the user to the front of the AZ: Yeah, you all probably saw this one coming. Same as the enemy's effect, same interactions if there are two vivosaurs in the AZ already.

A Note On Excite

With this change in gameplay comes a change in how the Excite status affect operates. Normal Excite now only prevents the affected Vivosaur from moving. For Golden Excite their are two options. First, we could make it similar to how it works in Champions, randomly moving the affected Vivosaur at the start of every turn. Second, we could simply have Golden Excite prevent the entire team from moving. This is something I would love feedback on, as I am not sure which option would be best.

im interested in the garcia family dynamic. i have a couple of theories on how the dynamic came to be, but am having trouble fleshing them out atm. but it’s odd to me the warden is so adversed to music, but not sports. like, in terms of carer prospects, they’re both hard industries to break into (without connections), but once you get that momentum, you can become very successful. maybe it’s a personal thing he takes out on javi? well, this won’t be the last time this dynamic is focused on.

has power rangers ever done a plot where a parent/child are at adversity with each other? i know lightspeed, but that was because of brainwashing. i guess devon in beast morphers it the closest, but this one feels different. idk

i have mixed feelings on the main plot. i like it because i can relate a lot to it, but the climax was weak. 

i finally realized my problem with this episode after reading this tweet : javi never opens up. zayto, ollie, and amelia find out the problem through a video, which kind of negates the point of the episode. we know javi is more quiet and reserved, and (from personal experience), opening up is a struggle (for a variety of reasons, usually situational). the thing is, the flaw of his character was never challenged as he didn’t have to confront his problem, the video did it for him. instead of having the scene of javi after izzy gets hurt, i think it should’ve been him actually opening up instead.

speaking of that scene after izzy got hurt, when i first saw it in the teaser, i was kind of upset because i thought it would take the focus away from javi. i think it actually worked well, but i don’t think it was necessary (at least for this episode). i know they are trying to establish that there is tension between javi and his dad, but i think that has been established enough up to this point, that the scene could’ve been replaced with something more relevant to this episode (like javi actually opening up to zayto, ollie, and amelia). it’s not like it was out of place or anything, but this scene is pretty “generic” in that it could’ve been placed in another episode (where relevant) and still make sense. the only thing that it added was javi pushing away the team, which is important to the plot, but has been established already. 

edit : i think this episode was better at balancing all the characters. of course the episode was javi centric, but the others were still actively present. 

i think that’s it. i think im upset this episode didn’t hit because i was really looking forward to it, and it wasn’t what i expected. that’s kind of my problem, i guess. anyway, i would like to conclude with this tweet i found that isn’t mine

Fossil fighters representation in Smash.

Hey I'd like to share my ideas on Fossil Fighters Repentantion in Smash Starting with the Fighter, Hunter Himself.

Attributes:

With Hunter's child body, Hunter would be around the same weight as Young Link and would have the standard 2 jumps. Below average damage out put and low knock back attacks except for his specials

Gimmicks: FP, Vivisaur swap.

By pressing Down Special, Hunter will gain FP depending on how long you stand in your charging position. If you get hit at any point you will earn half FP, you will also earn half FP if you jump or shield at any point during the charge. To earn your full FP, simply hold down Special for 2 seconds. The max is 500 FP. Hunter will have a Shield Special. In this special he will be able to swap Vivisaurs and change his Special moves on the fly. Neutral Special will be represented by the AZ, the side Special will be represented by the left SZ Vivisaur and up Special will be represented by the right SZ Vivisaur. Now on to the longest part of the post.

Specials.

Hunter will have a menu system, similar to Hero. Holding down the special the button will make the Vivisaur stand there until you press the button again. The Vivisaur will stay summoned for 5 seconds. This means you can Combo into special attacks if used correctly.

Special 1: Spinax.

Spinax Fang: cost 50 FP.

Spinax shove: cost 100 FP.

Cyclone: cost: 220 FP.

Harden: Cost: 50 FP. Effect: decrease how much % Hunter receives and increases his weight by 1.2 × 

Special 2 Tricera.

Running Smash: cost: 50. Holding the button after move is executed will have Hunter ride Tricera.

Tricera uppercut: cost:  80 FP

Tricera dive bomb: cost 120 FP.

Enflame: cost 50 FP. Effect: Hunter's damage and knock back increase 1.1 ×

Special 3. Ptera.

Ptera Carry: cost 50 FP.

Prera summon: cost. 70 fp. Effect: causes opponents to instantly go near wherever Hunter is but the Opponent loses their shield for 15 seconds.

Ptera send off: cost all FP. Effect: Ptera will carry the opponent to the top of the screen for a KO. The more FP you have when you use this skill, the harder it'll be to mash out. For example if you use this skill at low FP it'll be easy to escape even at high percents and if you use it at high FP, it'll be hard to escape even at low percent. 

Special 4. Krona.

Krona Bite: cost 100: FP. Holding the special button will have Hunter Ride Krona

Snapping jaws: Cost: 200 FP. Holding down the button will cause Hunter to ride Krona 

Whirlpool: cost: 300 FP.

Law of the Jungle: cost 50 FP. Effect: Hunter will be at 100 % in exchange, Hunter's attacks will be amplified by the amount of percent you use this attack at. For example if you use this attack at zero % you get a 2 × increase to knock back and damage but use it at 50 %, Hunter will only receive a 1.5 × boost to his offenses. This skill's amplification will be increased as Hunter loses stocks, so at 0 % at one stock lost, Hunter will gain 3 × offenses and at 2 stocks lost, he will gain 4 × offenses. This move cannot be used to heal Hunter.

Special 5.  Paraloph.

Fist Jab Cost 100 FP

Dino Uppercut. Cost 150 FP

Paraloph Rush. Cost 220 fp

Special 6. Stego.

Spike tail. Cost 50 FP

Whirling Dash 100 cost FP

Wind Spines cost 150 fp.

Grabs.

Hunter will have 2 grabs the standard grab and Kl33-N by holding Grab. Hunter can use Kl33-n as long as he has FP and Kl33-n can only go on stage, so no off stage grabs. And the longer Kl33n goes, the more FP he'll use. For example if your opponent is on the opposite side of Final Destination it will cost you 200 FP for Kl33-n to grab the opponent.

Pummel: Hit with bottom of pickaxe. Kl33-n will pinch the opponent.

Forward Throw. Hunter will angrily throw the opponent over head.

Down throw. Hunter will drill down his opponent.

Up throw. Hunter Will headbutt his opponent. 

Final Smash ideas.

Idea #1. Giga hammer: Hunter will pull out the control panel that Kl33-N stands in front of and Hunter will have 30 seconds to hammer his opponent. Any opponent above 60 will result in a screen K.O.

Idea #2. Giga Spinax. Hunter will charge into the opponent and summon Giga Spinax. 

Idea #3. Team attack: whenever you have 3 Vivisaurs of the same type, your AZ Vivisaur will charge into the opponent and and blast them with their team skills.

Idea #4. Frigi and Igno: Hunter will charge into the opponent and summon Frigi and Igno. Frigi will freeze the opponent and Igno will use all 3 of his attacks and fry the opponent it by Hunter throwing the opponent on Igno.

Alts.

Alts idea #1. All the Alternative outfits in the original Fossil Fighters.

You tap your foot against the floor, waiting for Izzy to show up. Javi called you not even an hour before; saying that he was going to treat Izzy out to breakfast but told you to step in for him as he got a 'last minute call in' for a BuzzBlast report he was tasked with. You thanked him and immediately made you way to where he was going to meet her.

"What are you doing here Y/N?" A familiar voice calls to you

You look up and see Izzy, her face reading confusion mixed with annoyance.

"Javi got a last minute call in for a BuzzBlast report," you explain, "So he asked me to treat you out instead."

"Weird," she sighs, "Well, I have barely have any time for this-"

"Izzy wait," you sigh, immediately standing up and catching her hand in yours

"What?" She asks

"Why don't I take you somewhere else so I can explain, privately," you suggest

"Fine," she sighs, "You have one hour."

Still having her hand in yours you make your way out of the diner and out to your vehicle; a Forest Green 2001 Ford F 150 XLT. It was run down but it got you wherever you needed to go. You open the passenger side door for her, trying to show her that you really like her.

"Why thank you my knight in shining armor," she smiles

You sigh in relief, you accepted the fact she now says that every time you do something chivalrous for her. You hop into the driver's seat and begin driving to one of your favorite spots you like to be in whenever you wanted to be alone.

Once you arrived there, you again, open the passenger side door for her and hold her hand, leading her to a cliffside, a bench overlooking the ocean. You and Izzy seat yourselves and take the view all in until you look over and notice Izzy beginning to shiver. You take off your jacket and put it around her. Not knowing what to do next, you just look back out to the ocean.

"Amelia wanted me to tell you she wants to apologize to you the next time you see her," you break the silence, "She processed the whole situation and felt guilty for what she did. We talked it over and we both agreed she wouldn't do that again, let alone become jealous."

"Does she now?" Izzy asks, monotonous

"Listen," you sigh, scratching the back of your head, "What happened between Amelia and I- we used to date when we were in high school together. However, she broke up with me near the end of sophomore year; I was recruited to train to become a professional box fighter. She feared we would barely have time to see each other, so broke up with me to not suffer the pain of barely seeing each other. But, I guess it donned on her that she wasn't fully over me."

"And you?" She asks, "Are you over... Her?"

"100% yeah," you answer immediately, "I began liking another girl, though I've only known her a couple of weeks to a month, she's one of the best people I've ever met."

"Do I possibly know her?" Izzy asks, having a hunch on who it is

"Try looking in the mirror," you say

You sat back into the bench to let her process what you told her. You look out to the ocean to avoid Izzy’s eye contact out of fear of being rejected once more. Her arm begins slinging around your neck as she makes your head to turn to look at her. You notice how she was the first time the two of you kissed. You could easily see her contagious smile creep across her face.

"Guess that answers my question," Izzy laughs

The two of you were about to lean into each other for a kiss before the both of your communicators go off.

"They really need to stop interrupting us," you say, sighing, but in a joking manner

Izzy let's out a giggle as she gives you a cheek kiss right as you answer your communicator.

"A sporix beat is located near where you guys are, we're on our way right now." Zayto explains

"Okay," you sigh

"We'll keep him busy," Izzy adds

You turn off your communicator and begin running towards the direction of where the sporix beast is located.

"Link to Morphin' Grid," Izzy says as she morphs

"Ryusoul Change!" You say as you morph

You launch yourself into the air, taking Izzy's hand to have her fly with you rather than her catch up to you.

"Can't wait to drain the earth's entire ocean!" The sporix beast says excitedly

"Think again fish brain!" You say, launching Izzy for the initial attack

The sporix beast stumbles back when Izzy slashes him.

"Who the heck are you two?!" He asks, stumbling to stand back up

"Glad you asked," you joke, "We're the ones who will stop you from... Whatever it is.. You're doing."

Before you could really get into the fight, everyone else shows up. With Zayto jumping into the front.

"T-Rex Fury, Red Ranger!" He announces

"Ankylo Fury, Pink Ranger," Amelia announces

"Tricera Fury, Blue Ranger," Ollie announces

"Tiger Fury, Green Ranger," Izzy announces

"Stego Fury, Black Ranger," Javi announces

You follow the rangers into battle as Void Knight appears. He raises his blade at Amelia. You hold your blade on its blunt side as his connected with yours.

"I got him!" You yell, "Go! おれの騎士を見せてある!!" You add [Translation: "I'll show you my Chivalry!]

You lift his blade away from you and slash at his armor. You could see the deep slash you made in his armor and you swore you saw cloth on the inside. IT was... Navy, just like your dad’s before he left on some kind of mission, desappearing.

"You really pack a punch kid," Void Knight, he teleports back to his base

You stand there.... You remember those words when your dad used to get knocked back whenever you were play-fighting with him when you were 4.

"Wow, you really pack a punch kid," he says, patting you on your head, "Maybe you'll be a great DinoSoul Knight when you're older."

Then it hit you. DinoSoul... Ryusoul... We're you...

"Y/N!!" Izzy calls out to you, snapping out of your daze as a Hengemen hit you in the head with the butt of their weapon

You slash them, without your body, with he exception of your right arm, flinching. You turn to Izzy who just came up to you.

"You okay?" She asks, placing her hand on your waist

"Yeah-yeah I'm fine," you sigh, meeting back up with the other rangers

The sporix beast suddenly grows; beginning to absorb the water.

"Leave this to me guys," you say, taking out your Ryusoul, "Bud!"

You see him flying around the corner, letting out a battle cry.

"Ryusoul Gattai!" You and your partner yell, throwing your Ryusoul to him

You launch yourself into the air, emerging into your zord, that transforms into a giant winged mech.

"Yokuryu-Oh!" The both of you announce

"Whoa," Izzy says, breathlessly, "This is really her zord?"

"I've never heard of a Pteradon Champion Zord," Zayto says, "Solon, can you do some research on Y/N Y/L/N's zord?"

"I'm already on it," She says

"Okay partner, let's do this!" You tell him

The sporix beast sends out beams to shoot at you however, using your ice abilities, you freeze them, slashing and kicking at them; letting them disintegrate.

"Yokuryu-Oh, Blizzard Storm!" You call out

Your partner launches the both of you up into the air. His head; that's attached to his chest, lets out a freezing breath, freezing the area of water the sporix beast is standing. However, it doesn't phase the sporix beast as it shoots out another beam. You and your partner raise the "Claw-Shield" and it bounces right back at the sporix beast; falling over into the water.

"Yokuryu-Oh, Blizzard Claw Strike!" You yell out your final move, moving your arm out in front of you; the claw-shield piercing through the sporix beast

The powered-up sporix lands in front of Zayto before mucus could get it.

"Hey! That's mine!" Mucus says, pointing at the sporix

You emerge from your zord and slash at Mucus who falls back.

"Not anymore," You laugh triumphantly

You land between the rangers and mucus, ready to fight him if need be.

"Not you again!" Mucus says before teleporting away

You de-morph and watch your partner shrink back into his egg form and fly over to you. In that moment, Izzy runs over to you and immediately wraps her arms around your midsection, giving you a tight hug; you return the same thing. The other rangers catching up with the two of you.

"That was some fight out there buddy," You smile at him whilst still holding Izzy in your arms

"Why are you complimenting me?" He asks, "It was all your moves after all Carly. When we fight together, my soul merges with yours. So I technically follow your every move."

"Come on buddy I was trying to be emotional about this one," You laugh it off

"I see the both of you kissed and made up?" Javi asks, noting how Izzy was still clinging onto your midsection

Your cheeks flush after you felt her lips gently touch your cheek.

"Izzy, you got a minute?" Amelia asks

She nods and the two of them walk a distance away from the rest of the team.

"Listen," Amelia starts, "I really want to apologize for what happened the other day. Seeing Carly again had made me realize that-"

"Your feelings for her never really went away," Izzy finishes, "And you weren't 100% over her either. It's okay Amelia."

"The truth is too," Amelia adds, "When I see her being around you, she looked... So happy. Happier than she ever was with me and it-it made me jealous."

Izzy instantly gives Amelia a hug; Amelia returning it as well.

"Do me a huge favor and take good care of Carly for me okay?" Amelia asks

"I promise," Izzy smiles

After the fact, you join the rangers in their outing to another one of Izzy's competitions. You haven't been to one in a couple of weeks.

"You know, before I decided to become a pro-boxer, I actually wanted to be a musician," You tell Javi, "Well, in my free time, I'd pick up my instrument and self teach. I can give you some pointers if you ever want to learn guitar."

"That'd be great!" Javi smiles

You watch Izzy as she begins prepping herself for her race. She looks away and spots you; You give her a big smile and a wink like you did at her first competition you attended.

Jane Vs. Robo Knight: Epic Rap Battles of History

Y’all thought of it. Don’t you even try to deny it.

Solon has completed her Zord Finder (needs work on branding IMO) but can’t seem to pick up on Javier’s Stego Spike Zord. Speaking of whom, he’s finally saved up enough money to get his Keytar and starts jamming like nobody’s business. It’s enough to attract an audience and actually get plenty to record it. Part of me wonders if he’s really playing a song but with ADR enhancing sound.

The Jays come along to record for BuzzBlast and even try to sing to it. J-Borg shows off her awful Shakira impression before Jane actually raps as well as a white woman would be expected to. Tragically, we are deprived of this glory when Warden Buzzkill sadly comes along to really live up to his nicknamesake.

Worst still is when he confiscates Javier’s Keytar as a video of it goes viral. I find it interesting that Warden Garcia’s more harsh of a disapproving dad compared to Adam Daniels yet still rooted in concern for his son. We also got this conflict extending past this episode, implying something more is incoming.

Speaking of disobeying your parent, Boomtower plays teenager at Area 62 by sneaking into Void Knight Sporix Machine so a dormant one can give him a power boost. He even slams it into where the Nephrite Orb was meant to go. Mucus even threaten to tell like a little sister would. Trust me, I know. It would appear that Void Knight gave his robot free will to battle a touch too effectively.

Javier return to the base dejected with a major attitude just as the Rangers claim that they’ve almost pinpointed his Zord before it seemed to drop off the radar. His team tries to ask what’s wrong, even asking if it’s indigestion, but all get blown off in his inability to communicate well. Finally, a relatable character.

Izzy goes after her step-brother only to run into Boomtower with a party of Hengemen with him, morphing into Ryusoulger footage. We get great use of the Boost Keys with the team seeming to outmatch Boomtower before his new power really kicks in, forcing them to demorph with his chest cannon. Izzy takes the brunt of it even after Javier tries to shield her. Old Boomer became badass.

Void Knight beams at that moment to bust Boomtower for taking a Sporix from behind his back while Warden Garcia rolls up and blames Javier for Izzy’s bad shape, her arm being broken from the battle. It’s nice that the Ranger plot and Villain plot parallel each other. Calling it now: Boomtower’ll be the Garcias’ rival.

It seems Solon’s been on YouTube enough to catch a viral video of Javier’s park performance. Given how she’s been working herself ragged, I’d imagine her taking an internet break or two. I’m guessing that the title was hard to miss and clickbait-y like, “Awesome Keytarist’s Jerkwad Dad Grounds Him! You Won’t Believe What Happened Next!” Probably a feature Jane’s newest article.

Javier comes clean that he’s been keeping it to himself when Solon realizes that his performance coincided with her detection of the Stego Spike Zord. Javier decides to run with her theory and plays a little ditty on the flute, leading to the Zord Finder picking up the energy signature. Apparenty, music enhances the Black Ranger’s powers. Guess that’s why his harmonica was a deadly weapon.

The OG Dino Fury Trio go out to face a giant Boomtower due to his Sporix infusion and use the Dino Fury Megazord. However, old Boomer lives up to his name by creating floating balls that he loads into his back and fires away from his chest. Javier manages to pin-point his Zord by playing the same flute and making it burst out of the ground in what I think is Ryusoulger footage with him.

Javier sends his Zord into battle and bails out the Megazord by shooting its spikes at Boomtower. It then interfaces with their formation and allows them to use shields as boxing gloves to bust their foe back down to size. I still like how they got the cockpit footage directed to match the Ryusoulger action perfectly.

Izzy returns with but a fracture thankfully and reveals a new Keytar for Javier with the Rangers at BuzzBlast. He’s happy enough to play a tune for everyone to join in. Even J-Borg manages to move her body only for her head to stay in place, drilling down into the water main. I feel they wanted to have her head pop out on top of the waterspout but didn’t have effort quite so crappy enough.

I think I have too many ranty promises about what I’ll do if I’m disappointed, so in the scheme of really not wanting to do things, here’s hoping for a satisfying ending that makes literally only me happy.

Storyboard time.

By which I mean fanfic, but really really lazy fanfic where I put zero effort into any real plot. There is some stuff that could arguably be taken seriously, but no. Effort not found.

Stego-Eren is off in the distance, and we pan even further out to a freckled figure watching the new horizon from a cell. Insert dialogue here about more nightmares.

131, start of volume 33. Let’s open on Shiganshina, with casual soldiers talking about what went down at the port, and telling off random civilians from getting too close to Eren’s ground zero. NPC Farmer Guy, aka a suspiciously tall blond man, is walking around through most of the shots of the soldiers continuing to talk current events. If you look closely, sometimes the blond guy is accompanied by a short woman.

Odiha side plot is still ongoing, with top tier Mikasa moments because my city now. They get the airship prepped by the end of the chapter, but have solved no problems. Connie has punched Yelena, and Falco is wondering next to Armin what it must be like, to be able to undo being a Shifter.

A few pages cover freckled Ymir reading Marley’s propaganda history books in some prison. Lingering shots on the relevant imagery while the sound effects reach peak rumble.

Back in Shiganshina, the weird blond guy is wandering around still, but is missing his iconic hat. The soldiers decide to finally tell him to get lost. Insert ominous comment about how his work here is done, anyway.

We hit the last few pages with Ymir’s prison being War Hammered, the face of Stego-Eren specifically lowering to glower at her.

At the same time, a different blond guy, now in possession of NPC Farmer Guy’s hat, is being dragged through the streets of Shiganshina by shorty.

Last page is a spread with both scenes, with one dialogue bubble telling the unmoved Ymir and unconscious Zeke that they don’t get to quit just yet.

132. The airship is probably up in the air at some point somewhere around here, but we’re not here to be overly particular. This installment mostly belongs to Zeke and Ymir. Ymir has no idea what Eren’s deal is, except that he’s the guy who announced the quality idea of killing everyone, but he’s made a point of retrieving her and killing none of the people in the prison except by falling rocks. He’s not putting on a good show of knowing how to do any of this. She’s not going to turn down being left alone, but following him along on his journey to wherever with nothing to do is proving very boring. Talking at him is as well. Eren is distinctly not in the mood for talking.

On the other side, Historia’s having the same problem with Zeke. He’s basically trapped himself in the same mode Reiner falls into after his Liberio talk with Eren. It’s not obvious unless you look closely, and with the state of Paradis, no one is looking that closely. Though some people do offer to give the poor young pregnant lady some supplies. Historia politely takes every advantage, and makes sure to hide Zeke’s face whenever someone in uniform walks by.

It’s a traveling chapter, and all the travelers look pretty drained. Toss the dice over the specifics, but near the end of the chapter, Zeke finally starts to come back to something resembling consciousness. Enough to ask why Historia’s even bothering, when everything’s ruined.

“But you’re still standing. Someone with a will like that shouldn’t be giving up.”

Zeke asks if that’s what she plans on telling her condemned child. She gave up the second she agreed with Zeke’s plan, and motives don’t excuse what she has already done to it.

By this point all pretense of putting up with Zeke is gone, and Historia takes out a knife.

Instead of slashing his throat, she drives it into her stomach, and pulls out nothing but fluff through the hole in her shirt.

She announces that Zeke’s plan hasn’t been running this show for a while, now, so he might as well get up and start walking instead of making her carry him the rest of the way.

133. Flashbacks. Not all of them, but enough to cover Historia’s end. Years ago, she thought she saw a dead future. Every year that's gone by without the vision coming true has felt like a gift she can’t accept. Killing Eren would have stopped all of it, and she’s still the one who chose to save him. Because regardless of the future, the person saying he never should have happened was someone she needed to protect. This is what she does. She rescues anyone who thinks they’re beyond hope.

That includes her, it turns out.

Through her perspective, we see her and Eren both starting to spiral, just a little. They can’t see a way out. It finally comes to a head once Eren’s approached by Yelena, and indirect details about Ymir makes Eren feel compelled to have an information sharing/apology session with Historia.

Enter the memory shard. Historia admits that she’s seen Eren’s role in her family’s deaths. She’s known for a while, along with what he’ll do, and, well. Sorry for not saying anything. Eren is visibly fracturing, and being the enemy of humanity is starting to sound pretty good. He wonders out loud if this is fate.

That’s the turning point.

If it is, they’ll change it.

Back in the present, Historia is still with Zeke. Who’s awake, even though he’s looking at her like she’s a monster. Historia makes the point that he’s always searched for a way to end this world. His method’s out, but they’re still here. If she has to drag him along, she will, but him going along with everything would be easier on both of them.

134. This is where everything has to explode, because it would be the end of volume 33. We still don’t have much of Eren’s perspective. Team Airship knows very little except that he’s been overly curious about Ymir, who’s alive for some reason, and also in where the original Eldia began.

Team Airship is avidly chasing after Eren, who is Stego-Eren and easy to track. Shocking. Eren’s perspective begins to have flashbacks.

Ymir still has no idea why she’s here.

Falco has her memories, and the closer the airship gets, the more Ymir is like... wait... do I know this genocidal bastard? Things be trippy.

Airship gets to Eren as Eren finds the spot with the primordial ooze. Directed to it by both Ymirs; one who’s been there before, and one whose only memories include a cult who wished they’d gotten to go there.

World goes back to black and the giant tree, and Mikasa has one last look at Eren before things go really weird.

Historia and Zeke are hanging in the Reiss cavern, as the other point on the planet with the most concentrated Plot Magic. They’re the last two links to OG Ymir, and OG Ymir’s deal with whatever is what’s led them here. She started this story, and with Eren as a vehicle, she’s the one who gets to end it.

Via some complicated ritual, you have Historia and Zeke, who are the OG Ymir’s truest flesh; you have Eren, bearing the OG Titan as well as the Attack and War Hammer; you have freckled Ymir, who is a Titan returned to her humanity; you have the uncaring ooze, who looks at all this and is like, why did you disturb my slumber wtf have you all been doing to this child I made a demigod.

Primordial ooze hears a request, and remakes the world.

136: WOW THAT SURE ALL HAPPENED.

Whatever happens in 135 is addressed, and we all get to spend a few final, treasured moments with the cast. The end.

This is a cop-out.

Because I do not actually know what mechanics are going to be at play.

I’m going with the Madoka option of the world being changed, but with the added bonus of Historia and Zeke acting as a conduit for the memories of the original world, so they don’t fade out. The curse is lifted, and Eldians can no longer be forcibly transformed. Throw in a little, “everyone in the world is now patched into Paths, and Historia and Zeke are absolutely going to use that to convince folks that war ain’t it, chief.”

Eren went into the ooze chamber, and OG Ymir is what walked out. Mikasa puts Eren’s scarf around her.

And obviously, as part of the memory resorting, freckled Ymir gets her memories back from Falco, and has a promise to keep.

Give me an extra two chapters and I could even it out a little better.

Really, I do not know what is going to happen, and that throws a wrench in any and all speculation. There is a singular, “what is it all leading up to?” X marks the spot eureka moment that I do not have where the main plot is concerned. As far as I can tell, Eren’s made such a mess that I don’t think there is any good way to repair it. Mass Madoka powers feel like cheating, considering all everyone’s been through, but without a magical rework of the world, Eren has had a net negative effect on Paradis’ everything, deepening the cycle of hatred, and that’s where the curtain closes.

So I might joke about no effort going into this, but more honestly it’s that I feel like the important parts have to be deliberately vague, because I have yet to come up with something that works well as an ending.

In any case, you can do a lot in six chapters. Especially if you go pure id on it.

Power Rangers Fossil Spirits

Many millennia  ago in a golden land a race of humanoid animals lived side by side with the dinosaurs. They lived in peace, this peace was shattered by the arrival of an alien being. It was called DeVoid and it attacked all life on Earth. Its army was made from its very cells, the monsters called Amerms (amoeba + germs) laid waste to the land. However one of the beings (a bird-man) and a small group of dinosaurs managed to fight DeVoid and force him into the ice where he was frozen. However the battle took its toll on the warrior and so the being named Talon was forced to remain in the golden land sustained by the power of the dinosaurs or he would perish. Over the following eons small groups of DeVoid monsters would rise forcing Talon to recruit the bravest and strongest people to fight them. These chosen few would have to prove their worth by battling one of the very dinosaurs that defeated DeVoid. Those who did so were granted the power to fight the enemy, however some would perish, one was captured by the enemy, and the rest were gravely wounded. Talon would place the wounded within amber in the Golden Land so they could heal. Many recent changes (including climate change) have allowed more and more of DeVoid to defrost and attack the world. Talon has no choice but to use the power of the Golden Land itself to heal the five wounded warriors so they can fight DeVoid once more. They are the Power Rangers Fossil Spirits!

“DINO BURST!” “HEAR OUR ROAR!” *roll call* “WITH THE POWER OF THE DINOSAURS! POWER RANGERS FOSSIL SPIRITS!”

Red Fossil Ranger- “The Fanged Warrior”- Daisuke Himura Age: 24 Personality/Bio: Daisuke was born in Japan during the Sengoku era and raised as a samurai alongside a female warrior named Hikari. Daisuke and Hikari gained the favor of the Shogun at the time and became his personal bodyguards. When Talon approached the Shogun asking for warriors to help fight DeVoid there was no better choice than the two samurai. In order to become the Red Fossil Ranger Daisuke had to first battle the Rex Fossil Zord to earn its favor. However one day during a battle Daisuke took a hit for Hikari and was gravely wounded. Talon was able to stablize him within amber but he would remain in suspension for many years until Talon finally healed him to fight the DeVoid in the modern day. Daisuke is very headstrong and excitable, and is always the first to run into battle. As the DeVoid army grows stronger Talon seeks help from the Fossil Zords and they send a small egg. The egg hatches revealing a tiny version of the Rex Fossil Zord the Rangers dub TinyRex. TinyRex allows Daisuke to call upon the TyrannoSpirit Battilizer. This gives him the ability to use Fosels in a similar way to the Fossil Megazord, as well as increase his strength and agility. Face Claim: Daniel Henney

Black Fossil Ranger- “The Sharpshooting Warrior”- Geoff Rizzo Age: 28 Personality/Bio: Born in Italy centuries ago Geoff sailed the seas as a pirate seeking fortune and taking what he wanted at any cost. During a treasure hunt he stumbled upon the forces of DeVoid and barely escaped with his life when Talon appeared to Geoff, saving his life, and offered him the chance to become the Black Fossil Ranger. Geoff battled against the Para Fossil Zord and was accepted as the Black Fossil Ranger. During a battle against the forces of DeVoid Geoff was wounded and Talon was forced to place him in amber to save his life. Many years later he would be fully healed and once more fights the DeVoid. He often overestimates his skills with the ladies but his skill at shooting is not to be underestimated. Face Claim: Gabriel Garko

Blue Fossil Ranger- “The Shielded Warrior”- Tarak Zaman Age: 35 Personality/Bio: Tarak originally hails from India but was living in London when the Blitz happened. Barely escaping the bombs with his life Tarak discovered a group of DeVoid monsters attempting to capitalize on the chaos. Talon found the man and brought him to the Stego Fossil Zord to battle it for the chance at becoming the Blue Fossil Ranger. Tarak more than proved his worth to his new Zord. During a battle Tarak was gravely wounded and Talon was forced to place him in amber to heal. Now that DeVoid has returned his healing is finished and he joins the others in fight. Tarak, still a comedian at heart, never misses the chance to break out a bad pun or two to lighten a tense or bad mood. Face Claim: Kal Penn

Green Fossil Ranger- “The Bladed Warrior”- Ernesto Gabriel Reyes Cruz Age: 18 Personality/Bio: Ernesto was a member of the conquistadors however he only joined for the chance to explore new lands. When he witnessed his fellow conquistadors slaughter the innocent natives he tried to stop them and was branded a traitor. Imprisoned and awaiting execution, the forces of DeVoid attacked the camp and Talon appeared to him freeing him from his cell and explained that if he battled and defeated the Raptor Fossil Zord, he would earn the chance to become the Green Fossil Ranger. Ernesto accepted and defeated the Raptor Fossil Zord, becoming the Green Fossil Ranger. During a battle Ernesto was gravely wounded and Talon was forced to place him within amber to save his life. Many years later his wounds had healed and he joins the rest of the Rangers in battling the DeVoid once more. Face Claim: Ryan Guzman

Pink Fossil Ranger- “The Horned Warrior”- Alice Kayode Age: 21 Personality/Bio: Alice grew up in the dust bowl during the great depression and had to see misery wherever she went. One day she witnessed the DeVoid attack taking advantage of the sorrow and anger. Talon appeared, offering her the chance to become the Pink Fossil Ranger by defeating the Tricera Fossil Zord and proving her worth. Alice took Talon’s offer and was able to earn the respect of the Tricera Fossil Zord, becoming the Pink Fossil Ranger. During a battle she was seriously wounded and Talon was forced to place her within amber to keep her alive. Many years later she was restored along with four others to fight the DeVoid in modern times. Face Claim: Zoe Robins

Gold Fossil Ranger- “The Winged Warrior”- Hikari Miyamoto Age: 27 Personality/Bio: Hikari is a young woman who was raised during the Sengoku period of Japan. She proved herself, and her abilities, to the Shogun and was trained in the arts of the samurai. She was raised alongside a man named Daisuke and the two were like siblings. When the DeVoid Army rose up and attacked, Talon came to the Shogun for help in defeating it. The Shogun recommeneded Daisuke and Hikari, Talon sensed the bravery and strength within the two and offered them the chance at becoming the Red and Gold Fossil Rangers. As with the other Rangers, Hikari needed to prove herself in battle against the Ptera Fossil Zord in order to earn the right to be its Ranger. She used her skills she honed as a samurai to prove herself to the Ptera Fossil Zord and became the Gold Fossil Ranger. Unfortunately, during a battle Daisuke was gravely wounded taking a blow for her in a fit of rage, Hikari attacked them and was captured by the living armor Ograge, and was used as a life source. In the modern day, she was eventually freed by the Fossil Rangers and now fights alongside them in their battles against the DeVoid Army. She was overjoyed to see that Daisuke had survived his wounds and fights by his side once more. Face Claim: Brenda Song

Cyan Fossil Ranger- “The Steel Warrior”- Sir Richard Age: Appears to be mid to late 40s Personality/Bio: A knight in the late Middle Ages Sir Richard protected the innocent from the Amerms and encountered Talon on the battle field, mistaking him for a demon he almost attacked before Talon explained the situation, Talon then gave him the chance to fight the Ankylo Fossil Zord and become the Cyan Ranger, tragically Sir Richard fell in battle. However his spirit returned and rested in the cavern of Ankylo and he came back to grant the modern team use of the Ankylo Zord. Face Claim: Robert Baldwin

Grey Fossil Ranger- “The Balanced Warrior”- Wei Age: Appears to be early 30s Personality/Bio: A monk in the Ming Dynasty Wei fought back against the Amerms and came across Talon. Talon gave the young monk the chance to fight the Pachy Fossil Zord and become the Grey Ranger. Tragically he fell in battle however his spirit returned and meditated behind a waterfall alongside his zord until the modern team needed his aid. Face Claim: Joe Cheng

Purple Fossil Ranger- “The Aquatic Warrior”- Veronica Rosecroft Age: 27 Personality/Bio: In the early 1900s a young Australian woman named Veronica found herself surrounded by a group of Amerms however she outsmarted and outfought the fiends and Talon found her and gave her the chance to fight the Pleso Fossil Zord. As the Purple Ranger she fought well but was mortally wounded in battle. Her spirit returned to grant her descendant Violet the Pleso Zord. Face Claim: Margot Robbie

Silver Fossil Ranger- “The Shining Warrior”- Mahpiya Age: Appeares to be mid 30s Personality/Bio: The son of a settler (one of the few who thought of the natives as equals) and a Native American, Mahpiya belonged to both worlds and yet was welcomed in neither. When the DeVoid attacked once more he used his shooting skills to save the lives of both natives and settlers. His skill and bravery impressed Talon enough to earn the chance to fight the Brachio Fossil Zord and become the Silver Fossil Ranger. Sadly he fell in battle protecting the innocent but his spirit returned and assisted the modern team in battle and gave them the Brachio Zord. Face Claim: Jay Tavare Fosels (Fossil + Cell) these devices are what contain the power of the Fossil Zords. The living Rangers use their Fossil Blasters (Hikari uses her gauntlet) to activate their power and morph while the spirits can tap into the power directly. Fossilzers- The personal weapons of the team Dino Weapons- The unique weapons the modern team wield Rex Fang- An armored glove that can chomp enemies Para Shot- A powerful blaster Stego Shield- A sturdy spiked shield Raptor Claw- A triple bladed weapon Tricera Drill- A sharp drill These five unite to form the Fossil Spear Hikari uses her Raiden Blade in battle After the Spirit Rangers pass on their powers Talon creates a new set of Dino Weapons Ankylo Hammer- A spiked mace Pacha Punchers- Armored gauntlets Plesio Pump- A hydro pump that sprays intense jets of water Brachio Tomahawk- A twin bladed ax Talon himself wields his Ancient Saber and the Boomerblade These five can combine to form the Fossil Canon (Plesio Pump as the barrel, Pacha Punchers as the grip, Brachio Tomahawk as the handle/trigger, Anklyo Hammer as the ammo, Boomerblade as the viewfinder) Many other dinosaurs aided Talon in his battle but they fell during the final battle and so granted Talon their powers in Fosels. DinoBike- Two brothers who form the cycles for the team DinoClaw- A claw/drill combo weapon Styra- Overwhelms the target with love Allo- Creates an immense flame Seismo- Allows the user to stretch their limbs Ovira- Creates a gas cloud Iguano- Stuns the enemy with tickling Ammono- Induces vertigo and nausea in the target Arch- Increases gravity in a small area Fuku- Causes the target to inflate Futaba- Clones the target Fossil Zords- The ten dinosaurs that fought alongside Talon against DeVoid were remade as zords. When Rex, Stego, and Tricera unite they form the Fossil Megazord when Rex, Para, and Raptor unite they form the SharpShot Fossil Megazord Ptera can form the Lightning Fossil Megazord on its own and with Para and Raptor forms the SharpShot Lightning Megazord When Rex, Stego, Tricera, and Ptera unite they form the Thunder Fossil Megazord When Rex, Ankylo and Tricera unite they form the Steel Fossil Megazord When Rex, Ankylo and Pachy unite they form the Balanced Fossil Megazord Pleso can form the Pleso Megazord on its own When Pleso, Rex, and Pachy unite they form the Pleso Rex Megazord Brachio on its own forms the Brachio Megazord and when united with the others forms the Fossil Ultrazord DeVoid An alien being that travels from world to world laying waste and destroying all life. However after its defeat at the hands of the dinosaurs it was frozen for millenia. Its minions and army have revived many times over the eons and each time they do they try and gather human emotions to defrost the heart of DeVoid. Each time so far they were stopped but only due to the sacrifice of a ranger. Chaon- The leader of the army in DeVoids absence, a great and wicked mage his plans can span centuries Ograge- The Demon of Anger- The minion in charge of collecting the anger of humanity. For centuries Hikari was trapped within his armor in a plan to gain control of the Petra Zord. However with the aid of the modern team she escaped leaving him weaker and enraged. Misquire- The Knight of Sorrow- In charge of collecting humanity’s tears Despite his armor Misquire prefers to let others fight for him. Happrincess- The Queen of Joy- She is in charge of collecting the smiles of humanity, her song serves as a booster to the DeVoid army.

Luckrechaun- A strange being who stands by Happrincess’s side and carries a container of water infused with DeVoid’s power to restore and enlarge fallen monsters Eventually Chaon realizes they need to counter act the bravery of the Rangers and so creates a new warrior Firous- The warrior of burning hatred- Powered by the hatred of evil Firous proved to be a challenge to the rangers however it was Ograge who absorbed Firous into the armor to double his power.

Many years ago A nomadic warrior found and battled the Spino Fossil Zord, he forced it to accept him as his partner and became the Navy Ranger, however in time he called himself a different name Dino Conqueror- “The Fierce Warrior”-  Real name unknown Age: 40 (actually really ancient) Personality/Bio: DC was a former Roman gladiator and is an extremely bloodthirsty man. He found and enslaved the Spino Fossil Zord, becoming the Navy Fossil Ranger by force, rather than by choice. He used Spino’s power to find the Archae Fossil Zord and the Dilo Fossil Zord and subjugated them as well. Talon personally stepped in to fight DC and eventually sealed him away. Talon was forced to seal the Spino, Archae, and Dilo Fossil Zords away as well, after they became savage beasts, feeding off of DC’s cruelty. Their savagery was a stark contrast from their once peaceful and noble lives. In the modern era, DeVoid has unsealed DC and his savage trio of Fossil Zords and they travel the world in search of Talon, seeking their revenge. Face Claim: Steve Coogan Conqueror Spirit Megazord when Spino, Archae, and Dilo combine they form this megazord, using Dilo’s acid and shield and Archae’s claws it is a force to beware of. Resting places for the Fossil Zords Rex- On a tropical island near a volcano Para- In the ruins of a German castle Stego- The ice of Siberia Raptor- A bamboo forest in China Tricera- A cave in the wall of the Grand Canyon Ptrera- A thunderstorm cloud Ankylo- A cavern beneath Britain Pachy- Behind a waterfall Pleso- A cave near the great barrier reef Brachio- Within a mountain in the western US Spino- A cave in Greenland Archae- Within the amazon jungle Dilo- Below the sands of Egypt When a Fossil Ranger dies in battle their spirit is bound to their Fossil Zord. However this can be broken. The Orange and White Fossil Rangers found this out when Dino Conqueror defeated them in battle and stole their Fosels breaking the bond and forcing them to move to the other side. Orange- Archae- The Clawed Warrior White- Dilo- The Venomous Warrior As the battle against the DeVoid drags on Talon completes the purification of the three Fossil Zords tainted by DC and uses their power to become the true Navy Fossil Ranger

Navy Fossil Ranger- “The Ancient Warrior”- Talon- The true form of the Navy Fossil Ranger has navy wings in the back and a nobler appearance. With this power Talon can once more fight at his full power Voice: Keith David In time the Rangers realize they need an edge to end this eons long war once and for all. It is decided that the fallen Rangers need to pass their powers onto the living.

Cyan Fossil Ranger II- "The Steel Warrior”- Roxane “Roxy” Clemmonts Age: 18 Personality/Bio: A princess at a medieval themed fair she met Sir Richard when he came across the fair and wanted to relive the “good old days”. When the DeVoid attacked she impressed him with her bravery and strength. Face Claim: China Anne McClain

Grey Fossil Ranger II- “The Balanced Warrior”- Lee Anderson Age: 22 Personality/Bio: A martial arts instructor it first appeared that he had lost sight of the true purpose of martial arts nearly earning him Wei’s wrath however when a DeVoid attack threatened his students he leaped into action to defend them earning Wei’s respect. Face Claim: Dominick Mozee

Purple Fossil Ranger- II “The Aquatic Warrior”- Violet Smithers Age: 27 Personality/Bio: Violet had heard about her ancestor many times growing up and never thought that she could live up to her. A marine biologist she feels out of place on the battle field. Face Claim: Margot Robbie

Silver Fossil Ranger II- “The Shining Warrior”- Christina Latimer Age: 27 Personality/Bio: A young woman of the same tribe as Mahpiya she was inspired by the legends of the shining warrior to train her body mind and heart. This gained the originals respect. Face Claim: Shannon Baker Morphers- Fosels + Fossil Blasters/Gauntlet Morphing Call- Dino Burst! Morphing- An image of the dinosaur appears glowing their ranger color forming the suit. Power Rangers Biotec Spirits The Biotec Buster Rangers arrive and join forces with the Fossil Rangers when it is revealed that members of Millennius’s forces made back ups of themselves. They have allied themselves with DeVoid to create an army of cybernetic dinosaurs (built around fossils and fueled by Neo-En) to use against the Rangers. Both teams must fight this threat. Power Rangers: Dino Rangers Unite! A meteor crashes on Earth carrying a great evil. The purified Zedd and Rita inform the MMPR Rangers (original five) of this threat while Haley tracked its arrival and informs the Dino Thunder Rangers (including Tommy). Meanwhile Talon informs the Fossil Spirit Rangers of the grave threat. The three teams unite to fight against this great evil. The final battle involves all the dinosaur zords (ALL of them) fighting together.against the monster spawned by the evil.
