It is truly unbelievable to me that I get to make this post today. Back in February I would NEVER have conceived of reaching this goal.

I am just completely blown away. This would not be possible without the amazing support of this community. When @deadeyedfae pushed me to try giving art another chance I figured I'd try for a week and then lose motivation entirely. I started to find more of myself in my art and that has been the most invaluable happiness I could experience in what has been a very turbulent stressful past few months. The advice I've received from fellow artists has helped improve my work so much (thank you so much @bubbleverseart , @kaylasartwork and , @welldrawnfish !!!!!)

But above all I finally feel like I've found an online community that I can genuinely call home. Some special shout outs to @skelotom @sixfoothalfling @sunification and @paintedbytosia for your advice and uplifting comments and messages. They helped me alot especially with the mess that is my life right now. I'm sure I missed some people here but please know I appreciate every single one of you so so very much. Your the reason I'm able to keep moving forwards even when times are rough.

Thank you. Thank you so so so much. You've all made me happier than you could possibly ever know. I hope to improve even more and to be more active in the community that I hope to consider my family.

the dazzlings' designs are BEYOND amazing, they look so unique, im gonna be staring at them every other second for weeks

i love how they're all different kinds of snakes

what species are they specifically? adagio is clearly a rattlesnake but im not enough of a snake nerd to figure the other two, but they all seem like vipers

Don't read too far into it, I'm not a reptile guy so I mixed and matched traits from different snakes. All of them are rattlesnake-ish to keep with the Western theme. Adagio has a cobra hood (to match her big hair), Aria was modeled off a viper, Sonata was modeled off a krait.

Ok try this; Rengoku has to take baby Obanai to the Flame Estate for the night because everyone else that normally takes care of him is busy, and he got the night off. Inconviently enough, Kyojuro has to go get some baby safe foods since they don't really have any. And his dad is the only one awake (Senjuro had an early bed time since he stays awake most nights waiting for Kyojuro to get home, what a sweetie)...so Kyojuro has to leave Obanai with Shinjuro. Cue Shinjuro having a bit of nostalgic baby fever and forgets about drinking for a while as he hugs and coddles Obanai, sobbing ever so softly as to not wake Senjuro.

Ian looks absolutely wrecked, like all the energy has left him.

Mickey's standing across the room, watching Lip and Fiona take over, nods when Ian looks over his shoulder and signs his name on the hospital forms. He drags a hand roughly under his eyes and follows everyone to the door where Ian has to disappear behind.

Mickey grabs him and tugs him close, standing on his toes so he can bring closer. Let's Ian tuck his head into the crook of his neck.

"Thank you" Mickey mumbles

Ian nods and then Mickey's left standing staring at a closed door.
