Izzy: "I'm want to know why not wearing underwear is called 'going commando', but the internet has about 8 different origins for it and none of them have a definitive verification."

Clary: "… Maybe it's more comfortable? For soldiers? I mean, it does stem from military usage, right?"

Izzy, turning to the guys: "So? Is it more comfortable, or does it just swing around down there and chafe more?"

Alec, Jace and Simon, red in the face and stuttering: "Y-y-you can't just ask stuff like that!"

Magnus: "Barring any strenuous activity, you don't really notice the swinging. It depends on what you are wearing, mostly. Tracksuits and other softer material pants are fine. Jeans can get a little chafy. And then there are some pants where you just don't want to have any underwear lines showing through. Like silk pants."

Alec: "… You are wearing silk pants right now."

Magnus, smirking: "I am."

I love her. shes barely aware of the plot shes communing shes one with the bit #once again this table is pure excellence but Ive slight hyperfocused on izzy's performance #she just does not stop the whole time. once shes in she just accelerates. its mesmerizing #the other thing that struck me is liv Loves being huge. shes picking people up by the head and holding them like hamburgers #shes not even in awe of kingskin's strength she just settles in on the spot. transgender of her #she should be a mecha pilot I think #nsbu spoilers

i put all my pictures of stinky baby in an album and just watched the memory video and i miss her so much you guys. i don’t think i’ve ever loved something the way i loved her. and we gave her the best life and the best shot at recovery but damn it just fucking eats at me because she was everything. she may have lived with my parents but she was my dog. i don’t regret the choice we made, the way she was living was not comfortable but god damn do i miss her so much. 6 years was not enough time. i’m not sure i could ever love another dog like that. and there’s nothing i can do now, there was nothing i could do then but hold her. i held her when they euthanized her. i held her on her way home for the first time and i held her as she died and i just. that dog was my pride and joy, my best friend.

she was everything. i miss her so much.

I hope Jo find solace in the fact that Alex and Izzie will have a horrible marriage and end up divorced. Like there is no way they couldn’t. They were so toxic together. Their first marriage was bc she was dying. It was a guilt marriage. And then she abandoned him. Not as bad as he abandoned Jo, but with a lot more debt and for a much dumber reason. And the fact that she had those kids and never contacted Alex is all the proof anyone needs that she’s still a selfish toxic person who only cares about herself. She knew Alex’s history. She knew he’d want to be involved. She knew her kids would want a dad. But fuck them bc izzie does what izzie wants. There’s no way hiding his kids for years won’t cause problems in their relationship. So in the end Alex threw away his whole life and his much better wife for nothing.

#izzie once told Alex he would never be able to live up to Denny’s corpse #solid marriage there #literally the worst ending for a character ever #throw away all his amazing character development #and for what #izzie stevens #pure disappointment #he couldn’t even come and talk to jo #they should have killed him #I’d be sad but it’d be a much better ending #hope he comes back at the end and tells jo how it didn’t work with izzie bc obviously and begs for her back #he hasn’t talked to izzie in over a decade #all I can think about is when jo asked to take Alex’s last name bc she never had the last name of someone who loved her #they write that line and then have Alex abandon her in a letter for a woman he hasn’t spoken to in over a decade #screw you greys anatomy #write better #greys anatomy #alex karev #jo wilson #jo karev #meredith grey #cristina yang #callie torres #I miss mark and Callie #and now I’m going to mis mer and Alex

um. im thinking about. characters

#I’m thinking about izzy in particular i guess #getting the message explicitly or implicitly that like #you will never get softness or tenderness #because he’s not capable of that. that’s not who he is #but watching as he gives it freely and willingly to someone else #and feeling like. you’re just not deserving of those things #there’s a rare type of character who is similar to this that tugs at my heart #I’ve grown enough that (for the most part) I no longer think that I’m undeserving of #yknow whatever #but I do sometimes still feel the ache of it #ugh. it’s stupid!!#but it’s like. if no one else will love u I will do it all by myself. I will give u everything you cannot get from others #everything you think you will never get because you’re undeserving #I will love you so fiercely that you can never believe you cannot be loved again #no this does not say anything about my mental state #but yeah lol.
