i think it's a very "bromance" type of relationship where they've been through so much together, and are now at the point of being almost found-family. outside of x Reader, i see him as being either divorced, or separated, and i think that Laswell and her wife invite him over for holidays to cheer him up so he isn't all alone (that's my cute little Laswell / Price h/c lmao), and that's kind of the gist of them. just supportive and very familial! 🖤
