No thoughts, just arm wrestling with Ghost

You wanted Ghost's attention. There was no denying it- he was too enticing to let him slip through your fingers. You wanted, just once, to feel him.

You were purposefully being an arrogant and cocky prick all day, telling anyone who would listen to you (and those who didn't) that you could easily beat Ghost in an arm wrestling match.

Of course, Ghost caught wind of it, but he brushed it off. After all, there were tons of clueless rookies who talked shit when they didn't know who exactly they were facing.

Unfortunately for Ghost, it kept happening. First time he heard you yapping was during training. Then when Soap was laughing and telling him about some dumb comment you made earlier. A few times after that throughout the next few days, and finally, you had the nerve to say it to his face.

"You couldn't beat me" you announced mockingly

"Mmh. Let's put that to the test, mate."

You were nervous. You hadn't expected him to agree to it in all honesty. Not that you would back down now.

Sitting down at the table, you had gathered quite a crowd. Who would want to watch some rookie get slammed by the Ghost? Everyone, apparently.

You readied your elbow on the table. On the opposite side, Ghost did the same. You took in a small gasp of air, nerves now getting the best of you. This was a horrible idea, wasn't it? You vaguely hear someone count down and yell "start", causing you to clasp your hand with Ghost's and start pushing with all your might.

Holy shit. He was hardly struggling- the both of your arms staying firmly in the center. You looked up for a second to try and gage his expression, only to be met with his eyes already staring into you.

It was like all the air was torn from your lungs- and you suddenly forgot how to breathe.

You couldn't deny it, his eyes were absolutely gorgeous. Weary and calculated brown eyes staring into your own, an odd softness to them.

He still hadn't beat you. He easily could, you were never a match for him.

But maybe, just maybe-

-he wanted to hold your hand, too.

Ancient Meeting

Did Yugi get a scolding when he went home after his first excursion to Egypt? Yes. Did it stop him from exploring? Absolutely not. Honestly, he knew there were dangers out there in the human world but also he had confidence in his own abilities.

Besides, he had entirely too much fun the first time he had visited and toyed with the ruler there. And that wide eyed shock he had gotten? Priceless. Still, there was more that he wanted to see of this land with its vast river lined with papyrus and grand stone buildings.

It had been many, many days since he found his way back to the palace. Once more he fluttered up to the top of the wall and sat there, observing, his elbows on his knees. It didn't seem like some grand party was happening this time so he wondered how he should infiltrate this time.

For now, he slipped down and landed lightly on his feet, glamouring his wings and, this time, wrapping his head to hide his wild hair. It was too noticeable after all, now that he knew the Pharaoh had hair very similar. Humming to himself, he decided to start with checking out the gardens this time, quietly staying out of view for now.

His bare feet were practically silent as he gently ran his fingers along the petals of a flower, the plant almost seeming to perk up at his touch. He was a Seelie, after all, growth and nature were part of their being.

This being said, I do understand the concerns; I'm a lot more skeptical than I was with Groban!!! Vocally I cannot even imagine him in the role.

Either way this is going to be a wild ride and I am here for it.

Back to the Lands Between with a new character! Due to some weird circumstances, I can't play games every day for hours at a time, so replaying a game seems better than getting AC6 or BG3 at this time 😔

But! I adore this game and it's been a few months so, I'm happy. Meet The Gardener (name pending some creativity lol. I'm so glad we can change names at will). An old, depraved perfumer who was kicked out of Leyndell for doing fucked up things in the name of alchemical truth. She joined a lesser bandit company for a time, where she learned some martial skill raiding villages during the Shattering.

Later she joined Rykard's rebellion when Lady Tanith offered her space to cultivate ingredients, and corpses to feed them. In service to the Lady, she grew fond of the serpent cult's tactics, and uses some of their favored weapons, though she personally doesn't venerate any god.

I'm doing a dex/arc poison build; poison moth flight is weird but fun. I've got the serpent bow, venomous fang, & bandit's curved sword. Only level 20 or so, I've barely ventured out of Limgrave yet

Her hair is a metallic grey (aka silver). She's wearing a hospital gown and a lanyard identifying her as Evelyn Wylde.*

Uhhh, hi. The doctors have asked me to record this video for you all so you know what happened. Dunno why, I don't recognize any of y'all's names. They gave me a script to read, and it's not where I left it. Imma go find it, brb.

*walks off camera for a few minutes, then returns with some papers*

So last night an unidentified humanoid broke into the hospital, cut me open, drained all of my blood into a bucket, and escaped. No one knows where he is now. The doctors were thankfully able to find me in time and I'm currently in the ICU. While all that was going on, my soul got sucked out of my body and put into this Worker Drone here. I have no memory of anything prior to waking up in this body other than someone telling me that my memories can be restored, this isn't his best work, but it's the best he could do in such a short time frame without directly interfering and violating celestial law, and I'll be back in my own body when someone named Aldia Entrati is done with it.

The man has been yet to be found, but in his escape he failed to bring the bucket with him and it's now in the custody of something called the ASF. I am free to leave the hospital at any time and am quite eager to go back to wherever I call home and get my memories back.

Some Bluey OCs

I drew eight of these guys a long while ago but I decided to go back and draw a little more of them. Plus I then drew two more. So now there's ten.

The Husky is called Chris (he/him)

The German Shepherd is called Diddums (he/him)

The Golden Lab is called Anthony (he/him)

The Brown Lab is called Thomas (he/him)

I guess Ruby is meant to be an American Cocker Spaniel (she/her)

Another German Shepherd named Jasmine (she/her)

The Black Lab is Simon (he/him)

Kate is a Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog (she/her)

The Pomeranian is Marsh (short for Marshmallow) (he/she)

And finally, Reuben is pretty much a mix between a Border Terrier and an Airedale Terrier. (he/they)

So their relationship with one another is simple. They are a group of friends.

Chris and Diddums are best friends, and knew each other since they were eight. Chris is the more level headed one out of the two and Diddums is pretty much the star of the show, giving how much I use him for silly tactics and such. But Chris was seen to be the "leader" of the group, if it ever came down to it.

Anthony, Thomas, and Simon are brothers. Simon is the oldest and Thomas is the youngest. Anthony and Diddums are pretty much a chaotic duo, with Anthony being the slightly more sane one. They pretty much share a braincell.

Thomas is the shy one of the group. The ones who stick up for him the most are his brothers, Jasmine, and Diddums. But pretty much everyone sticks up for him at all.

Ruby and Jasmine are besties. Chris has a crush on Ruby, while Jasmine probably maybe perhaps.. likes.. Thomas (a Daisy x Luigi, if you will). Who knows, maybe Ruby has feelings for Chris as well, maybe Thomas (all though intimidated) admires Jasmine's fierceness and strength. Jasmine and Thomas might become a couple first out of the two ngl.

Oh and I almost forgot, Diddums and Jasmine are siblings.

Simon and Kate started out as friends in middle school and are currently collage roommates, they only started out collage with one year and they have been dating since highschool. They at first appeared to be the more mature ones of the group but eventually ends up displaying as a couple of goofballs. They just needed to learn that they were allowed to relax and have fun. Especially Simon.

And finally, Marsh and Reuben were only friends with each other before they met the others. It took a while for them to be in the group but once everyone knew the duo, they eventually did. Reuben is the supposed scruffy one who doesn't mind doing the dirty work and Marsh although is clean doesn't mind helping him out whenever he needs it.

Pretty much everyone in this friend group are teenagers, the older ones are Simon, Kate, and probably Marsh and Reuben.
