Caring understanding Frigga who wink wink already knows where Thor and Loki’s matters of the heart lie is sooooooooo not canon. That lady spoke to her sons 5 times throughout the cinematic universe and was scraping the bottom of an empty pot with how sound her advice was. She spoke to Loki 2 times and both times it was to gaslight him when he was already crying about something... give her prophetic visions all you want that woman is NOT a sage

Wait. Let me get this straight.

Chris Helmsworth has said, on the record, that he was extremely uncomfortable doing the shirtless scene in Thor:Ragnarok. That it felt demeaning.

Taika Waititi, in all his smug assholish glory, admitted this, also on camera, and gleefully told everyone how he basically called Chris Helmsworth a piece of meat to his face and pressured him to do the scene anyway.

Now, after all that, in Thor: Love and Thunder, Waititi made Chris film a NUDE SCENE!!! If anyone, man or woman, doesn’t like doing shirtless scenes you don’t make them show off more skin!

What an absolute dick move.

How is this not sexual harassment?

So, according to interviews for Love and Thunder, Chris has wanted to show his ass in a Marvel movie since day 1 of playing Thor. And that no pressure was involved in filming said scene.

I’m not editing the original post. My feelings about the optics of it are the same. And the outcry had it been Jane Foster, or Wanda, or Black Widow being stripped on screen would have been inescapable regardless of the actresses’ feelings.

But Honesty is important. Chris wanted to do a nude scene in L&T. Waititi didn’t pressure him. There was no harassment in Thor Love and Thunder.
