🚀✨Jupiter’s Transit: Time for a Glow-Up or a Wake-Up! 💫👀
Note: These are my personal observations and patterns I've noticed over the years, so take what resonates and leave the rest. Let me know in the comments if this hits home! This is based on Vedic astrology, so it might feel different from other systems. These are general interpretations and would change according to what planets are in those houses. 😊✨
Jupiter enters Gemini on May 14, 2025, and will stay there until October 18, 2025. After that, it briefly moves into Cancer for a couple of months. This post will focus on the May 14, 2025 - October 18, 2025, Gemini transit. Just 2 days to go! Also, long post!
For Aries Ascendant, Jupiter will transit your 3rd house and aspect your 7th, 9th, and 11th houses.
3rd House: Expect a lot of short trips, new friendships, and opportunities to get your voice heard. It’s a great time to make purchases in your favor, meet new people, or even consider a move to a new place. If you have a sibling, your bond can grow closer.
7th House: This aspect could bring new romances into your life. For those focused on their career, it’s a favorable time for partnerships and receiving local support in your professional endeavors. If you wanna start a business or any career change, Jupiter will widen your horizons and says YES! GO FOR IT!
9th House: Jupiter’s aspect here may open doors for foreign travel, higher education, or trading. Moving abroad or going on faraway vacations could also be on the horizon.
11th House: Expansion of your social circle is likely. Great connections are on the way, along with more time spent online learning new things. If you’re considering online courses, this is an excellent time. It’s also a good period for starting a YouTube channel, podcast, or live-streaming (especially gaming, if that’s your thing). For bloggers and influencers, expect positive growth. Long-distance relationships may also blossom during this time.
For Taurus Ascendant, Jupiter will transit your 2nd house, with aspects to your 6th, 8th, and 10th houses.
2nd House: This transit can bring potential financial growth, including gains through family, property, or selling goods. If you’re in sales or business, this is a great time to boost your income. There’s strong potential for accumulating wealth, but Jupiter here can also make you spend freely, so watch your expenses. Investments and savings both have long-term benefits now.
6th House: If you’ve been struggling in your career or are unemployed, this aspect can bring job opportunities or helpful connections. For those in toxic work environments, things may either get worse (pushing you to make a change) or finally shift for the better. Students may find career-related support or internships opening up.
8th House: This aspect may spark interest in the occult, hidden knowledge, or taboo subjects. It’s a good time to explore deeper topics, but also a warning to be mindful in intimate relationships, as Sagittarius in the 8th can bring sudden, intense connections, including risks like STDs. Prioritize your well-being.
10th House: This is a very positive influence for your career. Whether you're employed or self-employed, growth and recognition are possible. It's also a great time to pursue learning, training, or certifications that support your professional path.
For Gemini Ascendant, Jupiter will transit your 1st house, with aspects to your 5th, 7th, and 9th houses.
1st House: This transit can bring positive shifts in how you see yourself and how others see you. It’s a great time for personal growth, confidence, and visibility. You may be drawn to leadership or management roles. However, Jupiter can also make you overextend, like taking on too much or indulging too often, especially with food or stress, so take care of your health and energy. Your voice holds power now, so use it wisely.
5th House: A great time for creative pursuits and reigniting old passions. If you've been waiting to start something artistic or expressive, this is your cue. For those married and hoping to conceive, this transit is favorable for a healthy pregnancy. Romantically, new connections may enter your life, some with long-term potential. Dating might feel overwhelming or rewarding depending on how you approach it.
7th House: Partnerships, romantic or professional, can flourish now. Trustworthy collaborators may appear, and serious relationships can begin or strengthen. It’s a good time for making commitments.
9th House: Opportunities for long-distance travel, higher education, or working with international clients may arise. Some may consider moving in with a partner, eloping, or planning a destination wedding. Spiritually and mentally, it’s also a time of expansion and learning. You can even get your voice heard through activism or supporting the unfortunate.
For Cancer Ascendant, Jupiter will transit your 12th house, with aspects to the 4th, 6th, and 8th houses.
12th House: This is a deeply spiritual and reflective time. You may feel drawn to solitude, healing, or even exploring or settling in foreign lands. It's a period of inner growth, dreams, and gaining insight into your future. However, it's not ideal for new commitments in love or business. Some may experience endings, like breakups or divorces, but these can ultimately feel freeing and bring long-awaited closure or peace.
4th House: Expect improvements in home and family life. You might spend more quality time with loved ones or invest in property, furniture, or home upgrades. Emotional bonds with family members, especially children, can deepen. Inheritance or family wealth may also come into the picture.
6th House: This aspect can stir up emotions at work or in school environments. Challenges may arise through hidden enemies or betrayal, so stay alert and guard your energy. This aspect can teach you who’s truly on your side. At the same time, it can push you to improve your daily habits and health routines.
8th House: Sudden gains, inheritance, or exposure to deep, transformative topics are possible. You might find yourself drawn to occult studies, psychology, or unconventional communities (like spiritual groups, support circles, etc.). Take care of your mental health, as emotional intensity may rise; this can be a time of healing or overwhelm, depending on how you handle it.
For Leo Ascendant, Jupiter will transit your 11th house, with aspects to the 3rd, 5th, and 7th houses.
11th House: This is a great time for expanding your reach and being seen. Whether you’re into blogging, YouTube, podcasting, activism, or social reform, you could gain more visibility and even grow your follower base. People may see you as a leader or someone with wisdom and clarity. Your goals feel more achievable now, and support from influential circles is likely.
3rd House: Expect stronger local connections and support. You might spend more time with siblings, friends, or in your neighborhood, or even move to a new area. Social outings like restaurants, concerts, shopping, or clubs could increase. Communication improves, and networking opportunities grow.
5th House: A great time for dating, romance, and creative expression. You may get into new hobbies, watch a lot of films, or explore your artistic side. If you’ve been wanting to start a passion project or even learn something new, like a language or coding, this is the time. It's also a positive aspect for pregnancy or planning a child.
7th House: Jupiter’s aspect here can bring serious romantic prospects or deepen an existing relationship. In a career, it’s a good time for forming partnerships or collaborations that have long-term potential.
For Virgo Ascendant, Jupiter will transit your 10th house, with aspects to the 2nd, 4th, and 6th houses.
10th House: This is a powerful time for your career. Jupiter here can bring recognition, promotions, or the opportunity to start something new, like a business, blog, or startup. If you’re job hunting, you may land a role with better pay and visibility. Leadership skills are highlighted, and others may start seeing you as a figure of authority or inspiration. Big moves in your professional life are very possible.
2nd House: This aspect supports financial growth, especially through career opportunities. It’s a good time to focus on saving, investing, and building long-term financial stability.
4th House: Favorable for real estate, relocating, or investing in your home. You may also feel emotionally more connected to family, and it's a good time to nurture those relationships, especially if you're younger or living with family.
6th House: New work connections are likely, especially with people from different backgrounds or fields. Some of these may be valuable allies, others not so much. Stay discerning, especially in competitive or high-pressure environments.
For Libra Ascendant, Jupiter will transit your 9th house, with aspects to your 1st, 3rd, and 5th houses.
9th House: This transit opens doors to foreign connections, clients, and opportunities to earn through international means. You might find yourself speaking or learning another language, traveling, or engaging with global platforms. It’s a great time for higher learning, spiritual growth, or expanding your worldview.
1st House: Expect a boost in self-confidence and presence. If you’ve been feeling low in self-worth, this aspect can help restore a sense of purpose and pride. You might also feel inspired to invest more in yourself, like your appearance, goals, or personal development.
3rd House: Your voice carries farther now, literally and figuratively. Whether it’s writing, singing, or speaking, this is a powerful time to share your ideas. Travel or relocation could also be on the table. If you’ve ever wanted to turn writing or music into a career, this aspect supports that.
5th House: Creative energy flows in, rewarding past efforts and reigniting passions. You may finally get recognition for the work you’ve done in previous years. It’s also a great time to start new hobbies or creative pursuits that could eventually evolve into a profession.
For Scorpio Ascendant, Jupiter will transit your 8th house, with aspects to the 12th, 2nd, and 4th houses.
8th House: This transit can bring sudden events, like unexpected inheritance or money, deep transformations, or even going viral (for better or worse). You may feel drawn to explore intense topics like human suffering, psychology, or the hidden layers of life. Toxic relationships may fall away, making space for new partnerships that could also become an additional source of income. It’s a powerful time for healing and reclaiming your worth.
12th House: This aspect may trigger deep introspection or even an existential crisis. You might feel low or isolated at times, but solitude here brings growth, not punishment. It's a good time for spiritual work, rest, and understanding your inner self on a whole new level.
2nd House: Financial gains through foreign currency or foreigners, joint investments, or property sales are possible. This is a favorable time for managing finances, especially in areas involving partnerships or passive income.
4th House: Unconventional people may enter your personal life, whether as romantic partners or collaborators, your family ends up embracing. You could be drawn to alternative lifestyles, such as age-gap relationships, interracial relationships, same-sex partnerships, minimalist living, or even being a stay-at-home partner.
For Sagittarius Ascendant, Jupiter will transit your 7th house, with aspects to the 11th, 1st, and 3rd houses.
7th House: This is a major green light for serious relationships. You may meet a potential life partner, enter long-term romantic or business partnerships, or experience more balance and success in existing ones. You could find yourself taking the lead in partnerships or attracting people who elevate your status and growth.
11th House: A great time for expanding your social network, especially online. You may join new communities, explore different cultures, or form valuable friendships and connections, even if some are short-term. This is also a highly supportive period for launching an online-based business or side hustle. Expect opportunities to gain profits and stand out in digital spaces.
1st House: You’ll feel more driven to take life seriously and commit to long-term goals. This aspect can bring a shift in self-image, responsibility, and how others perceive you. Confidence gets a boost, and there may be a change in status, personally or professionally.
3rd House: You might find yourself living in a multicultural setting or becoming friends with people from a wide range of backgrounds. Hobbies like online gaming, content creation, or language learning could lead to new connections. This is a fun and stimulating time to express yourself and explore new interests.
For Capricorn Ascendant, Jupiter will transit your 6th house, with aspects to the 10th, 12th, and 2nd houses.
6th House: This transit highlights health, work, and daily routines. If you’ve been struggling with health issues, there’s potential for recovery, but if you’ve been neglecting your health, Jupiter might amplify existing problems. It’s also a mixed bag for your career, as some may face setbacks or job loss, while others could land new roles or promotions. Consistency and discipline will be key.
10th House: This aspect brings momentum in your professional life. It’s a good time for job hunting, career changes, or stepping into leadership, but expect a few early delays or challenges. Boss moves are possible if you stay focused and don’t give up.
12th House: This can be a heavy emotional time. Feelings of loneliness, isolation, or endings (like breakups or divorces) might surface. But Jupiter here is trying to teach you that solitude can be healing. You’ll realize your inner strength and learn how to stand on your own. Be cautious with health and travel issues, like back pain, overexertion, or travel-related stress or accidents may arise. Hospitalization is possible if you're not careful.
2nd House: Finances may fluctuate. Jupiter expands whatever it touches, so if you’re doing well, expect more gains; if you’re struggling, it can exaggerate losses. Budget wisely and save for the future to stay grounded.
For Aquarius Ascendant, Jupiter will transit your 5th house, with aspects to the 9th, 11th, and 1st houses.
5th House: A vibrant time for creativity, self-expression, and passion projects. Whether you’re pursuing a career in the arts, media, sports, or any field that makes you stand out, this is your moment to shine. Applause and recognition may come your way. It’s also a favorable time for pregnancy, romantic interests, and being admired for your talents.
9th House: Opens doors to international opportunities, foreign clients, studying abroad, or spiritual exploration. You might start trading in foreign currency, connect with teachers or mentors abroad, or even enter a long-distance relationship that brings growth.
11th House: Expands your network, especially with people from different cultures or backgrounds. Touring, cultural exchanges, learning a new language, or engaging in online platforms can be rewarding. If you’re in a digital or online-based career, this aspect supports major growth.
1st House: Jupiter’s blessing to your ascendant boosts your confidence, personal growth, and social standing. You may feel more seen, respected, and aligned with your purpose. It’s a time to take yourself seriously, and others will too.
For Pisces Ascendant, Jupiter will transit your 4th house, with aspects to the 8th, 10th, and 12th houses.
4th House: This transit brings emotional focus to home, family, and your sense of inner peace. You may reconnect deeply with loved ones or feel the need to cut ties with toxic family dynamics. It’s a great time to support and care for your close circle but be mindful of emotional overwhelm. Buying property or making your living space more comfortable is also likely.
8th House: Some may face sudden shifts in family members' health or even loss in rare cases. This aspect also stirs deep introspection and curiosity about the hidden or taboo, think therapy, occult, or healing work.
10th House: Favorable for career growth, though it may feel intense or heavy at times. A strong push toward foreign or remote work is likely. You might also take on more responsibilities that push you to step up in your profession.
12th House: Spiritual detachment becomes a theme as you may explore holistic healing, solitude, or unconventional belief systems. Some connections may fall away as you move toward a future more aligned with who you’re becoming. This is also a powerful time to prepare for relocation or engage in meaningful connections abroad.

See you next summer!
I wanted to draw all of the main characters like 5-10 years older. Headcannons and commission info under the cut :)
-Dipper is a photography major and runs a ghost hunting YouTube channel
-Mabel works at a craft store and sells jewelry and knitting patterns on Etsy
-The Stan’s live in a small cabin built behind the Mystery Shack. They’re not there very often because they still travel a lot
-Gideon sells cars with his dad
-Soos is still Mr. Mystery at the Mystery Shack. Him and Melody have a son that Mabel loves to babysit whenever she’s in town
-McGucket still lives in the former Northwest Manor, but he’s a little less reclusive. His memory has mostly returned, but it’s still a little foggy
-Pacifica works at Greasy’s Diner. She hates being home with her parents and has become extremely rebellious. She takes every opportunity to go on adventures with the twins whenever they’re in town
-Wendy is a jack of all trades and takes small jobs all over Gravity Falls. She still helps out at the Mystery Shack, but also works as a lumberjack, a security guard and works for a moving company.
-Robbie is a high-school dropout and is in a Midwest emo garage band

Yet another Red Bull team mate of Max Verstappen’s is struggling to be competitive, Liam Lawson having qualified last in China last weekend after failing to get out of Q1 in Melbourne. He joins a long list over the last five years. Pierre Gasly, Alex Albon and Sergio Perez were never this far off, but the pattern is unmistakeable: Red Bull has followed where Verstappen’s enormous talent has taken them. But it’s made for a car no-one else can make competitive.
This looks a lot like Michael Schumacher at Benetton in 1994/95. There was of course a lot of controversy around the electronic systems on the Benetton in ’94 and it led to questions about whether his car was the same as that of his team-mates. But it was about more than that. JJ Lehto, Jos Verstappen and Johnny Herbert all had good reputations damaged by being his team-mate in a nervous car only he could properly exploit.
Listening to Max describe his car preferences, it sounds pretty much how Schumacher used to describe it.
Schumacher: “People say I like oversteer. I don’t. I can handle it and drive it but I don’t want it. With a neutral car you can have it sliding from turn-in to exit and all the time you can just drive on the limit of the four tyres’ given grip, and that’s what I’m always looking to achieve. I had cars that did that. With a little input you could make it go the way you wanted it to go.”
Verstappen: “I like a pointy car but with a rear that is just stable enough to have a controlled balance. I like a strong front end. I don’t really like understeer. It’s just killing the whole feel of the car. A strong front end with a rear that is just on the edge. But of course you still need that rear to rely on.”
It sounds simple, but what separates them from their team-mates is/was the feel for the transition, trading off rotation against scrub. Verstappen’s sim racing partner Atze Kerkhof is also an F1 driver coach and has studied intensely what Max does and how he makes it work. He relayed it on his YouTube channel. at 0:30:40
“When the Red Bull was a bit of a lazy car at the beginning of ’22 it was very easy to drive leaning towards understeer. Understeer is a very boring way to drive a car because whatever you do with the brake pedal, at a certain point the car doesn’t rotate any more. A pointy car wants to rotate more than you want and what Max does very well is he can balance the car that is too pointy for everyone else because for them it starts sliding. Max can make that car perfectly smooth and make use of that extra rotation and he can cancel it with his inputs in the points where he doesn’t need it. … the last five-tenths is dancing a very thin line, balancing the car and stepping away from the textbook style of aggressive on the brakes, very smooth coming off, turning at the right time. That’s still there in the basics but it needs to be adjusted intermittently in millimetres to have a positive effect on the balance.”
Intuitively feeling that point where the rotation needs to be checked, with just the smallest inputs of brake and steering, allows outrageous speed to be taken in without the penalty of time-consuming slides. Watching Lawson desperately try to make sense of the Red Bull in Shanghai, he would take the speed in and turn, only to then find himself correcting big snaps of oversteer. That sensitivity to a demanding car just wasn’t in the same league. But put them in a less pointy car, Lawson would be much closer.
Red Bull has naturally followed Verstappen’s preferences in how it has developed its cars over the last few years. Just as Benetton did with Schumacher. But when Michael left and two good drivers – Gerhard Berger and Jean Alesi – tried the car, they could barely control it and each suffered several pre-season crashes.
Some say Lawson should be given more of a chance than just two races and certainly there’s merit in that. But conversely, perhaps the sooner he can get back in to a ‘normal’ car, the quicker he can begin recapturing the confidence which has surely been destroyed.

Thoughts on age of Imprisonment

Really long rant ahead:
These are me talking to my friend who very cassually plays zelda and knows generally the zelda lore and the older games

More thoughts:
Nooooooo i dont like thiss!!! I thought ppl were just speculation with a fourth wild era game but i thought it wouldnt happen, i REALLY DIIDNT WANT it to happen, im so tired of it. Nintendo is just milking it so painfully
This game has no character to it!
In botw, the great calamity was mentioned EVERYWHERE in the game, tied in at every moment, the world was affected and newly recovering from the great calamity, it was the biggest part of the game! The champions were super well fleshed out characters, their relationships with the new champions, as well as their relationships and impact on bith link and zelda were important, the game made you fall in love with the champion's characters, the champions ballad dlc made me cry. Each champion had a completely different and compelling personality and character development making you really care about them... the ancient sages in totk have no character to them at all. They are wise calm reagle people who apear in a single curscene each for like two mins. They have no personality, they all look the exact same with the same outfits which look boring, they have no connections to the characters apart for being the same races and the new sages, they all have basically the exact same script!! and we dont even know their names!!!
Totk's weakest point i think are the memories they were executed in the worst way possible that they felt completely detached to the actual game. The imprisoning war had no effect on the world, we learn nothing of it (the deapths and sky islands doesnt even connect to the story well, they are kinda just there "as a result of ganon" but it sucks! We know nothing of the imprisoning war! It happened IN ONE SINGLE MEMORY CUTSCENE AND THAT ALL WE GET OF IT
Botw had the great calamity so fleshed out, we knew so much of what happened down to akala citadel and the routes the champions took back to their divine beasts!
The themes of all the characters in botw are so good! The champio s had their entirely different styles and characteristics, totk has the same monotonous boring zonai rocks and patterns on everything its so boring
This is totk criticism but i never liked or cared abiut the zonai even in botw, it was cool seeing the ancient mystery civilisation, but thatw as all that the theorists were hyperfixationg like MAD on, like every channel and i couldnt care less. But totk came and cashed in on that and just made the zonai the most boring and least creative thing ever. All that mystery traded for meaningless who cares about them, no fleshed out, nothing. All we know is that they were the civilisation that founded hyrule but we dint actually know anything abiut them or their culture, the yiga who were new to botw had lore that tied in well with existing lore and tribes and had such fun personality, the bananas and ego, which the zonai completely lack anything. Also the style is completely different. The zonai ruins in botw have completely and utterly different architecture to the totk zonai that they may as well be different tribes, i dont like them, so playing them in aoi will be so boring cuz i dont care about them at all
We also dont know anything about the ganon's allies, they are all namelss gerudo warriors which is so boring. At least with astor, he was probably the person who provided the prophecy that we know so much about, at least the yiga were interesting characters, at leadt there were the corrupt divine beasts and blight ganons, there were so many interesting villians on that side. Totk/aoi will have what? Ganon... he doesnt even have any character or personality or goals other than main villian like that is so insanely boring, i dont have any motive to want to fight in the imprisoning war
And thats where i think the outlier between age of calamity being great and age of imprisonment going to be bad. AoC fed off of the knowledge, the adoration for the characters and things and lore we were given in botw, crafting it into a love letter of a game to botw, we were hyped to see the champions and to play as them, there was a reason to want to play it to see all these things we know of the lore play out before out eyes
Whearas AoI we know nothing about the imprisoning war. It had no effect on the world, we have barely 3 mins worth of lore on it, we have zero conection to it at all. The ancient sages dont have anything to them and we dont care about them, so why would we want to play as them? I bet they will all have the exact same fighting style as the champions in botw, and we've already seen the new sages and their fighting style in aoc. Sure it will be slightly different due to their sage powers but it wont be anything that special. There is no lore we will be excited to see unfolding in front of us, we have no emotions or connection to these events other than diconnected cutscenes that dont have any impact. Even raru and sonya are so painfully boring, just the kind and fair and powerful founders on hyrule who talk the same calm way as their sages, its so incredibly boring. The zonai have no culture, lore or personality thay is in any way interesting, and they will be so boring to play cuz every character will end up being a zonai character probably most likely. Also link wont be there, so they will have to find some arbitrary way for him to be here, maybe aoc link, which just does not work at all with the lore of totk that we know it just wont work!!
The roster im guessig will be: raru, sonia, zelda, ancient sages, new sages, link, terrako, ganon
If botw was meant to be courage, aoc meant to be power and totk meant to be wisdom, then what is aoi? The lil middle bit? The nothing?
Idk im sad about this game existing, it only exist so that nintendo can milk the crazy amounts of money botw and totk made. I miss when each zelda game was a passion project from the developer, even botw was that but then totk and aoi...
I was actively not wanting a new wild era game, the art style has now gotten so boring im so tired of it even if it is good, im tired of the grand scale game in the same hyrule for THE FOURTH TIME! Let me remind you, A ZELDA GAME HAS NEVER REVISITED THE SAME HYRULE BEFORE TIL THE WILD ERA
Even eow im tired of the style because its the same iversaturated artstyle and plastic toy look of every other nintendo game and series and it doesnt have that much if its own personality like every single zelda game does, it just reuses the links awakening style (which is really cute and fits la but not eow) and doesnt have its own identity like every zelda game does its so sad
Also we've been here for so long, botw released in 2017, was announced years before that, we've been mingling in this era for 8+ years meanwhile no hero has done that before! Oot and mm released one year apart then that hero was retired, the hero of legend had four games but didnt run anywhere this long even with oot and mm releasing in the middle of his games, im so tired of the wild era and i so so so want to move on
#also this is more a me thing but i dont like the warriors style of gameplay its just not as fun for me. but that isnt the fault of the game#whoa i didnt expect this long rant XD#i do a little ramble#loz#the legend of zelda#breath of the wild#botw#loz botw#loz breath of the wild#tears of the kingdom#totk#loz totk#loz tears of the kingdom#aoc#age of calamity#loz aoc#loz age of calamity#age of imprisonment#aoi#loz aoi#loz age of imprisonment#hyrule warriors#nintendo direct#switch 2#ocarina of time#majora's mask#link's awakening#echoes of wisdom#eow#raru

my design of towntrap (now changed to tomtrap), eak and cami for my fnafhs take! fhsc (five nights at freddy's high school channel! veeeeryyyy shortened)
design explanation and silly doodles under the cut!
the little motifs that links them together are, for all three of them, their eye make up! i noticed in the show both towntrap and eak have got a big eye make up thing going on; towntrap has that eyeshadow on the outer sides and eak has the ICONIC little dots in each corner but in the few times we see cami's eyes she just has the usual eyelashes all girl characters have. maybe the second bump renders her eye style more original but i decided to make it furtherly distinctive
my version has instead these lines that lowkey look like a clown's or jester's, that resemblance doesnt have any intention behind i just think it looks cool on her
secondly the motif that links only eak and cami together, which in my version were the first to know each other, is their school uniform ties
in these designs they dont wear their ties around their neck, just like how in the original neither eak nor towntrap wear them at all (towntrap does in the first season though, it's in the second one and onward where it dissappears). i decided to apply that little trait to cami as well, to make her feel just as connected to these two and to really make it clear they're a package deal. most importantly, they traded each other ties, so eak wears cami's around his wrist and cami wears eak's as a ponytail before the show's events (when she's more lively and less timid and less going through the horrors, as seen with the eyemake up doodle) and around her waist as a sort of belt afterwards.
of course towntrap doesnt have a tie in the show either, so tomtrap doesnt either. the character reason is because he likes to look more informal. him having his jacket tied around his waist was because 1. drawing jackets is hard and i think having it this way makes both drawing him and his silhouette more easy and redable. the lore reason though is that he got told my a teacher that he looked too much like another teacher wearing it (this is because towntrap's first appearences on the show had people thinking he was a teacher and like, who can blame them its true LMAO).
HOWEVER i couldn't get the red tie motif on his design, the color just didn't suit him. momentarily i tried having his sporty headband be red and be eak's tie (that way the tie rotation would be: cami has tom's, eak has cami's and tom has eak's) but i decided against it. instead it served to make eak and cami's seperate friendship become more accentuated, but i still wanted eak to have a motif with his best friends so realised something. his headband and the jacket he wears around his waist are green and gray, which are the colors of eak and cami's hair! of course not the same shade but thats unimportant. so that way he keeps his besties in his design :3
also i just wanted to mention eak's boots
in the og show his taste in footwear is absolutely terrible im sorry but like look at this man
absolutely disgusting
ok but now fr what are those shoes,, theyre too.. eyecatching
honestly i get it eddo like who cares about a character's shoes we barely even see the character fullbody anyway this is like the only scene where he's like that and we get to see that crime against humanity
i opted for some mexican style-ish boots with a simplified pattern that i think looks pleasant to the eyes with those two brown tones. used the darker one to color his belt too, so i can reuse colors and give the design an unified look. lowkey based on these bad boys
silly doodle stuff! mspaint is awesome the masses were right its so easy to just doodle your woes away
i may have a bit of favoritism my way,, this is tom, nicknamed tomtrap, if you call him tomás he gets so scared he starts writing his will
yeahh,, not inmune to the gayness... theyre kind of oblivious to it in the show as in we're just very good friends that are very comfortable in our masculinity and i've just never felt the need to question my sexuality so why start now
cami facepalms internally
twitter ship dynamic!
i'll never forget eak's skill with a rope in the camp arc LMAO
as i said
character trivia time!
i think tomtrap has a very serious resting face
he's having an awesome time i promise this is just how he looks when he's not reacting to anything or he's just deep in thought
however it unsettles others a bit and he feels so bad about it and tries to always be smiley but it's a big effort and makes him unable to concentrate much
(also yeah that's bonbon/usagi! she shouldn't be in tom's class LMAO but i wanted to practice her design. im a spaniard so sadly the only education system i know well enough to trust myself putting in a story is spain's (although with a few artistic liberties for plot's sake) :pensive: eak, cami and tom are both bachilleres in their second year (so they're 17 years old, although tom was born earlier, he's 18 when the show happens) and bonbon and most of the rest of the cast is on the fourth grade of ESO, which would be the last year of highschool, bachillerato is like highschool 2, so they're around the 15-17 age range)
eak and cami have known him for so long they know that its just how he looks when relaxed. they reassure him about it, how it's everyone else's problem not his. they appreciate whenever they see tom like that, since it means he's comfortable
ak out!
#fnafhs#fhsc#fnafhs towntrap#fnafhs eak#fnafhs cami#instead of seasonal depression i get seasonal fnafhs re-obsession and get the unstoppable urge of expressing#how i would do fnafhs if it had been me way way back in 2016

week of june 30th, 2024
these are written predominantly for the *rising* signs but they are also intuitively "channeled" enough that they should work for any dominant energy you have! (try your sun if you don't know rising, or more advanced readers can try moon, anywhere you have a stellium, etc and see what works best for you!)
aries: this week presents one of the most powerful possible times to change habits, thought patterns, trauma responses, or ancestral wounds. it would be a shame to let that go to waste. whatever comes up, be willing to work with it.
taurus: making a physical, pen-and-paper list of your goals and intentions is a good idea this week. grounding them in physical reality this way helps them materialize. local volunteering can also be very auspicious. it doesn't have to be organized or official, just picking up some loose trash or holding the door for people in sincere willingness to help is beneficial to you, too.
gemini: finding that someone has the wrong idea about you is usually jarring enough. in this case it's likely to be quite public; maybe a whole group of people you know or an entire demographic you relate to feels this way. it doesn't mean they're right. it's just information to process as you see fit.
cancerians: the yearly new moon in your sign has arrived. it is a sort of rebirth for you, at least if you want to be. you can hold on with your little crab claws to what you need to keep while the tide washes in and out with whatever you need to let it take away.
leo: although the new moon might have an almost tearful quality for you, the arrival of mercury in your sign this week will be refreshing. people are drawn to your words, written or spoken, and any trade you participate in. do a little gentle shadow work if you get the chance.
virgo: when neptune goes retrograde this week it may look like a snafu in your partnerships, but you'll need to trust that it's in your highest good even if you can't clearly see how. another ceres opposition can bring help from a friend or acquaintance. you might even start to see them as something more than that.
libra: this is a great time for anti-aging measures, or, preferably, graceful aging. you can't actually turn back time but you can live through it healthfully. saturn and venus conspire positively to keep you timeless, if you wish.
scorpio: neptune stations in pisces. combined with all the recent cancerian activity, this is a watery time and a powerful one for you. you may find yourself in some sort of slightly socially unacceptable or not-quite-recommended affair of the heart. guilt and shame are not the way to treat yourself about it, but always be sure to live with integrity and honesty as you go about whatever it is.
sagittarius: some echoes of the last month or two may recur this week. if you find yourself retracing your footsteps, know that you can take a different path if you want, or go on the same one and correct any mistakes or misconceptions from back then.
capricorn: your week features a big relationship/commitment new moon. it can be good to renew a vow, or make a new one. to a person, or to a purpose. it can also be a great time to start an entrepreneurial collaboration.
aquarius: this week - and maybe next too - try not to spend money or resources beyond what is strictly necessary. and when you must, try to do so wisely. in fact, opening up a spreadsheet and re-doing your whole budget is pretty auspicious with the new moon.
pisces: the new moon in cancer may bring you a new love or romance (or hobby. or some big time fertility.) but the station of neptune so close to the very end of your sign can come along with some deceit, confusion, or delusion. it's ok to do delulu, to some extent at least! if you manifest get to work on that now. but don't let it lead to anyone mistreating you.

Grown up Spot siblings!! These three are the siblings of my OC Spotfur that you can find on my page and on my YouTube channel. This is a “what-if” since all three died as kits being drowned by their mother. So now I’m going to nerd out slightly about design choices!
Applekit- (the red spotted she-cat) grown up she would have taken on the role of medicine cat within her clan due to her interest of it as a kit and general caring nature. Like all her siblings she’s a light spirited and sarcastic cat but the least out of the siblings. She likes to poke light fun at her returning patients for little scuffs like broken claws and scratches to lighten the mood of the medicine den, but never goes too overboard. She resembles her grandmother Heathercloud a lot pattern and coloration wise, and if she lived would have most likely grown up close to her much like Spotfur did. I really like the coloration of belted Galloway cows ever since I read this book as a kid about them and since then they always seem to worm their way into my designs now so you’ll notice how that’s worked in to Applekits design. I think she’d stay the fluffiest out of all her siblings and she would most likely take pride in keeping her fur soft to comfort her patients and kits she looks after. If she lived she would have prioritized community and hospitality both in clan and out, even if accidentally neglecting the clan codes or her starclan duties, most likely letting that role depend on whichever of her siblings would have received the “gift” of speaking with starclan. I think her medicine cat name would have been something like Appleswift, Applecurl, or Applebreeze
Thriftkit- (tan Tom cat) unlike the rest of his siblings Thriftkit has a very lion like look to him, coming from the genes of a past relative he holds himself most elegant. This is mainly due to the confidence that came easy to him since he resembles his father nearly identically aside from build. His father’s reputation as the last gift holder before Thriftkit and his siblings meant he had strong support, and therefore a good group of warriors to rely on. If he lived, Thriftkit would have made a strong windclan warrior, loving the feeling of the wind through his fur on patrols and battling out to protect his clan mates. Surely ending up in his sisters medicine den a few to many times. He too would keep that family sarcasm most likely using it when a hunt went wrong or something within his siblings happened. He surely, as a returning patient to Applekit, trade gibes with her constantly. He would be deputy material but I don’t think he’d ever receive the title, instead just living out his life as a well respected warrior. In charge of leading hunting and territory patrols as well as helping out with planning battles. If he received a warrior name I think it would be Thriftheart, Thriftstrike, or Thriftleap
Rabbitkit- (cream with dark spots Tom cat) finally Rabbitkit. If Rabbitkit lived his life would have been slightly harder than his siblings, born the runt of the litter he didn’t get quite as big as his siblings and would have most likely stayed thin and a bit ragged furred. Luckily for him, lithe is the windclan brand and his mother and siblings size and fur length are a bit of an outlier within the clan. If Rabbitkit lived he would have become a tunneler, he feels safe in the quiet caverns of the tunnel system and most likely would have liked to explore all avenues and passages that could lead to the borders of the other clans and windclan territories. In a perfect world, he and his sister Spotfur might have snuck off to cool off in the tunnels and hang out with one another. Spotfur escaping the voices of the “gift” and Rabbitkit enjoying time with his fellow company-averse sibling. Both enjoy the quiet that their other two siblings don’t quite as much. Rabbitkit however would have made a great clanmate and would have cared for windclan deeply, most likely very patriotic at gatherings stirring the pot only slightly. Rabbitkit would have with out a doubt grown to be the most sarcastic and humorous of his siblings (think old longtail and jayfeather) and would love nothing more than the tease warrior apprentices if they try to make fun of tunnelers. A vibrant character who peak as an elder most definitely. Then of which I’m certain he’d spend nearly all his time entertaining kits and making up fake stories about giant rats that lived in the tunnels and that’s “exactly how I got the scar on my stomach!”(it was in fact not, and was from an old battle that ended up with him at the wrong end of a Shadowclan warrior). If he received a warrior name I think it would be Rabbitgaze, Rabbitflight, or Rabbitnose
And, most notably, I think if the three siblings lived it would have made Spotfurs life much easier. She would have stayed most likely content with her life as a windclan warrior and have the support of her siblings to help her through her attacks of possession with starclan. She could have relied on them to help her when their mother got power hungry and she would have had cats to turn to to build relationships with. Instead, she grew up alone with a clan that isolated her in idolization. Where her mother only really saw her as a tool for control, and she felt disconnected to the entire clan system.

Armchair Psychology Anon here (not a real Psych just seeing patterns)
I uh... hmm.
So Lilith/Eve is the true villian, wanting to destroy the relationship of Charlie and Lucifer?
Of course it is. (If true).
And her liking these tweets of Luci x Lilith lately makes a whole lot more sense. The fans are most likely not going to take this well if this leak is true. Also, it makes sense that her trading card crops out her face, gives her no last name, and makes her look sinister as hell. She also still has not yet had her VA revealed and no real good look at her.
I just... it's interesting as well that Alastor is secretly sent to protect Charlie. (Male character, too, of course. And seeing someone say he's also a father figure now makes sense as well.) I always liked the idea that he was secretly going to turn on the Hotel and Charlie (or just leaves) and be an obvious hidden antagonist. And it's interesting that Charlie DOES end up forgiving her. Viv mentioned spending time with her mom over the holiday, so it's clear that perhaps that they do have some sort of civil relationship at the very least.
And of course, the Root of Evil is a woman.
Chai, I say this as nicely as possible, especially after carefully analyzing and seeing the complaints of HB as a whole, and that recent interview with Brandon asking about how women are written, and about Ghostfuckers (whilst also knowing about the leaks of it). Also likes silly tweets about being depressed, and most of her main cast of Helluva consists of depressed characters. Especially Stolas (who is also rich, and Vuv defends like crazy (He's her self insert/her father rolled into one character). That one is not too hard to see. Most people are depressed these days (myself included).
Vivienne needs therapy.
She needs it if she hasn't already been getting it.
I understand that writing out trauma is therapeutic. I have author friends who do it. I do it myself. But I also see my own therapist every week.
She clearly hates women. She loves her own father and incorporates loving father/daughter relationships into her own work and clearly does not let anything get in the way of that.
That's why the main character is allowed to be woman. Because it's Viv and the relationship with her own father. Charlie is also bi... which Viv is apparently too.
Something else I've noticed is older bad dads.
Which is ironic because God punishes Lucifer (his son) and Luci wants to be good for Charlie.
I think it's quite possible that maybe her grandfather was not as kind to her father, as her father is to her. See Crimson to Moxxie (it can be assumed Moxxie wants children and would be a loving father). See Paimon to Stolas, and Cash to Blitzo.
But then, going down the line of the newer fathers being better to their daughters. Stolas tries with Octavia (doesn't try very well), Blitz REALLY tries with Loona, Millie's dad seems to have a healthy relationship with her. Perhaps her father has shared with her that his relationship with his dad wasn't great and that he wanted to be a better father to her and her sisters. And whatever her mother did to her/her father...yikes.
Her latest IG post also does mention being depressed about "plans changing" and that food from her dad helps.
I just... wow. Viv can be so easily read. She really doesn't leave anything hidden. And she can't stop herself from writing out her truth.
And that's not going to go over with the fans or public at all, I'm sure of it.
It is also interesting to have a male voicing Katie Killjoy. Hmm. Not that I have a problem with men voicing women, but when it comes to Viv... I don't have a good feeling about it. I've also noticed Brandon seeming a bit miserable in his IG posts and his HH ones don't seem very excited either.
I think his declining views on his own channel other than the 2 HB ones say a lot. Especially when he's clearly trying to placate Viv by saying he's "one of the worst writers of HB".
Chai... oof. I don't know what else to say. We'll just see what comes next.
Thank you for all of this, Armchair Psychology Anon. Your writeups are always fascinating to read, in a haunting sort of way.
I don't know what's going on in Viv's personal life and family history, but all this is pointing to something that demands a really good therapist. Viv being an awful person doesn't negate that.

Interview With a Writer
It is that blessed time when the wonderful and talented Miss Maggie, @inthedayswhenlandswerefew, gives us some behind-the-scenes insight to her latest brilliant narration. [Feel free to check out the Spotify playlist of all the songs mentioned and let me know if I forgot one!]
Here is masterlist to my Interview With a Writer series and the other talented individuals who allow me to continue this self-indulgent series! 💜 Picture(s) source.
Name: inthedayswhenlandswerefew
Story: 1968
Paring: modern Aemond Targaryen x female!reader, modern Aegon Targaryen x female!reader
Warnings: 18+ mature themes. Be mindful of chapter warnings.
Where did the idea for 1968 come from?
I am a high school social studies teacher by trade, and my absolute favorite class to teach is American History. The 1960s and 70s were actually one of my weak spots when I got my first teaching job back in 2020, so I ended up researching a lot about that period of time and got absolutely obsessed with it. In my American History class, I spend a whole lesson on JUST 1968, because so many important events happened in that year that are emblematic of broader trends and tensions.
One day I was re-reading one of my favorite books, The Other Mrs. Kennedy by Jerry Oppenheimer, which is specifically about Bobby Kennedy’s wife Ethel, but also gives a lot of insight into the Kennedy family generally and what it was like to live through that era. The idea of using this setting as a fic AU occurred to me, and I ruminated on it for a few weeks while finishing up Napoleonville.
Eventually, I had a revelation of the ending of 1968 (true to my usual pattern), and then knew I’d have to write the fic! I was actually really worried about all the political and historical details being too boring and/or confusing (especially for non-U.S. readers), so I was relieved that so many people gave it a chance. 🥰
Honestly, it was brilliant with the similarities to the Kennedys and Targaryens in the story. Were there any historical cameos in 1968 that you enjoyed channeling? Or perhaps struggled with?
I find LBJ super fascinating, and I feel that because of the Vietnam War he really doesn’t get a fair assessment when people look back on his presidency. His work for civil rights and the Great Society (SNAP, Medicaid, Head Start, Job Corps, PBS, etc.) was truly revolutionary, and as someone who grew up in poverty and benefitted from a lot of those programs, I don’t think LBJ’s contributions get the recognition and praise they deserve. I perceive him as a haunted sort of figure, and I really enjoyed his cameos. (To be clear, he was also super problematic and bizarre personally, and I don’t mean to excuse any of that 😂).
As for someone who was difficult to write about…honestly, the George Wallace research I did was super depressing, so while he was necessary to include, I didn’t really enjoy working on those parts!
Was there anything in specific that inspired your Reader portrayal?
Io is a bit of a composite sketch. Ethel Kennedy was known as doggedly committed to her husband’s career above all else (despite eventually being the mother of 11 children!!), and I think that inspired Io’s single-minded determination to help Aemond win the election in the first few chapters. Ethel was traditional in the sense that her husband was the center of her world and made all the important decisions, as was expected of women of her social class in that time period. But Io is also a manifestation of the counterculture of the late-60s. She is young, educated, genuinely progressive politically, and likes to party. She tries to reconcile the expectations of her family/time period and her actual personality by intentionally choosing a husband with whom she can have an equal partnership making the world a better place. And…we all know how that worked out.
[Photo Ethel and Bobby Kennedy, m. 1950]
Can you explain your interpretation of Aegon? How does he compare and contrast to Aemond? What drives them? Why are they the way that they are?
In 1968, Aegon is 40 years old, and so his role in the Targaryen political dynasty is very well-established: once his family realized he couldn’t be weaponized for their purposes, he was largely disposed of, and lives this aimless, uninspired, self-loathing sort of existence. He does have some genuine love for his family—missing Daeron and feeling guilt over him being sent to Vietnam, a vague sort of fondness for Mimi and the kids, distress when Aemond is shot in Palm Beach, an apology of sorts to Alicent by performing “Mama Tried” at her birthday party—but Aegon exists on the periphery, and he knows this, and while he doesn’t want to be a politician the rejection still stings.
At first, he perceives Io as yet another person who makes him feel inadequate and unloved; and in fairness, she is cruel to him, in fact more so than Aegon is to Io in return. It is noteworthy that in Chapter 1, she viciously criticizes Aegon in front of everyone in the waiting room (“if someone had to get killed tonight it should have been you”), but he doesn’t return fire until they are alone (the infamous cow comment), and even then he seems to regret it immediately.
Aegon, fundamentally, is more sad than mean. When in Chapters 2 and 3 Io abruptly reveals herself to be someone who is vulnerable, wounded, abandoned, and kind of a hippie lowkey, Aegon begins to perceive her differently, and she becomes an opportunity for him to be truly understood, protected, and loved for the first time in his life.
I think we would all describe Aemond as ambitious and ruthless, determined to prove that he is the best to compensate for deep, lifelong insecurities. He is a progressive politically because he sees a path to build a winning coalition, and perhaps in small part because of the whole Greeks-being-despised immigrants thing. But in 1968 there is a sense that you never fully understand who he is as a person. This is intentional! 1968 is Io’s story, and she never gets to see the whole Aemond. She sees parts of the picture, but never the full image. As awful as he is to Io, there is also a side of Aemond that truly (even if in an…unorthodox way 😂) loves Alys and their child, and there are clues that Alys understands him like no one else can (that Ouija board message… 👀). He’s by no means a good guy, but he is multifaceted. I think the stress of the presidency, and his long separation from Alys, ends up softening Aemond a bit, hence him defending Io’s reputation and ultimately letting her go.
Did anything inspire your other OCs? Specifically "The Ones Who Married In" club?
I didn’t sit down and plan what sorts of characters would be in the “The Ones Who Married In” club. I was possessed by these random visions of them: a perpetually drunk Mimi, a perhaps not too bright but very sweet Fosco, and Malibu Barbie but make her Polish Ludwika, and I was thinking: “These people are ridiculous, this will never work!” But then when I thought about it more, I realized that Mimi, Fosco, Ludwika, and Io all serve strategic roles to help advance Aemond’s career, and so it would make sense that Otto and Aemond cobbled them together and shoved them into the family portraits. I ended up really loving them, but they weren’t a big part of my original outline for 1968. 🙂
How would Io rate them based on her friendship with each of them?
Fosco is definitely #1; they connect on an emotional level that is deep but also largely unspoken. Ludwika is a close #2; she’s Io’s shopping buddy but also witty, supportive, and very feminist in her own way. And then Mimi is a distant #3. Io pities Mimi and feels loyalty to her as a fellow Targaryen, and goes out of her way to try to protect Mimi from her own self-destructive tendencies. But Io, as a collected and self-reliant person, also has difficulty understanding and dealing with someone as messy as Mimi. And of course, once Io realizes she is super into Aegon, that creates some one-sided resentment of Mimi!
Do you have a feeling of what happened after chapter 12? What is the ending you vaguely see with Aegon and Io? What about Aemond and Alys?
Where I end a fic is really the last clear image I see of the characters, so I sadly don’t have a lot of specifics to offer. What I do feel is that Io and Aegon have children of their own (like, several children, maybe even 5+ children) and Aegon is present for their early years in a way he wasn’t able to be for his kids with Mimi. Io is a stepmom to Aegon’s OG kids and has a good relationship with them, but she’s only really close with Cosmo.
I also sense that Aemond has basically no contact with Io or Aegon, which makes sense considering his abuse of Io and the lifelong fury Aegon would therefore have towards him. Aemond is happy with Alys and their son (as happy as someone like him is capable of being); he does the ex-president thing and settles into a largely ceremonial role and advises Democratic politicians, although he is not very friendly with President Reagan.
And then my wild theory is that a Daeron/John McCain ticket ends up winning the 2000 election and the War On Terror plays out completely differently!
And finally... 1968 seemed to pour from you like a fever dream. Does this mean something else might be coming to continue the Maggie's Suffering Sunday tradition?
1968 did seem to fly by, despite it being a longer fic at 12 chapters! I do have something planned for this Sunday... 😉 All I can say for now is that it is very weird, totally unexpected, and tonally a mashup of Comet Donati and When The World Is Crashing Down.
Does that seem impossible?? Think again 😏 I will be reblogging hints until Sunday! I hope you enjoy this new journey 🥰🐍

Overwhelming presence
Monitoring space is a complicated task due to the literal cosmic scale of the undertaking. However, security is paramount, all species learn this in their own histories, thus technology and methods to effectively keep track of most relevant objects in space has been thoroughly developed.
The (relatively) simplest and most commonly used is the Quantum Web - a series of micro-satellites dotted around a star system, each maintain a large field of quantum-entangled particles and relay any changes within it in real time to all associated monitoring stations. The primary method is by detecting changes in energy levels, as simple physical displacement often clutters the feed with random asteroids and debris, or other objects of non-sapient origin.
As the United Federation and the Galactic Coalition are in a bit of a... tense stage in their relationship at the moment, the bordering Neutral Zone is heavily monitored by Federation agents, especially all systems close to where they have deployed their Battle Moon.
One day, a Federation monitor was returning from a short break to notice something off about the readout. There were many big bright white dots moving quickly within the Neutral Zone. They had never seen anything like that before. Normally all readings are color coded based on known ship or station designs and typical power outputs throughout said vessel.
The flow of energy throughout a vessel is sort of a fingerprint in a way. If you zoom in on the readout, and if the Quantum Web field is saturated enough, you can sometimes make out individual power generators and consumers.
This was something else. Going closer just made the whole projection go white, as if the thing was hundreds of kilometers in every direction, but that couldn't be. First, even the Battle Moon doesn't produce an image like that and it is literally a 340km large moon. And second, these dots - spheres more accurately - seem to overlap constantly. Logically, this must be an error of some kind.
What was not logical is when those bright lights came up to relative physical viewing distance of the hidden monitoring station. Letting curiosity get the better of them, the Federation agent pointed a telescope where this "error" should be.
There was nothing there. Just an error then. Feeling relieved even though they didn't think they were nervous to begin with, they set about filing a report on the situation and requesting maintenance support. As they were about to finalize all necessary paperwork, an open channel hail pinged them.
"Hey there, is anyone out here? We, uhh, messed up and wiped our navcom, so we're kinda lost here. Could someone please send over a copy of the local system chart? We'd be real grateful if you also didn't tell our parents about this, okay? Like, we can trade for something, like Mick's fancy guitar" "Hey!" "What? You don't play, your dad just gave it to you cuz you randomly said you wanted one while high."
Taking a quick glance at the projector and comm-observer, the agent stopped. The messages were coming from those bright lights. Rushing back to the telescope, they quickly zeroed in on their location and found three small apparently custom built space craft of unknown design.
As the trio of ships kept sending out random conversations among the clearly young civilians on board, the agent maintained total silence. Not long after, a Coalition military scout craft appeared on the projector in the expected yellow energy pattern, confirming that the Quantum Web was functioning without fault.
Throughout the ensuing conversation and reprimand, they learned that the three ships belonged to Humans, a species very recently integrated into the Coalition. Little investigation had been done on them so far, mainly as they are quite far away and only reside within a single system.
So the question stands - what kind of energy signature would produce such a massive bright light? it couldn't be a ruse. You can't "trick" a quantum-entangled particle. Maybe... There are ancient anecdotes of true fusion reactors - miniature stars - but no, nobody utilizes that, it's far too dangerous and difficult just to contain let alone exploit.
No one in their right mind would use literal stars right next to them. Right?

House/structure concepts. The human characters I’m developing come from a lineage of marsh and delta-dwelling peoples that have a thriving ceramics culture due to the naturally abundant clays carried by the river and deposited on its shores. Settlements appear on scattered hilltops along the borders of the delta and the plains, which rise above the highest seasonal flooding. Temporary structures on floating platforms are common further into the delta floodplain during summer food-gathering expeditions.
Permanent homes and buildings are made from a cob-like clay and fiber mixture, often with wooden supports; young saplings are preferred due to their flexibility and can conform to the desired circular shapes. In resource-rich areas, some structures can be “fired” by filling the chambers with wood and charcoal and burning for days, partially or wholly vitrifying the thin walls. Most towns have a large central kiln; ceramics are a major trade export.
Their architecture takes on rounded shapes due to an ancient association of thrown bowl forms with the hearth and womb, though that history is not necessarily relevant or common knowledge to everyday people. Circular and spiral motifs recur in design and architectural planning due to wider cultural and religious understanding of The Spiral as the guiding force of magic and the rhythms of existence. The arrangement of cosmic bodies is conceived of as an overlapping spiral pattern, the intersections of which have tangible effects on magic-users’ ability to channel The Spiral’s cosmic power. It is said that dragons’ ichor contains fine particles of starstuff which reverberates with cosmic energy and increases their power and connection to The Spiral beyond what any human could achieve.

Through the silence, the making continued
It's been probably three(ish) months since my last update on my projects.

I finished the DK version of the Timepiece Cardigan, although it is not as oversized as my unspun version. I'm going to see if I can organise a trade with my mum. If not, that just means an opportunity for yet another cardigan project. I used Pirate Purl Scuttlebutt, which is a low mileage woollen spun yarn.

I am up to sleeve separation on The Twigs, which is exciting. Despite some longer chart repetitions, it has started to grow on me. I don't have an internal timeline on this piece, which has allowed me to enjoy the process and gently maintain consistency.

My Iris sweater is on its second chart repeat for the body. The size i am making is meant to have two full chart repeats, but I will see how it looks after I steam block it at that point. This i haven't reached for as often as I otherwise would because up until recently, I was tracking the chart on my phone. I was also juggling the several balls in a project case that was being shared. This is genuinely an engaging pattern to knit. The chart repetitions aren't too long, and you aren't working with more than two colours at once.
Cast ons
I cast on three new projects in the past month.

The Berlin scarf, which I'm making with Rowan Tweedy Haze. Inspired entirely by a beautiful ACNE studio scarf, I decided to make a neutral version first for everyday use. I am also thinking this pattern will be great for handspun and unspun yarn. I am excited to end up with lots of beautiful cosy stylish scarves to use and gift. This uses 5 balls, and I'm on ball 3
The Stockholm Sweater.

It would have been at least four years since I acquired some destash yarn in this warm caramel/burnt sugar tone. When I'd tidy my studio, I would see it and remind myself I needed to give it a new home or actually use it. This month, I cast on to swatch and ended up casting on with reckless abandon entirely. It's giving luxury knitwear vibes, and I am here for it.
The Hadley Sweater

The newest cast on was due to a recent destash acquisition in the most perfect green unspun. I have been coveting this green for so long, and when it was offered to me, I could only say yes.
I felt and squeezed and smelt the beautiful wool and could sense it needed to become a cozy yet polished item. This is how I landed on the Hadley from Sandnes Garn. This is a drop shoulder, boxy, and cropped sweater with a split hem, which is going to allow an easy casual to office switch - with the right styling. It is intended for a 16 stitch gauge. Mine is knitting up at 13/14 stitches per 10cm. I'm not too worried about this because it's intended to be really oversized. I will keep an eye on its sizing as I go, and once I can try it on for fit, it'll be easier to adjust things like the sleeve and hem. I'm making the medium size with an ease of around 40cm for me. The finished garment bust circumference ought to be ~130cm. I have a bust of 95cm, so we know it's going to be big and cosy.
Sewing

In terms of sewing. I've made a cosy loungewear set from a beautiful fabric i acquired years ago. These are the Avalon Pants by Tessuti and the Astoria sweater. It was sitting in the cupboard waiting to be seen and sewn. It's given me the inspiration to invest time into that skill, too. I have a trouser pattern as well as a button-up shirt pattern I'd like to toille.
Again, inspired by some luxury RTW items, I searched my pattern library and found the perfect trouser pattern to channel the style. Specifically, ACNE (again, i know) had released some nice wide leg trousers that were tailored at the front but had an elasticated waistband at the back. They looked polished and comfortable. I'm one always happy to invest in good pieces, and this was on sale. Unfortunately, I waited too many days to decide, and a cart goblin stole it from my checkout. So here we are.
I've also been promising to make my partner a shirt for work, this is a promise that's probably extended across 5 years of eventuating, and so I have finally cut out the fabric to trial the construction and fit. I have a tailoring book that helps resolve fit issues, so let's hope that once i do put it together, I learnt and it turns out.

channeled message: 12/15/24:
I have a message for you, I spoke briefly some time ago advising people of African American descent as well as other groups of people of color to turn back to their ancestral roots and spiritual practice and traditions through study and through searching for your lineage and where that takes you spiritually. Many people of color (I am speaking especially to black women those of which are African American or African) do not realize that their suffering in this world stems from the disconnection of their ancestral traditions and their spiritual duty and service. A time is upon us, the ending of a cycle or a great ending comes every 1,000 or in some cases every 6,000 years. Today we're sitting in the age of Aquarius which represents themes like innovation, technology, progress forward, humanitarianism, community, freedom and rebellion, and spiritual awakening and consciousness shifts.
Before I get any further into that, I want to speak briefly about something that has called upon my attention through my studies, the people of (Kemet) Egypt, Nubia, Lybia or Libya, Syria, Pelasheth (or actually Palestine), as well as African/African American People(s), are of direct lineage to the original first prophets, priestesses, and priests of the Oannes. I say this because we are witnessing a repetition of a historical tale our people(s) have seen before on various occasions, I said once or many times that the oppressor has a pattern of behavior that has worked for ages, and as of right now is being broadcasted across the world as we are in a time in which lies no longer spread faster than the truth. It's important to acknowledge that the Syrians, the Palestinians, the Egyptians, and people of the African Diaspora (both African American and African) continue to face issues created by the Western world due to resources. The Middle East and Africa is still quite prosperous hence why we see America and Israel over there now attempting to irradicate and exploit the people who live there and their land. If you know anything about the Bible or the Old Testament, you know already that the Philistines or the Palestinians clash with the Israelites over fertile lands and strategic trade routes.
Stay with me now, because this going to sound insane, but I believe that the Palestinians and the exploitation and horrific acts committed against them marks this moment in history where we become increasingly and undeniably aware of the the cruelty and intentions of the Western world, it's leaders, and it's politicians. I believe this because our God; The Divine Mother (whom due to spiritual ignorance we believe to be male), sent over the first prophetesses/priestesses on the Argos (Ark) after the Great Flood with "Noah". In the Chaldean/Babylonian account of the story our God is considered to be Goddess Aruru-Ishtar/Ishtar (who is often associated with the Goddess Inanna) Ishtar is angered at the rebellion and betrayal of her people (I know you've heard this story before) and so she floods "the world" or the world as her people know it. And on the seventh day she "sent forth a dove(s)" (which would depict the first prophetesses) to test for dry land and one of the doves was said to have returned carrying an olive branch for the Goddess Minerva (who is the patron of civilization) the olive branch/the olive tree, as we know, is a stable symbol for the Palestinians representing their resistance, the olive branch represents peace, reconciliation, and hope. And the Dove returning with the olive branch from my understanding represents the harmony of intellect and spiritual renewal after chaos.
I believe that we are entering a time, divinely orchestrated to restore us from spiritual poverty and set forth transformation as we move away from the 1000's of years now spent indoctrinated by ignorance and oppressed by the enemy. This story is as old as time, I believe that our time has come to return to tradition and further will ourselves forward in the direction of change. I once told my father before that the "god" of the elitist, the politicians and world leaders on this plane of existence and reality as we know it is not our God. Their "god" a figure not born out of faith, spirituality or a divine right to do right by the people is the deity of those whose intention was and IS still power, influence, colonization, the eradication of Gods real people, and exploitation that has aided in the indoctrination of many, spiritual ignorance, and horrific wars and violence. The ability and power to suppress people, conceal and get rid of Deities, prophecies, and people who have the divine power to not only expose the weakness and ultimate coming downfall of a Nation but destroy it entirely has always been the goal.
These are the same people who accused King Solomon the alleged King of Israel of marrying "many other women" outside of those he was encouraged and allowed to marry who came from the same polytheistic religions and cultures he came from (that we came from before the taking over of monotheism!!) due to the belief that "foreign" influences could lead the Israelites away from "Yahweh" and otherwise lead to the religious corruption and the fall of Israel. if that's not a enough to make you get the f*ck asap I don't know what will!!!!!
It also back up my claims that this message is a calling to people of color everywhere, in my studies and in my observation of other countries who do not believe in the western fallacy of "race", There was no such thing in our world long ago before the corruption of colonization. "Race" is a western-man-made idea in order to draw a distinction between white individuals and those of outside ethnic groups. In the concept of "race" white is the standard if you fall outside of that you are the minority. In our world before, it is important to recognize that members of a different origin, group, or complexion were designated as such to identify the path of deity they descend from.
if you need to hear anything else, let us look at the Pledge of Allegiance for America:
"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God (singular), indivisible (which means "incapable of being divided or separated") (division is aiding in the fall of America), with liberty and justice for all."
The Declaration of Israel essentially has a similar theme, I believe that American politicians, who are predominantly right leaning believe in the mixing of "god" and state. Polytheism and the awakening of people of color and movement towards ancestral and cultural practices (even just on the surface of acknowledging that our God is not Male) will further aid in the division of the nation. As mentioned, people of color (in whatever ways we separate them) have historical and ethnic ties to cultures and spiritual practices they once drew great power and guidance from.
(In my, what appears to be delusion or spiritual psychosis) I believe that the message I am sharing with you all was given to me to share for a reason.
As a Erythraean prophetess once said in 2802 B.C. ; "They will say that the Sibyl is mad, and deceitful, but when all things shall come to pass, then ye will remember me; and no one will any longer say that I, the prophetess of the great Goddess am mad."

Crypto Theft Nightmare: How Astraweb Recovered $150,000 Lost to Hackers
When David Robinson., a 58-year-old retired software consultant from Denver, Colorado, transferred his entire retirement savings $150,000 into a cryptocurrency portfolio, he believed he was securing his financial future. Instead, he walked into a digital minefield. In a single night, everything he had worked for was stolen by anonymous hackers. It was the kind of nightmare many investors fear but few believe could happen to them.
“I thought I had done everything right,” David said. “I had cold storage, I used two-factor authentication, and I only traded on what were considered reputable exchanges. But somehow, someone got in.”
The breach wasn’t just technical it was deeply personal. Decades of disciplined saving, investing, and planning had been wiped away with a few keystrokes. And in the opaque world of blockchain anonymity, there seemed to be little recourse.
A New Kind of Crime, an Old System Ill-Equipped David’s case is not isolated. According to recent figures from the Federal Trade Commission, over $1.4 billion in cryptocurrency was reported stolen in the U.S. last year alone. What’s more chilling is the vast majority of these crimes go unresolved. Law enforcement agencies, though increasingly aware of crypto fraud, are often hampered by jurisdictional boundaries, limited training in blockchain forensics, and the sheer complexity of digital asset recovery.
David contacted local police, the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), and even attempted to escalate the issue through the exchange’s customer service channels. All efforts ended in frustration. “Everyone was sympathetic,” he recalled, “but no one could help. They didn’t have the tools. I felt like I was shouting into the void.”
That void, however, was about to echo back.
Astraweb: The Digital Recovery Force Behind the ScenesWith few options left, David turned to a name he had seen mentioned in niche online forums and cybersecurity discussion threads: Astraweb. A private digital asset recovery agency, Astraweb has earned a quiet but powerful reputation for solving complex crypto theft cases especially those deemed too advanced or impossible by other channels.David sent a tentative email to [email protected], not expecting much. Within 12 hours, he received a reply. “From the first message,” he says, “I could tell they were different. They didn’t just want transaction IDs. They asked smart, precise questions. They were calm, confident, and, most importantly, they listened.”Astraweb’s team began work immediately.Digital Surveillance Meets Blockchain ForensicsWhile the average consumer may understand Bitcoin or Ethereum as abstract tokens, Astraweb views the blockchain as a massive, living map of transactions. Every move a stolen coin makes leaves a trace however faint.
Using a proprietary method called wallet triangulation, Astraweb identified the exit points the thief had used to shuffle and launder the funds. These techniques involve advanced blockchain analytics, surveillance of darknet exchange patterns, and metadata correlation to monitor crypto mixers and swap protocols often used to obscure fund movements.
According to sources familiar with Astraweb’s methods, their teams blend cybersecurity expertise with behavioral analytics to predict a thief’s next move. “It’s part code, part cat-and-mouse,” one expert commented. “But when you understand the flow of crypto like a language, the signals start to emerge.”
In David’s case, Astraweb tracked the funds as they moved through a network of wallets, some automated, others human-controlled, eventually leading to a decentralized exchange platform that allowed partial recovery. In collaboration with international legal intermediaries and with careful timing, Astraweb executed a legal intercept of the funds as they entered a liquidity pool.
The Outcome: Full Recovery, Real Relief Just 48 hours after their initial contact, Astraweb notified David that the entire $150,000 had been recovered and would be transferred back to his newly secured wallet.
