Realizaremos los plios de siempre, haciendo enfasis en los acelerones, para empezar el trabajo ya sudando. Luego realizaremos un cambio de ritmo de aprox 40'. Este consistira en 20 reps de 1'@10K seguidos c/u de 1'@trote continuo.​ Este trote continuo tampoco es un trotesito suave, ya que el 1' rapido no es a la mayor velocidad que podemos correr. La idea es poder mantener un ritmo de carrera constante durante ambos, el rapido y el suave, pero que no sea un descanso como tal. CAMBIO DE RITMO, lo que quiere decir que ambos minutos tienen su propio ritmo importante, interesante. Eso si, si sales muy rapido en los primeros, no podras hacer ni siquiera 10 de estos, asi que administrense bien, dejen el ego en el carro, y enfoquense en hacer el trabajo completo, efectivo, lo mejor posible. Luego enfriaremos 10' trotando suave antes de realizar los plios post-entrenamiento. 90' de Entrenamiento, posible 8-10K.
