Basically imagine that Transmutate still exploded like they did in BW. The first one is Nightshade not wanting to let go of their dead body and trying to salvage as many parts as they can while hiding them from the others. The second is basically the same but they are in a more supportive (?) resourceful environment so they can just organize Transmutate's body parts neatly on a table while trying to figure out necromancy.

Neither will happen in this AU! Transmutate won't die, not even temporarily. Consider these fanarts of my own AU lol.
