Just done a simple spell.
You need:
A green/pink/white candle, whatever symbolizes healing the heart for yourself.
Your mind and body for the visualization-meditation part.
A quiet place and time so noone disturbs you at least for half an hour.
Your intentions.
1. Lit the candle and make sure you're doing it with all safety conscious to prevent fire hazards.
2. Sit or lay down as comfy as possible for you, and do a grounding and centering practice: get aligned with your own energy, sense it, feel it through your physical body. And feel that you can wok with it.
3. Cast a circle by visualizing it around you like a shielding bubble of energy. Mine is always turning out something shimmery pastel blueish-purple. Now mixed with some gree as I focused on healing properties.
4. Channel this green light energy into your heart center. NOT CHACKRAS! If you aren't the part of that religious community where it originates from. No appropriations... remember, ethics! But energy center is for everyone. Chackras are belonging to a different culture.
5. Invite your healing assistand entity you wish to work with, if you want to, but this step is optional, I worked with only my own natural energy for the simplicity of just practicing spellcasting basics.
6. State out loud your intention with your invitation: I seek healing. I done it three times.
7. After you're finished, return the entitiy to its home in etheral relams and close the circle. I declared its closure by words but you do you, what works for me may not for someone else.
8. I also thanked and now the candle is still on, as the pleasant green apple scent is giving me a calm relaxing vibe.
This is quite of an anxiety release spell, with the aid of Air and Fire elements, I have mentioned I do not have yet a deity I am not devoted to anyone at all ~ sometimes our own power is just as enough. 💚🟩🕯️

Here, I’ll share some practical mindfulness exercises that align with Stoic teachings to help you cultivate a calmer mind.
Understanding the Connection
Before diving into the exercises, it’s essential to understand the connection between mindfulness and Stoicism. Mindfulness teaches us to be aware and present in the moment, while Stoicism encourages us to reflect on our thoughts and actions with a rational mindset. Together, they can enhance our ability to cope with stress and navigate life’s challenges gracefully.
Practical Mindfulness Exercises
1. Morning Reflection
Practice: Start each day with a short reflection. As soon as you wake up, take a few moments to sit in silence and think about what you are grateful for and what you hope to achieve that day.

⏰ 6:37am tee time… 4주째 6시에서 7시 사이 tee time을 잡고 골프를 치고 있어요. 아침에 일어나기는 힘들지만, 일단 나가서 새벽 공기를 접하면 행복해요. 🥰 오늘은 ‘visualization’을 프렉티스했어요. 골프를 치는데 갑자기 어제 들었던 말이 생각이 나서요. 어떤 골프 프로가, 자기는 공이 자신이 원하는 완벽한 위치에 떨어지는 것을 먼저 비주얼라이즈 하기 전에는 공을 치지 않는다는 말을 했다는 말이요. 😊 어디서 들었나 한참 생각했어요.😆 남편이 틀어 놓은 유튜브도 가끔씩 보게 되고 인스타에 올라오는 팁도 엄청 많고 어제는 MBS 트레이너 트레이닝 받고 계신 제자님이 수업하는 영상도 피드백 드리느라 한참을 보았고… 어디에서 보았나.. 어디에서 들었나… George Leonard의 ‘Mastery’ audiobook 에서였어요. 요즘 골프를 즐기며 ‘plateau’를 즐기고 있거든요. 골프를 친다는 것이 mastery 프렉티스가 될 수 있으니, 이 책이 생각나서 몇일 전부터 다시 듣기 시작했어요. 여러번 읽고 들었어서 매우 익숙한 내용들.. 헌데 골프 프로 잭 니클라우스의 비주얼리제이션 이야기는 처음 듣는 듯 싶었어요. 전에는 아이키도를 프렉티스할 때였고, 지금은 골프를 프렉티스하고 있어서 그런 것인지~~ 😊 이 책 내용 참 유익하고 좋아요. 한글 번역본이 없어서 한국분들께 권하기 어려운 것이 안타까웠었는데, 최근 번역본이 나온 것 같더라고요. 오늘 떠올랐던, 어제 들었던 내용은 이래요. ‘Golfer Jack Nicklaus, for example, let it be known that he never hit a shot without first clearly visualizing the ball’s perfect flight and its triumphant destination, “sitting up there high and white and pretty on the green.” A successful shot, Nicklaus told us, was 50 percent visualization, 49 percent setup, and only 10 percent swing.’ 의도의 중요성, 그리고 의도를 명확하게 하는데 있어서 비주얼리제이션 능력의 중요성을 말씀하시네요. 그래서 또 골프를 통한 휄든®이기도 했어요. 의도를 명확하게 하는 연습. 생각을 (상상, visualization)을 생생하게 하는 연습. 그것을 골프를 치면서도 한다는 것이죠. 삶의 모든 영역에 마찬가지로 적용이 되고 골프를 치며 연습하기 보다는 편안한 방에서 바닥에 눕기도 하며 천천히 여유롭게 움직이며 연습하는 것이 훨씬 쉬워요. 그리고 골프를 치면서도 할 수 있으니 매우 좋습니다. 스윙하기 전 어디에 떨어질 것인지 똑바로 보고 상상하고 하니 골프가 더 재미있기도 하고 방향도 좀 더 똑바로 가는 경우가 많아졌어요. 요즘 저의 어려움은 아이언을 칠 때 공이 엄청 왼쪽으로 가는 경향이 있는 것이거든요. 그러면서 자꾸 샌드로 들어가 버려 고생고생 x고생 😊 헌데 오늘은 모래밭에 한 번도 들어가지 않았다는 것이죠! 공도 잊어버리지 않았고요. 😊 조지 레나드 선생님, 잭 니���라스 선생님, 오늘도 많은 선생님들께 감사합니다. 🙏 #Mastery#GeorgeLeonard#JackNicklaus#VisualizationPractice#Intention #골프휄든#골린이 #골린이성장일기 #골프스윙 #골프연습 #골프스타그램 #feldenkrais #휄든 #휄든크라이스 #펠든크라이스 #펠덴크라이스 #뇌가소성 #뇌재설계 #삶을변화시키는연습 #LifeChangingPractice #LCP #몸마음공부 #MindBodyStudies #MBS #소마틱스 #소매틱스 #somatics #웰에이징 #웰빙 (at Encinitas Ranch Golf Course) https://www.instagram.com/p/ChTijqNrWXD/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
