Ik it's easier to convince large numbers of people to strike if you assure them it's only one day and not a huge commitment but as a general practice, don't ever give an end date to a strike. Any company can survive one day, change nothing, and quietly take note of who took part. Strikes are meant to cause them fear of long term losses or full shutdown, and you can't cause that fear when you tell the companies when it ends! And how soon it is!

This is an effective show of solidarity, and imo good for this sort of general strike considering no one organization holds these groups together to negotiate for them all at once, but don't do this in a typical strike where you have concrete demands a company doesn't want to respect

Which portion of Replicant ate at your brain the most? For me, the "don't look back" cutscene in the Aerie ate me alive.

Yyeeessss!!!! I love that moment. I’ll put my answer under the cut cuz I wanna go into detail but not spoil

I love that moment in the aerie but what fascinates me is nier’s self satisfied smile that only breaks when he sees Emil crying. But he doesn’t stop smiling cuz he realises what horror they’d caused, but rather his disappointment that Emil isn’t sharing his joy that the aerie has been cleansed out along with the shades. Like that fucking moment really gets me cuz it made me realise Nier has lost his fucking mind. The game is chipping away at ur mental image of nier as a hero and as u continue replaying the game u understand how insane the moment is

Another moment like this which ate at me is a side quest that is easy to miss. I think it only appears right at the end of the game but it’s the one where a child tries to mislead nier about where their shade friend is hiding within the village and nier continues to hunt for it despite the shade not doing any harm. When I found the shade I didn’t attack it immediately and I thought it was so fucking sad how it just waited there and tried to get away when I eventually had to attack it. It’s fucked up and it’s horrible

Lastly the forest of myth. Very interesting place in general but it fascinates me cuz there is a consensus that nier seems to have already been there? From the way that the mayor interacts with nier within the dearhdream seems to imply these events are looping. Which is entirely plausible and very likely considering the life cycles of replicants. But that interests me cuz it makes u think how many times this has happened and how many times this quest has been carried out by nier and previously failed (considering he never reached the “castle” to interrupt project gestalt)

indeed i am !!! i'm gonna cheat a bit and showcase the three photos i loved taking of him the most huehue... they were taken the early morning after we spent the night together for the first time as a couple, if u catch my drift 🤭 i had an older dslr camera on me since i often bring it around for casual trips with some leftover film and decided to use it to capture his afterglow amidst the morning sun—since the environment reminded me of the first time i captured him in full during a sunset in our college days. he was just simply glowing with an essence i had never seen before, but knew i'd be seeing more in the future—yet there was just something so magical about seeing him like that for the first time! the middle photo is my all-time favorite of him <3

2. oUGGHHH yes yes YEYESS SS i see karasu being a big math rock lover since there are so many pieces that he can break apart and analyze since math rock songs rarely ever follow the traditional song format, which he finds unique and pleasing.

two moons - toe. i've mentioned this song before in passing, but this song for sure emulates tabiali as a whole—a good musical semblance of the slow burn we've experienced together. that burst of energy reaching the end of the song especially really captures our feelings towards each other when they start to finally boil over and we're trying our best what to make of them (𖦹ᯅ𖦹)! until they finally settle!

i know it's over, nevertheless - ong sung eun. i think this track felt so much what it was like falling in love with him; gentle, slow, and all-knowing. it felt out of place in comparison to my past history of love, but in a good way! i didn't feel like i had to force myself to find parts of his best self to convince myself falling in love with him was worth my time because i didn't have to—they were just there and waiting for me to acknowledge it, to acknowledge him in his entirety

amore mio aiutama - ver 2 - piero piccioni. reminds me of the mornings i started to spend time with him over our balconies that were next to each other! i was not a morning person until he moved into the complex, but seeing him and chatting with him during the weekend mornings made me get out of bed more often in anticipation to chat over them with tea and coffee in hand (◡‿◡˶)

3. in terms of thrift stores, we always choose outfits that are easy to slip out of and slip back in due to constantly testing stuff out !! so easy layers are our choice of clothings!

I was so ready to hear the Ghostbusters theme song, but was not expecting just the instruments and not the lyrics. Still a good choice though!

Honestly, I can see Henny in a Ghostbuster's costume on Halloween.

Meet James Van Dyne:

Tell me why I can see this song blaring in the background of his desk while reading hero articles? This works so good!

...But now I want to write something with Rodimus and James singing this song during karaokee night on the Lost Light...

Honestly, did not expect s4a score from the little prince to show up, but why does this work?? Excellent choice!

I can see Henrietta carefully lifting the wings in wonder and awe while James is just glad that someone doesn't find him disgusting.

The first mission:

Makes sense to go with OG Antman and The Wasp song here. Heroic and an attention grabber.

Even though this is an end credit soundtrack, it does work with some first mission vibes.

Back with more of the little prince! Han Zimmer scores are the best!

I can see Henny doing her magic on the particles while also slapping James's hand for trying to touch something he was defiantly told not to touch.

Young Justice in New York:

Not going to lie, this one threw me off a bit, but its good?? Old yet flashy vibes, if you can get what I'm talking about.

I can also see the team in an elevator while this music is being played in the background.

Stop the Egghead:

Antman score! I can see this happening, but personally, I can also see a more 'fast paced' music happening.

Eggy over here wondering why he is hearing this score in the background before Henny roundhouse kicks him in the back of the head.

Go subatomic:

Another score I did not expect, but also get why. I was expecting maybe a more softer, almost sacrificing music. But nope! Just bringing in scores from Oppenheimer.

I can see Henny taking some time to appreciate the void of colors while her friends are fighting for their lives.
