The street lights are almost too bright against Eddie's tired eyes. He squints, waiting for the red light to turn green so she can finally reach home and sleep the exhaustion off. His fingers are tapping the steering wheel restlessly as flashes of tonight’s accident replay in his mind. Everything is okay now, Buck will be okay, it was nothing but a mild strain on his right wrist, but getting here was definitely a roller coaster. The repetitive movement of his digits is interrupted when his phone rings unexpectedly. The name of the caller on his screen doesn’t do much to ease his anxiety. "Maddie? Everything okay?" "Hey, Eddie, sorry for disturbing you. Yes, everything is fine." Maddie rushes to reassure him. "Okay then” he lets out a sigh, relieved. “Do you need me to bring you something?" "No- no, I'm okay, it's just... I know you just left, and you're probably close to home. The thing is, Buck woke up and he's asking for you. Could you come back? Just for a little while, until he calms down a bit?" Eddie doesn't need more explanations. He instantly turns in the other direction, heading to the hospital. "Of course, I'll come Maddie. Are you sure everything is okay though?" "Yes, Buck is fine; well, physically. He's just a little confused and emotional because of the morphine." Maddie explains. Sounds of someone whimpering come through the speaker before Maddie speaks again. "It's okay Evan shhh... It'll be okay." Only then does Eddie realize Buck is the one crying. "Nothing is okay; my husband is hurt." Buck's broken voice is heard in the background and Eddie's eyebrows raise all the way up to his hairline. "Did he just say... My husband?" or, the one where Buck is in the hospital after an accident, high on morphine, asking for his "husband", Eddie.

Leif looks like he could kill you, acts like he would kill you, and can actually kill you, but is entirely exaggerating his murderous intent.

Vi says she will kill you, can actually kill you, and might actually kill you, but really doesn't want to kill anyone again.

We have finally finished this project, and thus, The World's Worst Dating Sim is finally DONE! Just in time for April Fools Day. Now, with our six new contestants, choose, uhh... who's dateable? Or not dateable? This last batch was determined almost entirely by People Telling Us Who To Add, contains multiple AUs, and is... hmm. "Unconventional" may be a good term? Half of these are probably undateable but you can still shoot your shot.

As previously, it can be a platonic date if you want, you just can't be neutral. Deadlander Lambda belongs to @cordycepsbian and has been moved into our studio for duration of this poll. Profiles below the cut.

A charming mystery from somewhere only described as "a faraway land", though he wasn't quite scheduled in this lineup, we think we can make an exception. This silver-tongued bug seems to be able to say just what's needed to get under your skin... and from the look of it, he's angling to take you somewhere private.

...come to think of it, haven't we seen that face before? On a poster, maybe? Well, it's not a surprise he's been modelling for things, he's certainly got a pretty enough face for it, but why do we feel... nervous, all of a sudden?
