Abarth SE 030, 1974, by Pininfarina. A racing prototype based on the Fiat X1/20 project that became Lancia's Montecarlo. The SE 030 was powered by a mid/rear mounted 3.2 litre version of the Ferrari-built Dino 120º V6 as fitted to Fiat's 130. The car was entered in the 1974 Giro d’Italia crewed by Giorgio Pianta and Cristine Becker, it took second place overall, behind a Lancia Stratos.

Unrestored: 1965 Abarth 1000 Bialbero "Long Nose"

This Abarth 1000 Bialbero chassis Tipo 129 is said to be the last of the 15 “long nose” made, designed by Mario Colucci for the Sibona & Basano body shop in Turin. The engine is said to be the Type 229 B “wet sump right rotation”, the latest evolution of the 1000 twin cam engine powered by two huge double throat carburettors, the engine that drives this rare car sold new in France to the Abarth…
