oh. OH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just had a vision. bear with me. Eddie asking Buck how he knew he liked men, and Buck telling him he knew when Tommy kissed him so "when i kissed a man i guess, why?" and Eddies like "No reason, just curious". And then THEN !! we get a scene of Eddie going to a gay club and immediately stricking conversation w some guy. who Coincidencialy is a very attractive blonde with blue eyes. Followed up by a scene of Eddie in bed with said guy, who gets up to leave after one does after a one night stand and runs into Buck at the door, who was just about to knock apparently, moves asside to let his man pass and bucks frowning looking at the whole situation like ??????? Because WHO and WHAT is this random man doing at Eddies house at 10 am and why does he weirdly look a lot like him.

For season 8 I think Chris should absolutely be seeing a therapist regularly, especially after 7x09...
But the thing is because we're getting into co-parenting shenanigans next season (I suspect) I would love it if Buck and Eddie have a schedule on who drops off/picks up Chris.
And the therapist knows about them both. What the therapist doesn't know is that, despite raising Chris together, they aren't... together.
So when the therapist makes it a point to request both Eddie AND Buck to discuss Chris's therapy, they both show up and learn about the therapist's assumption about them from an offhand comment.
And the catch is... the assumption wasn't even formed because of their drop off schedule.
The assumption was made years ago, when the therapist was working as a Christmas elf to pay her way through school and someone didn't bother to correct her when she offered an innocent compliment.
That's right!
The elf returns as Chris's therapist and Eddie learns about what Buck said to her when she commented on, what she thought at the time, their kid, and also sparks the realization that Buck has been in Chris's life longer than Shannon has and is committed to being in his life AND in Eddie’s, and that Eddie has accepted Buck as Chris's other parent without even realizing it.
They definitely have a talk on the drive home.

Ok ok ok 911 SPOILERS and look away if you don't want a fan theory but:
************
9×09 was a bait and switch
It's not the councilwoman messing up Hen's life, it's Gerrard
And that fire wasn't an accident
You're telling me Captain Gerrard turns up to a medal ceremony in his dress blues having been forcibly retired by three of the honorees?! (Hen as his victim, Tommy and Chim as complainants?) To look upon the happy 118 without him? With a known grudge against now acting captain Hen? Replaced by Bobby?
Yeah totally tracks and the councilwoman found those internal HR records of Hen on her own

When Tommy leaves Buck outside the restaurant after their first date, neither of them could have imagined what happened next. Neither could Eddie, still inside the restaurant and unaware that it was a date.
Unfortunately for Buck, his introduction to the physical aspects of being bisexual is violently brutal rather than gentle and loving when he's assaulted in the dark lonely night.
How will Eddie and Tommy react when they learn what happened - and will Buck be able to move forward from the experience?
Chapter 1 Chapter 3 now posted! Cowritten by @wingwyrm Fic is fully written, chapters posted weekly Rating: Explicit  Warnings: Rape/non-con; S7x05 spoilers Pairing: BuckTommy, platonic Buddie

The people who say stuff like this are the same people who think Lost had a wealth of unanswered questions or think "they were dead the whole time". I promise you, if you just pay attention and use your brain a bit more, you'll figure it out

My beloved Bucktommies, hear me out for I have rambled about some important stuff ahead related to Tommy's comeback situation for S8:
Let's not forget that the Access Hollywood interview with Lou Ferrigno Jr. and Oliver Stark would never have been arranged if Buck and Tommy's love story wasn't meant to be long-term, or continue developing further into the next season. It was a small but still a very crucial piece of press.
Why? Because it's not like it was done right after 7x04 when the hype around bi-Buck was at its peak. Instead, it was done during the second-half of the season, that too when the Bobby-focused episodes were airing. Plus, it was a major TV network interview, not some random podcast/youtube interview!
Also, they could have only had Oliver out there if the showrunner or PR team thought Lou as Tommy was inconsequential to this storyline. They evidently wanted to create buzz not only around Buck's bisexual arc but around his romance with Tommy as well, with this press. Why do all of that if the character was going to disappear shortly?
I am not clear about how it all works but I am sure Tim and his team must have discussed Tommy's future when they decided to extend Lou's contract beyond the pre-decided 4 episode appearances last season. Because why even bother showing that tiny dinner scene with Tevan in the finale if they didn't want to show us where the relationship stood?
And don't let the naysayers get into your head and compare this with the happy Buck-Natalia scene from the season 6 finale and how she was written off after that. Remember that the writers supposedly wrote that episode as a possible series finale given the uncertainty around the show's future after Fox cancelled it. But then ABC picked it up and the writers had to resume the storylines from where they had left them off.
The actress playing Natalia refused to come back, probably because I am assuming she thought her part was done and the show was supposed to end and so she took up other work. Plus there was the whole strike thing too in between. She was just a supporting character and her contract extension may not have been under consideration while they were filming season 6, because they didn't know for sure at the time if another network would renew them for a new season. And because of her refusal they had to scrap that storyline later.
The situation is quite different with Lou. The season 8 renewal announcement came early when the first-half of season 7 was on air. Therefore, Tim and the writers have had the luxury to put some plans in place for the upcoming season in advance because the renewal was official. And this must include whether or not they wanted to keep Tommy around post season 7!
And if Lou agreed to do 2 more episodes last season, I believe he must have agreed to be there for season 8 too — because if the last two episodes of S7 have served any purpose, it has been to tell us that Buck and Tommy are going strong and even the firefam approves of their relationship, deliberately cementing their relationship status as they move forward into the upcoming season.
So this can't have been all for nothing. The only reason Tommy wouldn't be in S8 is if Lou himself declined or if the filming dates were clashing with his other projects, none of which seems to be likely given the points I have discussed above. Besides, we all know how deeply invested Lou is in playing Tommy and passionate about his storyline with Buck. He wouldn't quit a role that's clearly so important and dear to him just because of the BoBs' stupid vendetta against him; he has big dreams for his career to let this childish hate towards him get in the way of a good opportunity. And he knows and sees how much we as his fans love, support, and appreciate him!
So to conclude, I have faith Tommy will be back! He has to be!!! 💫

The person who told you ABC is considering greenlighting Buddie- that doesn’t even align with what Tim has been saying. He literally said in a podcast that “what the mainstream audience wants and what the fandom wants aren't lining up” and he doesn't want to give into the fandom. He also says he’s given stats intel from ABC themselves to form his decisions. Meaning the GA doesn’t want to see Buddie. Idek where people are pulling this information from because nothing he says matches with what they said.
I think their uno cards or magic 8 ball is telling them these things. Maybe an old furby that still works even without the batteries.
Why do they think there's "insiders" like me or a random X comeback like Ryan's??
People Bee dumb

Les Misérables, the musical: things I found worthy of note (seen in Prague on 18th May 2024)
Madeleine/Valjean used a cane and limped
in this version, Javert was shorter than Valjean
when Valjean met Cosette in the forest, he kissed her hand. When he took her away from the Thénardiers and dressed her in the black dress, they held hands and skipped away together. It was cute.
during "Lovely Ladies" there were some threesomes with two guys and one girl
during "Master of the House", Thénardier had several cute scenes with Éponine. They danced together on the table.
during the song, when the second guest came, he had a (toy) cat with him. Thénardiers took it, killed it, cooked it, and served it to him (to go with the lyrics)
sad that during the cart scene, Valjean gave his hat and coat to a random policeman who tagged with Javert because Javert was too busy holding his own hat lol
Javert, played by a 74yo guy, has an aura of being absolutely done with the world and oozing holier than thou kind of attitude. He calls Valjean his rival twice in the lyrics. He also does not have long hair in a ponytail, and he has white hair since Toulon. And his Toulon/Montreuil uniform is chef's kiss
Confrontation: when Valjean was like "pls gimme three days", Javert was like "no *scoffs, shaking his head* no". For some reason, the final fight between them (after they stop singing) was missing, so the scene kind of ended in a way that made it seem that Javert let Valjean go. It was funny because he also wore a weirdly exasperated expression.
During the Arras trial, when Valjean takes of his cravat and exposes his chest (he still has the number on it), Javert just looks at him and then orders Champ to be taken away
Marius kissed Éponine's temple (or forehead) during the scene in Paris when we see grown Cosette for the first time
the café was called Café ABC lol
I think I mentioned this before, but they don't wave the red flag in our adaptations (there are reasons for that), they use the French flag. It's reflected in the song ("Do you hear the people sing?") with "the tricolour will fly" and it was also reflected on stage in a really cool way - they were slowly putting red, blue and white pieces of fabric over a gun to form the French flag (and then in the following scenes, they'd have a real one to wave as if they sew it from the fabrics). The three pieces of fabric thrown over the gun made a comeback during "Empty Chairs", where one of the dead guys was carrying it (which to me symbolized the broken dream because the tricolour flag didn't fly, it stayed as three pieces of fabric)
when Éponine was dying, everyone was crying. Little Gavroche was lying on the ground in some women's lap, crying and being comforted. (Javert was sitting on his chair having the expression of pls let this be over already. why am I still here?)
when they captured Javert, they threw him on his knees and Gavroche was then singing right into his face (and those two were the oldest and youngest ones in the cast). It was fun. Gavroche was really small, the boy didn't look older than 10.
one of the barricade guys carried Gavroche on his shoulders almost all the time (and when Gavroche died, he shouted the loudest). And they appeared liked that during "Empty Chairs" too
Enjolras was the last one to die. He climbed the barricade and waved the flag, was shot and fell down. When Javert came to the barricade, he climbed it (then it got turned, so we saw), and Enjolras was hanging in the middle, covered by the flag, and Javert bowed to him and climbed down.
Javert almost picked up the sewers cover haha
when Javert met Valjean again after the sewers, he was using the formal "you" in the song
when it comes to the lyrics and "look down", I liked how well it was done - our lyrics have "I/we want to exist" and I was curious how it would fit the post-sewers song and it did
Javert jumped from the bridge. Like he climbed up the bridge (and yes, the 74yo guy climbed ladders several times during the show) and then "jumped" and a younger guy plopped down on the ground (= into the smoky illusion of Seine) lol
during the curtain call, Valjean and Javert's actors "high-fived" (but it was on the level of their hips). And Javert's actor got six cans of beer which I found funny.
also during "Master of the House" Madame Thénardier's mic stopped working, so the poor woman had to sing without it for a while until a guy in a suit brought her a handheld mic.
