Tap The Unwanted Emotional Energy Away.
Sequence :
First tap on the side of the hand (karate chop point ) while stating the intent. Something like :
“Even tho my heart is broken or my neck is in pain, I completely accept myself. ”
Then tapping :
* Start of the eyebrow, near the bridge of your nose
* Side of the eye, near your temple

I know. This may seem silly at 1st & as we know most energetic healing is still ripe for ridicule, but walk with me for a sec:
When I was a young breast feeding mommy feeling the stress of a new baby, career and unfamiliar hormones I was very stressed. I was just learning different healing techniques & had decided to be my first patient. I needed a way to manage my emotional and physical body.

So, while on the road between shows and studies, I met an acupuncturist who introduced me to a new one , EFT( emotional freedom technique), the tapping of points on the body to help release stress &move adrenaline around. It is understood that Low frequency emotions (or what some would call negative emotions ) are caused by a disturbance in our body’s energy system. These are the same energy centers talked about in Accupuncture called MERIDIAN POINTS.(Both of which were rooted in ancient Eastern “meridian energy” theories of acupuncture and Shiatsu, codified since at least 1000BC.)
So according to the theories, anytime you experience a low frequency or unwanted emotion like sadness, guilt shame or even physical pain , there is a disturbance in one of the 14 meridian points.
In my understanding this energy healing method works by setting an intention then tapping on 10 assigned meridian points that help to release the unwanted energy from all 14 points. (Some points intersect so tapping only 10 is necessary). The unwanted emotions or physical pain that starts out very intense is gradually drained away.
