Yeah, while her ethnicity and nationality is all over the place in ancient sources she’s very much not a white woman. Last time I drew her her design was based on ancient Egyptian clothing and modern-ish Ethiopian jewelry. The youngest Palestinian journalist is a 9 year old girl.

Her name Lama Jamous.

Lama has been reporting on tik tok what has been happening in Gaza. Her father is a journalist working for Al Jazeera and is trying to get her out of Rafah.
