ive been rereading yugami kun yearly since i first read it in 2020 so this is already my 4th time reading it and when im not busy losing my mind about the passage of time i keep thinking, like, the series ends with yugami & chihiro graduating and then there is an epilogue chapter and the more times i read the series the more i wish there was a yugami kun 2 where we get to see yugami's adult life in as much detail as these two years of high school, it would be so fun seeing yugami interacting with stuff like going to college, living in a dorm, getting a job, having to deal with those classic family comments like when will you get married i want grandchildren etc etc, already his interactions with fellow students and his teachers are funny and bizarre imagine how fun it would be to apply that to a workplace, the series is absolutely amazing as it is but maybe the feeling i have is like im missing out on so much more good shit that happens after the end, MAYBE IM MOSTLY JUST SALTY WE NEVER GET TO SEE HOW YUGAMI WOULD TALK TO HIS BOSS AT WORK GDBSGFJ

the thing about viewing Jack as a child versus not is that if you're basing it in most ways you would view children and look at it as "infantilization" because Jack is physically developed & communicative in a way that makes you take him seriously then the issue perhaps is how you view children and how they should be treated in the first place. because the ways in which children are vulnerable Jack very much of the time ALSO IS. that is WHY what is happening to him is specifically child abuse. everything that is happening to him is a formative experience regardless of the lack of neurological development that has to happen because it is all he knows. children should be respected the same way Jack should be and children should be protected in the same ways Jack should be. the idea he can speedrun all of the things that make children vulnerable because of being able to control his physical development is kind of ridiculous. time alive allows us to have different ways of forming schemas and understanding how this world and the people in it works. Jack spends this time being abused & traumatised by war. that impact is foundational to his development of his perception even if his brain development stayed the same throughout it.
#he VERY MUCH is in his first and earliest stage of life. he just jumpstarted his development and communication.#AND THAT IS INTERESTING. but he like. absolutely is still vulnerable the way children are as a result. there are of course major difference#like in terms of he has physical strength & powers as well as the way he thinks goes beyond a lot of early markers#due to the development#but man I developed the way I think that matches much of how I do now EXTREMELY young#due to asynchronic development in part#that didn't make me less vulnerable. it just make it way more frustrating the way people treated me#the issue with my perception wasn't due to development it was due to the fact I Didn't Know As Much beyond what was immediately around me#short term. i didn't have time for that age.#that's why like a fully developed teenager isn't necessarily ready to be in a relationship with a grown adult for example.#in humans these sort of age and development we know on a particular scale#but the way we treat children in general is an issue!!!#regarding Jack & sex I feel like so many ways you would slice it there's extreme power imbalances on his end. but I don't really care to#get into all that but I'm not going to be like 'yeah bc supernatural a show where the main character has on multiple occasions flirted with#or wanted to flirt with teenage girls' is like. a good barometer for that anyways#and if calling someone a child is an insult then you need to change how you perceive children.#however!!! children SHOULDN'T be heading armies in the apocalypse. this is an opinion I do think exists for both children and Jack.#he makes me so sad oh my god#jack kline#jack#spn#supernatural#incoherents

Hi, I really enjoy your blog and your Bloodborne takes.
I’m wondering what you think about this. I saw someone say that Darkbeast Paarl’s theme is Middle-Eastern (Egyptian) inspired in the melody and style. They said this was probably because the Darkbeast is of Loran, which might be Egyptian-coded. What do you think?
Also, what do you think of Micolash’s theme? Do you like it? Would you say it fits him?
Thank you very much for the kind words ;-; It matters a lot for me people out there like what I have to say. I honestly just enjoyed the track and did not try to analyse it! But now that you pointed this out, I am listening to it again and... Okay, I can definitely hear Egyptian vibes in the music. That had to be intentional!
I 1000000% believe Loran was supposed to be Egyptian, or in either case coded as very desert region. I'd place my bet on a region from Northern Africa or South-West Asia in any case. Besides let's not forget this is how the exact two characters who are hinted to take roots from Loran look like:
Tumblr media
It is also interesting how as for Paarl itself, this is the second case where localisation error works better! See, it could easily be Afrikaans for 'pearl', sounds like a good name for a creature coming from deserted country, right? Well, for the names I always consult this ( x ) post where names are translated correctly, the truth is:
Tumblr media
So yeah instead of using the language that would work lorevice very good, they just called it Pál/Paul/Pavl/yougetthepoint. Actual human name. Since PAUL drops Spark Hunter badge that Archibald created for his friends, I like to think Archibald willingly hanged it somewhere on his body - because he considered the darkbeast to be his friend too - and naturally he named him a human name. But it also makes basic sense because beasts WERE people. But it is also possible that Djura was the one naming the darkebast a human name, since geographically PAUL is right where Old Yharnam is. x) Just thought it needs to be pointed out since the topic.
____________
Also I love Micolash's theme, it is in my top 3, I fucking LOVE the deranged piano in it SOOOOOO much, you do not even have to know anything about the character to get the impression of chaos and spiralling insanity from it, I headcanon that he can play the piano very well because of his theme and everyone who thinks the same has 101 Insight, his theme fits the location and how you progress to get lost in that scary maze-like place so much.
In fact, this is what got me INTO Bloodborne.
Long ago, a friend shared Living Failures soundtrack with me and I was obsessed, but I listen to the music through Youtube. But Youtube decided that if I listen to it every day, it should recommend me full Bloodborne OST, so it did. I thought why not, so I put this ( x ) vid on bg as a podcast. I've been enjoying the music, but when Mico's theme played I was so taken aback by how much I liked it that I interrupted drawing and actually looked at Youtube. And since it shows rough art of characters to go with the theme, I also was instantly interested in this character because of the design too. That theme just... sounded so NOT like the others.
Other music themes felt like they had some drama to it, even before knowing anything about these characters I just could feel suffering and struggle in them, but this one? It was just like... more like 'accepted' horror, there was no fear and pain yet something evil? His art being a man with cage head sitting in the chair in helpless, lump manner combined with the word 'host' made me think this guy was a marionette of something horrible (whatever 'nightmare' meant in lore) and only a husk of whoever he used to be...
And well, I was right! His vibe was just TOO apparent even before I knew anything about Bloodborne, but honestly, 90% of that was his music theme for me, so I decided to learn more about this character. And now I am here, spawning absolutely tinfoil hat ideas like assembly line and struggling to remember what liking more 'sane' media was like. xD

Just realised that there was a heck of a lot of Yorkshire propaganda in the children’s tv shows I was exposed to early in life and this may have shaped who I am as a person
#There was also some Welsh stuff but not as much#Cumbria as well probably though I don't think that three year old me could have identified Cumberland or Westmorland as a place#The Yorkshire propaganda was so strong that until I was a bit older probably most of the North of England was 'Yorkshire' to me#By contrast there was very little Scottish stuff until Balamory came out but I was already of a pretty advanced age#And I was also able to read books bby that time where Scotland featured more heavily#But my earliest experiences- Teletubbies aside- must have been shaped by two lands of grey stone cottages and dykes and rolling hills#Scotland is similar to these places but slightly different and of course just that bit bigger so has a more internal variety#Add to that the fact that in my experience the average Central Belt Scot spends a lot of time in either Yorkshire or Lancashire on holiday#-mostly Blackpool or Scarborough- and the impression is solidified#It's probably a good thing nonetheless though#I mean I don't keep up with small children's tv shows now (obviously I have no toddlers)#But even when my younger brothers were that age I remember less northern stuff and a lot more southern English stuff#Admittedly I also had some videos from slightly earlier (hence Ivor the Engine was one of the Welsh ones even though it wasn't on tv)#I mean I suppose I had old videos like Mr Benn and the Herbs too which were loosely 'southern' but they didn't have the same impact#But yeah#Apparently my outlook on life is very much a product of some great northern English propaganda phase in the late 20th century#With a slice of Wales alongsid eit#Anyway I won't go on much longer otherwise I'll end up on a rant about how children's tv shows have degenerated#It's all characters called the Fimbledethumps or something who talk in southern baby voices like 'Me want a huggy wuggy'#Which I suppose started with stuff like the Teletubbies but that was the only example I remember and even that had some other things#Kids aren't stupid give them a whole universe give them proper characters and proper storylines#Kids need to understand The Concept of Yorkshire from an early age#Or even the possibility that there are strange litter-collecting creatures who live on Wimbledon Common and Uncle Bulgaria reads the Times

I never expected to see anything like this. I'm fairly used to being the ... token, I suppose, or at least I was when I still had community to interact with.
Everyone else into flogging was just whack whack whack, hard, hard, hard, until the sub had enough*. I had my own technique, I kept people guessing as the Dom and as the sub, I learned to accept that not everyone does it like me and sometimes it's the Dom that ends up ending the session because they imagine I couldn't possibly want to take it that far and what could it mean I though something was lacking.
I haven't even finished the video yet and it's like hearing my own thoughts in another person's voice. And yes, mix it up, go hard to the point of crossing over into blood play if that's wanted, go soft and gentle, go moderate and let the sub wonder if it's a prelude to hard or soft. Go hard to bring sensitivity up, soft to work with that sensitivity and turn it into a very intense and loving caress, go moderate to keep the feelings maintained so the hard and soft remain balanced, tolerable, enjoyable. Read your sub, give them what they desire while subverting their own expectations by making the next time the whip comes in contact with them a surprise.
Keep it safe, of course, keep it consensual, of course, but don't let it become dominated by rules intended to keep it uniform and boring. Keep it new, take it to new levels and find new ways to transcend the everyday drudgery of life.
These people would get me.
Seriously, if you understand and work with the emotions of the whole session and say fuck the aesthetics of it, any audience you have, as well as partners will absolutely adore the part of the overall aesthetic they'd been missing before. It goes from basic and cold and formulaic, to real, heartfelt, and deep, and to me, that's everything.
*Not shaming the community - some do like that. I was just different. We were all different in our own ways.

the thing about art is that it was always supposed to be about us, about the human-ness of us, the impossible and beautiful reality that we (for centuries) have stood still, transfixed by music. that we can close our eyes and cry about the same book passage; the events of which aren't real and never happened. theatre in shakespeare's time was as real as it is now; we all laugh at the same cue (pursued by bear), separated hundreds of years apart.
three years ago my housemates were jamming outdoors, just messing around with their instruments, mostly just making noise. our neighbors - shy, cautious, a little sheepish - sat down and started playing. i don't really know how it happened; i was somehow in charge of dancing, barefoot and laughing - but i looked up, and our yard was full of people. kids stacked on the shoulders of parents. old couples holding hands. someone had brought sidewalk chalk; our front walk became a riot of color. someone ran in with a flute and played the most astounding solo i've ever heard in my life, upright and wiggling, skipping as she did so. she only paused because the violin player was kicking his heels up and she was laughing too hard to continue.
two weeks ago my friend and i met in the basement of her apartment complex so she could work out a piece of choreography. we have a language barrier - i'm not as good at ASL as i'd like to be (i'm still learning!) so we communicate mostly through the notes app and this strange secret language of dancers - we have the same movement vocabulary. the two of us cracking jokes at each other, giggling. there were kids in the basement too, who had been playing soccer until we took up the far corner of the room. one by one they made their slow way over like feral cats - they laid down, belly-flat against the floor, just watching. my friend and i were not in tutus - we were in slouchy shirts and leggings and socks. nothing fancy. but when i asked the kids would you like to dance too? they were immediately on their feet and spinning. i love when people dance with abandon, the wild and leggy fervor of childhood. i think it is gorgeous.
their adults showed up eventually, and a few of them said hey, let's not bother the nice ladies. but they weren't bothering us, they were just having fun - so. a few of the adults started dancing awkwardly along, and then most of the adults. someone brought down a better sound system. someone opened a watermelon and started handing out slices. it was 8 PM on a tuesday and nothing about that day was particularly special; we might as well party.
one time i hosted a free "paint along party" and about 20 adults worked quietly while i taught them how to paint nessie. one time i taught community dance classes and so many people showed up we had to move the whole thing outside. we used chairs and coatracks to balance. one time i showed up to a random band playing in a random location, and the whole thing got packed so quickly we had to open every door and window in the place.
i don't think i can tell you how much people want to be making art and engaging with art. they want to, desperately. so many people would be stunning artists, but they are lied to and told from a very young age that art only matters if it is planned, purposeful, beautiful. that if you have an idea, you need to be able to express it perfectly. this is not true. you don't get only 1 chance to communicate. you can spend a lifetime trying to display exactly 1 thing you can never quite language. you can just express the "!!??!!!"-ing-ness of being alive; that is something none of us really have a full grasp on creating. and even when we can't make what we want - god, it feels fucking good to try. and even just enjoying other artists - art inherently rewards the act of participating.
i wasn't raised wealthy. whenever i make a post about art, someone inevitably says something along the lines of well some of us aren't that lucky. i am not lucky; i am dedicated. i have a chronic condition, my hands are constantly in pain. i am not neurotypical, nor was i raised safe. i worked 5-7 jobs while some of these memories happened. i chose art because it mattered to me more than anything on this fucking planet - i would work 80 hours a week just so i could afford to write in 3 of them.
and i am still telling you - if you are called to make art, you are called to the part of you that is human. you do not have to be good at it. you do not have to have enormous amounts of privilege. you can just... give yourself permission. you can just say i'm going to make something now and then - go out and make it. raquel it won't be good though that is okay, i don't make good things every time either. besides. who decides what good even is?
you weren't called to make something because you wanted it to be good, you were called to make something because it is a basic instinct. you were taught to judge its worth and over-value perfection. you are doing something impossible. a god's ability: from nothing springs creation.
a few months ago i found a piece of sidewalk chalk and started drawing. within an hour i had somehow collected a small classroom of young children. their adults often brought their own chalk. i looked up and about fifteen families had joined me from around the block. we drew scrangly unicorns and messed up flowers and one girl asked me to draw charizard. i am not good at drawing. i basically drew an orb with wings. you would have thought i drew her the mona lisa. she dragged her mother over and pointed and said look! look what she drew for me and, in the moment, i admit i flinched (sorry, i don't -). but the mother just grinned at me. he's beautiful. and then she sat down and started drawing.
someone took a picture of it. it was in the local newspaper. the summary underneath said joyful and spontaneous artwork from local artists springs up in public gallery. in the picture, a little girl covered in chalk dust has her head thrown back, delighted. laughing.
#writeblr#warm up#this is longer than i wanted i really considered removing that part about myself and what i went thru#but i think it really fucking bothers me that EVERY time i talk about being an artist#ppl assume i just like. had the skill and ability to drop everything and pay for grad school.#like sir i grew up poor. my house wasn't a safe space. i gave up a FREE RIDE TO LAW SCHOOL. for THIS. bc i chose it.#was it fucking hard? was i choosing the hard thing?? yes.#but we need to stop seeing artists as lazy layabouts that can ''afford'' to just ''sit around and create''#when MANY - if not MOST - of us are NOT like that. we have to work our fucking ASSES off. hard work. long and hard work#part of valuing artists is recognizing the amount we sacrifice to make our art. bc it doesn't just#like HAPPEN to us. also btw it rarely has anything to do with true talent.#speaking as someone with a chronic condition i hate when ppl are like u have it easy. like actively as i'm writing this my hands r#ACTIVELY hurting me. i haven't been posting bc my left hand was curled in a claw for the last week#this isn't fucking luck. after a certain point it's not even TALENT. it's dedication & sacrifice.#''u get to flounce around and do nothing with ur life'' is a narrative that is a direct result of capitalism#imagine if we said that about literally any other profession.#''oh so u give up 10 yrs of ur life to be a doctor? u sacrifice having a social life and u get SUPER in debt?#u need to work countless hours and it will often be thankless? well i wish i was that lucky''#we should be applying that logic to landlords ONLY#''oh ur mom and dad gave u the money to buy a house? and all u did was paint it white and rent it? huh.''

Concept for an anime: A slice of life series of middle-aged women who have been friends since school, who have just been hanging out together ever since, with their own money and free time since none of them ever got married or had kids. And the world they live in is a 100% played straight Anime Trope World, where insane shit happens all the time and they're not just trope-aware, but consider it perfectly normal. But none of that really touches them, so they're free to just gossip about it over drinks. Like
"Hey oh that reminds me, do you remember Uyuru from school? The underclassman with the blue hair?" "Yeah, why? What's happened?" "I heard her little sister just got Dead Mom'd some time ago." "Oh that's awful! And she was so young, wasn't she like 30?" "Yeah she was 32, had a baby with that demon lord when she was 16 and now there was some demon incident at her house and her son's gone missing, too. Probably hunting down the demons who did it." "Damn bitch that's crazy." "Yeah, you don't say."

so i think my love mix-up was cute. it was good overall, the beginning was very engaging, but the end definitely felt like more of a whimper in comparison lol. after a certain point, it did feel like it was trying hard to wrap itself up and i have to wonder if the writer ran out of ideas, or maybe they were told to suddenly finish it 🤔 i think overall, its still worth a read, but the end is kinda strange... especially when an entire chapter is dedicated to a fake scenario lol. but it was nice to have a bisexual protag and the story was very kind in an endearing way, it was definitely refreshing in comparison to bo/ys run the ri/ot

Yan! Lawyer Husband x GN Spouse Reader
—𝒀𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒐𝒃𝒆𝒓 - 𝑳𝑰𝒇𝑬 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕
CW: mafia related stuffs (ALL FOR READER...), disturbing ideations. NSFW
You were the subject of envy for everyone, the spouse of the infamous lawyer, Yulian de Alpheus, who possessed wealth, reputation, intelligence, and undying loyalty to you. To people, you were the beautiful dove living in the gilded cage he had given you, luxuries that fulfilled anyone's needs and wishes.
𝑩𝒖𝒕 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒊𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒅 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒈𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒆𝒅 𝒄𝒂𝒈𝒆?
To him, the one who was truly locked in the cage was him. He was and would forever be locked in the gilded cage, forever drowned in his adoration toward you. If he had to live in a world where you did not exist, he would not hesitate to shoot himself to death and find you again.
--
"Dear, how about we go on a vacation this month?"
His words had you choked on your food. He immediately stood up and pat your back, a handkerchief that you embroidered for him handed to you as he handed you a glass of water, "Apology, did my question catch you off guard dear?"
You shook your head while you regained your composure, "It's just that I was surprised, you had been busy these days so how could you spare me your time for a silly vacation?"
Yulian chuckled as he patted your head, "True, and I plan to work even harder to finish all the mess they had shoved me to work on, I'm sure I could finish it right in time before our estimated vacation."
You frowned to yourself, your husband had always been a hard-working man. It was no surprise judging by the amount of assets he could own at such a fairly young age. While some of it was thanked to his father, you knew those would not remain had he not worked hard to keep and grow.
"Dear, I don't want you to over-exert yourself with this case just for a vacation. If you were worried about me then please pay no mind, I am content with everything but you stressing yourself."
Yulian sat back and started slicing the meat on his plate, "Dear, I did not marry you just to have you live in this house as a prisoner," the way he sliced things was of good etiquette but you knew. You knew how he always looks at the things he sliced as a subject of... low-life. "I want my beloved to live in happiness, a life where you get to have and own anything you want without a single worry," It's almost as though he wished he could use more force with the knife, "A life where you do not wish to end," Yulian used his fork to pick the sliced meat up to your lip, "A life where you wish you could live in for eternity."
You thought to yourself for a moment, drowning in thought before smiling at him, "Yes, a vacation this month sounds nice." You opened your mouth and ate the piece.
--
"What were you even thinking about to the point you tangle yourself into this mess?" Yulian furrowed his eyebrow, in his office was the leader of a renowned mafia group in the underground world and Yulian sat on the leathered chair with his hand wiping his white gun.
The ringleader's subordinates were clearly displeased with the way Yulian easily belittled the case and him but they knew better than to cause a mess.
"So? What do you need this time?"
Yulian stored the gun back in its respective place, locking the shelf with the key before handing the ringleader's subordinate a folder of files.
"I'll need you to fabricate everything I handed you. I've given you options of people for you to use as a scapegoat as well."
The ringleader took the folder and started reading the files in it, scanning the words that were typed on it.
"And I expect you to finish it all by this week. I'll be taking a vacation for myself by the end of the month so I'll finish the case in a few trials. I'd like you to find a way around the judge and jury as well. The more the better, understood?"
Yulian was an infamous lawyer. A lawyer who would validate any way to make his client proclaimed 'Not Guilty'. As much as he hated having to drag his name around the underground world, he had no choice but to work together with them. Why?
"Fine, I'll inform you everything this weekend." The ringleader left the room with his subordinates following behind him meekly. The moment they had walked out of his building and entered the car, one of them posed a question.
"Why did you let that shrimp belittle you, boss? It's not like he is the only lawyer we could have our hand with."
The ringleader did not look at his subordinate as he was still analyzing the content of the files. Even so, he was still attentive enough to answer them back, "Well, if you know exactly how strong my influence is, why do you think I allow him to boss over my men?"
The man gulped as his hand held the steering wheel tightly. Why would a measly bug be able to hold power over his boss?
"... He somehow got his hands into our mud. In simpler terms, he blackmailed me."
His right-hand man sighed, "Yulian is nothing but a coward, Kaspar. A coward."
What difference did it make to him? The fact that the two of them blackmailed people to survive while the ideations were biased to each side was nothing but hypocrisy.
"And yet he is the coward that dared to step into the underground world just to protect his spouse..." Kaspar winced at the word 'spouse', "he did all of that just for the love of his life. Is that supposed to be considered foolish or not...?"
The men fell silent until one of them proposed a question, "Then why not use his spouse against him?"
--
The basement that you did not know even existed. You knew there was a bunker down your house but you were never aware of the existence of the basement.
You were asleep so technically you couldn't have heard anything. No, the room was made to be soundproof, no one could hear what was going on in the room.
But you heard it anyway. You heard it faintly, the sounds of people screaming. It wasn't clear, almost below a whisper but it kept you awake. You looked to your side and found your husband absent from the bed again.
"Is he working again?"
You stood up and slipped your feet into the slippers before walking out of your shared bedroom. The hall was lit up by the warm white lights, the light that always comforts you no matter what. You walked toward his office which was located on the first floor, giving the grand door a knock before entering it.
"Dear?"
No one was inside the room. The room was laced with the smell of coffee, the only thing that he probably could love aside from you. You walked to his desk and read some of the files on it. The words on the paper were beyond your comprehension so you stopped reading it, glancing at the cup of coffee, you feel the cup with your hand. It's cold and full. Weird.
You took a look around his office, bookshelves on the side while a framed portrait of you and him hung on the other side.
He must have really loved this portrait, refusing to change it with a new one.
"Dear?"
You jumped at his voice, where did he come out from?
"Dear, where did you come from?"
"Ah, I was in the washroom. What brings you here? Did something wake you up?" Yulian asked you as he approached you while drying his hand with his handkerchief.
You took a closer look at it, it's not the same handkerchief you gave him. Weird. He had always been insistent on only using the handkerchief you embroidered for him.
"Dear?"
"Ah," you snapped out of your thought, "it's just that... I felt lonely. How long are you going to stay up again tonight dear?"
Yulian thought to himself as his eye shot toward the corner of the room, "Please, don't wait for me. I won't be finishing my work in any time so I hope you would use those time to retreat yourself to bed." Yulian pat your cheek before giving your cheek a peck, his emerald eyes had always drowned you in a ripple of the lovesick sea.
His hand snaked its way to your waist as he led you back to your shared bedroom, opening the door for you and urging you to lay on the comfortable white bed. He placed the blanket on top of you before sitting next to you, humming a lullaby while easing you down.
"My little Lily of the Valley is a curious soul hm? Your husband told you to sleep and you naughtily sneaked out of your room..." He playfully reprimanded you while you tried to drift yourself back to sleep. Hearing him teasing you like this was weird, but at least in a good way. What boosted his confidence?
"Someone like you should not wander around in the mercy of nighttime, even if it was in our own house," his hand caressed your hair while his eyes stared into your half-lidded ones, "my lily-of-the-valley should not wander around in the darkness anymore..."
Did you hear him right? Come to think of it, what woke you up earlier?
"Good night, my love."
--
"Good night, bastard."
A thud and the man who was tied to the chair plopped down, lifeless. The other men could only tremble in horror as they waited for their turn. Perhaps death would be the only slightest bit of virtue that he could offer, a mercy at his hands that was covered in bloodstains.
Just as he approached the other men, the alarm rang. Someone had entered his office. Yulian turned on the screen to the camera and saw you walking toward his desk, observing everything that was scattered on it.
He was glad that he didn't put anything 'suspicious' on it even if you wouldn't understand it. He didn't want to risk it.
Yulian went to the sink and washed his hands before motioning for someone to come out from the darkness. The members of the mafia walked out and waited for his order.
"Ah right, relay this message to your boss. Not only do these bastards will have to face the consequences of trying to touch my beloved, you guys too, will have to face it."
The men shuddered in fear as they thought of what he could do to them. The greatest mercy they could have would be that their boss would be the one who punished them and not the lawyer himself.
"Remember," Yulian walked toward them, hand taking out the handkerchief you embroidered for him, "I work for Kaspar so that this kind of thing won't happen. If this happens again, I'd personally make you guys crawl through the tunnels of prison for eternity."
His emerald orbs almost lit up into a burning fire as his jaw tightened in anger. He made his way toward the door before taking a look at the handkerchief.
He shouldn't use it for something so filthy.
He slid it back into his pocket and used another plain handkerchief instead.
--
"In short, he is the man who would not hesitate to kill his own children, his own blood and flesh, or his family just to save and love his beloved Lily of the Valley."
Kaspar sighed as he read the report. The scapegoats that he offered were his men who were on duty to protect his spouse.
"He is the man who had lived for eternity just to find and love his beloved again and again."

Afternotes:
I didn't expect the fic to be this short (says the one who got lazy mid-way and cut half of the story...) anyway, I thought to myself, rather than let this rot in the draft, wouldn't it be better to post it even if it was only half completed without any proofread yet?
I'm really happy my first LIfE Project event features my favorite son, Yulian first! The next one might be Eleanor!
