I was going to make a joke how people who are screaming crying throwing up etc about not knowing what's happening with the other half of the party could never survive being a fan of the Kingkiller Chronicles but then abruptly realized it's been a whole decade since I last read the Kingkiller Chronicles books 1 and 2 and could not tell you what the fuck happened if you paid me. Not sure if there's a lesson to be taken from this.

#also i def lent someone name of the wind in like 2014 and never got it back #anyway. it's been 35 days. the c2 hiatus was 112 days and we couldn't go to bars. you are weak and will not survive the winter.#also. the party is by definition fine #in that the clock stopped when the viewpoint switched and shall rewind #it's always possible the characters will die whether the party is split or not. can't do anything about it.#may as well enjoy yourself

some baldurs gate scenarios in my game just make me laugh way too hard. the other day my durge who is in a toxic relationship with gale right now had to switch shoes with him because he was stuck and needed to cast mist step (the shoes are magical) so I have this image in my mind of this durge drow woman tossing boots across an abyss because her boyfriend that she doesnt even like has bad knees and cannot jump another time. right after that gale threatened to break up with her because she kept licking a dead spider and she was just like: I dare you to break up with me but remember who is the one that had to switch shoes with me just half and hour ago. they are awful it‘s so funny.

#the shoe switching scenario had me SO ANNOYED #i love you gale but that was SMTH #like HOW DID YOU EVEN GET THERE IF YOU CANT LEAVE NOW #and he was the only one the rest of the party was doing fine #durge who desperately wants to get mintharas approval but gale and her had this romantic scene from the game where she tries to kill him #and he sticks around so she was like: ok hes fine lets see how this goes #and they are ANNOYING THE SHIT OUT OF EACH OTHER LMFAO #gale ily you deserve better but for the toxic and giggles i must do this #HAHAJAHA #xerxa (my durge) and minthara also definitely shit talk about him😭#xerxa rlly just doesnt want to be alone #and she really wants minthara approval at the same time #bg3 #baldurs gate 3 #minthara #gale #gale dekarios #dark urge #durge

Hi btw being trans does not automatically grant you supernatural understanding of all esoteric trans knowledge. You actually need to put effort into learning or put effort into keeping quiet about things that don't pertain to your specific experience

the tonal whiplash between “the sun and the star” and “a nico di angelo adventure 😋” is kind of insufferable... it just sounds so goofy for lack of a better word. like the least nico di angelo thing you could do to a title. but also i think its really funny for that reason like i don’t know what the necessity is for that additional tagline but i’m glad rick riordan continues to not take nico completely seriously LOL
