1. Fireflies | Detroit: Become Human Animatic (2018)

OK THIS IS REALLY ANCIENT. I remember it took me one month or so to finish the whole thing, and now looking back I inevitably find there’s a lot of things that could’ve been done better. Nevertheless I’m still proud of the way it is, though apparently I didn’t even know how to spell asleep back then hahahahaha.

I miss the time doing animatic so much and actually have an idea for alhtred in mind, my dear brain you truly shouldn’t brainstorm me when I’ve got no time urghhhhhhh

2. Bloody Valentine | Interview with the Vampire (2022)

This pic blew up on other platforms though I don’t really understand why. I think I just love the general vibes and am happy with how it came out so I put it here :)

3. Mr. Self Destruct | Trent Reznor from Nine Inch Nails (2022)

Took a massive change in direction of art style after this piece. Not necessarily the most detailed one I’ve done but I learned a lot during drawing it :D

4. Miracle Happens After Dawn | The Sandman Fancomic (2022)

This remains the work I’m proudest of so far and I just feel really happy that I managed to finish it!! It’s still the biggest project I’ve ever done I guess

5. Prayer from the Pagan | The Last Kingdom (2024)

This is the first time I tried to force myself to work on perspectives and to not avoid things I find hard to draw. Personally I don’t feel really content with how the artwork came out but I’m glad that I wrote a fic for it hahaha. I hardly ever wrote anything even in mandarin so to be able to make me complete a fic in my second language is enough a reason to put this one here <3

France: Panic! at the Disco

Which hurts me to say since Francis is my favorite,,, HOWEVER, I am asking you to look at A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out specifically. I think the cabaret aspect of the album fits him so well. I’m thinking specifically of the theatrics of “There’s a Reason These Tables Are Numbered” and “Intermission” past the one minute mark. I do think there’s songs from future albums which remind me a bit of Fran. Notably, “Northern Downpour,” “When The Day Met The Night,” and “The Piano Knows Something” from Pretty Odd. Fran isn’t really on the more electronic side of their sound and I’d stick more with strings and piano for him.

America: Fall Out Boy

I could. Write essays about how much I love FOB and it’s funny that I’d assign my favorite band EVER to my least favorite of FACE, but alas. Here we are. I genuinely think pre and post hiatus FOB’s sound could work for Al. I’m specifically in favor of Folie a Deux, but that’s because I associate that album with the band AU I’ve been cooking up. If I have to assign Alfred some songs… I’ll pick “Alpha Dog,” “Snitches and Talkers,” “I Don’t Care,” “Novocaine,” and “Sunshine Riptide.”

On a separate note… I can make so many FOB songs FrUK coded that it’s concerning. I had started working on an animatic. I have several illustration ideas, several fic ideas, all because of FOB. One of my poor friends had to sit through me slamming them with different FOB lyrics and me pointing at them like “LOOK IT’S SO FRUK CODED.” I am. Unhinged.

Canada: Paramore

I don’t really have anything to say about how I think Paramore’s sound fits Matt, but I’ll just give a couple of songs. “Running Out Of Time,” “This is Why,” tbh a majority of After Laughter, “Tell Me It’s Okay,” and “For a Pessimist.” With Matt, I’m picking songs that AREN’T the ones I would’ve heard at the mall food court in 2009. He’s not getting the sharp songs.

England: My Chemical Romance

I can’t not give Arthur Mommy Issues Kirkland “Mama.” Anyway, MCR is the closest in sound we’ll get with the emo trinity to the bands I usually associate with Arthur. I personally associate Royal Blood with him, but a couple of my friends really associate him with The Smiths or Radiohead. As for MCR songs… I think Bullets might be best sound wise? Individual songs… “SING,” “The Ghost of You,” “You Know What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison,” and “The Light Behind Your Eyes.”

3- Biggest self-insert OC ?

Oooh that is a tricky question. I have so many OCs from so many fandoms and even some who are not tied to any existing piece of media !^^

I have to say though, probably the ice mage I played (and still do sometimes !) with my sister after we got The Best Videogame Ever: Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies. She holds within her characterization a lot of who I was as a young kid- some of which I'd like to get back. I was so confident as a kid, it's pretty incredible !

I can also tell you about the biggest fail to make a self-insert OC: Siyn Eisner, my beloved Bylethsona. The idea behind her creation was simple: I wanted an avatar who would represent me as a player the same way people created their Linksonas. At first, she was just an idea in the back of my mind, and not very developed- and that's the way she stayed until I started a fe3h roleplay with my dear friend.

And Sothis be damned, Siyn went way out of my control. She became her own, beautiful character. Of course, there are always things that she gets from me: but no more or less than any other OC of mine. And she inspired me in turn !

In general though, every OC of mine has some elements of my personality woven into theirs, even if I don't do it consciously. For instance, with my new Seven of Hearts OCs (OCs I created for a future webcomic, hopefully):

Heilig (he/him) is sarcastic and drags his feet. He doesn't do well when he's taken out of his comfort zone and hates taking risks. He sticks by the rules and is a bit tunnel-visionned. That's how I can be sometimes: and while there's nothing wrong with it, it can quickly become unhealthy: his character arc will partially be around him learning how to take a chill pill.

Keuse (she/her), Heilig's little sister, has more of that rebellious streak: but most of all, she wants the best for her brother and he wants the best for her. She wants him to understand that although she might be younger, it's just as much her responsibility to protect him in her eyes. I'm a younger sibling who wants my sister to know I'll always be here to protect her, just as she does me.

Same goes for Camille (he/she), who has that very naive side to him, and who definitely has undiagnozed ADHD. And so it is for every one of my OCs !

14- How many projects do you have going on right now? Are there any that you doubt you’ll ever finish?

When I received your ask I was like, "No prob, Imma make a google sheet and write everything down" and that's why I took some time to answer your ask. I have already given up on that. I don't even know where to start. I have so many WIPs. So many animatics living rent-free in my head. Some of which I am sure will never get done.

For instance, when the live-action version of The Little Mermaid came out, I was incredibly hyped by the new version of Part of your World and for weeks I was like, "I'M GONNA DRAW AN ANIMATIC OF A MERMAID TRANSMASC BYLETH WITH THIS SO BAD" and... yeah i'm still at the first frame.

I am pretty confident about finishing my first fic published on AO3 though, which I had given up on after one(1) chapter. But I got inspired by amazing writers @paracosmicat & @ninadove to pick it up again and I've entirely rewritten the first chapter + written two more chapters already (none of which are posted yet because I'd like to get ahead this time). I'm a lot happier with this version !^^ It's a fanfic delving into the dynamics of Edelgard/Zagreus (from Hades), which should eventually turn into a series exploring the Edelgard/Byleht/Zagreus/Thanatos polycule.

3- Do you have/want a career in your medium ? If not, what do you do/want to do instead ?

Drawing, as you will have noticed, is my passion and really the main way I get the wormbrains out. And if I don't draw for a while I will just want to bang my head against a wall repeatedly. So I definitely want a career in it. Being a video game designer would be a dream job.

For circumstances out of my control, I'm studying something else at the moment. On a good note, I just got out of two years of a formation which made me absolutely miserable and barely left me any time to draw !!! So there's that. But I do fully intend on finding a way to work in the art field someday ! >=D

First up, Astelle. I'm gonna give her some extra work later, this is (seriously) the only art I have of her. Was gonna use her for a pride month animatic, bbuuutttt.... yeah time got away from me lol

This is Owen, I'm planning on redesigning him. He's meant to be a kirin, but I didn't know as I was designing him what I was gonna do. Now I have a better idea, and will be designing him properly soon. (And yes I know the hand is backwards, I didn't realise until I had finished ;w; )

And of course, my main girl Luna. She is the main one I will post about, including when I fully redesign her and give her a new name. I'm gonna do that cause it's easier.

This is for a story I am working on.

Don't get too excited, I'm still planning the world and everything for it. This is just so I can get expression practice and it fits with a plot line in the story.

Meanwhile i have little miss perfect being set up for the future as a donmick angst animatic. I am gonna make this one a angst baffy. Think as a mix between space jam 2 angst of bugs bunny and back in action daffu duck takes.

I am thinking of how this would work but i want it be angst and comfort. earlier thought of them doing a fight for there rights as actors to release their films and content but it was stupid and more could come any time. So, angst of being ignored or something similar to it. Like i said i am still working on an idea. I do have a list of "i am 100% gonna use animatics like little miss perfect."

Far Away by Tiffany Day

I heard this song and now I can’t get it out of my head, especially the ending part because I feel like it taps into this sense of nostalgia. One of my biggest fears in life is of the future, of change, and losing my connection to my past. When I write stories, this theme is present, because my characters give me a chance to explore this fear. 

For Lián, in one single night, she loses everything that made her life what it was. Her sister, who she cherished so much, is dead. Her people were attacked and she couldn’t save them all. She’s lost her last sense of freedom with her new engagement with Han. So, she decides to run off with the Avatar, hoping that she can be an asset to his team. 

But now, she’s lost. She can never go back to her past in the North, and her future is widely unknown, and that fear can sometimes be paralyzing. I really want to capture those feelings in this animation. 

I like to think that if I could draw, this animatic idea would go viral, but for now, you’re gonna have to make do with my descriptions.

So starting off with the background, it is split up into eight rectangles: eight major points in Lián’s journey, eight locations. The plan is that if this were animated, she would be slowly walking across the screen, and each square would light up, highlighting that moment in her life. 

Here’s a look at what I was thinking. The poorly drawn stick figure represents Lián, the eight boxes are the eight locations. With each line of the song, Lián will move across the screen. When she’s in front of a box it will light up while the others will be dim. 

Here are the lyrics of the song that I would use.

The first box of the song will be to the line “Where am I going?” The background of this box is The North Pole, and Lián walks next to Yue. They hold hands but Yue is walking slightly in front of her. This is meant to symbolize how pre-battle they were slightly apart because of their different ideas about life, yet they are still holding on to each other because of their love for one another. This is what Lián’s life was pre-battle, her love for her sister was her beacon. This is the life she will never be able to return to. 

The next box is to the line “Life’s moving on and on.” The background of this box is a general view of the Earth Kingdom. (It’s not specific because she and the gaang were traveling across the Earth Kingdom, so this major moment in Lián’s life is the traveling.) She and the gaang are running forward. Sokka, Katara, and Aang have less distance between each other, but there’s a slight gap between them and Lián. This is meant to show that while they have accepted her into the group, they aren’t that close to her yet. After all, they spent all of season one growing closer, and Lián is a very new member. This is the second step in Lián’s journey to her future, traveling is what she always thought she wanted, but this journey will be harder than simply traveling the world. 

Box number three will be the night sky of Ba Sing Se, and goes with the line “Wish I could know when.” In this scene, Lián is walking with Lee(Zuko) but she’s slightly ahead of him. I think she’s in front of him at this point because when I put people in front they’re the ones leading in a way. Like Yue was Lián’s motivation in the North, her reason for staying, so she’s in front. The gaang were Lián’s reason to leave, so they’re in front of her. Lián is in front of Zuko because she has a stronger desire than him to build their friendship. Their friendship is meaningful because it’s almost a return to normal for Lián. When she’s with the gaang, they’re training, running, and fighting. But when she’s with Lee, she’s simply enjoying the city and his company. 

This sense of normal crashes and burns when Zuko betrays everyone. The fourth box is a bit of a turning point for Lián. Set to the line “I'll be somebody strong” with the Crystal Catacombs, Lián stands in the middle. She’s clearly tired, covered in bruises and blood, with a large gash in her hand. This is a bad moment for her, because her trusting nature, her naivety, has led her and her friends astray. Like the battle at the North, she will constantly blame herself for what happens. A moment of triumph is when she cuts her hand in order to escape the rock structure that the Dai Li trapped her in. This is the moment where she truly begins to overcome her fear of battle, and she starts to fight. However, this moment is later undercut when she is unable to help Katara heal Aang because her injured hand is causing her to be in Katara’s way. So overall, this is a bad moment for her, and impacts her throughout the story. Now, she needs to overcome this feeling of letting others down more than ever.

Box number five to “Where am I going?” has the background of the Fire Nation. I’ll be so for real right now, I don’t have a good sense of what I want to do with her arc in the Fire Nation so I don’t have anything to say about it currently. 

Box six is the air temple and it goes with the line “I've been here for too long.” This line is less about the location she’s in and more of her mental state. She’s been holding on to resentment, to her fears, to the feeling that no matter what, she can’t do anything right. Up until this point, she’s been trying to make up for what she thinks are her mistakes that she has to make up for, but she has to let that go if she wants to be happy. On the screen, Zuko walks in front of her and she reaches out with her arm, but he’s slightly out of her reach. He’s in front because this time, he’s the one trying to repair their relationship. However, she can’t reach out to him because she is holding herself back. She needs to forgive herself to forgive him and begin to repair their relationship. 

Box number seven  to the line “Wish I could know when” has The Fire Nation when Lián leads her tribe to help conquer the kingdom as the backdrop. Zuko is fighting Azula, but The White Lotus feared that the Fire Nation wouldn’t accept the banished prince fully as their new leader, so Lián leads her tribe to take over to secure Zuko’s rise to power. This is an instrumental moment for her because she is joining a fight, and leading it. She’s overcome her fears, she’s forgiven herself, and now she’s fighting for her nation’s freedom directly. 

For the final box, the background is the fire nation to the line “I'll be somebody strong.” Lian is in a group with all of her friends, holding hands with Zuko. They’ve won the war. 

As Lián moves across the backgrounds, I also want her clothing to change. First, she’s in her dress, then her traveling clothes, Earth Kingdom attire, Fire Nation attire, travel clothes, battle armor, and a fancy princess dress.

City build up

This what I've got of my city so far, its just been test areas, with nothing certain, I need to change that and really get into gear with developing up the city and into a space that feels alive. I'm noticing that it's going to be quite a big task as my scene is outside, which is a lot more area to cover than an inside location

I've had a look online and gathered some images on busy city life and the types of buildings in it, my plan right now is to have this area that I've already modelled be a housing area with flats and then some of the sections around it will be big office buildings, these ones will have less detail because they are the buildings that you will only view from further away angles

I've now added in some new building basses, gotta make it fit the aspect ratio for the first shot, this is going to be the main scene that showcases theses buildings, so the majority of them will only be visible from above, that's a good thing to keep in mind in terms of later details. Framing it with my camera now, allows me to only include the areas needed, instead of adding in buildings that never actually end up being used

Now I've got an ideal framing for the top down shot, I am going to follow through my animatic and try to re-create the shots as 3D cameras, this way I can know what areas that I need to add more buildings too and what areas won't ever been seen in the camera view

Comparing the scenes against my storyboard

Scene 1 is my opening scene, I've already mapped out my camera for this shot so I decided it would be a good idea to add some annotations to the shot for future planning on where the animation is going to go. I'm gonna keep note of the spacing in the road, because it needs to be wide enough to fit cars on both sides of the road

Scene 2 is where we see the character for the first time, I'm able to see the layout of this scene a lot more clearly now that I have clear building models planned out.

Things to note, for some scenes I might need to hide existing buildings to get a good shot, so when I'm trying to look at these buildings, I have huge one ones in my view that block the camera. This is similar to in film sets where they only build portions of a room or set to fit the camera in, but because you only ever watch i from the camera view, you would never know that it's not an actual room

Scene 3 continues on from the walking in the precious scene, the one I've drawn for my animatic is a bit off when it comes to the perspective but thankfully I didn't have to worry about that with the 3D since it's already there

Scene 4 is the crosswalk scene, this is the scene that I've already done a lot of testing for so the buildings in this area are already pretty defined. I'm still not 100% sure about the camera angle, I think I'm going to adjust it further

Scene 5 is the first POV shot, it's important to me that the viewer understands that this shot is through the eyes of the main character, which is why the following scene will be the same shot, just looking back at the 2D character walking. I'm going to get this message across by animating an up and down motion to show that he's walking forward. So I've shot some reference footage of walking with a GoPro strapped to my head to figure that out.

Scene 6 is the opposite of the shot before, which shows the context of the POV walking scene just before. You may notice that in my 3D mock-up sheet the left and right sides look identical, this is because I've duplicated them in Photoshop, what I will do in the future is add in new buildings to that area because I don't currently have any there, but it's needed to make my city feel more real and less like a set. In the animatic I had it as just clouds, this was because I couldn't figure out the perspective, so I didn't know what the buildings would look like, but it's so much easier just making them into the 3D space

Scene 7 is the spinning scene, this one is in a very similar place to the shot before, so I'll need all the same buildings as before. As for the actual animation, it should be relatively simple

So I forgot about update videos... anyway! I'm currently on holiday, away from my pc, but I have a small(?) update for Chaos/Tale and a few general things, and I wanted to try and do these lil updates, maybe monthly... not sure, anyways!

First things first, I have started work on some character profile sheets, all hand written for easier access when I need them (that's the idea at least). Mostly going to make them for the more 'major' characters and not every character who appears once, which I feel I've made a good amount of progress on so far!

Once I get home and have these finished, I'm gonna work on finishing re-writing the story, as well as making proper reference sheets for at least most of these profile sheets.

After this I'm gonna work on the storyboard for the entire animation, then an animatic, while also working on a concept/idea for character themes!

Idea here is that it'll take a bit longer before I can upload the animations, but there should be less time between uploads (even if it's just a little less) and that the story will (hopefully) be good!

I am also aiming to have at least one animation done by the end of the year, which will probably be about 5-10 minutes long (they will all aim to be about the same length as well), but the priority is pre-production : )

Outside of Chaos/Tale, I've started uni, done a bit of streaming (hoping to have a schedule soon-), and started trying to learn Japanese on duolingo.

Just a smaller, more personal addition here, in the future there will probably be more stuff, like updates on other projects or something~ (which I am noting ideas of for if I want to start them)

Anyways! Been a bit of a read, and has been quite a year, hopefully everyone's has been at least somewhat good, and hopefully 2024 will be at least a bit better!~

Ok no, but I just have to rant on this. It’s been consuming my thoughts y’all, I just can’t stop thinking about it all.

So, this is about the Dream SMP- I recently got introduced to it through some friends and the animatics by SAD-ist were really what sold me to it. I’ve been trying to catch up on it all(god, it’s so good but also such a mess, I don’t think I’d have it any other way) and I just. So many thoughts y’all.

That ending tho, y’all that’s really what started this train of thought. It was so good. Like, I’ve seen quite a few posts on why it was predictable, not the unexpected twist Dream promised, and just. Not that good of an ending and honestly that’s a matter of opinion so I shouldn’t really care(and I don’t. much) but I still want to rant on the direct opposite side because fuck it I have thoughts!!!

This will mostly be on Willbur’s decent, for those wondering, because it’s just. there’s so many things to that ok. I just, this is just gonna be a ramble, just for me to get my thoughts out there.

So, I’ve seen a lot of things about Willbur- his decent into madness being the main thing. Mostly, it all seems to boil down to one thing- his desire for power and his view of Tommy being what led to him, well, blowing up L’manburg. But I personally don’t see that as the full story. Sure, it’s part of it, but it just feels incomplete to me. What would kickstart it? how would he go from adoring Tommy and only wanting L’manburg so that Tommy could be safe, to blowing it all up and betraying Tommy?

How could he go from that to doing the one thing that would hurt Tommy the most?

I personally think the answer is simple. Tommy said it in his recent stream, welcoming ConnerEatsPants to the server, after all. 

Trauma makes people vulnerable.

And Willbur has gone through a lot of trauma.

So, quite a bit of this depends on your view of how the world works. I don’t know if it’s ever been stated as cannon, but the deaths are specifically what I’m talking about.

They die so so much, after all. How does the work in-world? are they actually dying, and there’s a respawn function to the world(as in, it’s been a fact of life in-universe that you can die and come back) or do they just get injured, as a number of animatics/animations have chosen to depict it as? Are they being dragged back home by their comrades, fatally injured, just to heal?

Personally, I don’t see that likely as the in-universe explanation. They come back, after all. Come back and continue fighting, minutes after they’re killed. You can’t just use injuries as an excuse there, to explain it away.

So, I’ll follow this along with the ‘respawn exists’ assumption. Still, that brings up more questions. How did Willbur and JSchlatt permanently die, then? do you have to die in such a traumatizing way(your father killing you, all the people who may have once been your friends cornering you to kill you as your hopped up on drugs) that you no longer want to go back? That something deep inside you snaps and your connection to this world breaks, or is it something else? Does someone else pull the strings?

Is Dream the one, in-universe, to decide when you can respawn and when you die permanently? He’s closest thing to a god they have, after all, with access to creative mode and final say over the lands- the true ruler of the world. Is it him?

And still, there’s more questions. What is it like? How does it feel? is the corpse left there, or does it just disappear, leaving your stuff behind? maybe your body crumbles to dust, maybe it fades away before your eyes

Is dying just like Willbur described? Nothingness until you awake, only a taste of true death, a few seconds to experience it, to make you fear it? Is the pain all in the before, or do you feel in the after too, phantom aches and pains as you go about your life, the time you died a memory forever haunting you?

Does the end of your life hurt? Do you feel yourself being brought back to life? Does that hurt?

No matter what you decide, the fact of the matter is, it’s all still traumatizing. Being injured severely enough that you have to drop all your items and flee to heal up, or dying from those that you are always forced to interact with- it leaves a mark. Your left different than you were before. And other people can take advantage of this.

Who fed into all of Willbur’s manic thoughts, who fed into his idea that he was all alone? Him against the world, no one safe anymore. Who let him rot in those ideas?

Dream.

He did, afterall, give him the gunpowder for his eleven and a half stacks of tnt. He made a deal with him, that no matter what, even if he won, even if Willbur took L’manburg back, even if he became president and could make a safer place for them all, make a safer place for Tommy, even then.

The place would be blown sky. high.

He feeds into Willbur’s ideas, his thoughts, he eggs him on and pushes him forward(there is a traitor among you, one that you least expect). What if Dream was the one who ruined Willbur’s button, the first time? Trying to keep him tagging along, trying to drag him through the dirt to really show him, this is how it is, you are alone, no where is safe- no one is safe, everyone is against you. Dream is a sort of god, in the server. The land is his. He wouldn’t want L’manburg to stand, and he would want the one who had started it thoroughly against the rebuilding of it, before he had it destroyed. It would be a blow to morale, after all, for their leader to no longer believe in the dream that he’d once had. It would sow doubt, would make them think maybe, maybe it wasn’t a good idea, Willbur made it and he’s against it now.

They think he’s gone mad, true, but that doesn’t change that fact that Willbur started L’manburg. If the stress of it all was enough to make him lose it, couldn’t the others too?

Maybe it’s not worth it.

He destroyed it.

And here’s the thing, when Phil shows up?

It feels like a catalyst. A kick, a shove. Whatever you want to call it.

One last push by Dream, to force Willbur to do it. 

Before, it follows. Willbur rants, he panics, he shakes. He stresses over it all, stares at that damn button. He made a deal, but should he really do it?

Tommy tried to give him the Presidency, tried to give him the power, a sign of trust. Surely, if Tommy trusted him after all that he’s done to him...

Surely, he can back away. Not ruin it.

Right?

He hesitates.

Then Phil comes. His father. He tries to talk him out of it, tries to get him to see sense. But in the end?

He’s the one final thing that Willbur needed to see, before his resolve hardened. Before the ache settled solid and true.

(Phil is panicking, and Willbur sees it. 

He doesn’t trust him either, does he?)

Willbur is alone, and everyone is against him.

He hits the button.

See, the compound of events, the repeated deaths(injuries) he’s suffered all throughout his life, the war, they all add up. Whether death hurts or not doesn’t matter in the end, whether they’re dying or not doesn’t matter, because it all still hurts. The before hurts.

And you can only be hurt so many times before you can’t stand to be hurt anymore.

L’manburg caused Willbur so much hurt. The war, the suffering- it wouldn’t have happened without L’manburg.

All that was left for him was hurt, and all he wanted was for that hurt to leave.

With L’manburg in ruins behind him(he survived the blast, did he intend to? He never wore armor), Willbur demands for Phil to kill him. His father.

He doesn’t beg. He’s desperate, it’s obvious by the way he slams his fist down as he screams for it, but he doesn’t beg.

Instead, he eggs Phil on.

Just what Dream did to him.

He throws his arms towards L’manburg, shoves it into Phil’s face, makes him look.

Willbur did that. He is the cause. Phil should kill him, everyone wants him to.

It was just Willbur. Just Willbur, Willbur and all his hurt, just him against the world.

No one was on his side and he was alone.

Willbur works to anger Phil. Instead of begging for death he demands it and throws his sword at his father’s feet. He forces him to make a choice. Him or the world, because that was what it really was. 

Willbur was alone. Him against the world. Would Phil choose him?

Look at me, it seems to scream, look at me and what I’ve done, look at the hurt I’ve now caused.

Where do you stand?

In the end, even if later, Phil seems to be good friends with Techno(another traitor, the traitors Techno Phil, it’s Techno, Phil, it’s Techno and he’s got eight whithers ready to go, you better hurry, run along now, before it’s too late), even if he doesn’t want to...

He chooses the world.

Phil kills Willbur, and Willbur gets to escape the hurt.

Is that what he wanted all along? Is that were his madness stems? The hurt of a boy watching children fight in a war, the hurt of a boy watching what is basically his brother fight and die over and over and over again, all for an idea he’d had...

Is that where it begins? Or where it ends?

L’manburg, the start and the end?

L’manburg, his symphony of hope, with a finale of agony.

It’s a predictable ending, maybe, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t fit. Techno may have been obvious, but that doesn’t mean there might not have been hope for otherwise, hope for a better future, hope for him to change his mind and hope for his affection for them to overrule his opinions and values of government.

I wonder, did Tommy ever see Techno and think of Willbur?

Two siblings, seeing something that could have been(Tommy, lets be the bad guys) and something that will never be(Willbur, do you hear yourself?)

I wonder, did Willbur ever even give real thought to how the destruction of L’manburg would hurt Tommy? Did he?

Or was he too wrapped up in his thoughts, his own pain. Too wrapped up in the thoughts fed by Dream and the ideas burning through his skin.(the button might not even work -do you want to risk that?) 

Through it all, did he think?

And this is not to say that Willbur is absolved of his guilt, of the crimes he has committed. He giggles about Techno killing Tubbo, he pushes for Tommy and Techno to fight in a pit, where Tommy is almost certainly going to die(another death added to hundreds of tallies), and he laughs as they fight.

He is not innocent. Explainations for his actions don’t erase those actions. It does, however bring even more questions into the mix.

Techno and Willbur’s views on Tubbo’s death(I was peer pressured), Tommy’s refusal to accept that then accepting his own death at Techno’s hands.

Has it become trivial to Willbur and Techno? An expectation to Tommy? Is Tubbo really unfazed, or hiding any emotions over his death? Do you choose to believe he died, or that he was injured to near death by Techno? Which is worse? If death is nothingness, the pain of before gone, washed away, than isn’t it better to die then to be injured? Is Tommy upset about Tubbo learning once more what death is, dealing with the pain of the before, or is he mad that Techno didn’t finish the job and let Tubbo be healed instead of respawned?

Did he die, or just get injured?

Another thought on the broken button, was it Dream, or was it Willbur? Willbur, doing one last thing to try and cling to him life before.(surely, if he broke the button, the urge to run to it would leave him?) Did he ever regret it, when he finally did push it? I don’t think so

His ghost.

Is it the escape he wanted? Did he want to forget it all, everything that led to hurt and was hurt? Is his description of death just what he wanted- wished- it to be? Would it be different for someone else? Does he hate it? Crave to go back to it, to leave the wandering of the world he’s left behind? He’s said he’s wanted to come back to life- does he miss it? Can he feel any of it? The sunlight, the air around him, any of it? Or does the nothingness stick? Is that all he feels?

Does it ache, worse than living ever did?

Some fun facts, info and More about the S3 and the comic in general.

 I made this long ago with the S2 hiatus, so i decided to do the same again with new funfacts, and some new info about S3 (without going into spoilers of course, i hope you guys like it)

As you can notice, the new profile cards has a section called Logo, those logos are a new thing i added to the comic, What’s the purpose? They are made for pannels were the character’s talk but they are not in scene, this is an example from the new season:

When i announced King in Black i didn’t have almost any plans for the next issues, but i liked the Agony plot so i decided to make the story about that.

The Scene were Alec uses Jake as a Bat is a reference to the Blackbird Epilogue were it’s said Jake turns into a Bat of Intention releasing Andrew’s soul.

I wanted to elaborate more the scene were Jake is awakened from the illusion, but it was too many pages and i had to use the Bro thing, i am sorry if it was Lame, for me, at least it is.

When Alec met Hazel, i had plans to explain Alec dad’s were already dead, but i decided to not add that scene.

Alex (Hazel’s daughter) is 10, and She’s a Demi-Girl, 

The reason why i started to read Disney Chills was because i wanted to find new traumatized kids from a different media than the ones i already use.

In the moment i read Planet of Symbiotes: Toxin i knew Bren has to be in the team.

Millie was intended to appear revived for a Symbiote after KIB, but i discarded that because we don’t really know her fate and there’s chances she could came back in FF epilogues.

I suffered a lot in season 2 because i really wanted to use Dylan, but the idea of a Time skip was soo good to not use it, Return of the Kids was totally my fav moment.

Oswald’s Scar plot from Familiar Rabits is gonna come back on the Summer Special.

Traumatized Kids Island is gonna be 10 episodes long i dunno if it’s gonna be Weekly or every 2 days, i have to think that.

Sora Ogami was a character i loved to add and i hope to use it more in future episodes.

I already told that, i changed the Henry’s hairstyles to make them inspired in the actor Jared Gilmoire, the one who interprets Henry in Once upon a Time.

The real name of this comic is: Niños Traumados.

Not gonna lie, i want to add Sleeper in this comic, but i don’t know what happened with him in comics, i am worried :(

Steven’s weeding is gonna be a S3 arc, and it’s gonna be the last time we are gonna see Steven, it’s hard for me, but some kids have to leave in order to other to enter.

Whatever you want, honestly. As a general rule of thumb I don’t like putting down TOO many hard rules that prevent people from having fun with this setting. (Please ignore and scrap anything you think is stupid, I do this all the time and enjoy keeping this setting inconsistent and contradictory)

Demons, yes! That’s what imps are: basically any demon, devil, or generic monster, but tiny! Even a couple of pop culture critters in there, there’s probably a very small gillman or robot monster running around there somewhere.

Just saying it will do! It’s based on those old werewolf stories where calling out the person’s name will change them back into a human/cure them, and a lot of the time it was by accident.

(My favorite is the one where they slam the door on the wolf’s tail and then say his name, and the dude ends up with a wolf tail for the rest of his life.)

Since clothing fills into the body type of the intended wearer, they would indeed be able to control all arms/legs in buggieman clothes.

Size restrictions is one of these things I wanna try to be vague about: I personally have been imagining them sticking to hiding in things no smaller than, um. Maybe imp sized, but really, whatever. It’s a cartoon eyeball critter!

Not really! It’s not super important, honestly. I’d say any fan theory is about as valid as anything else I can come up with.
