My abusive mother is trying to institutionalize me & put me in a conservatorship. Please help me fund my escape plan across a few states.
Long story short my mother called me this morning informing me to be ready that I will be institutionalized against my will (as she is a manipulative person and has made her friends believe her and agree with her on this stance). I rather die than be put into conservatorship or to be institutionalized. I have a place to stay a few states away, but I need to save enough to have the professional movers haul my belongings I CANNOT leave behind as I am disabled and cannot make the long trip myself. The professional move will cover gas, fees, boxes, insurance, and the move itself, but it will be around 2000 dollars. (The price is steep, but it keeps me from driving 2 - 3 days, paying for the gas myself, having things happen along the way to the rental, etc. The moving company will cover everything - U-Haul will still cost me around 1.2k plus + gas + whatever else comes up.)
I am going to try to save up enough around the time I planned on visiting my beloved anyway as we bought a plane ticket for July a month ago. I added some supplies to my wishlist for packing my stuff as I won't be getting any of the packing materials I need now like these until when the movers are on their way. I will be packing what I want to keep, selling what I can part with, and I can find boxes locally for free at least.
The goal price is higher if the move turns into an emergency move and the movers charge me even more for the up-front schedule, and if it's still around July then the excess will go towards the bills + fees of me registering for a new state license, rent, etc.
I would not be moving until things were in better condition, but with my mother threatening me I needed to make this move sooner. Again, I am so sorry to be asking for help again, but this is life or death for me I REFUSE to let this happen to me and I cannot bear to leave my belongings behind for her to put her greedy hands on.

Time for some tracts:
"How do we create jobs?" You raise the minimum wage, because if people don't need to work three jobs to make rent, those other two jobs will mysteriously open up.
"How do we support small businesses?" You raise the minimum wage, staggered to the biggest corporations first.
"How do we reduce homelessness?" You raise the minimum wage.
"How do we make sure raising the minimum wage doesn't negatively impact prices or--?"
Prices are already rising faster than wages are, this is playing catch up.
Put a cap on CEO salaries and bonuses, they can't earn more than 100 times more than their lowest paid workers. Current US ratio is 342, which is insane. (This list is mostly about the US.)
Hit corporations first, give small businesses time to adjust. McDonald's and Walmart can afford to raise wages to $20/hr before anyone else does, they have that income.
Drop the weekly hours required for insurance from thirty to fifteen. This will disincentivize employers having everyone work 29hrs a week, partly because working only 14hrs a week is a great way to have undertrained, underpracticed staff. Full time employment becomes the new rule.
Legalize salary transparency for all positions; NYC's new law is a good start.
Legislation that prevents companies from selling at American prices while paying American wages abroad. Did you know that McDonald's costs as much or more in Serbia, where the minimum wage is about $2/hr? Did you know that a lot of foreign products, like makeup, are a solid 20% more expensive? Did you know that Starbucks prices are equivalent? Did you know that these companies charge American prices while paying their employees local wages? At a more extreme example, luxury goods made in sweatshops are something we all know are a problem, from Apple iPhones to Forever 21 blouses, often involving child labor too. So a requirement to match the cost-to-wage ratio (either drop your prices or raise your wages when producing or selling abroad) would be great.
Not directly a minimum wage thing but still important:
Enact fees and caps on rent and housing. A good plan would probably be to have it in direct ratio to mortgage (or estimated building value, if it's already paid off), property tax, and estimated fees. This isn't going to work everywhere, since housing prices themselves are insanely high, but hey--people will be able to afford those difficult rent costs if they're earning more.
Trustbusting monopolies and megacorps like Amazon, Disney, Walmart, Google, Verizon, etc.
Tax the rich. I know this is incredibly basic but tax the fucking rich, please.
Fund the IRS to full power again. They are a skeleton crew that cannot audit the megarich due to lack of manpower, and that's where most of the taxes are being evaded.
Universal healthcare. This is so basic but oh my god we need universal healthcare. You can still have private practitioners and individual insurance! But a national healthcare system means people aren't going to die for a weird mole.
More government-funded college grants. One of the great issues in the US is the lack of healthcare workers. This has many elements, and while burnout is a big one, the massive financial costs of medical school and training are a major barrier to entry. While there are many industries where this is true, the medical field is one of the most impacted, and one of the most necessary to the success of a society. Lowering those financial barriers can only help the healthcare crisis by providing more medical professionals who are less prone to burnout because they don't need to work as many hours.
And even if those grants aren't total, guess what! That higher minimum wage we were talking about is a great way to ensure students have less debt coming out the other side if they're working their way through college.
------------------
Linda P requested something either really interesting or really silly and this is... definitely more of a tract on a topic of interest (the minimum wage and other ways business and government are both being impeded by corporate greed) than on a topic of Silly. Hope it's still good!

hi! a friend of mine has recently told me a bunch of stuff about how i could include some disabled characters in my short stories (i write hurt/comfort for the record) and what they'd like to see more of.
something on the list was "[disabled people] have access to certain medical supplies that normally wouldn't be accessible." google isn't being super helpful as it's a pretty vague statement. can you give me some examples of this? would it be syringes and needles? or certain medication that's easy to use with malicious intent? (also for the record, they were specifically asking if i could write more disabled characters doing the hurting instead of being victims of it, since that tends to be an underrepresented category). i dont even know where to start researching since there's so many types of disabilities, so any help would be hugely appreciated!
Hello,
Prescriptions open up a world of medical supplies that the public would have to jump through major hoops to access or wouldn't be able to access at all. For example, epinephrine auto-injectors, commonly known as Epi-Pens. In America, one can only get those with a prescription or if you're the caretaker for someone who has life-threatening allergies, there is no other way to get them unless you buy them from a shady sight from the United Kingdom or Canada. Even Adrenaclic, created by CVS Pharmacy, which also treats anaphylaxis, is only available when prescribed by a medical professional. Disabled people with chronic pain can access medical marijuana, or even medical-grade opioids. One can't legally buy Schedule 2 Drugs (things like Adderall) without a prescription. It'll depend on what condition they have, but prescription medications are a huge part of that "access to supplies the rest of the population can't have."
The second thing is medical-grade sterile equipment. Sure, you can buy IV bags off of Amazon for fifteen dollars for fifty, but those probably aren't medical-grade and you don't have a guarantee that they're good or safe quality. IV fluids are hard to find at a reasonable price. Syringes? Those absolutely need to be sterile, it's not safe to buy those from anywhere that isn't a pharmacy. All of this stuff is best purchased as medical-grade, meaning it could be used by a doctor or a hospital, and they aren't buying this stuff from Amazon. Pharmacies get this stuff from similar, maybe even the same, sources as hospitals are getting them, and a pharmacy will probably only sell you most of this stuff to someone who's prescribed it and who has a diagnosed medical condition that requires it. Even then, disabled people usually need to jump through hoops to get our medical equipment.
And the third is something that might surprise you- mobility and assistance devices. Yes, you can get a cane from Walmart or a hospital-type wheelchair from Target, but those aren't personalized. They'll do the job but an abled person probably can't get a custom-built wheelchair as easily as someone with cerebral palsy can. This isn't saying it's easy for disabled people to get these things, it's just easier than it is for the general population. Plus, things such as a class three powerchair are thousands of dollars. If you're prescribed one, insurance might cover part of it, or you might have the option to receive these things for free from charities, or at a discounted rate, especially if you're low-income. You can buy them if you're abled, sure, but you'll have access to a better way to go about it if you're actually disabled.
Again, nothing on this list is guaranteed to be a breeze for a disabled person, but there are routes we can take that make getting them easier than it would be for an abled person who doesn't need them.

So I had a FUN LITTLE DISCOVERY about Facebook today!
So today I decided to go ahead and private as much as my Facebook as possible. Why? Because the less I have to interact with it, the better. Literally the only reason I don't delete it is because I use it to keep in contact with my D&D group who won't use Discord for some cursed reason and I do have some old memories on there with a couple of friends that are nostalgic. And while I was referring to an article which had some steps for how to do so, I came across this little gem:
Tumblr media
To which I said, "What do you mean OFF Facebook activity??? What OFF Facebook activity would FACEBOOK be tracking???" So I followed those steps and went in there and pulled up the list of information it had stored and LO and fucking behold! Apparently Facebook has been tracking a BUNCH of shit that I've been doing online EVEN though my Facebook is registered with my old-ass hotmail account and almost everything I do online is through my modern gmail. Also, I VERY INTENTIONALLY don't have FB installed on my phone, so it is VERY much separated from anything I do. And not just my searches, oh no no. It has been monitoring a WHOLE BUNCH of fun stuff including tracking my doordash orders, etsy orders and searches, shopping on zenintcg, the fact that we have insurance through Allstate, even my old fucking HINGE dating profile which I haven't even USED since like 2018 but apparently they've been getting updates on as recently as last year.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Seriously the ONLY thing Facebook should know about on this list is Grand Summoners, because it used to use FB to log in. NOTHING ELSE had anything to do with my hotmail, or FB. This is all information that FB obtained independently without my consent.
SO THAT'S FAN-TUCKING-FASTIC. I'm just... such a fan of that!
So for any of y'all who you know, DON'T want this corporation who is known for mishandling and selling user information to have information that it obtained about you without your consent outside of its platform, I suggest you follow those steps above to disable that. Currently it takes you to a secondary page where you you will need to follow these additional steps to Disconnect from Future Activity:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
So yeah maybe spread the word because this is sure news to me and BOY AM I PISSED. Like I expect this from Google. Google tracking my searches or whatever makes sense in a hell on earth capitalist society way. Amazon tracking what you search on Alexa (or say within the same room as Alexa), sure. But Facebook finding my information even though it's associated with a different email address and not through its platform? THAT is just insane and malicious to me. I feel like a tin hat lunatic that's like "the social media's secretly trackin' me and stealin' my information!" except this time they actually ARE.

I should probably make a sideblog for art, but meh, I already have one for photography and I've been on this one for 15 years so we're really in it now ykwim.
Anyway here's a roundup of some stuff I finished this week! Sort of. I need to restring two of those necklaces bc I fucked up a few of the beads. They're like, pretty much done though.
The hat is a commission for a friend. I'd like to sell more of them, but I'm trying to find a knit/crochet pattern for something similar so I don't have to buy these cheap ones off Amazon.
The kitties are supposed to be needle minders, but are also a valuable science lesson: baking neodymium magnets removes their magnetization! They still grab needles, but they don't really hold onto them the way my other minders do. I'm gonna try to remagnetize those before I sell them, and I won't be baking those with the magnets already inside anymore! Oops!
I'm gonna be posting about this stuff a lot in the coming weeks bc I'm really hoping to make some sales soon! Bel and I need to get the car looked at, new plates, and new insurance before we can leave. we're hoping to raise what we need for it within the next month. We'll be living in the car again and back in our old spot by the end of April/beginning of May, if all goes well!
I mostly post this stuff on Instagram or Ko-fi if you wanna follow in either place :^)

Have you ever thought about writing books and selling them instead of looking for a job? I hope it doesn’t come off as rude I just think you could definitely be quite successful!
No worries, it doesn't come across as rude. Unfortunately it is extremely difficult to make an actual living (as in paying all your bills, having enough for food, and health insurance) writing books, and it's just not really viable.
I had been planning to release some short stories on Amazon via self-publishing to try to bring in extra money as my normal work-from-home freelance stuff has really dried up---buuuuut I discovered Amazon self-publishing has some strict content limits that prohibit noncon and dubcon entirely. Some people get away with it but it's not a risk I'd take.
So the stories I had planned (which were along the lines of what I post here) are suddenly a no-go with that platform.
And the few other self-publishing venues I've found also updated their TOS within the last two years to basically prohibit dark content involving relationships.
I've heard Smashwords allows noncon and dubcon but not violence/torture, so I might try them, but they were bought by another company recently so that could change at any time.
My plan at the moment is to pivot a bit with a few of the stories I'd been working on for Amazon so that they are more "enemies to lovers" or whatnot, but that might take a while.
But I don't expect to make a lot of money this way, I just hope I can make enough to pay the electric bill or something else small like that.

I'm gonna be honest here. So, this isn't a usual funny post. Babe doesn't know. She's too discouraged right now for me to want to bring it up.
Even with the extra pay from other jobs, I'm not making enough to pay our bills and survive. Hell, I'm not even making enough for rent, car payment, and insurance... Rent alone is a week behind and the late fees don't do us any favors..
And with babe losing her job... We need help.
And a lot of it. Because we were barely making it before with 2 incomes. I traded and sold a lot of shit to get the things I have. But we're out of things to trade and sell. Food, electric, gas, fuel for the car, animal foods and litter? We can't afford them... I'm working 3 jobs as much as is humanly possible. But Amazon flex and stage handing aren't exactly stable gigs on top of my full time.
And it is absolutely humiliating to be back here after getting sober and promising myself we wouldn't have to ask for help again.
But I can't control the world and the chaos that ensues.
So... Here I am. Being honest. We need help. We are drowning.
If you can help my info is below.. again..

Yo, what’s the usual price for a high end AAC? I’m speech impaired as part of my autism, and speech therapy didn’t help me.
Hello anon. Apology for so much text but have lot say to try help!
Not fully sure what mean by high end. Think mean high tech.
Insurance can pay for speech generated devices but have very… strict requirements and likely won’t qualify. Would also need speech language pathologist (slp) to evaluate you (in us, not sure other countries).
Can create by self, but that price vary depending on what need. Best tablet is iPad, even though more expensive have more common and “better” apps (additive wave, TD Snap, touchchat, ect.) also have more of the free version.
Price change based on app (some like proloque2go have subscription of $250 but not sure is lifetime. Avaz have lifetime for $200, TD snap have lifetime for $50, touchchat have for $300)
And type tablet. Is recommended the AAC tablet is only for AAC though this commonly said for little kids (if see as game tablet might not want use communicate like meant for). Don’t need super high generation tablet for AAC unless want. Can buy generation 6/7 for $160-300 on Amazon. The newer iPad generation cost $400-600. If tablet for multiple, not just AAC then maybe get more storage/ newer generation.
Saw some say can diy (do it yourself) AAC for $500. This pay for
iPad:is brand new, price lower for refurbished(~$350)
Screen protector: (~$20)
Tablet case: (~$20)
Aac app: changes base on app, research price and type set up/ app need. For this we going use proloquo2go & touchchat
Proloquo2go: $250 half price $100
Touchchat: $300. Half price $150
The AAC apps go on sell during autism awareness month and AAC awareness month (April & October)
Total price for diy AAC including Proloquo2go is $640 or half price of $490
Total price for diy AAC including touchchat is $690 or half price of $540.
This just rough idea and price can go up and down based on actual needs.
Feel like highest price can be $1000 for diy and lowest be $300. Is no usual price which why explain all this.
And something not a lot talk about is that with AAC, will likely need speech therapist help learn use. Is okay if don’t, but if you need help and do speech therapy; get it. I have it and once have tablet my therapist going help get use, explain to family, add to iep and whatever else need
Hope this helps anon! Ask if have anymore questions

I love your insights and agree that Jensen’s deal with Amazon seems to fit more like a actor’s holding deal. If I understand how those work, it’s where the studio pays the actor a salary for a year to hold them to try and find a role for him/her in a tv show or movie. Is that correct?
You’ve said Amazon doesn’t pay actors very well, so what is your guess to Jensen’s salary that Amazon is paying him? (Is that how he was able to afford a $10million mansion in Connecticut?)
Do those work like typical salaries (weekly/monthly) or because it was also tied to his production company, was that annual salary paid to him in an upfront sum with hopes the ackles would use the money to develop a project?
given the strike, the ackles cannot develop anything, do they have to refund any money back to amazon?
Thank you and yes, in typical holding deals the actor will receive a salary for at least one year while the studio finds a suitable project for them. Similarly, Jensen would get paid X amount of dollars for the term no matter what. He would get a check every month that comes out of the millions in his deal, this will go to pay for overhead of running Chaos Machine, including employee salaries., office space, etc. So any advanced money the Ackles received is their's to keep even if there are no project(s) for Amazon's original programming.
With that said, I highly doubt that the CMP received the typical starter $10 million for production overheads as the deal was to hire Jensen for his acting (and his fandom). Jensen may have received $1 million in retainer fee instead.
As for the Ackles' ~ investment in Connecticut, he's going to sell that house in a year or two to an Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust, then use the “sale” and the equity in the CT house to buy another house, just like he did with the Colorado house that was brought when he sold the Austin lake house (at half the market value) to the same trust. For example, if the Ackles put down at least 20% for the lake house, when the property’s value goes up by 20% (and it will), the Ackles have now made a 100% ROI and that’s before considering rents and tax write offs. Then when the houses like the lake house is sold for real in 10, 15, or 20 years, it will be sold at it's actual market price. It's a classic use of these types of trusts to make money by reaping the actual profit from the real sale and on top of the previous profit when the house was first sold into the trust.
Jensen can easily never work again in his life just by living off his net worth, which I’ve speculated to be 20-25 million dollars and if he invest conservatively his net worth will double in ten years. While he's ~investing in real estates, I suspect his main source of passive income comes from investing in target-date funds, they’re a mix of stocks, bonds, and alternative assets and probably in a collection of mutual funds. If Jensen keeps to the common rule of withdrawal limit of 4%, he’ll have at least $1 million fuck-you money every year, more than enough to cover property tax and he and his family will be comfortably wealthy for the rest of their lives without working. But men need to work, hence why he pitched to WB the ideal of continuing SPN after Jared leaves.
@supernaturalconvert techically the trusts own the houses, and the people currently living at the lake house are paying rent to the "beneficiaries", which are the Ackles.

Hey all! Sorry to do this again but asking for help for my kitty son Salem through an amazon wish list if you've got an extra $10 to $14 you can spare
I'm going to put some figures up on ebay shortly & I'm going to make a trip to my local bookstore again tomorrow to sell some books and other things
but ebay sales even when sold right away takes me a few days to get money and unfortunately I never make a ton of money. I really am hoping/praying I will get the job I interviewed for yesterday but even then I won't be getting a paycheck for 2+ weeks at the earliest so I figured I'd go ahead and put this out.
I can hit up food pantries for myself but local "pet food pantries" I can find haven't updated their pages since 2022. Even so, switching food brands suddenly can cause diarrhea/other stomach upset and I don't want my little boy to suffer if I can't get the right brand, you know?
the thing I need most is cat litter. I had much less than I thought in my last box so he has a very shallow litter box atm. Switching litter is also a concern because it can cause cats to be uncomfortable and use the bathroom outside of the box.
for wet food, Salem has 11 days left of food. Granted wet food is a luxury and he doesn't need it; he absolutely will wake me up every single night for it and not leave me alone until he gets it because its been his routine for his entire life.
Lastly, I put water for both me & him. I already have a million and one health concerns and I feel like his water bowls get very gunky and gross when I use tap water so I'm also worried for his health too. I'm sure this is something I could get at a food pantry but if I could be saved a trip/gas money due to the fact I'm already down to 3 bottles then that would be amazing
I put just 1 of each on the list because that's hopefully all I will need before I get paid again. worst case scenario I'll be going back to my job on March 1st so if I don't get the new job I'll have pay from that but as for how I'll deal with that mental health wise uhhh yeah we'll see...
if you'd also be willing to spare money through my ko-fi to go towards bills I have coming up (mainly my car & rent insurance which are due on the first) I'd appreciate that as well. My mom helped me with my rent & electric so I at least will continue to have a roof over my head and warmth but yeah fjsoifj
I'm selling as much as I can to try and make ends meet but everything is so fucking expensive right now ;-;

When you have to cut to the bone
When everything goes south and you have to cut your budget to nothing to survive, it's a shit show. There's no magic bullet. It's emotional. There are no big wins, instead it's a game of winning by paying attention to every possible penny saved. Here's the steps we took to survive and turn it around:
Record. Cut. Save. Cook. Sell. Earn.
Below the cut are three steps - Record, Cut, and Save ...
Step One - Record
Start up a Google Spreadsheet of all your bills and expenses. Look out for recurring expenses, especially anything annual. There's nothing worse than having a really tight budget and getting hit with an annual renewal fee at just the wrong time.
Now you have a detailed picture of where your money regularly goes.
Next create a tab for upcoming events and expenses that are out of the ordinary; the annual tax and tags bill for your car, your parent's birthday, any work dues or training costs. Now you can see the next bumps in the road.
Phase Two - The Cut
Cut subscriptions and memberships. We really didn't have many, but they all went out. Yes Amazon Prime "saved" us money on delivery shipping and movies and and and ... but that spending had to stop too, so Prime had to go.
Home phone/internet/cable/cell. We cut the cable and the old landline. There's a lot of free TV and movie content online so we still watch "TV" we just don't pay for it anymore. We used to have a landline in case of power outages/storms that would disconnect us. But where we are now, our home phone comes in digitally so we'd still lose the phone in a power cut. So we just use our mobiles now. And changing your bundle of services is a good time to shop for a cheaper set of services on what you do decide to keep.
Also, you can buy digital antenna ("rabbit ears") for less than $20 to get free local TV; typically this is the main national network TV stations and PBS and a few others. It will depend where you are in the country.
A lot of the rest of the cut was just going to zero spending on anything that wasn't groceries or gas. For me that meant no bought lunches, coffees, vending machine snacks etc. during the work day.
In the short term that may also mean that you cut out any donations that you regularly make to causes/your church. You're the person in need now. You cannot give from an empty wallet. When you're back in a good place, it'll be time for you to give again.
Phase Three - Save
Look for a cheaper cell phone plan - that you can use your existing phone with (because short term you're not spending any $ on new stuff like new phones). If your plan has unlimited talk and text, you can cut way down on the data per month. Use your home (and other) wi-fi for most of your data needs. We use Boost Mobile. Cricket is another low $ provider.
Shop to save with new car and home insurance - and bundle for discounts.
Utilities equal payment plans - as we're heading into summer, our electric bill goes up with A/C usage. Spring is a good time to switch to a monthly equal payment plan; in the short term you'll avoid your electric bill jumping over the summer. In the longer term, this isn't an actual savings, it just helps manage the money better.
If your natural gas bill (heating) typically goes down in the summer, enjoy those lower bills in the summer and wait until the fall and go to equal payment plan before your high heating cost months.
Use EVERY savings channel.
Your bank may have savings deals with various brands on debit or credit card usage percentage discounts. Bank of America's is called BankAmeriDeals, Wells Fargo's is Wells Fargo Deals, Chase has one too. Online Paypal has deals, and you can use sites like Rakuten. Get into the habit of planning purchases and seeing if you can find a deal before you even make the purchase.
Use the loyalty rewards for every grocery, pharmacy store, and gas purchase. We shop at Harris Teeter (owned by Kroger); in addition to their "VIC Card" savings on produce etc. shopping there earns me gas rewards so for at least one tank a month I get up to $1 off a gallon at BP. So that's ~$13 a month for just doing what I'd do normally.
I also use loyalty rewards for 2 other gas station chains to eek every free cent of gas I can, and I use the GasBuddy app to find the cheapest gas near me.
At the grocery store, it's time to get ruthless. I'm a sale/discount king. There are certain goods (toilet paper, dish washing liquid, food staples) that you'll always need, so even if you have some at home, walk down those aisles and buy more if it's on sale.
Don't stockpile loads and loads, because you still need your $ in the bank, but just get into a rhythm of buying sale only. For example, I know that the tea Mrs. RRR likes goes on discount about every two months. When it's on sale, if I buy only 1 box, then next month I'd have to buy at full price, so when it's on sale I get 2 boxes and then I never have to buy at full price... but I don't stockpile and get 4 boxes!
When you have to buy/refill prescriptions, compare your insurance plan's rx cost with the price on GoodRx - you may be able to get a coupon code for a cheaper price.
I'm sure there's more, but this is just what we had to do.
Next up I'll write about the last 3 steps.

Takeaways Real estate is always a good investment, but it's crucial to do thorough research and understand the market before jumping in. When transitioning to a new career or starting a new business, it's important to take time to heal and find your identity. Identify your strengths and weaknesses and focus on what you're good at. Don't be afraid to hire others to handle tasks that are not your strengths. Tax lien investing can be a lucrative investment strategy, but it requires knowledge of the process and understanding the rules in different states. Invest in your own education by seeking out mentors, absorbing educational content, and investing time in learning and growing your skills. Consider bartering or trading services with mentors or experts in your field if you can't afford to hire them. Having a book can provide credibility and open doors for speaking engagements and other opportunities. Prioritize self-education over excessive consumption of non-educational content like TV shows and movies. There are various ways to gain knowledge and mentorship without spending money, such as bartering and accessing free online resources. Charging for your unique perspective and approach is justified, even if information is available for free. Speaking engagements and podcasts can be effective ways to reach a broader audience and establish credibility. When speaking for organizations with limited budgets, consider alternative forms of compensation, such as books or access to a database. Educating people about alternative investment opportunities, such as real estate and tax lien investing, can help them achieve higher returns. Simplicity and action are key when it comes to managing money.
