#i am uhhhhhhh #not doing well!#i still have insomnia so I’ve been barely sleeping for over a week #and i also have trouble eating so i’m so weak and delirious #i have about a few lucid hours #writing that last chapter of lessons was cathartic but sapped me #i can’t do any homework #I have to delay student teaching because i don’t want to collapse in front of kids #and I feel like I’m going to collapse #but I’ll call my doc on Monday #I’m going to buy some ensure to get more calories #I’ll be fine I’ll be fine #but it’s 4am and I can’t sleep #and it just sucks!!!!#personal

I MADE IT. ITS STILL SUNDAY.

I’ve been working so so hard on a very large project and I’m so happy to say ITS FUCKING DONE!!!!!

this is the last WIP teasing characters.

Now what was this project? It is a sexy white underwear calendar (mainly for me and @theearlgreymage ) but I’m slow so it will be a February to January one 😂

everything is good 😭 heartbeat picked up to 143 bpm which is solidly in the healthy range and I got to see it again 😭😭 baby is measuring its exact gestational age to the day which is perfect. she said that while of course nothing is guaranteed, I seem to be having a very healthy pregnancy and she thinks I should go ahead and schedule with an OB to start normal prenatal care.

Sometimes I wonder over Thomas Barrow’s extreme job insecurity and paranoia in season 4 and then I remember that the only reason he has a job by this point is because of soap and cricket.

#I didn’t like season 4 when it came out cause I had high hopes for Thomas turning over a new leaf #and then he was treating baxter horribly for no reason #and then I remember he’s basically been given a job that isn’t really necessary #and it feels like he’s hanging on by charity #and robert being kind of uncomfortable about essentially using a man for cricket and then tossing him out #cause ya know #priorities #I don’t condone his behaviour but at the same time like #man was hanging on by a thread #I really like that he and baxter ended up as friends though #s5 was him essentially doing the ‘I didn’t know where else to go’ trope while collapsing on her in a sad wet heap #and I’m all for that #also baxter is mvp #thomas barrow #downton abbey

i would like for hospital settings to stop showing up in my dreams please

#marzi speaks #they’re not like. nightmares. i don’t get nightmares #but i really didn’t like dreaming that i was being accused of something #and had to be wheeled to an incredibly uncomfortable and high up hospital bed #for an invasive looking examination that did not feel hippaa-approved #only to be taken back to my room and immediately collapsing from exhaustion on the ground #the full dream was a murder mystery with this huge group conspiracy #so there were more elements to that. i noticed i was being watched then and i got the examination bc i had been accused of smth #but. i don’t want any more hospitals in my dreams. it sucks #i’m not even like frazzled i’m just kinda mad. i’m such an escapist it’s why i semi-lucid dream in the first place #and now i can’t even go to sleep without hospital reminders #hopefully that part goes away soon. it’s irritating

#who’s up thinking about getting knee and shoulder braces #i have one knee brace but it is so itchy and doesn’t even fit #i don’t necessarily like chronic pain/whatever the fuck i have going on posting but aaa #i’ve been doing stabilization exercises and it’s helping a little but there are still some days when i try to walk #and all of my joints feel like a sheet of laminated paper going wobwowbwowbwob #<- hard to type out the sound but you know what i mean. this is the least graphic way i can describe it #sometimes i wonder what it must be like to just not have to think about this #having the confidence to be able to move around without feeling like your body is going to collapse out from under you #being very bendy is haha fun until it means your body can’t hold itself together (or at least that’s what it feels like)#anyways. ignore this i’m going on tangents because i dared to be social yesterday and i’m paying the price today #chronic pain #z rambles

I’m going to be real maybe something will change especially since I think they’re supposed to have a tragic bent to them eventually and yk I like that sort of thing but so far I really don’t find m*rthur interesting. Not as in I don’t think there’s subtext I think it’s there I just don’t feel anything about it.

#I enjoy them both well enough individually although not with much depth of feeling (am liking Merlin more now that he’s getting more jaded)#but I find their other dynamics have more pull and when they’re together they collapse more into archetypes #you would think since I love a class divide homoerotic friendship with some unhealthy devotion in play they’d do it for me but…#I think I need more antagonism and/or psychosexual power plays to have emotions about this sort of thing #if I had to pick a slash ship in this show I think it’d be Arthur/Lancelot which could offer a lil more of that #I think Merlin and Lancelot have a lot of chemistry but again not really having feelings / they don’t push buttons #I like Morgana/Gwen and Arthur/Gwen #and Morgana/Merlin their enemies era is going to do a lot for me I feel #(and I will say idk if this is just because Katie McGrath plays one way opposite women but I do have to keep reminding myself Morgauise is #her sister why are these actresses playing it like that? confused by the choices being made there)#s speaks #s watches merlin #I felt like I needed to see all of the first two seasons before speaking on that so now I’m almost halfway through I can
