Jaller and Vakama are not fooled at all and eventually decide to have an "intervention" of sorts and talk to Takua somewhere only the three of them know, asking him what's gotten into him because he's acting weird; he's not really exploring around like he used to and he sometimes misses work entirely, not showing up for the day

Takua tries to dodge the question, but Jaller and Vakama aren't having it at all

Ultimately, it leads to Takua saying he'll tell them, but they MUST whisper about it so no one accidentally hears them, just in case. Amd asks them not to freak out, because what he remembered STILL has him freaked out

Odd thinsg to ask for, but Jaller and Vakama agree and Takua lets the cat out of the bag:

It takes a moment for both Jaller and Vakama to react, in case this is a joke, but it's not. Jaller is at a loss of words, having known Takua a little longer. Vakama, on the other hand, only has more questions, i.e. How did he find out? Does he remember any others like him or know if they're in the city? What is he even doing in Meteu Nui? Why did he have to go into hiding?

Takua, getting emotional, asks the two if they're mad at him. Jaller admits that he's surprised, but not angry. He always did wonder where Takua came from, but he's just glad Takua isn't some kind of escaped prisoner or something worse than the Vahki or Dark Hunters

Takua panics and lets slip that he was hidden so the Dark Hunters wouldn't find him, and sentient lightning, but that's a story for later

Still, he asks why neither are angry with him and their answer is simply: Why should they be? He's their friend and, honestly, the reason the three are together at all. They always had their doubts about him being a Ta-Matoran, so knowing a bit of the bigger picture does clear somethings up

It's a big moment, one that both leaves Takua realizing that he's got some AMAZING friends and that

I imagine that the loneliness Takua has would leave slightly, but then he has a new problem to deal with: Dysmorphia, as he knows what he used to look like and used to be and he can't exactly look how he truly wants to lest he risk getting captured and killed by Dark Hunters or the Brotherhood of Makuta

I GOT THE FIRST ONE DONE!!!!! ^-^ I love how it turned out so much!!! especially charlie!! slime demon charlie is my favourite guy and he had to be a main focus in the backgrounds!! ^-^

OKAY OKAY OKAY I HAVE SO MUCH I WANT TO SAY ABOUT THIS OMG!!!! i love the way this looks so much! i really love that i had taaken notes while watching it live because it gave me a nice checklist of thinsg to include. and i did want to do charlie sneeg and ranboo all together buut i couldnt find good enough pose refrences to make a group of three and decided that it would probably be too busy with all three anyways. but i fee like the pose i picked works so well for charlie and how silly and goofy his character is in tsofc as well as just being really cool looking as he is the slime demon :) i also really like how the cabin room section turned out. i couldt do any super amount of detail because of the really small scale i was working with, but i feel like i emulated it well enought that it is very easy to tell what it is supposed to be. AND the reason it is split into 5 sections is because of the door. one of my notes is literally "door to anywhere and nowhere" and decided that each door would lead to each of the different places the door took ranboo; christian hell with the flames, slime dimension with the slimy goo, the beach with the red ocean and sky, the warehouse that lead us to the mastermind of the warehouse, and i also included the car park that we didn't get to see that ranboo shared on one of his follow up streams after genloss. and i don't know why, but i heavily gravitaed towards the christian hell dimension and made a note that just says hell, so that's why there are big flames all around he outside i feel like its pretty fitting tho with how everything ends in the end haha :) now the little pentagons were just added to fill in the blank space some and i used pentagons to match the big one in the center and figured they could be like soot or ashes from the flames. i had also added the skulls to help fill in the blank space and as a lil representaion of frank :D

Cecio lies to himself a lot, shaping the world around him into something understandable and bearable. he has a surprisingly binary and black and white way of thinking on the relationships between people, in in other ways. he can do bad things to a bad person because they deserve it, he can do bad things to a 'good' person bc secretly they are a bad person and its either him or someone else that's gonna do bad things to them. this person is a good person so he should feel guilt about ruining their life, but hes a victim so that overrides/balances out him being a perpetrator.

it is very shaky, the logic and positioning changing from moment to moment, but it keeps him safe and sane, excusing what he does and making the world seem more bearable. when his worldview and lies are so challenged they are broken, he just reshapes his worldview and code to suit him again.

in wotr, this shows most in his favoring of extremes. Lawful Good isnt working out? chaotic evil time! being kind isnt working, time to be selfish!! hes just acting how he deserves to act, and his mind and code will reshape themselves to justify why.

he cant live with himself without lying to himself about what hes doing and why, but because of the flexibility of those lies, he rarely has to face the truth. he wont twist thinsg beyond reason, wont make himself a good man, but he will just soften and excuse his actions enough that he can live with himself.

what keep him grounded in the worst of times? the idea that what hes doing has a purpose, that no matter how cruel or kind, there is a reason, if not justification, for what he does. that reason can be longwindedly related to his survival, can be spite, as a mockery of justice, it can be anything, as long as he has a reason he can tell himself, and he can tell himself anything.

like, i didn't realize it until recently, i mean you learn new thinsg every day, but that just like gives me really weird vibes around consent? like is it because he feels like he can't say no? would he say no if he felt like it was an option? does he feel pressured to say yes often? like maybe i'm just taking that too literally but its like not as romantic as i used to think it was.

okay so for one THE PERCABETH FIGHT SIBDKWBDOWBDOWND I am so fucking angry at Percy even though i totally get why he was so angry. But when he was saying all that shit to annabeth i wanted to just fucking pummel him. I get his anger and hurt and I do feel bad for him but his insults were SO below the belt and with every blow he landed on her I felt like I was physically breaking apart. And the timing was so fucking awful like annabeth just lost her adopted BROTHER, and even though Jason was close to Percy too their relationship is not quite the same. And annabeth hasn't even had the fucking time to deal with all the trauma from Mount othrys and luke and she now has 1000 more things to deal with including the death of one of her closest friends and finding out that luke is now hosting Kronos and Percy being... Well. Like that. And just. Their fucking fight. Oh my god. I feel just a little shitty for being focused soley on annabeths feelings but honestly idc i just want my baby girl to be happy and have the best life ever.

I have SO many more thinsg to say but it's like a have a mindblock and my brain is telling me if I think anymore about this I will shut down.

im so glad you're seeing annabeth's side too because you're right, percy did choose the wrong time to blow up at her - but the thing is the blowing up is justified, and that's what i think makes it so interesting. annabeth's been pushing through a lot of shit for the sake of everyone else and now that percy's been so in-her-face about it, she finally is confronted with all these unresolved emotions about luke that she's ignoring for so long. and percy, now that he's away, also reflects on his actions and realizes that he went about it all wrong. now all they need to do is TALK.

5) Who does what chores?

Hm I think that William likes cleaning things like that's just a thing, he likes having control and tidying up a space gives him some semblance of control. So I could definitely see him doing stuff like that. (Dakota cooks and William cleans the mess he makes and it is a symbiotic relationship)

Is cooking a chore? I have no idea, anyway yeah Dakota would cook the most. He likes cooking, he's not like the BEST at it but he loves doing it, Vyn would cook with him (significantly worse at it but they try and recreate stuff from Vyn's home... it doesn't usually go well and usually makes him sadder than before... but its an attempt).

While William does most of the basic like cleaning stuff just bc he likes to be in control of that, I think Vyncent would do smaller cleaning tasks like sweeping the floors or dusting or like cleaning the bathroom. I do NOT know very many chores as chores, like there are Tasks in the house but do they count as chores?

William is the only one allowed to do the laundry, Dakota steals clothes and Vyncent... well... yeah they don't let him do that, I think it's self explanatory. I keep giving William tasks but like he is the resident housewife ig bruh I can't think of other tasks to give the others.

OHO :) I think for Rand it's very much like, he will NEVER admit that he is worried or concerned or anything, he will never admit it, he will say "I love you" but like thats it. He won't admit it in any other context. BUT I think it's very much like subtle acts of service, nothing grand, nothing that will imply love at all, it's casual but he will put himself out of his way of certain things.

At the store he specifically picks out the brand of whatever that he knows Rolan likes (even if he doesn't like it at all), or he will cover Rolan w/ a blanket if he falls asleep on the couch or at his desk. He gives Kian his jacket whenever he's cold or will just have some aspirin for him whenever he is hurting.

its nothing big, no extravagent actions bc thats not Rand. but they are small actions. He will give Kian a cigarette without complaining bc he loves Kian. It's basically he tolerates them for things that he wouldn't tolerate from anyone else.

I think Rolan is similar to that but in the sense of he solves problems yknow, he likes solving problems. Any issues they have had he likes coming up with solutions or figuring things out. He is very logic based. Kian or Rand mention something offhandedly and he figures it out or figures out how to do something because he wants to take care of them.

I think he knows how to sew and do odd tasks like that so he can take care of the others bc he wants to make sure they r comfortable, he will sew up their clothes or cook meals n do that. He also will subtly fuss over the others appearances, fix Kian's hair, wipe dirt off Rand's face or fix his collar. He is very smothering but it means he cares.

Kian I think is very not subtle about it, but the subtlest that he is is that he remembers things that the others have said. He knows a lot becausae he remembers. He knows Rand and Rolan's favorite snacks and drinks and foods and he knows the movies Rand likes or the ones he doesn't and he knows what Rolan likes. He remembers all those thinsg bc he wants to get it right.

He's also very touchy feely but in the casual way, leans against the others or will hold hands or throw his arm around their shoulder. He comforts them with kisses and hugs and wipes tears. Etc.

22) How do they apologize after arguments?

they don't. Definitely not at first. It definitely takes a LONG time to apologize (at least Rand and Rolan) because they are so freaking stubborn that it takes years for them to do anything.

Kian will apologize with gifts n stuff. That's simple, he is fine with apologizing n stuff, he wants to smooth things over as best as he can and as quickly as he can because he doesn't like there being tension in the air.

Rand and Rolan simmer for a LONG time, they simmer, they dont talk to each other for a while, sometimes (often) Kian has to intervene because they are too stubborn to apologize. Kian has to force them to talk it out lol.

Rolan usually starts it because his anger dies down a lot quicker, he doesn't stay angry for long but he is too awkward to approach it, esp when Rand is a very angry person. They don't fight as often after Galloway but like, fights still occasionally happen.

They start w a peace offering, something small, usually a snack, it's like trying to approach an injured animal, you have to be delicate about it because they are so polarized with each other. But you can't fight with a snack, snacks are equal ground, they can have the chance to talk it out. Rolan apologizes first and then Rand and it's still a little bit of a simmering flame but at least they've figured it out.
