Shazam: Fury of the Gods is obviously about Billy and his journey as a hero and he's the main character or whatever but more importantly the movie is 100% centered around Freddy.

It's about Freddy's self-worth and struggles with being a hero and with how Billy acts about the hero thing(because neither of them understand the underlying reasons that they make the decisions they do) and it's about how unbelievably strong Freddy is and how he doesn't think he is strong even while he is doing things no one else can.

Freddy is constantly doing things that should not be possible for a person to do and he does them anyway but he doesn't think it's enough. It's not fixing everything so it's not enough and all he can focus on is what he can't do.

Even the final act which is very very centered on Billy is about how Freddy can't do anything about this whole situation. Where he is actively pulling off incredible feats but he isn't saving anyone so what good is this.

In conclusion: I am very normal about this movie

So like imagine all the lil kiddies are running around, having a blast or whatever the sp kids do when they play superheroes. And that day Toolshed brought his coat for one particular reason. Or two, actually. "To make sure you stay warm while flying around, Kite! And- and look cool doing it." Well, I’m still glad that Gojo was always a character who was growing and learning at least. He’s literally one of my favorite characters of all time now. Like, he’s never been as perfect as how the fans would make him out to be despite canonically being viewed as an absolute nuisance to everyone around him (I don’t think his peers necessarily hate him but a lot of them probably hate to see him coming and the ones who’ve dealt with him long enough to consider him a friend, tolerate him and groan whenever he opens his mouth, too 😭… out of love. He’s extremely childish so there is only sm the other adults around him can take and to an extent, his students. I think the only characters in canon who adore him and their eye’s sparkle whenever he’s around, and being a silly teacher was Yuuji and Miwa (she asked him for his autograph (he’s the most famous sorcerer in the jjk world) and when she was alone, she did a little dance in the empty hallway 🥺…) from what we’ve seen even though the others still care about him, too. They just find him rather annoying, which he most definitely is. And he does it on purpose. He plays too much.)

adam or michael? crap, that's tough! personality-wise i feel more sympathy for adam as a fellow human being and i adore him, he deserves the entire fucking globe. as characters go though, i'm gonna go with michael, because look, the writers didn't know how to handle him at the end, but i look at him go from how he was in 5x13 all the way through season five until 5x22 and finally 15x08 (plus the church scene. i'll acknowledge the church scene) and my mind go bzzzzbzzzz fran.exe has stopped working because he carried a lot of tropes and subplot and parallels within his character, he was fascinating, fierce and magnetic, and he had the most meaningful, huge, touching character development of everyone and the most beautiful relationship with a human! of all beings! all of this while remaining, at heart, a damned eldritch ass prince. <3

michael vs gabriel? i think it's canon or at least safe to say that michael is the strongest archangel and one of the most powerful beings in existence after god, the darkness, and the empty (also death?? so like fourth or fifth in order). so i'd say michael!
